I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! We will use them for all of our plumbing needs for now on. We are so very happy with their service! A+++

Emilio with Maintenance Mechanical of Texas is a rock solid reliable plumber. We have relied on his services 3-4 times over the last year due to an older  house that we bought.  He was able to fix a poorly poured toilet pipe that was leading to back-flow into our shower, from a no -qualified contractor. Emilio fixed that in 2 days and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. A few months later, Emilio was able to fix a slab leak in another part of our home. Emilio communicates the issues clearly, is reliable and courteous, and really works with his customers to get to the root of their problems. We plan to use him on all plumbing & gas repairs or plumbing home improvements in the future.

Steven was awesome. Came out about an hour after I called and got right to work addressing my issue. Had to dig up a good chunk of yard and then hack away a tree root that had mangled a sprinkler line and caused a leak. Cleaned up afterwards and left me with a working sprinkler system and 60 day warranty. No trip charge and you only pay if he is able to fix the issue. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

One of our outside faucets started leaking yesterday. Is there some universal rule that says this nearly always happens on a Friday afternoon or on a holiday weekend?  Called Nikki (who always answers calls promptly) & got an appointment for this morning. Nikki & Jordan arrived earlier than expected & resolved the issue quickly & professionally. Very helpful to walk us through what caused problem & how to prevent further issues as well.  Incredible customer service & expertise! Nikki's will be my go to company for all our plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Good news: They arrived at the time that they promised on the phone, and they fixed the problem.

Bad news: The job took far longer than it should have, and I was paying by the hour.

One star *would* have been my rating, but I am giving them three, as they were willing to negotiate with me on the price after-the-fact.  I sent a straightforward non-antagonistic letter to them 48 hours later (after we'd both had time to cool-off) and they did refund part of their original bill back to me.  I still feel that I was overcharged for the job, but at least it wound up being moderately high instead of outrageously high.

Painful lesson that I have learned: No matter how simple the job appears, do not let work begin without an estimate.  (And it was a simple job, not just in my own opinion, but also that of a city plumbing employee.  It is a mystery to me, even now, to understand why the job took as long as it did.)  Had I requested an estimate up-front, they would have been much more likely to quote a fair price, and stuck to it, regardless of how long the job took.  Live and learn.

Bret was so nice! After calling the City, multiple plumbing companies, spending 24 hours completely stressed out about water coming from the main shutoff... or somewhere nearby I finally got help. My dad has been working with Alan (Bret's dad) and told me to call them. No kidding- on a Saturday after 5:00 he picked up the phone and said I'll be there in 19 minutes, ma'am! And he WAS! Still working on everything but he and his dad are top notch. They actually care about their customers. 100% recommend!

True Integrity Plumbing replaced my water heater after it died.  They did a fantastic job:  clean, professional, and inspired confidence in the parts and labor.  I would highly recommend their services.

I researched and found this company on Google. Scheduled it yesterday and had the inspector come out to inspect the property today. As a real estate agent it is very important to me to ensure quality service,  reliability, and I received just that. The technician I worked with, Craig, was great. Highly Recommended. We have been using David McKinley's - Mid Cities Plumbing for years now and we have always gotten good service. We used to have way to many large trees and the roots were constantly clogging our sewer line drain. They sent out Dwayne who always came out promptly and did a great job. We used to use one of the big name plumbers but you never knew who you were going to get and their rates were out of sight

Recently I purchased two new toilets and a hot water heater. Their lead installer, Larry came  out and did a very professional job. He even took the time to grout around the new toilets. This was an all day job but he hung in there and got it all done. Their rates are reasonable and they don't try to up-sale you.

I called Mark to do a small job that needed to be done that day or the next. He sent 2 guys out THAT day and got it done. Fast, reasonably priced. Can't ask for more. And, Mark returns calls and does what he says; unlike some of his competitors.

Hands down the best plumber I've ever used.... And I've had to use A LOT. He was quick and easy to communicate with. On time. Explained everything to me. Gave me a quote and stuck to it exactly. Extremely professional and friendly. Told me how to handle the problem in the future... I can't say enough good things. I will never call a different plumber again if I can help it!!

We were very impressed with Sheffield.  We received an estimate from Metroflo of $1,497.  Sheffield was only $168 for the exact same work!  Plus Metroflo high pressured for a 5 year contract for $3000.  Go Sheffield!

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. I've used this service before but never had the time to post a review.. well I am now . Y'all need a professional?? 3 years ago, Tim came to my rescue after my hot water heater died while flooding my garage. Time and Chris came out quickly on a weekend and solved my problem with new installation.
This year (2023) we incurred a hot water slab leak which flooded my yard. once again, Tim, Chris and crew came out, had a leak detection company come out, bypassed the leak without having to jackhammer my floor and restored our hot water! While doing all this, they also installed new parts in our shower to stop a bad leak.
 Tim is our only choice when it comes to plumbing needs.

Never used this plumbing company before, they showed up on time and diagnosed problem, fixed it in about 20 to 30 min.

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .
