Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Johnathan is an absolute LIFE SAVER!!! My mom had a major leak at her house in the front yard. All plumbers were booked for the week. Johnathan called me the same day I inquired and said he hated to hear we were without water and would be by later that night if it was okay with us. He came by, assessed the issue and quoted us. He was very informative and understanding when we werent quite sure what decision to make. My dad passed away a month ago and Johnathan took WONDERFUL care of my mom and I. We won't be giving anyone else our business.

We had two sprinkler problems which he quickly diagnosed as defective zone valves.  One of the repairs was extremely complicated due to tree and shrubbery roots but he found a solution.  The repair was further complicated by the fact that the shrubs had overgrown the valve box and he was still able to make the fix without any damage to the landscape.
His price was surprisingly reasonable for all the work he had to do, the hours of labor and parts required.
Steven was extremely professional, personable and courteous.  He was well spoken, and clearly explained what needed to be done.  We will rely on him for all our future irrigation service

I called a major plumbing co who advertises on TV for a diagnosis and bid. Then a friend recommended Nikki. Not only did she do a more thorough look-see but her bid was less than 1/3 of the big boy's bid. She is professional, she listens and you feel comfortable asking her stupid questions. Plus she was kind in going over the plan with me a 2nd time as this was so foreign to me. It was a big job involving 3 days of digging and re-routing. I think I have the last plumber I will ever need. Nice guys on crew too.

Called them out to fix the washer machine that was backing up to the kitchen sink yuck! They came out in less then 20 mins. The techs name was Mike. He was awesome and fixed the issue. Very professional and courteous. Will defiantly call them again if I have another plumbing issue.

Bret was so nice! After calling the City, multiple plumbing companies, spending 24 hours completely stressed out about water coming from the main shutoff... or somewhere nearby I finally got help. My dad has been working with Alan (Bret's dad) and told me to call them. No kidding- on a Saturday after 5:00 he picked up the phone and said I'll be there in 19 minutes, ma'am! And he WAS! Still working on everything but he and his dad are top notch. They actually care about their customers. 100% recommend!

I was so glad to check out Travis' website before I called for service.  We appreciated his honesty about a product we were going to install.  Following his recommendation probably saved us another service call in a year.  Travis worked efficiently and carefully to install our new disposal and kitchen faucet!  He definitely deserves five stars!  I would recommend him in a heartbeat to everyone!

I set up a time of 10:00 am the day before these people were to come out to my place.  I had to take off a 1/2 day of work to be able to be home at the 10:00am for them to do the work.  At 10:15 I texted Ken and asked if they are still coming to my house?  At 10:30 I called them and of course Ken did not pick up the phone. I finally get a text saying he thought he told me between 10:00am and 12:00pm and this is not what he told me.  I will make sure I never call this company again.  If a Company is not good for their word, I do not want them working at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a clogged leaking sink, I called a few places and Mid-Cities was the only one that could come come on the same day.  They showed up when they said they would l, he was nice, quick and affordable.  He even offered to re plumb a few things that were worn out under the sink to save me another issue down the road. I will call them again.

He did a great job fixing a leak under my sink.
I ask Colton to look at another item I wanted to update later and he was helpful to lookout for my best interest. No pressure to upsell just imformation about 35 yr old plumbing.

This is the second time we have had Tom do work for us. First time was for sprinkler system leak and this time for clogged drains. Je and his partner are quick and efficient. Feel like they are fairly priced too. They will be our go to in the future. Highly recommended.

Very courteous when I called to schedule an appointment. And scheduled me within 24 hours. The owner's son spent over 2 hours unclogging my kitchen sink and left the area under the sink cleaner than when he started. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
