Scott and Scottie are great.  Very responsive and quick to help!  They are not cheap but you usually get what you pay for in life!  Looking forward to having them do another project for me as well.

For anyone needing a master electrician, I absolutely recommend Todd S. of Tomei Electric (512 893 9715). He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my fluorescent fixture in under 15 minutes, explained what he had done, and answered a few questions for my future reference.  Additionally, it's well worth noting he was right on time, and is hands down the politest electrician (or skilled contractor) I ever met.

I've used this family company twice now.  They are reliable, professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced.  What amazes me most, though, is a human being answered the phone at 7 am (weekday) when I expected to leave voicemail, and I had someone at my house by noon the same day.  They do emergency work on weekends.

I called Raptor Electrical about a tripped breaker. I first spoke to Luis, who tried to help me over the phone. The problem wasn't resolved over the phone, so within a couple of hours, Alejandro came out to the house and fixed the problem, a blown breaker. Raptor's service is efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Fast, efficient and professional!  Had a small delay in completion due to the weather but came back on a Sunday to finish the work which was very impressive! Did a great job!

I had Dan evaluate my doors for leaks/drafts. He was a real professional. He expertly assessed each door, found the flaws (and some old shoddy workmanship.)
He offered me his solutions, gave me a quote on the spot. He bought the needed supplies at Home Depot and it was a piece of cake after that! He is courteous, prompt and understanding, I heartily recommend him.

He showed up very promptly and was able to provide me with information around the issue we were experiencing and gave us tips on how to resolve similar issues, if they happened to arise down the road. Completed additional work once arrived.  Quick and friendly.  Reasonable pricing.  Worked well to meet all inspection report concerns. I would recommend using All Star Electric in the future.

Smart Charge America came out today to install a Tesla outlet charger and sent out 2 hard working men, Travis and Clay. They were not only professional, but had excellent work ethic, and ensured everything was up to our standards. They didn't leave without making sure everything was working properly and we appreciate such great service. Sometimes great service like this by Travis and Clay are hard to come by. So, thank you both for your hard work and dedication. It doesn't go unnoticed!

I had a small job which it took a couple of days for Electric Connection to work into the schedule but there was consistent communication around scheduling.  The electrician arrived on time, masked and was quickly efficient and fixed the problem.   I might have paid a little less somewhere else but the cost was fair.

A caution regarding an unscrupulous electrical company. I contracted with Salt Light & Electric to fix an issue with a circuit breaker that kept tripping. When the technician arrived, he offered to do a $589 diagnostic or he could do a $280 breaker replacement. He went hard for the expensive diagnostic stating that it would come with a free breaker if it was the problem. I opted to have the breaker changed, thinking that it was the problem. After an inspection revealed that the breaker wasn't faulty, I went ahead with the diagnostic. To my surprise at billing time, I was charged for both, even though the technician said the breaker wasn't faulty. Since I had to sign before ANY work was done, it NEVER occurred to me that I was being double charged. When I contacted the company, I was told that I had paid for the breaker because that is what I signed authorizing them to do. I discovered AFTER the fact that despite telling me there was nothing wrong with the breaker, it was replaced, consequently incurring the charge. Salt Light & Electric not only stood by that decision, but made it a point to say that I had signed to have the breaker replaced, even though their technician determined that it wasn't faulty. The end result is that the experts claim that I determined that a breaker was needed when, in fact, had I opted for the diagnostics, the very first thing they would have done is checked and/or changed the breaker.

Beware of these shady business practices. Even their customer service rep who called me for a follow up was dismissive, rude, and ONLY concerned that everything was by the book, so if I wanted to be upset then so be it!

Steer clear of these folks! They are terrible! My next steps are BBB and social media.
