1st day I moved into my new house I had plumbing problems! Eric was there to fix them in a flash!

If you're in the area they service you have found your plumbers! We won't be using anyone else after the great experience we had with them.

Dexter responded to my message almost immediately, set up a time for them to come out to give me an estimate to fix the leaking pipes beneath my kitchen sink. The day they came they were running behind because of the previous job & called to let me know --- even though they still showed up within the time frame we'd set. He sent me a written estimate via email that evening. I called the next day & we scheduled the day & time for the repairs.

They showed up on time, had everything they needed, & explained to me what they were doing before setting to work. Before I knew it they had finished because a few of the leaks were simply loose connections. Since they didn't replace any of the connections that just needed tightening they adjusted my bill to reflect the price for only the work they did. I would never have known the difference but they're honest & I appreciate that even more than having water restored to my home so quickly. They checked everything over again with the water at full pressure before being satisfied with their work.

Above & Beyond --- When I went to get my card to pay them I found my bathroom flooding because after the water had been turned on the toilet was overflowing. Dexter put the float back on the arm in the tank & I grabbed towels but Sam grabbed their shopvac & cleaned up all the water for me. No extra charge just excellent care of a customer.

We will always call Dexter & Sam for our plumbing needs. I recommend you do too.

We've had the opportunity to use these guys a few times since we bought our first home (and one time during emergency hours when I botched a job trying to do it myself!).  The rates are reasonable, and they've done a good job.  On the emergency day, the guy came out very quickly (which was important!  Our bathroom was seriously flooding!) and took care of everything.  Each time they've come out and finished a job, they have offered to fix any other minor issues to use up the hour we're paying for, which is very much appreciated!  I'm sure we'll be calling these guys again for future plumbing repairs.

Frontline Plumbing Services is an excellent business. Anytime I have a plumbing need, they always work to fit me in. Their work is top notch and the best quality. It's comforting knowing you have someone to call that you trust to give you the best services for any plumbing needs. They have fixed a collapsed pipe in my house, installed my new dishwasher, and a new gas dryer. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services within your home and for when you build a new home.

This was my first time being able to select a plumber...previously I had a home warranty insurance that dispatched their selected provider.

I had the best experience with A & D. From talking to Aaron about my problem to the incredibly kind & professional guys he sent to replace my water heater, to Dawn that called for my payment. I felt taken care of & am truly confident that I chose the right company. I definitely recommend them!!

I guess Michael is too busy now?  I called based on the great reviews and then I was pimped out to another plumber, Jesse from Benchmark Plumbing.

Everything turned out good- but I am really surprised that Michael's office didn't bother to give a courtesy call saying they couldn't handle the business but had recommendations.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I have had horrible history ( did not do correct work and stole my cc info and then money....) with ken brown from brown and sons.  
Dietz and son were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They fixed our plumbing inside and were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!!

Had a blocked sewer line at my 63 year old house (original plumbing). Daniel came out and spent over 5 hours with dogged determination to clear the line. His persistence definitely paid off, and he was/is our hero of the day!  I highly recommend Jerrell's Plumbing Service!

Came right away but very expensive to repair two leaking faucets. Not sure why it took two people. Needed a part added $5 fuel charge. Will not use again.  $263. to repair to faucets and replace handle. Yikes!

They don't replace well pumps. When I called, I told the lady I thought it was the well pump that went out. She could have said we don't replace them, but instead I paid $150 to have the guy come out and say yep it's your pump and we don't replace those. That sucks! I'm assuming it's $150 because it's a weekend emergency call.

*** UPDATE ***  The office manager called me, and was very set on trying to educate me on how his practices were ethical, and defend his company.  If I could give negative stars after that interaction I would.  At the end of the day, these guys are rip off artist, don't use them.  ***** End Update *****

I had a slow flushing toilet, I called them to come out.  The guy who came was very professional.  However, he quoted $180 to fix the toilet, and he said that if Auging it didn't work then it would be $680 to pull the toilet.  He attempted to Auger the toilet and didn't get any results. So then we began to talk about other options, he then informed that he would charge me for the both the $180 attempt and $680 attempt even though $180 did not actually work.  At that point, I paid him $180 and asked him to leave.  Basically they came into my home and ripped me off.  Had I used any other plumber, they would have charged me the hourly rate, and not left until the job was done.  Do Not Call these guys unless you want to get ripped off.   FYI... I went to home depot, purchased a 6 ft Auger ($70),  and got the weak flush fixed myself.

We had a water line break and they had someone out first thing the next morning and fixed by dinner.

The guy that came out took the time to explain my options, recommended the patch but gave my ideas about full replacement with new material down the kind if I ever chose to.

I'd use them again!

Based on The fact that their drivers drive like they are drunk.  I would have a hard time letting an individual who drives down the road recklessly endangering individuals into my home to fix a plumbing problem.
