A very unprofessional operation. Had an appointment scheduled at 3:00, so I adjusted my work schedule, put in the necessary PTO, etc. That's perfectly fine.
I received a call at approximately 1:50 asking if I could bump up my appointment to 2:30 since the technician was done with his prior job earlier than expected and is in the immediate area. The lady who I spoke with, Kelsey, insisted on this change. I thought it was a little odd, but agreed. Since it takes me a half hour to get home, I had to postpone a meeting with some staff so I could rush to get home.
The technician never arrived. I called, and Kelsey said he should have arrived by now and put me on hold. I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with him like an accident or something along those lines. She got back on the line and stated that he actually went back to the prior job to fix something else without giving anyone a heads up. No phone call to the business or myself.
Not exactly a professional operation, so I recommend not using.

I was in a time crunch. My usual go-to plumber was extremely busy on existing projects and I did not want a tenant of mine to keep waiting but wanted a trustworthy alternative. I called Samuel Bales from a search on Yelp and left a message. Michael returned my call within 5 mins. To my surprise, he was willing and able to come out right away. I texted him the address to the property where I was having a garbage disposal issue.
We met there on time. Michael was able to clear the problem and show me what I could do in the future should a similar problem arise.
The following week I called on Michael again. This time it was at another property to diagnose and clear all plumbing drains in a bathroom.
The charge for services was not cheap but they were fair, came out right away, and the attention and care to the problem were worth it. I will most definitely use Michael/Samuel Bales Plumbing again. In fact, I was getting ready to call them again for a dishwasher repair so I remembered I wanted to write them a review.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced after chronic leaking and rusting. These folks were friendly, professional, and fast. They did a great job and the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call on them again if the need arises!

I have had to call Frank three times in the recent months. Two calls were for smaller problems and one was for a large problem, a broken pipe behind a wall. Frank was able to fix all three problems in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable charge. I recommend Frank to be called for any type of plumbing problem. John B Penn Hills

API has done several plumbing jobs for us - plumbing a bathroom, installing a hot water tank and a few other minor jobs. All done wonderfully and timely with very competitive pricing! Would highly recommend.

I've had several HVAC/Plumbers work on my 12,000 sq ft 150 year old house. Johanssen & Sons is by far the best. They have found mistakes made by previous contractors and corrected their mistakes. They show up prepared to fix any problems I'm having, efficiently and professionally. I can't recommend them enough.

Butch Miller is a great plumber! He does great work and his prices can't be beat. We've used him for several projects and we couldn't be happier with him! If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to give him a call.
And ladies, he looks a bit like Kurt Russell. BONUS!

We had our sewer back up, and Sullivans was there within 2 hours, the guys were very professional and genuinely wanted to help me, the price was more than fair , it's never fun when these things happen but I'm glad I called Sullivans when it did happen.

We had a clogged pipe. Mark sends out a plumber. The plumber rips apart several pieces of pipe (no clogs there) and then realizes the clog is underneath the floor. He proceeds to auger the drain and tells us that whatever is in there ain't coming out.
He then gives us the following information.
1. We need to rip your basement floor up.
2. Your stationary tub is a goner. You are going to have to buy another one of those.
3. We won't know the extent of the clog until we incur around $2000 in costs to open up the floor and see what we can see.
He calls his boss. Boss gets on the phone and says not to worry and that his guys will be out the next morning first thing. I asked for a quote on the job but he couldn't provide one..... only a random looking proposal with a bunch of hourly rates. But there is a note saying that we should be ready to fork over $1800 or so to get the floor open.
I told him to give me a minute to think about all of this and I'll call him back.
Then I find out that I am being charged $280 for what was done thus far.
I decide to call another plumber to come and look at the basement to see if he could give me another bid on the basement dig. This plumber shows up the next day and says to me... Before we talk digging up your basement... let me take a look at that clog. Within 5 minutes, and a nice blast of water, the clog was freed. I WAS ELATED! So I ask the plumber about the stationary tub and its need to be replaced. Guess what... the plumber fixed it with minimal parts and labor.
After all was said and done, I contacted Puharic to let them know that the clog was easily taken care of.... and if I didn't make another call I would immediately be $2000 in the hole. I provided pictures of the simple repairs that we're made and I kindly suggested that it might be in their best interest to not charge me the $280. ZERO REPLY. Next day... I'm charged $280... THREE TIMES. I am currently working with the credit card company to get this taken care of.
To wrap this up... I don't know what they were trying to pull off. They really wanted to bring in those jackhammers fast and get paid. I honestly feel that the unfixable clog was theater and drama to get us in a place of worry and they hoped to cash in on a quick decision.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The most honest plumber ever. I had a water leak in one of the second floor bathrooms that flooded the living room. I call Orlando Plumbing which is a local firm to get a estimate. He checked the bathrooms and after a few minutes told us it was a tub fitting that was loose. $65 and that was it. He tightened it and in 30 minutes gone. We used him again after a couple of estimates on installing two gas lines. Roto Rooter was $500 and Orlanda was $350. I used him again for a water line to a new
sink and again the best service and price was excellent. He does everthing. Very professional.

We have used Greg for multiple jobs over the years. I have dealt with dozens of contracts and there are only a few that I would recommend without hesitation. Greg is one of them. He managed a bathroom renovation for us when another contractor fell through due to a dispute. He went the extra mile to do some carpentry projects for us even though plumbing is his main line of work. We've used him to install faucets, fix leaks, clear out sewage lines, and other tasks. Greg is a rare breed of truly honest people who will do his best to make things right.

Easy to get in touch with, and the guy they sent was great! He was efficient and punctual, too. The price they quoted us was reasonable. We have used them 3 times now and will be using them again.

Mr. Rooter is ridiculously expensive. They installed a new garbage disposal and fixed a leak under my sink spending 90 minutes tops and charged me $478. I supplied the disposal so this was labor only. When I complained, their dispatcher claimed that their plumbers have no pricing discretion. That was false because the plumber told my wife that he was giving her a discount. Some discount!

Should call these guys Village Idiot plumbing and heating! They have all these broken down vehicles out front, trying to make it look like a big fleet of service trucks. Most are rusting out. There's two feet of weeds growing between them. We agreed that he would send one plumber and he sent three guys and a hefty bill. I tried to pay my bill and he couldn't run a credit card machine. Too shady.....

Terrible is all I have to say. Bob the guy that does the estimates tells you one thing while the workers do another. I had them move my light switch from one side of the door to the next and in normal minds u would want it all moved so u can drywall over the existing hole which is what Bob told me could be done. The electrician moved it but left live wired in the old hole...apparently they couldnt move it all. They first told me the wires werent even live that I could drywall over them thank god I had them checked they were live. Then Bob tells me it's against code but I could put a cover over it and then drywall over that.....like really that's your solution for giving a bogus estimate. Not to mention the electrician busted out huge chunks of my wall to rewire outlets they must not like to fish wire threw, non of the outlets were mounted at the same height, he didn't even hook up my grounds on the switches. Just very sloppy work. Not to mention expensiveThen I thought I had a gas leak and thought it was under ground so I had them check and they confirmed It was underground good thing their slow as molasses because I had a shut off put on right where it comes into the house and had the gas company turn the gas on....it held no leak at all. It held for days until I had the house lines replaced....not by those rip offs. Don't use them, a monkey could literally do a better job than they did. I hate even giving one star they deserve none.

Prior to getting work done - I received cost quote 99/hr - job would take about 2 hours - and 1 person needed - plus parts. Expecting 200 plus bill - received bill for 515 - OUCH! An un-needed helper came along at 45/hr - and although they worked for a bit over 2 hrs - I was billed for 3 hr labor now 145/hr (and it included 45 minutes travel and prep time). I spoke with Skip the owner who hollered at me over the phone! Gee, I only dealt with them for 35 plus years. They were sent a check covering 1 persons labor for 2.5 hrs labor plus parts. And I was told to never call them again! Not Recommended
