These guys really helped me out. My meter can was arching and they came out the same day and fixed it. On a Saturday.

Not only that, he helped me troubleshoot it over the phone before he came out so he wouldn't have to charge me for something he might not have had to come out for.

Answered all my questions thoroughly (I ask a lot of questions) and did a great job on the repair.

I highly recommend this company. It's hard to find this kind of customer service these days.

Needed to look for help with my Family room electrical issues. Called and spoke with the office administrator. She said they were pretty booked that day but would see if they could fit me in.

About 10 minutes later she informed me they would. When the technician Greg came in he was very respectful and courteous. He wore his mask and proceeded to check the problem out. They fixed the issue and the price was reasonable.

Prompt,efficient,knowledgeable and courteous. This is a great company. Will definitely use them again! I highly recommend them for my electrical needs :)

Awesome folks working at Mr. Electric.  They stay in contact with you regarding arrival.  They are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.  My service tech David was so friendly I would have felt comfortable asking him to babysit - if I had one.

From my experience you can't go wrong.  I had a short in my den and it took a while to isolate - not his fault, it was a floor outlet.  However, once found, he was able to isolate the circuit and get me back running very quickly.

Give them a chance and you'll be glad you did. Rates are what I would consider industry average so, not going for cheap here but awesome quality of service.

Yovani responded to my request right away, which I really appreciated since my smoke alarm had been chirping loudly and announcing Low Battery every minute since 2:30 AM! He arrived within the timeframe he gave me and was polite, informative, and helpful. He advised me to replace all smoke alarms in the house because once one goes, the rest aren't far behind. I was quoted $109 per alarm. That sounded high, but I thought the 10-year battery alarms cost around $50 each, so I agreed. I needed the chirping to stop.

He went to the store to pick up the alarms and returned about an hour later. It took him a little less than an hour to replace all 7 smoke alarms with Kidde Worry Free 10-year Battery alarms. No more chirping!!!

My only complaint was the amount he charged me. After he left, I looked up the cost of the alarms at Lowe's and Home Depot. Turns out they can be purchased for $20 per alarm. I'm not opposed to a business making money and being paid for their time, but $600+ profit for two hours work seems exorbitant.

In any case, I'm happy to have new smoke alarms that I shouldn't have to deal with for the next 8 to 10 years! And I was relieved to get the work done the same day I reached out.

I used Geovanny to fix several plumbing and electrical things at my home. He arrived on time, was very professional and did a fantastic job on both electrical and plumbing. He is a great problem solver, uses high end materials and works according to code on every project. I enthusiastically endorse his work and would hire him again for any electrical or plumbing needs. Jobs included, electrical outage (trace and replace GFI outlet), unclog kitchen sink and line, redo PVC pipes, install commercial grade garbage disposal, clean and repair outdoor gas lamp.

I was told my quote would be complimentary and then whoever I spoke to went back on his word, thus charging me $175 for not doing any work on my home. Very subjective and unprofessional business practice. Went with A1 Plus Electrical instead who did a much better job diagnosing my problem than Brotherly Love Electric did.

Our company is new to the area and we were looking for a go to Electrical company that could service our needs now and the future.  Beekman scheduled a walk through and got us on the schedule the same day.  Work completed and very happy with their service and professionalism.  Will use them again in the future.

Well done! Scott Thomas was courteous and explained everything he was doing. He repaired the wall and it looks like nothing was ever wrong with it! Prices are reasonable and super easy to make an appointment. Good pointers on what to do in the future. Will definitely use again!

Last electrician didn't setup my breaker box correctly and still couldn't come out to fix it. Mr. Electric can out, told what was wrong, and fixed it in a day.

Very satisfied! I was referred from a friend in the neighborhood that used a pro master electric for their whole rewire in their home and they were satisfied. I used a pro master electric to install LED lights around my home that lights up my yard at night and later on used them to change my breaker panel! This is my go to electric company !!!

I was having some issues with some electrical outlets & switches.  As a new homeowner with no prior history of hiring an electrician decided to reach out to Grounded to see if they would be able to help fix my electrical issues.  Pete and his partner Nick weren't just on time for my scheduled appointment, they were 15 min. EARLY!  Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  They diagnosed my problems rather quickly and remedied the situation just as fast.  However the most impactful thing their service provided to me was not the 5 out of 5 star job they provided to me on this day but for the stress I will no longer have for any future electrical issues because now I know exactly who to call, Grounded!

Brandon Guidry was awesome!  We were flooded in Hurricane Harvey and had someone who had experience with electrical wiring but was not licensed fix our electrical issues.  He was so kind and compassionate.  We had one room where no outlets worked and he was able to trouble-shoot and fix the problem.  Great personality and professional.  Reasonable prices. They came out on time and fixed a problem I had with the power going out in my island kitchen. Quick fix and no parts were needed. Price for the service call was pretty steep (almost double) compared to typical service calls from other companies in the area.

I schedule a visit which was easy to do but, when the tech came he went straight to the outside unit, and just by looking at it said it was the wrong unit and the only solution was for us to replace it. I am not against his assessment but the way he did it. It looks like an easy sale for him. I won't call them back and won't recommend them based on this experience, not saying they're bad but the guy did not even take the time to learn from me what the issue was, in fact, he said is an issue with all new houses in the area which I don't believe.
