I had them come out several times and each time I have worked with Matt on the estimate of work.  Later that day I receive my estimate in detail of what we discussed.   Usually Both him and his guys then come and knock it all out quickly. His teams work is to my level of expectation every time.  Highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

I have used both Faithco plumbers and Faithco electricians. My calls were answered promptly, scheduled quickly, and the technicians arrived at the appointed time. Prior to arrival, a photo was sent to me so I would know whom to expect, plus the technician call me when he was on his way. In both instances, the work was completed correctly, efficiently, and rapidly. Charges were nominal. I will certainly use Faithco Enterprises again should a need arise.

I just bought a house and had a few things pop up. They were recommended by his brother (a plumber) and each time they've come out there service has been outstanding, appropriately priced, and well done. I will be calling them for all my electrical needs in the future.

Helped my family's first home be safe with a job to ground our gas line... and did excellent work! A family owned company that gives special attention that you just can't get with larger company. Going to have Bret and his team do some more work for us in the future too. A+

I have used this company twice now and excellent service both times. The electrician was prompt, courteous. and knew exactly how to fix my problem, both times i called them to my house. Extra parts are on the truck so they get the job done faster than other electricians.

My ac unit keep tripping the breaker and the ac company suggested I call an electrician and I looked up this on the internet and found Will power electric and liked the reviews and they didn't lie.  He was very nice and polite, prompt, he was here when he said he would be. very reasonable for the prices, however he got me up and running and no problems now. I will use him again.

Do not use this company. They are gouging prices. I found a plumber who would just repair my water heater.

They tried to charge $3000 dollars and came with a water heater thinking I would finance it. Absolutely not!

These are my go-to electricians for problems both big and small.  I really appreciate the women on the phone when I call needing an appointment.  They always manage to schedule me quickly, even though I have a complicated schedule.  They arrive in marked company service trucks. The electricians call before knocking on the door, which is also nice.  They typically work very quietly and quickly.  I've never been disappointed.

I'm a big fan of this company.  My only suggestion might be to add the extra touch of cleaning up around where they worked.  Lots of other home services do that, and it really is a nice touch.  But that's a minor point.  I'll continue to use this company for all my electrical needs.

These guys are great! Efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. Had to get in the attic twice and it was hot. Travis was fantastic and I highly recommend Mr Electric for all your electrical needs.

We had a piece of equipment that needed to be fixed. They came out once, and the next day it still wasn't working. They came out again shortly after informing them it wasn't working. Another day passed by, still wasn't working. Long story short, had them come out three times, the piece still isn't working, and we got charged for all three times. Keep in mind one of their reps had informed us that if we call back for the same problem within two weeks we wouldn't get charged. We paid the first bill but tried to dispute the other two, and they just ended up sending us to collection. We paid it because it was easier, however we will never be using this company again and wouldn't recommend anybody using them. They're not good at repairing and they're dishonest.

Rude and unconcerned after multiple contacts to schedule and reschedule and reschedule. Never call never use list! Wow, they need serious customer service training or get out of the business!

I hired Jim Hicks to Install 2 lights for my camera back of an envelope to be hot at all times and repair 1 dusk to dawn light and quoted me on paper $201.50.   However, he wired them to the dusk to dawn lights which was not what I wanted.  He did the back yard and fixed the light under the carport and charged me $220.00.  Then said he would be back and give me a bill.  He showed up on the 13th which was Sunday and did not call and put an illegal connector on my front light which would have gotten me a ticket from the City of Dallas. and charged me an additional $40.00.  I then had to hired another electrician to fix the problem.  He also did not wire the back correctly and they had to fix it because the wires were hanging out.  The second electrician cost me $639.99.  I beleive he owes me that money.  He did not do what he agreed to do and ripped me off and did not give me a bill.  DO NOT USE THIS GUY.  He also made me lose $55.00 on my home warranty due to his lack of respect and no bill.
