I sent an email to Xiaoyu Wang after midnight thinking he would answer in the morning. To my surprise he sent a reply in about 10 minutes. With the information provided about my AC not cooling, heave an estimate of what the job might be. An appointment time was set and he called before coming over. Mr. Wang was professional, honest and efficient. It turned out a different part was needed so the final figure was higher than originally estimated, but still reasonable. All of my messages were responded to within minutes of posting. I highly recommend his services.
Quick response via messaging as well as scheduling/coming out.

Breeze Cooling and Heating recently installed three electrical outlets in my home, and I have to say that they did a fantastic job. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient.
The technician arrived on time, and was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the installation process to me, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.
The quality of the work that Breeze Cooling and Heating did was top-notch. The electrical outlets they installed are all working perfectly, and I have had no issues with them whatsoever. The installation was done neatly and cleanly, and it looks great.
Overall, I would highly recommend Breeze Cooling and Heating to anyone who needs electrical work done in their home. He was skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he really went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was done right.

Xiaoyu set me up with an outlet to charge my electric car. He was extremely responsive, very affordable and did a great job. I don't write many reviews but I feel compelled to recommend him highly.

Our AC broke in the middle of a 100+ degree summer day and we couldn't find anyone to come out to look at it for us. Xiaoyu was super prompt and stopped by within an hour of calling him, he almost instantly identified the problem and fixed it as well. He's such a lifesaver!
Air conditioners know to break down either in the middle of the night or on a Saturday morning. Mine chose the latter one weekend. Unfortunately, this was a new unit, and the company that installed it was closed on the weekend. After scouring Yelp for reasonable repair choices, I elected to give Breeze A/C a try.
I was impressed by Xiaoyu's response from the start. He answered my call and gave me an accurate time-frame as to when he would arrive to repair the unit that day. He fixed the problem in short order (dead capacitor), and charged a reasonable price for the parts and services - even on a Saturday!
No one looks forward to A/C repairs, especially during our lethally-hot summers in Austin. That said, if I have a problem with mine in the future, Breeze A/C will be one of the first businesses that I call.
20 degrees outside and two days before Christmas and he still came out same day. Super honest. Could have told me anything was wrong and I probably would have paid it considering how cold it is. Will use him for all HVAC issues from now forward. Honest and reliable. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Really pleased with Mr. Wang from beginning to end with our mini-split project. We would recommend him to anyone without reservation. He is very responsive and thorough with communication and made sure to go over the adjustments needed to our initial plan in advance of doing work that would affect our bill. His pricing is very reasonable and his attention to detail is excellent. I was very appreciative that he took the time to run our lines in a way that was more time consuming and challenging, but that is much more aestheically pleasing. I can't say enough great things about Xiaoyu and Breeze. He's friendly, organized, very skilled at his craft, and does what he says he will do.
I had a very unique problem that threw other HVAC folks for a loop. Xiaoyu is an incredible problem solver and found a creative solution.
My problem was I inherited a house with a weird and large commercial combination unit. It had a very badly custom created connection into the house that included wood and rotted and allowed rodents in. Terrible situation.
It left a very tight space to make any fixes, but Breeze was able to tear down the old connection and rebuild a brand new one as a fully metal shroud, perfectly adhered to the unit, a custom built fiberglass plenum, and seal everything top to bottom!
This took a lot of work, creativity to solve the problem, and craft to do metal fabrication and custom build everything to size. The unit is rodent free now and everything is blowing amazingly strong and cold for summer.

Xiaoyu was prompt, professional, and friendly. He installed a mini-split in my garage and it went exactly as he said it would for the price he quoted. I would happily do business with him again for any HVAC or electrical work I need.
Couldn't be happier with their service. We needed to have a light fixture relocated, as well as a quote for kitchen bucket lights. Xiaoyu was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable.
He was able to move our fixture exactly where we wanted, relocating wiring through a number of studs while minimizing cuts to the sheetrock.

Second time I've had Xiaoyu stop by to help me keep an old HVAC still operating, with a different problem to the first time. It's definitely ready to be replaced now, but without his help to keep it alive until then, I'd be trapped in 90+ degrees for weeks. Very grateful he found a solution, where others I've tried in the past have failed!

Our A/C unit's condensation something or other backed up and started flooding into our house. As first-time homeowners this was startling so I reached out to a number of tradesmen right away. Xiaoyu responded quickly--late at night by the way--and showed up the next day hours earlier than he predicted he would be able to. Xiaoyu diagnosed the problem quickly, went out to get the right parts, came back and fixed it. The unit works better than before, and Xiaoyu also provided some context as to what caused the issue and how to prevent it. I couldn't be happier. Xiaoyu is my go-to HVAC guy now.

No need to read any more reviews if you need HVAC repairs...Mr. Wang is your guy....period. Forget all the big name/highly advertised companies that you have heard of (that are hiring NEW techs all the time) and deal with THE owner directly for your work. (I always prefer one-man repair folks). He responded to my request in less than 10 minutes and arrived the next day on time to diagnose and repair our AC issue. He quickly isolated the issue and had it corrected in less than 30 minutes and explained exactly what was wrong and what he did. On top of that he charged LESS than his estimate of the day before and offered a one year warranty. 100% service excellence.

What an amazing experience! We were looking for someone to replace 2 light fixtures and a chandelier. We also had problems with the electrical wiring so we need that to be fixed as well.
Xiaoyu responded in minutes, came out to check everything out and had everything scheduled to be fixed the same week. Service was amazing and he was super helpful to me. The pricing is great. Best experience I've had with an electrician!

Very happy with the work Xiaoyu did in my basement. I reached out to several contractors through Yelp and received a response from Breeze literally within minutes. Xiaoyu came out within a few days and gave a competitive quote for a minisplit and removing some duct work. Everything was done quickly and professionally and Xiaoyu was communicated well through the process.

NOTE: This is a review for pre-sales service only. I didn't hire Breeze to do any work. Xiaoyu responded quickly to my request for a quote through Yelp. He was willing to come out the next day to give me an estimate. I asked him a bunch of questions through Yelp and he was happy to answer them all quickly. I ended up not doing this work so didn't hire him but he was helpful and friendly throughout the process. I'll definitely have him on the list for service in the future.
Great service!! Four companies told me I had no repair options. They said I needed a complete replacement of my hvac unit. Xiaoyu was very surprised I wasn't given any options and he was able to replace some parts and he fixed my ac!! This was 1/3 the price of a new unit. There were some issues getting the parts but this was out of his control. While waiting for the parts to come in, he brought me a portable ac unit which was awesome! Very nice young man that I highly recommend and I will do business with him again. Thank you Xiaoyu! You are the best!

One of the best HVAC technicians (if not, the best!) that you can find in Austin. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront about the costs. I have a complex LG HVAC system and have been having issues since 2018. None of the technicians was able to fix the problem until Xiaoyu; he was able to find the leak and fix it accordingly. Highly recommended and he will certainly take care of you!

We recently hired Xiaoyu to install a NEMA 14-30 outlet to charge our new Tesla. The process was very smooth - from the initial quote to the installation. Xiaoyu demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was very responsive, kind, and patient during the process. His price is also very reasonable compared to the others.
Oh, I also feel that he indeed has his customers' best interests at heart. Instead of trying to sell the more expensive option, he tries to find a solution that works the best and costs less.
I'm super happy now that we can finally use the NEMA 14-30 plug because charging on a regular 120V outlet drives me crazy...

Contacted Xiaoyu and he got back to me asap. Clear communication and we set up a plan for him to help with my project. He was able to fit me in the next day and install a new mini-split unit. I couldn't be more happy with his work, he is very professional and stays until the work is complete. I really appreciated that he cleaned up after himself (not everyone does). He will be my go to HVAC professional!

It seems there was a mixup in communication with Mr. Wang. We set up a time to come out, he told me what the problem was and gave me some solutions. Great guy. No concerns with his work or response time.

Breeze was incredible to work with. I was in a pinch, I messed up my thermostat and blew a fuse and Xiaoyu was able to come fix it within an hour. I'd highly recommend him, super professional and knowledgeable with diagnosing and fixing my problem.

you only responded me after i left the review for you. if you put a brand new motor, why there are so much rust? why it only last for 10 months then stop working. another AC GUY who fixed my AC said, it is hard to believe it is a motor used 1 year. you give me the warranty, but i can not find you when AC is broken. i have to ask someone else to fix it. so be fair, you need pay for the cost for fixing my AC, which is 500 dallors.
We would definitely hire Breeze cooling for other projects and recommend to others! Xiaoyu installed several GFCIs in our kitchen and a new garbage disposal switch. He was an excellent communicator, friendly service, and we are very happy with the work he did for a reasonable price.

Mr. Wong is that rare business owner who values customers, places his reputation on customer service and never fails to deliver. I have used other AC and electrical services however, have found them to be rather complacent on customer service once they have your money. No so with Mr. Wong. Recently I had a compressor motor go out on my AC. Mr. Wong responded immediately to my service request. Replaced my AC motor which was under warranty and did not charge me for the service call. I do not believe there is a single AC or electrical company in entire Travis County that would not charge a minimum for a service call. Mr. Wong is definitely old school. Efficient, prompt, knowledgeable and a tremendous company run by a man of very high character. Breeze Heating and Air is the only company I will call for any future AC or electrical needs!

Focused, friendly, and persistent service. I contacted Breeze on a Sunday during our late October heat wave and the owner came out that very evening and began troubleshooting. My AC's problem turned out to take some investigating, but through it all (diagnosis, ordering of parts, discovery that a NEW part was also bad, & final fix) I was kept up-to-date *without having to ask.* Owner contacted me then came over after dark (~6:30pm) this past Friday to install and test the (2nd) replacement part (by work light). Very courteous and responsible. I'd be happy to contact Breeze for future issues.

He came to my home today to hang a new chandelier, install a dimmer and add a new receptacle.
He was so knowledgeable and cleaned all the areas where there was dust.
He was so good that I had him go to my son's home afterwards and hang their chandelier.

We needed some GFCI outlets installed as well as needing help with some switches we were replacing that seemed to cause power loss in our house. Xiaoyu came out the same night I messaged to take a look and give a free quote. Then when I asked to schedule him, he immediately put us on the schedule and was upfront about everything he would do. He was very knowledgeable, communicative, and reliable in his work. Everything we needed done was done perfectly. Would highly recommend and will definitely call him again when we need an electrician!

He showed up very promptly and was able to provide me with information around the issue we were experiencing and gave us tips on how to resolve similar issues, if they happened to arise down the road. Xiaoyu was great and I highly recommend him as an electrician. My issue ended up being more complex than I anticipated and he did a great job troubleshooting, explaining the circumstances, and ordering the right parts to get the job done.
My breaker switch kept flipping to off. Sent quotes out and Breeze Cooling & heating replied within minutes. His estimate was very reasonable compared to the other quotes, so I chose him. He kept me updated on arrival status and on the day of repair he did a great job troubleshooting the entire panel, replacing the switch, testing the washer and outlet. The charge was under his max estimate so I gave him a $20 tip. I also hired him to hang string lights in my backyard. Professional service and very nice.

My dude helped me out yesterday when I had both a thermostat issue and then freon issue yesterday. He came out twice for me to help out and then worked a strategy on how to long term fix my A/C. Highly recommend and will use again (and again)!

Wang installed an exhaust fan in our master bath. He was extremely diligent and did a great job. He gave us a very fair quote and then came out to look at the job site to confirm the bid. Next day he was right on time to start the work. He even moved our attic light switch, for which he had to work quite late. A very positive experience and we really appreciate his help in getting the project done.
Breeze AC provided a great value for their service. They responded quickly to my questions and request for installation of two GFCIs.

I had a great experience with Breeze and Wang. He communicated quickly. he did proffesional and thorough work. He did the work in two visits, in order to allow the system to pressure-test properly (due to the nature of the repair). Most wouldn't take the extra time to do that, but he did. The price was reasonable and he was very friendly. Highly recommended!
