I was on a trip about the on a cruise when I received a call from someone I had at my home staying with other family members.  A boring company had punctured the gas line in the neighborhood that was fixed.  Then the gas company went to the house to light the hot water heater, but we're unable to due to the ignition switch not working properly.  I had a friend that I referred me to All Complete Plumbing before so I called them.   I explained my issue to Otis the owner.  He sent someone out that day and fixed the problem.  I will surely use them again.

Daniel barrett and crew got my slab leak fixed in the same afternoon.

I would highly recommend this company as this is the second time I have used them in the past 5 years.

I try to use this business exclusively, they have always shown up when they said they would and he stood by his quote on a job that actually ran over what he initially thought. The lady answering the phone is always as nice and helpful as she can be. Chucks plumbing fits my definition of reputable, and reasonable!

What a find!!!  I called this morning and Justin arrived within 30 minutes.  He fixed a kitchen drain that was stopped up, fixed leaking faucets and changed out a shower head and charged me less than what another company quoted me on doing one repair!  I will definitely use them again and again for any plumbing needs!!!  Extremely professional and efficient!

Sunday afternoon issue where the wall was getting wet behind the toilet. Bobby showed up within the hour and had everything fixed within the next hour. Great job and highly recommend.

How does one put a value on reliable professionals? First I tried another plumbing business which I found in the yellow pages but they never bothered to returned my call. I then called Ehrich's Plumbing and an appointment was made for the same afternoon.  They were helpful, courteous and informative (found out that the leaking valve probably cost me the unexplained 100.00 increase in my water bill, but that there was recourse through the water dept!) Plus they were done and out the door in 20 minutes with a smile!  Great father/son team.

I'm writing this review from a different state, which is why I am giving 5 FULL stars.

My husband and I are on vacation and received a call at 7 pm that the bathtub in our daughters' bathroom wouldn't turn off. We called our neighbors, who were able to get the water to the house off ... but that left my 2 kids and their caretakers without water!

I called Platinum and while I didn't get anyone on the phone, I did receive a text immediately after the missed call. I was able to coordinate with them on a visit to my house this morning (Sunday).

Nick showed up, evaluated the situation, and diagnosed with great accuracy. My mom (who is holding down the fort), said that Nick was very easy to work with and was super straightforward.

The cost was less than what we expected (and what he quoted us at), which is a dream when you aren't there to check/double check.

He gave us several options from temporary fix to forever fix all with the cost associations.

We ended up going with the forever fix, and within 2 hours the work was done.

We will 100% be using Platinum in the future, and are grateful for how honest and fast they were at getting this resolved!

Quick and efficiently cleared a toilet. The plumber was very friendly. It was a little on the pricey side ($138 for a 30 minute job) but I expect as much for a plumber. Glad to have found a good plumber in this area!

Chris and Chase did multiple plumbing work and can't say enough about how well they performed in every respect.

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

UDATE INCLUDED Below! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE!! I have to take him to court to get my money back for services he failed to provide.
!!UPDATE! HIS RESPONSE IS AGAIN MORE LIES. I have all the texts and phone call records To prove it.  He has 1 5 star review. I did not say anything to him as he left. He makes up anything he wants and pretends it's truth. RUN from this unscrupulous person. Yeah I dropped a couple f bombs in some of my responses because he frustrates you beyond reason with lies. He owes me $160 before court costs. I offered a $100 settlement and he refused. He wants to give me just $25!  I would give negative stars, if I could.
I have never had to write a review like this. You can see my posts and usually, if someone misleads a little, I let it go.

Once he has your money, he will figure out a way to get close to $100/hour.  He will fabricate fees that he never mentions when you enter a contract with him and chargEd you for parts he recycles from other jobs and claim he bought them for you.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.

He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!
He came 1st day and was absolutely great for 1.5hours and I gave him his check, for services in advance.
I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!

He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

He is the poster boy for bait and switch!

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.

He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.

He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot

Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???

We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

He was done at 11:03 pm and started 7:05pm,confirmed in text,)& completed 4 hours of work. I texted next day and thanked him for installing my light. He completed 5.5 hours of total work At this point.

He texts me I only have 1.5 out of 2.5 hours left!?!? I say, 7-11 is 4 hours. He responds correct but, I went shopping and you owe me $65 for supplies and 1 hour to shop.
I said no way. You already stated you do not charge for ANY trips to Home Depot.As a handyman he is there frequently and can pick up things for multiple clients on his trips. It's not my problem you procrastinated, nor do I owe a penny for a almond fixture. He is welcome to get it! He proceeded to argue with me, make up false excuses, and then tell me to just take a $25 refund for 2.5 hours of work. Of course I said NO!

He continues to change his story-change times-alter things said and I have two witnesses that directly contradict what he says. His texts, I also have photographed, and printed his texts that contradict each other. He is a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY IN ADVANCE.

If you want him for a quick job you pay AFTER he is done, 1st time great.pay in advance, he is HORRIBLE and ARGUMENTATIVE And will 100% lie

Rude. Inconsiderate individual that doesn't know how to drive. Had the audacity to cut me off as I merged onto the freeway and then flip me off. Great way to show off your business and display professionalism. Not even 1 star should be given.

One star is being generous,I called these people and asked ahead of time about cost and they clearly stated that they would come out first and give a quote.I explained that the light went out 3x and that I had to re light,all they did was come out and re light it again and charged me $145.I then called the owner and explained the miscommunication and she got irrate with me and then hung up saying that there was something wrong with me and that she had a bigger buisness to deal with.Bottom line have either the service tech go over the service call price or have the customer service or owner in this situation go over the service call price,not make it seem like they would quote first.My water heater is still not working and im $145 in the hole for something I already knew and explained so not only did they cheat me but they insulted my intelligence...edit:So they came back later and they took advantage of my 80 year old landlord and instead of selling him a new burner they pushed him into buying a whole new unit when it was not needed.elderly abuse imo
