I had a leaky faucet and found JB plumbing on Yelp based on reviews. They answered within 24 hours and were professional as well. If I couldn't reach them by calling I would just text them and they were still very responsive. They communicate well with what they think is the problem and their plan to fix it and they're also transparent with what the cost entails. The prices are reasonable and he accepts check and venmo which was very convenient since I was not in the area. Would definitely go with them again and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Travis was quick and friendly and unclogged our patio drain in minutes! He came out within 1.5hrs of initial phone call on a Saturday. Thanks Travis and Economy Drain!!

So I had a massive emergency late night with water gushing out of my toilet supply line and not only would the valve behind the toilet not turn off nor would my main water shutoff valve.  The basement was already flooded so I proceeded to call several so-called emergency 24 hr plumbers either they would not answer or they claimed there was no one working in my service area.  At a last ditch attempt I called Boss plumbing and he answered right away, but unfortunately he said that he had just sent his emergency plumber out to a job.  I must have sounded so exasperated that he said I'll come myself.  Not only did he come exactly when he said he would he stayed in touch en route.  He turned the water off in 3 seconds and fixed the issue quickly.  Now don't get me wrong this wasn't cheap but money isn't an issue when you have gallons of water pouring into your finished basement the cost to fix that is exponentially higher if I couldn't find someone.  Secondly, the next day I texted him to ask for a receipt and once agin he got right back to me and said he would email it.  To sum it up Boss plumbing has A++ customer service and professionalism and that's hard to find in this type of industry.  Lastly, they also do what they advertise which is emergency plumbing whereas I'd called several that advertised open 24 hrs but didn't even bother to answer.  If you ever have an emergency or just any plumbing issue these are your guys!

This company responded to my request on the same day I called. Billy and Richy arrived on time and introduced themselves. I received a fair price quote to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. The leak was fixed, and Information was given how it happened and how to prevent future issues.
They were both polite and professional. This is a company I would definitely hire again.

Had a leaking shower faucet, and other plumbers we contacted didn't seem to prioritize our call. John, however, responded quickly and scheduled us quickly. He was also on time to repair the issue for a reasonable price, and walked us through the issues. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with a clog, Kit came out had it taken care of within a half hour, cleaned up and was very courteous throughout. The job was more involved than expected but he was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

Called for an emergency assistance and was told I can expect a technician within an hour. One hour goes by and no technician. I then call the receptionist and she connects me with one of the plumbers who said it would be about another hour; which I was fine with. Then four hours go by and no word from the plumber and the receptionist can't get a hold of them. Terrible service and completely unprofessional.

Highly recommended!  I needed a plumber to fix something I tried doing myself (water supply line for an ice maker) but I screwed it up and needed a pro.  In the meantime a bucket was catching the drips.

Earlier in the day I had a plumber come from one of the bigger companies whose trucks I have seen in our area for years, come give an estimate.  He took a look, said he had to go call the boss, then came back with an absurdly high estimate.

Using Yelp I found Rick Lucas plumbing locally and called.  Rick answered the call, said he could be there within 1-2 hours, would call first.  He called back as promised and arrived shortly thereafter.

Rick took a look at what was needed.  He also determined that some additional copper piping adjacent to what I messed up needed to be repaired as it was corroded, and verbally gave me a price.

Rick not only replaced all the necessary piping including the additional areas that he recommended, he also added the necessary fittings and connections and shutoff valve and flexible steel supply hose and completed the connection to our new refrigerator.  Rick worked non-stop, and is professional, courteous and friendly, and cleaned up afterwards.

Best of all his price was 33% less than the first place that came.  (Plus I returned the parts I previously bought to Home Depot and Lowes so saved even more).

I am very pleased that I had Rick Lucas Plumbing do this job at our home, and wouldn't hesitate to call him the next time I need a plumber.

Great service. Our water heater was leaking, so I called in to get a quote. John called back by midday and talked me through options. They were able to get out the next day, and everything went smoothly. They ran me through what they had done and did their best to get the leaking/rusty water heater out without tracking water all over the place and cleaned up when they were done. Would definitely use them again.

Right before the holidays, the pipe under my mom and dad's kitchen sink burst.  They called Valdel Plumbing after hours on Friday, December 20th. Since they could use the water from the bathroom faucet, it was not an emergency, and Steve was at their home early Monday morning.  He was friendly, patient and efficient, answering questions, diagnosing the problem, and preparing a quote. He got right to work, and efficiently completed the repairs so the kitchen sink was useable.  He found additional problems/potential problems and gave my parents the option to address it then or wait, and broke the pricing down for each option. My parents chose to get it all done then.  Steve said he would be back
on Thursday 12/26. He showed up when he said he would, and completed the job.  He was friendly both days even though the only access to their plumbing is a very old, very dark, cramped and low crawl-space that has to be accessed through a small panel in the side of the house. The fee was reasonable and my parents felt it was fair. I recommended Valdel to them after reading online reviews so I'm appreciative they were not gouged. Thank you, Steve!  Well done!

Decided not to use them but appreciated their quick response. I like companies They charge $87.00 to come out. I like the companies that come out & give Free Estimates. I already paid $55 for Alliance to come out and they told me what I needed so I didn't want to pay another $87 for them to come out and get their charge for what I already needed to get repaired therefore I looked for another company who did free estimates. The woman I spoke to who works there Christine was very nice she did say they had a $60 off coupon to use and she did give me a price on a new toilet which the other company told me I needed. But when I found a company who gave me free estimates this licensed & insured company repaired all the insides of my toilet tank & it cost me half the price. My toilet works perfectly. With Luan and Kapo have been my best plumbing experience so far. They are extremely professional and smart to figure out the plumbing issue and fix it in a clean way. I used them a few times till now and they are always on time, responsive and reliable. Best part is, the charges with them are very nominal. I have paid so much more in past for similar work on my properties.

I've had Chris and his team do a number of jobs for me in the past 5 years. I've always had good results, and Chris is always very willing to explain options and choose the best solution for the job. Definitely my go-to plumber.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Had a guy from a different company look at our toilet and said that we needed a new one, so I contacted My Plumber to install it because I saw their Yelp deal. They picked us up a new toilet at Home Depot (calling to give us a recommendation on what toilet to get and what the various prices were). Then, when they arrived at my house, they looked and said that we didn't need one. They said they could fix the old one, and if their fix didn't work the $89 we spent to get it fixed could be applied to getting them to come back out and install the new toilet. They then took the new toilet back without charging us anything for the inconvenience. Above and beyond the call of duty. I won't hesitate to call these guys back the next time we have a problem.

Kevin H. came out to fix our kitchen sink drain within 45 mins of my initial call. He was courteous and fast, fixing all of our problems!! Not many companies do free estimates anymore it was great to see. Definitely recommend

It's never good when you have a plumbing issue at 4pm on a Thursday. After calling a ton of folks and not hearing back from anyone and searching emergency plumbing Philly I stumbled upon Vinko plumbing and now have a new plumber in Kevin! He was very responsive, did the work thoroughly, walked me through what was wrong, what he could fix now, and what we should do later, and was an all around nice guy. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!
