Best Plumbing Services in Pennsylvania

We needed a plumber to connect our new sink to new faucet and garbage disposal.  We had gone with a deeper sink, so that caused a few issues, as our piping was a bit high under the sink.  Ed knew about this possibility and was able to take care of everything.  His price was reasonable, and he called me back each and every time I called him.  Unfortunately, customer service is so lacking with so many businesses these days, but this plumber is extremely responsive.  Should we have any further plumbing needs, we will call him again!!  Highly recommend!!

I called Brett because I needed help with a job, and he didn't have any openings today, but actually referred me to another plumber that might be able to help me out.  There aren't many people out there that would try to help someone when they aren't receiving any business, but Brett's did.  Thank you for trying to help me, it's certainly much appreciated.

I had a piped that was backed up and after sending a few hours myself trying to fix it I ended up calling. I called them a little after 9pm and got a call back in less then 15 minutes letting me know someone was on their way. They arrived at 9:45 and was able to clear everything out with in an hour. The plumber informative and was able to give us a lot of great advice. I would recommend Them if you are with in their area.

I can't say enough about this company. The professionalism and proficiency in Matt's work was top notch. Matt personally came out to the house to give us an estimate. He supplied the gas line from the house to our pool and also ran a line to our fireplace. He takes a great deal of pride in his work.

Called and talked to the owner early in the week who told me that he would be at my house that coming Friday to look at the possibility of having some work done.  I re-arraigned my day to be there.  Some one called a 1/2 hr before the scheduled time to cancel.  They apologized and said someone would be out early the next week and that they would call.  No call....nobody came out. They would not return calls.  I finally tried to contact by e-mail and their response was that I should look elsewhere for a plumber. I guess I had the audacity to comment on the fact that no one returned my calls.  How foolish of me!  Just another, My time is more important than yours plumber.  Stay far away from these deadbeats.

I can't say enough good things about this company.....responsive, courteous, professional and they know what they are doing...I had a leak in the pipe going into my hot water heater....I tried to fix it ...and probably made it worse...called Petrack and they just finished a job and headed to my house...not only did they repair that but adjusted the water pressure....I had it adjusted before and was told that I just have lousy pressure....my dishwasher works and I was ready to replace it.  The shower is strong and the washer fills quickly....

We had Fady come by to make some repairs and we were so impressed by his professionalism, respect, and work. He showed up with a mask covering his face and booties in his shoes before I even answered the door. What a really nice man, too. Highly recommend, all around great experience.

They just replaced our water heater today. Good communication, stuck to their price, and were incredibly professional. They also unclogged a drain and replaced a valve, all within an hour.

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

Our hot water heater was starting to go. It was running out of hot water within 10 minutes.  I called Mr. Waterheater on Monday, took some pictures of the old unit and the space between it and the furnace and sent it to them over text. They looked at the pictures and gave me a quote over the phone. Next day they had their techs come out early in the morning and replaced it. Quick, easy, efficient, and a fair price. The price was spot on. They had listed a couple of extras if they needed to adjust the vent, but they didn't have to and gave me the lower quoted price. I can't say enough about how good their service is!

Rob has done several jobs at our house as well as at my husband's office, and we can only say good things about his work. He has always completed his jobs in a professional and timely manner and stands behind his work.

Worst customer service I have ever come across.  Had a scheduled apointment for a before noon call and no one ever showed up or called.  when I called the company to find out what was going on the owner Jerry was no help and asked if I wanted to reschedule.  I then told him I already lost a half days work waiting for them.  Then he stated he didn't want to go down that road with me What does that mean?  How this company stays in buisness is beyond me.  beware!!!   Well by you response you are trying to cover your poor handling of the situation.   In response to the comments from the company:
First off this appointment was made a week ago and I  was told if you were not going to make it I would be called.  Unfortunately I am not independently wealthy like yourself where I  can? afford to lose work so by taking the day off .  You are now just trying to discredit my review to save face.  Shame on you.

Took the time to discuss the job on the phone before even showing up. Did the job in an hour and the work was great. Would use these folks again. Thank you!

I am a landlord with several units and our current plumber ( who we love!) is retiring and we were trying to locate another plumber as our go to company when we had issues.  Well we has a second floor toilet leaking into our first floor unit and it was an urgent situation. Our initial call was made early in the morning and our situation was explained.  We were told that we would get a call back.  We were not called back by the end of the day and a call was made after hours as my husband was going to tackle the problem if we could not get a set time for Bauer to come out.  After hearing this, we were told that we would be their first appointment (8:30am) the next day. So I advised my tenants and since they were working, I had to be there to wait for the plumber. At 9:00 they still were not there so I called the office...again being told that someone would call back.  Long story short- they called after noon and ended up getting there shortly thereafter.
So the guy was working no longer than an hour and we were told that the wax ring was broken..that he tested with dye to be sure that it was not leaking anymore and that it was fixed.  The bill was $187.40 which I thought was high but at least the leak was fixed.
So I thought! The next morning our tenant called to say that the ceiling was once again leaking and was worse than before the plumber did his repair.
We called the plumber directly leaving a voice mail and we called Bauer's office.  Our calls were not returned until a second call was placed and we got a return call at 2:00 pm.  The owner George assured us that he would be there tomorrow at 8:30 am...to be continued.

UPDATE- The plumber did show up at 8:30 sharp and re-set the toilet being sure to show me every step. They also did not charge me for the second trip so both of those items will raise my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.  I still am not sure if I would use again due to the terrible communication. As the old adage states, you only get one chance to make a good first impression

We had a so-so experience with the Go-To Guys. About six months back they did a couple of hours of work for us, including installing a coat rack and mirror on solid masonry walls, but even after a couple of phone calls, they never returned the supplies for which I paid. I liked the idea of paying for little jobs by the hour, though, so I thought I'd give them a second chance and ask them about some work that we needed to have done to meet a home inspection contingency. After leaving two messages, they have yet to return my call.
