We were in need of some custom feature wall work as well as designing a wood frame for a ceiling beam. JT was absolutely amazing and even helped us with the design. The craftsmanship was perfect and prices are very reasonable. Definitely a rare find in my experience for the Austin area.

JT and Laurie are consummate professionals and truly care about the quality of work and making the customer a priority. We will definitely be using them for more projects around the house!!

I hired Jose to replace a bathroom fan and vent it to the outside.  All went okay, at least that's what I thought.  I'm having insulation work done now, and one of the first things they told me was that the duct from the fan was just lying in the attic.  It had been attached to the roof vent with regular duct tape, which I'm told was the wrong way to do it and mastic tape should have been used instead.  Since one of my main goals was to vent that fan to the outside I'm revising my original review.

The ABSOLUTE BEST electricians anywhere. Clift is the owner. He got me back up and running after two other companies couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then another time he sent his guys over and they were so polite, fast, tidy, and fixed all my wonky outlets. I can't say enough about this company. He jumped to help my neighbors  who I was scared for during the ice storm. After the power was restored, her living room electric was blown. He worked many hours getting her up and going.
This company has been around a long time...well established with the old timers around Pflugerville...that says a lot.

Mr.  Ward gave me an honest quote.  I had gotten quotes from at least 5 different electricians.  He came on time and got the work done in a few hours.  I paid exactly what he quoted me.  He is professional and works honestly and patiently.  I would recommend him to anyone!!!

Great service right from the beginning. Had 3 ceiling fans installed, switch plates and an outside GFI. The installer was pleasant, on time, professional, used shoe covers and did an excellent job. Reasonable prices.  We will definitely use them again.

Had these guys out to look at a annoying gfci outlet that kept tripping. They were great communicating & scheduling the appointment. Ronnie, located the issue within minutes & had it repaired very quickly.
I also had him look at adding another exterior outlet since I needed one in a different location. He actually said he had most of the materials already in his truck & could do it at that time!
I must say he did a great job installing the new exterior outlet in a nice all weather box. Top quality work at a fair price.
I have found myself a new electrician & will recommend him to all my friends & family.

I contacted Jacob about giving me a lighting estimate for a small condo complex.  The next day Jacob sent me a quote in a text message and I explained to him on three occasions that I needed a detailed quote in writing to present to my HOA to approve the work.  I'm still waiting for that quote and my meeting is in two days.   I messaged Jacob and told him not to bother sending me a quote because I didn't feel he was being honest and was wasting my time.  Jacob responded and said he was very busy and made me feel like other business was more important than my business.  I called Jacobs Ladder because the yelp reviews were good and I thought they would do a good job.  I don't feel I was treated in a professional manner and I won't be doing business with a company that makes promises they can't keep.

I am sure that Chad knows what he is doing as an electrician.... but in our experience he is very willing to take advantage of unsuspecting customers by charging outrageous prices for his work. He is a good talker and used fear as a tool to land the job.

We needed to close out an old permit on our pool from the previous owner. It was kind of a mess with the city and he used that to his advantage by quoting us $1000 to run some ground wire and change out a breaker to GFCI. Needless to say we felt pressure to get it done with him, we reluctantly gave him a check and he would come back the next day to do the job. After he left we just felt icky for hours, troubled by his demeanor and the fact that his prices seemed really high. We felt like we had been conned and put a stop payment on the check we gave him.

After further research and hiring another master electrician our fears were confirmed... we paid $250 and got the permit cleared up.

Chad kept calling us demanding a service call fee of $125 for doing NOTHING but wasting our time and trying to take advantage of us. We finally paid him to make him go away.

Avery Handyman (Lewis) is my go to handyman. We've used him for indoor & outdoor electrical work, gutter removal, blind installation and more. Excellent work and all very professionally handled. We've also found his estimates to be fair & better than what we were expecting.

Very professional and friendly.  Great customer service and communication.  Not the cheapest but I don't want cheap when it comes to wiring my house!  Worth every penny.

Very professional and responds quickly! If I need any electrical work done I will always call him! He has done numerous electrical jobs for me and haven't had one issue!! Reasonable pricing too!!

I used this guy four years ago to do some work in my house. After the initial work he did, he charged me an extra $350 to get my boxes up to code because he did not do them up to code the first time as he was unaware of Round Rock's new codes at the time.

Now, four years later, we are having multiple issues and he refuses to return our phone calls.

This guy is a con man who doesn't stand by his work.

UPDATE: We had another electrician come out and fix the problem- Lyons Electric did not properly connect the ground wire, and it has been like that for 4 years. Take your money elsewhere!

Our house went dark .
we called around  for a electrician only  one responded  that  they could do it that day
within the hour the technican arrived  after checking everything  out he told us it was a  blown breaker  .fixed in minutes  with a new part from  lows .
he was on his way to a conferance when we called and as he solved  the problem in a matter of minutes he said there will be *** no charge ***
not many bisiness  give you a free ride expecially  in a emergency situation  like that

Mike Gingokaski at Superior Electrical has provided outstanding customer service and did an excellent job in making some electrical changes that were associated with an extensive remodel done on the 1st floor of my home.  He is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a DIY idea that is easy to perform and will improve the can lighting that I have throughout the first floor.  He was both professional and friendly and did not hesitate to answer any and all of my questions.  I would recommend him highly.

Had a very good experience even though we didn't use him for service. He was booked up till the next week and made some good recommendation on what the problem might be and how to fix it. He also gave referral to another very nice company which was also helpful. Would try to use him again when he is less busy. hopefully.

Showed up on time and was done quickly with what they must have considered a small job (installing a new fixture in the bathroom.  They were very professional and reasonably priced.

TES recently completed a great project for us.  We built a new barn and needed Oncor (the energy provider) to place a new transformer near the barn.  TES added a new meter box, and breakers, as well as a circuit breaker box inside the barn to handle 200 amps.  Then they trenched 100 yards to my house and brought 200 amp lines to my existing panel on the house so we could eliminate an unsighly old power pole from our view.  They got the whole thing done in record time, had some great suggestions along the way to help me get power to my sheep shed for heat lamps as well.  Pricing was competitive with two other quotes I had received but these folks just seemed like good people, were knowledgeable, could fit the project in, and immediately stood behind their work when we had questions about how things operated.  We could not have been happier with our decision to use them and the outcome.

I contacted Brian to bid on an electrical job recently. Brian was easy to get a hold of, returned calls promptly, and provided my requested quote and information in a fast and efficient manner.  
While I ended up choosing another contractor for the job due to their proximity to the service location, I would not hesitate in utilizing Brian's services in the future if I have additional electrical contracting needs.
