My wife and I did a seven-week whole house remodel and Eric, owner of Citiview Plumbing, played a key role in getting the project done on time and with very pleasing results.  Eric is highly experienced in plumbing and HVAC and great to work with.  This family owned business is my go-to for any plumbing issue in the future. Showed up on time, did the work, and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need.  Were very willing to answer any and all questions.

The first time I called them, the girl who answered the phone was not very friendly or helpful, but I guess she did her job. She paged the plumber and had him call me. He was nice enough and he answered all my questions--so no complaints there. When I called back to make an official appointment, however, the girl who answered the phone sounded like she'd rather chew glass than talk to a customer, and the girl she transferred me to wasn't much better. She didn't seem the least bit interested in helping me or keeping my business, so I told her I would take my business elsewhere.  Maybe if you can get by the snotty secretaries you can get good service? I guess I'll never know.

Frontline Plumbing Services is an excellent business. Anytime I have a plumbing need, they always work to fit me in. Their work is top notch and the best quality. It's comforting knowing you have someone to call that you trust to give you the best services for any plumbing needs. They have fixed a collapsed pipe in my house, installed my new dishwasher, and a new gas dryer. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services within your home and for when you build a new home.

I trust these guys completely. I had used another company for years, and they went downhill with only excuses. Cody and Sons not only fixed a new problem, but corrected bad work done by my old guys. Thanks!

Imagine it is 10:00 p.m. and you hear gurgling sounds coming from your attic and then a slow drip coming from the ceiling... yep, your not quite 7 year old hot water heater in the attic just died and started leaking. After 4 days of dealing with a home warranty company and their plumbers, then calling 5 other plumbers in the area to find out options, I was fortunate enough to find Michael. He is no b.s., won't sell you something you don't need, and will fix your hot water heater for a reasonable price. He also cleans up after his job. I can't say enough good things about him!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I have had horrible history ( did not do correct work and stole my cc info and then money....) with ken brown from brown and sons.  
Dietz and son were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They fixed our plumbing inside and were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!!

Have had Toms out 3 times: 1st time at my old house to bid on a pressure regulator and fix a leaky faucet. Told me the cost and they would have to come back to do it and turned off the water to the leaky faucet. It took me 4 phone calls and 3 weeks to get them back out. Thinking it was a fluke, called them to do some work on my new house. Gave them a couple of things to fix and a couple of things to assess to determine if it needed to be repaired. They were there 45 minutes, told me everything was great with the hot water heater and left. 6 hours later the hot water heater busted and flooded a room. I've spent $$$ on fixing what Toms plumbing should have clearly seen.

Came out to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Left and within the hour it was clogged again. Called them to come back out and they said they'd have to charge us again!!

*** UPDATE ***  The office manager called me, and was very set on trying to educate me on how his practices were ethical, and defend his company.  If I could give negative stars after that interaction I would.  At the end of the day, these guys are rip off artist, don't use them.  ***** End Update *****

I had a slow flushing toilet, I called them to come out.  The guy who came was very professional.  However, he quoted $180 to fix the toilet, and he said that if Auging it didn't work then it would be $680 to pull the toilet.  He attempted to Auger the toilet and didn't get any results. So then we began to talk about other options, he then informed that he would charge me for the both the $180 attempt and $680 attempt even though $180 did not actually work.  At that point, I paid him $180 and asked him to leave.  Basically they came into my home and ripped me off.  Had I used any other plumber, they would have charged me the hourly rate, and not left until the job was done.  Do Not Call these guys unless you want to get ripped off.   FYI... I went to home depot, purchased a 6 ft Auger ($70),  and got the weak flush fixed myself.

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

Based on The fact that their drivers drive like they are drunk.  I would have a hard time letting an individual who drives down the road recklessly endangering individuals into my home to fix a plumbing problem.
