CenterPoint Energy contractor performed maintenance on our smart meter late one afternoon, found a burnt wire from the meter to the breaker box. CenterPoint pulled our meter leaving us without electricity in the middle of summer.  Robert answered my frantic telephone call and said he would have someone out first thing in the morning.  He pulled the required City permit and had the repairs done and brought the riser up to code the next day and CenterPoint restored the electricity.  

Geoff, the electrician and his assistant showed up by 8 AM the next morning, were very polite and hard working. We will definitely used them again.

Ace Electrical Services is First Class! Very Professional and Personable! I used Yelp to send out quotes to 5 different companies and the owner Joel responded within 15 mins.  Keep in mind this was about 9pm on Friday when I was searching for a company to come and wire up a transfer switch to my electrical panel so that I can use my generator to provide back up power to my home.  Joel was not only the quickest to respond, but he was also very reasonably priced.  I let Joel know that I would like to provide the material to save on some cost, he was very helpful and asked that I send him what I was looking to purchase to ensure the equipment would be sufficient for the job.  Joel showed up on time, did a great job installing the transfer switch that ended up looking amazing!!! Like it belonged there! A very professional looking installation.  He walked me through how to hook up my generator to the transfer switch and the proper way to switch the circuits to generator power.  I would highly recommend Ace Electrical Services to anyone!!! I got several bids for a full residential panel upgrade and Beekman was the most competitive for the job and most transparent on what exactly would be done with what materials. Many electrical companies give vague descriptions on their itemized bids leaving you to wonder what exactly is included.

I'd call them again for any job.

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

Had this company give me a bid on some work. The rep was very personable and knowledgeable and I was ready to do business until the bid was presented. I was shocked at the breakdown ($220 to install a $0.99 single pole switch for example). When I objected I was told to company had set rates and nothing could be done. He was correct; nothing would be done with this company. I would have been way over charged. Beware!

Excellent. Diligent and knowledgeable they searched and tracked the electrical line and
probabilities, even climbed up through the attic.

Apparently a loose connection was the cause in the attic wiring. They reconnected and everything is working well now.

Worst company.  In light of the ice storm my pipes froze.  I made an appointment online on 2/16 for 2/18, there were plenty of openings at that time.  Recieved confirmation and everything,  I have yet to see them and my latest update is they won't make it till early March.  I'm fully aware of our city's situation and plumbers are busy but that's insane and incomprehensible to not be able to get to someone for several weeks.  So sad and terrible way to do business.  Stay away!!
