Best Electricians in Texas
Wow!
Excellent customer service. I called for help with an issue in my home. They answered my call and had it repaired the next day. The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional. The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Just got home to find a handwritten and signed card from Collin County Electrical. Rodney is a true professional...had him out twice and fantastic results. Would highly recommend him!

We had a perfect experience, from beginning to end! Lisa was so helpful and patient with us in picking out our fans and scheduling their installation (we came twice to look over their stock and she was so kind the whole time). Then, Chad, who installed our fans, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He had to make a second trip all the way out to our house in Rockwall just to install a finial on one of the fans and he did so happily. This company is fabulous and we could not be more thrilled with our new fans! Thank you all so very much! Highly recommend!!

Wow. I had an issue with a light in stairwell and he arrived as promised. How was I to know it was a light bulb?? that I replaced NEW from the pack. He charged $100. I will never use him again. The beauty of this overcharged trip, it is a round world and I believe in karma!!!

Unfortunately they were not able to help with my issue (apparently MASSIVE issues far beyond the scope of their manpower) however Larry & Ricky are no doubt stand-up guys. I've no question they worked to the best of their abilities (free night call, trouble shot twice, communicated perfectly and reasonably educated me).
Larry handled my stressful situation like a TRUE BOSS!! I only wish the problem was solved but still ... great team.

Great job by Randy, Barry and their team in replacing our 1960s Federal Electric breaker boxes. Randy gave a fast, friendly, and accurate estimate and organized the job. Even when things got complicated by the Corona outbreak, he communicated and broke the job into two separate jobs to maximize safety and efficiency. On the big day of the exterior switch out, his team was ready and able to complete the job quicker than we expected. Inspected and certified, we are good to go. Malco is our new go to electricians!

Well, my rating dropped from 5 to 4 now that I've gotten the work done.
The guys who came out to do the work did not seem quite as knowledgeable as the guys who did the initial assessment. At one point, they told me the door to the crawl space was locked. While I was at the condo office trying to find someone to unlock it, they called me to tell me they figured it out.
They dropped wires from inside the crawl space for a new circuit, but then when they got to the circuit box, I heard one of them say I can't find it, do it. Then, they left for their truck for a good long while. I asked them a couple times if something was wrong. They assured me everything was fine. They just couldn't get to the wires without cutting the sheetrock above my box. But, I thought the guys who initially assessed said they wouldn't need to do that (I might be wrong but I thought that's what they said).
I just didn't have a lot of confidence in them, but it eventually all worked out. They got the work done. If these guys had been the ones who initially came out for the assessment, though, I may not have hired this company.

I selected Grayzer Electric to install a L2 EV home charger. TL,DR- they are professional and I would use them again without hesitation. For those that want more, here you go...
I did quite a bit of research to educate myself on some basic terminology and what to look for in an EV home charger. I did even more reading on others experiences with electricians doing this type of work. I narrowed my list, and then reached out to Grayzer with questions. I found their business model really easy to navigate - no pressure, provided me with lots of information, and encouraged me to ask questions. All this was done virtually which I was comfortable doing.
Once I made the decision to go with their service, I completed their online form and took a few photos as they requested. They reviewed what I submitted, and needed me to take one additional photo so they could accurately give me an estimate. This part of the process was really easy.
Next up was scheduling. They told me they schedule based on clustering of addresses to keep their transit times down. That didn't bother me, and happy to help in that small way. They reached out to me within a week of when I accepted their contract and got me scheduled.
Max and Zack arrived promptly today for the install which consisted of running a 50amp circuit from my breaker box outside through the attic and down into my garage where the EV home charger was installed (I purchased the chargepoint home flex off amazon). I also had them install a whole home surge protector on the outside breaker box - so I don't have to buy surge protector power strips anymore. Max/Zack were here about 1.5 hours (maybe a little less) and fully completed the install. Super polite, very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job installing and cleaning up everything. Max also walked me thru everything before he left.
100% I would use Grazyer again for any electrical need based on this experience. And 100% I recommend and encourage you to reach out to Grayzer if you need electrical help - especially if you are in the hunt to install a EV home charger.

Right now, electricians are in demand. I called one company, who said they were booked out several months in advance, to the point where they had stopped scheduling new work. I then left a message for Max Electrical. I got a text back asking for more information and then got a quote. Fortunately, they had a cancellation, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day that I called! DJ stayed until almost 7:00 PM to complete the work. The kept me posted on the progress during the process. Highly recomended.

I called Thomas from Russell Electric and he told me he would be here in 30 minutes. He was here in 20 mins. He had a warm demeanor, professional, very knowledgeable and a fantastic personality. He hot right on the job as I had a ceiling fan that refused to work and he checked out the problem and analyzed it and recommended that the switch had to be replaced and that the workmanship of the electrician who put in this plug, did a substandard job and I definitely agreed with him because I had put in ceiling fans before and never had an issue until I went to out this one in. I was stumped and I called Russell Electric and Thomas was a definite breath of fresh air. He is old school, very respectful and I was honored to have him in my new house.
If you need great professional service with the qualifications of a Master Electrician, call Russell Electric because his prices are second to none and I would highly recommend him to come to my house again. Thomas will now be considered family as I am very grateful to have him come out and fix this ceiling problem. I would give him 10 stars if I could but he definitely earned the 5 stars .

Awesome! So thankful to Dustin and Liz - they totally saved me today! I had an electrical emergency that caused the hot water to go out at a rental property. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP for my tenants. Justin came out and identified the issue right away and got it fixed quickly. They called when they said they would and they were there when they said they would be. Great service! Highly recommend!

Brightside Electrical Service did a great job. My 82 year old Mom's electricity went out in half of her house, which cause the heater to not work. The Electrician was prompt, professional and COVID19 compliant. Thank you for the fast response and excellent service. I will for sure use your company for future need and will also recommend to others.

They did the electrical work for my pool. They needed up wiring my pool breaker wrong and melted the breaker/wire. Luckily my house didn't burn down. Since they were a sub contractor they wouldn't come out until the pool contractor put in a warranty claim...bs. If you know your company did the work it shouldn't take a call from the main contractor to come and fix your mistake.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
