Schrader Plumbing is great! Don came out to look at our dishwasher since it wasn't draining and our master toilet. He was early, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Our main water pipe had an extremely costly leak. We had several plumbers come take a look, provide estimates and some plainly did not want to deal with our large job. However, when Jason arrived, he was able quickly to identify the issue, provide a same day quote and get us on the schedule. I'd recommend ABC plumbing for large jobs to save yourself costs. They were able to saw cut the driveway, lay new concrete and replace the old pipe. The gentleman provided excellent customer service and the company gave a wonderful warranty. Thank you to the owner Jason and his hard workers Taylor, Hunter, Chris, Steven and everyone at ABC plumbing!! The only con is that now we just have to let the grass grow back where the trench was dug. Other than that all stars in my book!!

My wife bought a policy from Choice Home Warranty which was a BIG MISTAKE cause their subcontracted plumber told us that the company DID NOT cover repair work outside of the home and that they would have to clear our vent trap by getting a machine to do it from the outside which would have cost us an arm and a leg !!! Well Folks, Derek from True Plumbing was not only ABLE to clear the vent trap through the attic saving us a ton of money, he also, gave us a Veterans' discount !!! TRUE PLUMBING, also, doesn't charge a service fee when they come out to give you an estimate !!!

On time and installed our toilet fast and at a low.  Tyler was very professional and explained everything.

Call Legacy Plumbing and handled by Kris. She is very nice and professional in scheduling the appointment and giving us the price quote. Then Wayne and Schuyler came right on time and explain the issue and answer all of my questions very thorough and patiently. Their quality of work is top notch. After work, they test their work, clean the area really good, perform a water pressure check, and explain all of them to me. On top of that, they also did above and beyond by replacing the all of the rusty parts in the bathtub. I am really glad to call this company and really happy with the overall experience that I have with Kris, Wayne, and Schuyler. Their excellence in their works should be the golden standard for all of the plumber.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

Our plumber Cory Valdez was prompt and explained everything that needed to be done to fix our leaky valve under the sink. His quote was fair and reasonable and he completed the work in a timely manner. He was very courteous and provided pictures of the work he did and explained the warranty. I would definitely recommend Larry Stinson plumbing!

How I found Black Tie Plumbing...

We have a slab foundation, our  house was built in 1964 with cast iron sewage pipes.  
Foundation work was done to our house before we could buy it in 2006. Perma Pier did the work and gave a life time warranty- 2 years ago they came back because we had some foundation issues, they honored the warranty and fix the problem.

While looking for a plumbing company to find out, why for 10 years we kept having problems with drainage in the north end of the house I discovered Perma Pier has a plumbing subset for problems like ours. So that's how I found their sister(?) company Black Tie Plumbing.

It was gut wrenching and depressing when they gave us the estimate to replace the corroded pipes causing the problem. We decided to get several estimates and explore other options like pipe lining. Baker Brothers gave us an estimate of $60,300.00, several others ranged from $35K down to $18K for partial replacement and/or partial pipe lining.

The initial diagnostic estimate from Black Tie was $360 to put the camera down the pipes and locate the problem. After considering a partial fix and looking at estimates for a complete replacement (the 112 feet of tunneling is the biggest expense) we chose Black Tie.  

Black Tie provided several options from replacing the entire sewer drainage to partial replacement to help us reduce the costs. (Ranging from $11,000 to just under $30,000) We decided on the total replacement, knowing it will increase the value of our home. All the sewage lines were replaced with PVC. They pulled the toilets and even took pictures of the work as it progressed for us. The workers accommodated us fully, not leaving us without drainage for more than a few hours and never overnight. The guys were all very courteous and clean and left the yard in very good shape afterward.

Fast, honest, efficient and great work. We had hot water heater emergency and they were responsive, (water leaking from upstairs!!), fair and top quality. These guys found and offered ways for me to save money on the install, (seems like usually your quotes go up), and left me options to economize. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that's a great way to earn trust. I checked out their reputation and it was stellar, too. Their work is certified by the city, in this case, by permit, so I know it's done right.These guys are top notch and I hope they're around for a while, 'cause I'll be using them and referring to them anytime I can. I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Hydrostatic testing for a new home purchase. Sent a message to Bow Tie and within minutes we had a response and a call to talk about what was needed. Fair pricing, quick service performed right after Christmas day, and a call with report of the findings. Easy to pay which was important since we couldn't be present.

In my experience with less than stellar and reliable trades in Sedona, Kenny and his son Matt have restored my faith that there are still good, honest, reliable, hardworking folks that can get the job done right at a fair price.

They rerouted some unnecessary 90 degree turns on kitchen drain line to free up clog and also snaked and plunged the line.  First visit for emergency drain clean and diagnostic was only $75.  Work to reroute plumbing, drain clearing, install new sprayer nozzle $315.  Very prompt and on-time.  Also investigated a small booster system to get our pressure to where it should be.

Now if they only did electrical,, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc.!!!

Honestly idk how this place has so many positive reviews. Super shady responses when asked for estimates unclear responses and adamant about getting there and giving you a estimate. Emergency appointments (same day)  get charged $150 more when you could have really came the same day but you wanted to up charge and prey on the needy. Shame on you. After that I decided not to go with them , if I can't get clear answers right away that's a dead giveaway not to use them.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

To be honest I have not used AllAces Plumbing yet but I will in the future.  Jeff missed returning my call just by 45 mins.  I have to admit he was helpful when he did return my call and gave me very helpful advice.

I wish I did go with AllAces for my plumbing need but I was already too far along with the other plumber I contacted.  I have to say this plumber's pricing was very reasonable compared to other plumbers.

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.
