Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I brought new chandlers today for my Formal dinning room.
Collin County Electrical is outstanding and had my new lights up within an hour.

We had a perfect experience, from beginning to end!  Lisa was so helpful and patient with us in picking out our fans and scheduling their installation (we came twice to look over their stock and she was so kind the whole time).  Then, Chad, who installed our fans, was so friendly and knowledgeable.  He had to make a second trip all the way out to our house in Rockwall just to install a finial on one of the fans and he did so happily.  This company is fabulous and we could not be more thrilled with our new fans!  Thank you all so very much!  Highly recommend!!

Excellent work, on time, great communication, and fair prices.  DLI, specifically Jonathan and David, have done a lot of work on my house.  They did the electrical from start to finish in my 950 sq ft master suite addition.  I have called them out multiple times since to do upgrades on the existing house too.  All it takes is clear communication on what you want and they make it happen very efficiently and at fair price.  This is one contractor I will keep in my phone and recommend to others.

You could not ask for a company with better customer service and expertise.  Jason and Barney have done numerous projects at our house. They've changed indoor and outdoor light fixtures and ceiling fans, added outlets for security cameras, fixed faulty light switches, and added GFI outlets to our kitchen.  I continually use Barney's Electric because of the prompt response and fair prices but I love Barney's Electric because they leave the areas that they worked in cleaner than when they arrived, refresh my dog's water bowl if they have worked near it, have helped me troubleshoot issues over the phone, and most recently Jason saved me a ton of money by alerting me to a HVAC issue he noticed while in our attic.

Unfortunately they were not able to help with my issue (apparently MASSIVE issues far beyond the scope of their manpower) however Larry & Ricky are no doubt stand-up guys. I've no question they worked to the best of their abilities (free night call, trouble shot twice, communicated perfectly and reasonably educated me).

Larry handled my stressful situation like a TRUE BOSS!! I only wish the problem was solved but still ... great team.

We recently purchased a home in spicewood and was having trouble with breakers being thrown.  Jimmy from Malco responded quickly to my call and they were at our house within a few hours of calling.  They even called out Pedernales Electric to help them determine why my breakers were being thrown. Jimmy explained everything he did very patiently to me and told me to call if anything else happened and they would come right away.  I am very impressed with this company and the way they treat customers! I will definitely put Jimmy and Malco on my speed dial!

Mistakes happen in business so the true measure of a company's quality is how they respond.  That being the case, TES is a first class organization.  Once they realized their miscommunication I received several calls apologizing for the oversight and the owner truly wanted to showcase what his company really stood for.  Recognizing his sincerity, we scheduled a second appointment which went perfectly.  Not only was the crew there on time they were very knowledgeable, consultative, engaging and fantastic representatives for the TES brand.  The end product was fantastic (I'm now outta the dog house with my wife that the washroom lights work!) and we're looking forward to contacting them again for all of our projects/breakdowns.  Kudos to the TES team!

Great experience with Grayzer.  I spoke with Jim on the phone who was very helpful and patient and discussed the details and pros/cons of what we were interested in doing.  Onsite Jim and Logan did a fantastic job installing recessed can lights and wiring a new GFCI outlet.  They talked me through everything they were going to do first to make sure expectations were aligned, taped the room off with plastic to prevent any mess, did a quality job quickly, and then cleaned up afterwards.  Great results that we are very happy with and great people.

I've now used Max Electrical twice.  They're super responsive, ON TIME, and do great work.  We had a big project and a small project.  They were priced better than the other bids I got on the big job, and I'm very happy we chose Max Electrical for it.  What was also cool is that they were just as responsive and timely to do work for our small job as our big job.  

Darin is great to deal/work with, and is just very nice/competent/professional.  I've tried a few electricians in the past, and Max Electrical is clearly the best.  I now have our go-to folks that I'll definitely call again for electrical work..

I hired Thomas for the second time few weeks ago, and again he did a fantastic job.  I had quite a list of repairs/installations including 2 ceiling fans, 2 light fixtures, some old wall switches to the fans that needed to be changed out, a GCFI, and a cable outlet needing repair.  Thomas took care of all of it, making my home functional again.   As I mentioned in a previous review, I had called on other electricians who did not even return my calls or show up for the job at all, but Thomas always responds to messages within a few hours and shows up on time for appointments.  He is friendly and honest and I will continue make him my go-to guy when electrical needs arise.  I will also recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

These guys are punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile when, through no fault of their own, I needed them to come out twice after the initial service to fix an issue that came up after they did a perfect job. Highly recommend.

Home Depot installed a new washer/dryer unit wrong, breaking some breakers in the process. I used the online contact form to get in touch with Megawatts, and Dustin got back to me ASAP. Ezekiel and Marquel were out the next afternoon. They arrived promptly, did great work, and were very friendly. Highly recommend.

They quickly responded to my request, came on time, and charged me what they said they would in the estimate over the phone.

Today Walter and Marcus came out to do our pool electric work.  These guys are fantastic. First they showed up and were careful to knock on our front door after reading the signs of please knock baby in the house (good thing lil man was asleep at the time). They waited patiently and were about to call as I spotted them.  These guys are super flexible, and were able to accommodate my last second request to add an extra outlet.  Really nice and personable too! I highly recommend Rosen electric especially Walter and Marcus.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
