This guys is great, we have used him twice so far in the 2 years we've lived in Tracy. He's always been able to show up very promptly. He returns calls right away, and was very funny & fun to talk to while he was here. He knows what he's doing which is really nice! He gives great recommendations, and does an outstanding job!

I couldn't be more pleased with the extensive work done at my house by the team at Accurate Leak and Line (AL&L) to replace my worn-out and leaky cast iron sewer piping with PVC. They were recommended to me by a close friend from my church for whom they had done a similar project a year or so ago.
I'm in my mid-60s and have dealt with more contractors than I can count over the nearly 40 years I've been a homeowner. Accurate Leak and Line checks ALL the boxes when it comes to being an excellent contractor. Initial assessment, proposal, communication, implementation, and follow-up were all handled with professionalism, consistency and courtesy. They showed up each day exactly when they said they would. When my personal OCD tendencies showed up and I asked too many questions, Christian, my project manager, responded graciously and respectfully to every question I had. The excavation crew from Deanda Excavation was first-rate with every facet of the digging, tunneling and backfill. They took great care with my yard and house during each phase of their work. The team of AL&L plumbers that handled the actual replacement of all the cast iron with PVC (and it was a TEAM - I think it was at least 6 or 7 plumbers) knocked out the entire plumbing job in a single day, and did it with astonishing efficiency. They went above and beyond in ways I definitely didn't anticipate. For example, they installed two dedicated in-ground cleanouts that never existed at my house before for easy maintenance access at the kitchen sink and half bath drains. If there's ever a clog, it will be easier than ever to clear. When the project was finished, my house and property were undamaged and greatly improved.
On the cost side - Accurate Leak and Line charged me the same amount that another reputable contractor had quoted - but the competing quote was ONLY to replace the cast iron plumbing under the house and did not include the long run of pipe (actually two separate runs) from my house to the city sewer service at the alley. Because of this difference in project scope, the Accurate Leak and Line quote ended up being substantially lower than the competing quote. And the job is now 100% done.
If you ever need this kind of project done, use these guys! You won't regret it.

I found 308 on Yelp and have used them twice. Very reliable, knowledgeable and they have fair pricing. I'll definitely will be using them for future projects.

Contacted Prestige Plumbing by text on Sunday night concerning a broken pipe in my kitchen garbage disposal. Chris responded promptly stating they would be there Monday to work me into their schedule. Although they were short manpower and on a large scheduled job, managed to check it out in the morning. The pipe could not be repaired so they picked up a garbage disposal and had it installed Monday afternoon. Professional and helpful to this disabled veteran. I appreciate their thoroughness and pricing...Expediency exceptional.

I can't recommend CTX highly enough. After a slight mixup, Austin and Adam really came through and did a great install of our home filtration system. Their professionalism really shines through in the way the way the tackle problems and handle customers. If you are looking for reasonable prices with quality workmanship, CTX should be your first call. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and will be spreading the word to friends and coworkers. Thank you again

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

I have been doing lots around the house lately and some services and contractors have been frustrating. What a relief Robert was!!! Robert was top notch. Walked through everything with me, and spent about an hour and a half getting my system up and going. My system had not been on in four years and Robert was diligent, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend Robert and Safe, Clean, and Green Ltd. for any sprinkler repair or service. Really do yourself a favor and call him if you need anything done with your system.

If you're lucky to live long enough, and you live in the same home for several years, you'll encounter lots of problems with fixtures that you might take for granted.
Generally, I'm a do-it-yourselfer and don't rely on someone else to repair stuff unless it's major, like jacking the foundation.
I've replaced the water shutoff valve to my house twice. Not the one at the water meter (which belongs to the city), but the one in the ground just outside our front door. And, yes, they do wear out. Deposits build up on the inside and rust takes it's toll on parts on the outside.
One of the fittings started leaking just a little, possibly due to the Texas snowmageddon a few months ago. Doesn't take long for a drip to turn into a trickle, so the time came for a fix. Digging in our sticky clay soil is a real chore and I've reached that point where I'll let someone else take over this task.
After plenty of research, we decided that Legacy Plumbing was our best choice for the job.
Alex and Tyler showed up on time and ready to get their hands dirty. After confirming the quote that we were given over the phone, they were obviously ready to get started. We were impressed at how friendly and thoughtful they were, explaining what they planned to do and answering our questions. Then, they dug up and replaced the valve and back filled it in about an hour. They left the area so clean that you wouldn't know that they've been here.
I've got a good friend who's a plumber and he isn't as nice to me as Alex and Tyler!
I mentioned that rust causes valve failures. My new one is a 1 stainless ball valve. Even the handle is stainless, so no rust problem.
Bottom line: the bill was very reasonable, the work was professional and we're very satisfied.

Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.
Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.
I highly recommend Stan. He is super talented and a really pleasant person to interact with. His rates are reasonable. Care, diligence, attention to details, integrity and high standards are integral components of his work and business. Thank you Stan and wish you continued success!

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. They were really, really great! Thanks so much, Abe and Outstanding Staff, for being so competent, professional, knowledgable, and HONEST! You really warmed my heart. Truly.

First the estimate high just to get started what was easily a $32 job was headed past a thousand. I know because i repaired myself via home depot. I wouldn't normally trust plumbers and mechanics... here is why. Some give the rest a bad name.
