Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Beyond impressed what a great guy! Called him at 10pm on Wednesday night took a shot in the dark picked up  let him know I damaged my ceiling because my recess lights said he has seen it before asked him if he can come the next day after 6 he said no problem! Showed up got the job done and saved me time and stress this is my electrical company for life ! Glad to know great people still exist!

I have 2 ceiling fans that I need installed (really high ceiling and short ladder).  i'd thought of hiring an electrician but couldn't get any references so was at an impass for the installation.  I called Cool Breezes to ask for a reference and they said they could install them.  They came today and installed by 2 68 ceiling fans.  They recommended a longer pole for the one fan, called the store, and I drove and got it while they installed the 2nd fan. It was all very quick.

I am thrilled, and even more importantly my husband is thrilled. Chad did a great job, making sure the fans are installed and working properly before leaving. Thanks for a great job.

Great company and very professional. Had a CB tripping on the Air Handler while operating the furnace due to faulty wiring by the HAVC installation. Due to the coming Winter Storm they stayed late in the evening to work on this for me to ensure that I would have heat available.  Definitely will use them in all future electrical needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

Barney answer the phone when I called. They were responsive but patient and waited until I was all set to do the job. When I called back Barney was ready to get us scheduled and we had our job completed within a couple days of our return call. I would use Barney's again in the future if I needed any electrical work done.

I was having air conditioner problems and by my checking it seemed that I was only getting 110 to the outside unit. Larry from Ameritech came by and checked every possible connection to see why I wasn't getting the full 220 to my air con.

Everything right out to the unit was putting out 220. But when Larry went to check the air con wiring, he noticed that there was a wire that had been pulled out. Probably from my ham-fisted do-it-yourself install of the switch. He reconnected the wire to the unit, closed everything back up and wished me good day. I asked him what I owed for the call, and he told me nothing. We didn't do anything. he said. I was amazed.

Yes, that's right, he didn't even charge me for the service call.

I'll be calling Ameritech for all my other electrical needs from now on.

The very definition of 5 star service was provided by Texas Electrical Services!  I got a prompt response on a Sunday night for a quote via Yelp Messenger to do some minor work that I was hoping to get done in the following couple days before I had some interior painting done.  Thankfully they were able to fit me in the following day to get it done and the electricans who came out, Bryce and Jhett, were courteous, professional and took care of the work I needed.  I'm incredibly appreciative for the service they provided and that I was able to get in done so quick during a huge heatwave which is keeping everyone busy.

Grayzer fixed an electrical issue in my house today. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I just moved into a new home, and the previous owners had some remodeling done that was of questionable quality. The way things were wired up caused a breaker to repeatedly short out.

Victor from Grayzer quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. More than that, he explained to me what was going on in the breaker panel, and the wiring mistakes that caused the issue. He suggested a few other upgrades I could do on my own, and I was left with a better understanding of how the electrical system in my home worked.

It is rare to find someone who will actually explain what they are doing and what most likely is causing your problem.  I was very impressed with Thomas and his level of expertise!   He was able to swap out a bad circuit at a very reasonable price.  We've had a difficult time finding good service here in Lago Vista or finding anyone who will come out this way, but I was extremely impressed and will use Thomas again for any electrical issues I have. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable.

Tom finished his previous job early and text if it would be okay to come early. I text back it would.  He showed up, went over the issue, troubleshooted it, and left in under an hour.  Very competent and thorough.  Will definitely use again for any future electrical issues.

Awesome! So thankful to Dustin and Liz - they totally saved me today! I had an electrical emergency that caused the hot water to go out at a rental property. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP for my tenants. Justin came out and identified the issue right away and got it fixed quickly. They called when they said they would and they were there when they said they would be. Great service! Highly recommend!

I wish I had something good to say, I tried to work out my complaint via email and calls but no response. Find a different electrician if you need help, they ripped me off! Too many worthy businesses to depend on this one!

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
