Always on time!  Clean, sober and professional!  The installation was flawless and they cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day.   I appreciated Trey's dedication and speedy service when all of the other electricans failed to return my phone calls.

Martin was referred to me by a friend to correct the problems noted in the inspection before I bought my home. What a polite professional!  He did a top notch job of correcting the electrical hazards in my home & installing our new HVAC system. He went above & beyond, was always on time, and thoroughly explained everything, including costs. His son Jude and Antonio are also very reliable. I would never even consider using anyone else after my experience with Lykos. Very honest. And Martin, thanks for the donuts and for tolerating our little dogs.

This is the second time I've worked with this gentleman and this company is the only company I will hire and/or recommend whenever electrical work is involved. His prices are very reasonable and his work is always neat and completed within a timely fashion. He is punctual and sets proper expectations, unlike most contractors. I am not usually one to write a bad review, but we had such a terrible experience with Green Light Electrical that I decided to warn others.  We were remodeling our house and had a number of items we needed rewiring for.  Jarrod kept saying the work was done and then we would find that light switches were not working, the garbage disposal was hooked up to the same switch as our kitchen sink light (so the kitchen light could only come on when the garbage disposal was on), etc.  Then, after the work was done a couple of the switches they worked on stopped working.  We eventually were tired of calling Green Light back and having faulty work done so had an electrician from a different company come to fix it, and they said that the reason the switches stopped working is because Green Light had mixed up wires and also put in some wires  so loose they had fallen out.  It cost us $300 just to have someone fix the work they messed up.  Would not recommend.

Dustin was great. He was prompt and courteous, and I was highly satisfied with the work. I will absolutely call him again for any future electrical work, and I highly recommend LiveWire Electrical Services.

He did great work, having to be creative to get the job done- and when he came back for another job, he went to check up on his prior work, without being asked. A company you can feel good about working on your house.

We are very happy with the services we received from J & Co. A bad storm hit our neighborhood a couple of weeks back and we lost partial power to our home. Long story short, the local power company determined the panel had been struck by lightning, and a electrician would need to be called out to replace it entirely due to the age of the panel. I contacted J & Co. and spoke with Josh. He was able to get out to our place within 10 minutes, looked over the issue, and had the parts in stock to take care of the panel same day. He also went the extra mile of helping me call the power company back out to turn off the electricity while he made the repairs, and then called them again to turn it back on afterwards. Because of Josh's speedy response, we were able to prevent the food in our fridge from spoiling and we did not go very long without AC. Many many thanks Josh for all your help. If we ever have a problem in the future, I know who I will be calling!

I hired Windy Hill Electric to hang some ceiling fans for me and was so impressed with Doug's work and pricing that I had him install some light fixtures that I wanted to change out while he was there too.
I also, made another appointment with him to come back and install a whole house surge protector.
He impressed me so much by setting an appointment time with me and was on time! No waiting around for a time range!
He was clean in his appearance and took extra care in keeping his work area tidy. When he left, you could barely tell he had been there.
His prices were very fair and he was so professional.
I felt so good about the whole experience I couldn't wait to tell my neighbor who was wondering what kind of work I was having done.

We had a complex retro-fit panel replacement on a 1931 bungalow.  We needed an electrician who 1) could fit us in during one of the busiest seasons EVER  2) could understand the scope  3) could navigate scheduling and permitting with the city  4) would do it for a reasonable price.  Scott and his team at Capstone did all four. In addition, Scott's communication was BY FAR superior than any electricians or other trades we spoke with.  We knew what to expect and when to expect it.  We are very grateful that Scott & his team were referred to us!  I HIGHLY recommend them.

The tech, Ross, that came out was great. Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. He's the only reason this place gets more than 1 star (and I would evaluate him separately as 5 stars). But I was charged $385 for a capacitor, which is a $15 dollar part -- a price I'm sure the company sets, not the tech. (And that's JUST the charge for the part, not the service fee.) Which in my book is straight up theft - and exploitative of their customer base. It's unlikely I'll ever use Efficient again. I hope Ross somehow received the lion's share of that ridiculous markup.

- nick came out a Sunday to look into a tripped circuit. he was prompt, professional, and explained everything he was doing and why. reasonable service charge. highly recommend.

Danny came to our apartment and did a variety of jobs including replacing a broken kitchen faucet, re-attaching a towel rack and replacing a bedroom door knob.  He was very professional and friendly the whole time.  He seemed to take pride and show a genuine interest in his job.  I felt like we could've thrown anything at him and he would've been able to do it, with a smile.  He even took the time to explain what he was doing to my husband in case he was interested to learn.  When the tasks didn't take up the two hour minimum he was happy to stay around and see what else needed to be fixed.  I never got the sense that he was in a hurry to leave just because the job was finished.   I'm glad we found a competent, honest and reliable handyman.  Thank you, Danny.
