Called them out for a sewer back up ... long story short he assessed the issue and gave me an honest diagnosis .... everything was fine !   Rotorooter wanted to charge me $15k for emergency service and stressed the need to have this done immediately !    
If you are looking for an honest company that is my looming to retire off of each job, then call Dave at 1 Plumber !

Scott called this morning and was at my house in less than 1/2 hour. He looked at my Koehler Toilet and informed me these toilets are one piece toilets. Trouble is, with a one piece toilet, you have to change the whole toilet to fix the leak inside the toilet. He was very professional, friendly, and recommended several options. We spoke at length about what to do, and I have to say, I was not aware of the problem with Koehler. He made a recommendation to change to a Gerber Viper. While learning, I asked him if they're any charges and He said No!
I will be discussing this with my Wife, and we'll go from there. When we make our decision, we will call Scott again for installation.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced after chronic leaking and rusting. These folks were friendly, professional, and fast. They did a great job and the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call on them again if the need arises!
