I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

Reached out to this company through another mate. Company had someone out here by 4:30p.m. and he worked till 8 p.m. to diagnose,estimate fairly might I add and gave 3 options in the bid process. Another plumber upsold me on this job by a thousand dollars. Work done right the first time and same day service. Steven came out to fix a broken sprinkler pipe. It turned out the be 3 separate breaks. He did a fantastic job of getting everything up and running. He was extremely professional and very personable. I highly recommend Steven. He came out on the same day that we called him to solve our problem.

One of our outside faucets started leaking yesterday. Is there some universal rule that says this nearly always happens on a Friday afternoon or on a holiday weekend?  Called Nikki (who always answers calls promptly) & got an appointment for this morning. Nikki & Jordan arrived earlier than expected & resolved the issue quickly & professionally. Very helpful to walk us through what caused problem & how to prevent further issues as well.  Incredible customer service & expertise! Nikki's will be my go to company for all our plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much to Allen for providing such great products and installation of recent our bathroom and kitchen remodeling.  We love our new tubs, toilets and fixtures that he helped us pick out. He coordinated perfectly with our tile guys to give us timely installation of all the products.  You are these best plumber we have ever had.

We had been putting off replacing our toilet in our Master Bath and installing a vanity in our entry bathroom.  Travis had done some work with us in the past and we are so glad we called him back.  We have some challenges in both areas with space and doors.  He had great suggestions on which toilet to go with and found a vanity that was perfect for our limited space!  His communication is fantastic, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.  If you need a plumber, give him a call.

I had a plumber come out who could not finish the work, he told I needed to find someone else because it was beyond the scope of his business. He recommended Carrollton Plumbing. They came out that same day! They were great, fixed the problem, and were very nice. Especially considerate to come out on a Friday afternoon, not even being called until Friday at noon. Highly recommend!! Will be using them from now on.

Highly Recommended. We have been using David McKinley's - Mid Cities Plumbing for years now and we have always gotten good service. We used to have way to many large trees and the roots were constantly clogging our sewer line drain. They sent out Dwayne who always came out promptly and did a great job. We used to use one of the big name plumbers but you never knew who you were going to get and their rates were out of sight

Recently I purchased two new toilets and a hot water heater. Their lead installer, Larry came  out and did a very professional job. He even took the time to grout around the new toilets. This was an all day job but he hung in there and got it all done. Their rates are reasonable and they don't try to up-sale you.

I ask Colton to look at another item I wanted to update later and he was helpful to lookout for my best interest. No pressure to upsell just imformation about 35 yr old plumbing.

I chose to hire Sheffield Plumbing after receiving a total of five bids from area companies to replace my main sewer line.  Of the five plumbing companies I spoke with, Sheffield was the most affordable.  Then during every step of the process, they proved to be professional, courteous, on-time, considerate and knowledgeable.  I strongly recommend their work and will hire them again for any plumbing work I have.  The work was finished on time, and with minimal disruption.  And, once completed, the owners followed up with me to determine my level of satisfaction.  I have worked with many home service contractors, but have rarely been so pleased.

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. These guys are the best in the business!! They return calls very quickly. They show you everything they do and what was causing the problem. Their prices are the best in the area, plus you get personal attention every time they visit. The use the best guys who speak English and you are not second guessing what they are doing. I highly HIGHLY recommend them for every plumbing problem big or small you may have. They have a customer for life with me.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Duncan Plumbing. I'm in an older house and had to replace all my clay pipes. It was a big job( digging up old pipes and even cutting through my driveway. They were fast and professional. Truly some of the nicest people on the planet.  My yard looked like a war zone after they started and now that it's finished, you can hardly tell what all was done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I see that good reviews were years ago. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this company. They are attentive and quick but purposefully inaccurate and upselling on unneeded repairs and equipment.  We had our AC ducts cleaned. After water started leaking from our ceiling directly under the unit in the attic only 3 weeks after the cleaning and being told we needed a additional outside unit repairs at $300 and a new coil that would cost us $3,000 we got a second opinion. And there is nothing wrong with the coil or the unit.  There even appears to be purposeful mishandling of our AC to cause the leak. We will also report to better business bureau.  I feel taken advantage of and swindled.  Please beware of bait and switch. And stay with the technician if you do hire them.  I did not. Lesson learned.
