If you're looking for quality plumbing work, hire Joe. First, he returned my call after hours, which showed me that he really cared about my problem. He came the next day to fix my faucet and took the time to evaluate another issue we were having. Joe is a super friendly, honest guy. He's a true master at what he does. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need.

The service here is impeccable. Not only is the service fast and efficient but the friendliness is what sets this business in a class of its own. Their response time was fast after leaving a message on their voice mail, which I would recommend over filling out an online form. Nothing beats picking up the phone. Matt's response from my call was quick, and diverted a service as promised. I will never refer any other plumber to anyone other than Brown's Plumbing. You won't regret it!

Dave and Cory spent a lot of time at my house assessing and diagnosing a very complicated piping situation. They were thorough and professional and explained everything very well.

Heard about Bruce from B& J plumbing from a trusted neighbor. So glad I followed up with her recommendation.
Bruce was wonderful to deal with, and was completely honest and very, very helpful. Was able to replace my garbage disposal and get it installed, and also was able to hook up with the copper waterline to my brand-new refrigerator when the delivery men from home depot said they didn't know how to do so. He did all that for under $200 and on my timeline. He's honest and trustworthy and does good work!
Would recommend him to anyone in the Elizabeth and surrounding area!

We have Browns do so many things for us in the past always with A+ service. So this pains me to say. We have known briwns since the boys were little. They served our business as well as our family. Up until today. I have called them now 5 times to have them come out to fix a number of things. Including a hot water tank they put in and is still under warranty. All 5 times I have got a run around from Jennifer. She has become very rude threw years. I thought I would give it one more shot and again could not give me a work day to come out. So I went with another company that was happy to get the business and told me they get alot of browns customer s. I hope they go back to the kindness there dad gave them to beginwith. Because Jennifer you are going to loss lots of customers with the mouth you have. At this time I would never ask browns back to our home.

Bill helped me out with an emergency repair the same day, and explained things in great detail so I knew exactly what the issue was. Incredibly professional and honest. Thanks again Bill.

I have a new furnace/air conditioner as of today, all successfully installed by Paul and Jeremy.
They were on time, polite, and professional and are employees of Restano, not sub-contractors, which is of huge importance to me.
The end price matched my on site estimate from an earlier visit by Perry and total elapsed time was under 6 hours.
They showed me how to work the new wifi programmable thermostat, showed me changes to the furnace setup, how to change the filter, where new holes were drilled to the outside and new water drainage.
They will come back in the Spring to check the air conditioner installed to ensure it is set up properly.
And, they cleaned up everything afterwards.
Happy and pleased.

Many times you find contractors to not answer their phones let alone go out of their way for weeks to fix a noisy toilet. Not only has John spend countless hours in my home for various reasons but he's always looking into finding a better way to fix a toilet or sink or tub. To say Shelton plumbing is a good contractor is an understatement. They have always been on time, work swiftly, and pay attention to the small details. Anytime you need a shower toilet or sink fixed, I would highly recommend you give them a call.

Called this business 6 times to coordinate date/time for an estimate on a home improvement job. Was advised by secretary, ... expect a return call soon. No call every returned. On the 6th call (which was a shot-in-the-dark) I asked the secretary if (vendor) was too busy, at least return the courtesy and recommend another plumber for my project. Again, NO RETURN CALLS ... This may be a $1-$2.5 million per annum gross business, but, their concern for prospective clients is poor.

I got matched with them through a furnace repair program I pay on a monthly basis when it suddenly wasn't keeping-up to the set temperature as it always has. I called the 800 number for the program & the agent told me that Warhold would be the ones to take a look. I had never heard of them, but there are a lot of such companies, so that didn't matter. I did however find their website & it appears that my area isn't part of their service area, which again, maybe they hadn't updated it lately or they may make exceptions. It was evening & I didn't expect anything until the next day.
Promptly at 7:00am I was awoken by the phone next to my bed - it was a Warhold scheduler calling to set an appointment. He offered 10:00am - 12:00pm, which was fine since that night was forcast to fall to about twelve degrees.
At 9:45am the doorbell rang & the technician arrived. Truthfully I was guessing he'd arrive at the later end of the time window, maybe making a call at a customer somewhere between their base in Irwin & Gibsonia, where I'm at. I was going to move the cars out of the garage soon, as that's where the access steps to the furnace are & I wanted to give him a wider path to carry tools & any necessary parts. But he was patient & moved his truck so I could do this.
The problem turned out to be minor, a dirty componet was the cause & a quick fix. The furnace is back to working as it has before that day. I greatly appreciate their prompt attention to schedule my repair & get to it, especially as someone who had no prior history with them.

Advertised as 24/7 so when I had a problem with two toilets not flushing on a Friday night, I called them at 12:30 AM. The woman who answered sounded like I just woke her up. I asked for someone to come out the next morning. I'd give 5 stars for promptness. When the guy looked over the problem he saw that the drain stack was leaking and would need to be completely replaced, along with needing a new toilet. Knowing this diagnosis was (putting it gently)BS, I thanked him for his advice and said I'd think it over. Then I called a real plumber who came the next day and correctly diagnosed a clog in the outside drain line. He and his helper did the repair and all is well, without needing a new drain stack or a new toilet. So, minus 4 stars for not properly diagnosing the problem and for trying to upsell an unneeded item.

Will never use them again. Like others, i was accused at yelling at the secretary and then Todd got on the phone and yelled at me. I was only explaining my concern for a leak that has been going on for a week. I was not by any means yelling. Todd is so disrespectful and I am still waiting for my leak to be fixed after a week of nonstop dripping in my basement. They have been to my property twice already and have done nothing. They wanted To charge me $600 to remove a piece of wood. What a joke. Horrible company and the owner is a jerk. Will never use a home warranty again- HSA or these sorry excuses for plumbers AGAIN. Another company J&A plumbing South Park came out today and fixed the problem TODAY. Imagine that.

J&A replaced a condensate pump on my furnace. They were the company that was booked through my home warranty. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They didn't waste my time with unnecessary visits, we just discussed the issue over the phone, they ordered the part and scheduled the replacement when it arrived. They understood the warranty terms and how to handle payment. The technician who came to do the work was on time, clean, friendly and professional, and all phone conversations were pleasant as well.
Great service, thank you!

Prices are outrageous. 750 dollars for less then a hour of work. They have you by the balls when it's mid July and your AC goes out. Capacitor retails $25-$35, was charged $395. Proper mark up is 20% I'll give you $150 in labor so let's say $245 for a $35 part. 700% mark up seems excessive. The more I write it out the madder I get. Don't worry they did the same for a contactor too. So I paid Aprox %1400 for parts with a generous $150 a hour labor per item even though it took less then a hour.

All this guy does is talk and talk but no action! Never hire this guy unless you want to call another qualified plumber to come correct his work. This guy should have plumbing license revoked for his lack of knowledge!
