My garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Alex took out the old one and installed a new one I had already purchased. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done in no time at all.

I've been looking for an honest old-fashioned plumber who does the job you want done.
Bob's knowledge of plumbing exceeds anything I could've ever expected from a plumber at his rates. The savings that I experience with Bob allowed me to get a little extra work done without going over budget and I would believe anyone would appreciate that.
If you need a plumber from simple to sophisticated this is the guy you need!

Dan was recommended to me by a neighbor. He was able to schedule removing and replacing a kitchen faucet within a day.
Dan showed up right on time, got to work immediately and removed the old unit and installed the new faucet in short order.
In addition to the above, Dan was fair and reasonable in his pricing.
Dan is now my go-to guy for all things plumbing related.
One happy customer...

Jason is a pleasure to work with-- I had called him after getting his coupon in the money mailer bc I was afraid that I had a major problem with my toilet. He was on time, showed me his plumbing license, and spent a lot of time with me, Answering all of my questions. Luckily, the problem wasn't a problem after all. He is also not the kind of plumber whose gonna charge you an arm and a leg, which I really respect and appreciate in this day and age. Now I know in the future, who to call, if and when there is a problem! He also rescues dogs and other animals, which to me, is a win win. I would recommend him to anyone.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I hired Kerry to fix some plumbing in a high end rental rehab in a nice area of downtown Philadelphia. The first thing I will tell you is that we negotiated a price of $900 for plumbing and some small electrical work yet he charged my brother $1100 when he left. Part of that charge was $250.00 for travel time to go pick up shower knobs. He sent a worker out to pick something up for an hour and charged $250! He installed two sinks, one of which does not drain properly- the bowl fills up with water, so I had to get that fixed. He installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. I had to get that fixed because he did not do the work properly- the drain line for the dishwasher did not have a high point above the garbage disposal. Neither were installed to code. He hooked up a dryer vent and even did that wrong, I had to get that fixed as well.
He incorrectly installed 3 shower knobs. They are not threaded nor are they waterproof. There are basically 3 holes in the shower wall where water can leak during a shower now. This all has to be replaced and fixed. He removed 3 chrome handles from this shower and replaced them with the cheapest clear plastic ones on the market. He did not leave the chrome ones in my apartment- he took them with him. When I asked him about this he said I didn't steal your chrome knobs. Then I told him they weren't in the apartment. He admitted they were on his truck, plumbers shouldn't be taking materials from a job site. They were brand new chrome handles that could have been returned or used in one of my other buildings. There are 3 knobs on the shower and two say hot, one says cold. I have to replace them as well and buy new chrome knobs since he removed mine from the job site. It was very hard to have a conversation with Kerry as he was screaming at me, unable to have a normal adult discussion about his work. I had to pay somebody to come in and fix every single thing he did. Two licensed contractors have come in to do work in the apartment (one to fix all of the plumbing) and both explained that his work was completely sub par and none of it was done properly or to code. I cannot believe this person is licensed. The work is terrible and Kerry is a total scam artist. I gave him a chance to fix this but he wouldn't listen. He talked over me, screamed at me, then hung up. It was a truly disappointing experience working with Kerry from start to finish.

We used Palmiero Plumbing on two occasions. At first Joe was very responsive and came out to the house to fix the problem quickly. The bill was more than we had anticipated and more than we had paid other plumbers for similar work in the past, but the quality of the work was good. We paid for the work on the day the work was finished. We later had another plumbing problem in the barn. This time Joe was slower to respond and missed coming out as promised a few times without calling to let us know. We then discovered that the automatic waterers no longer worked after Joe had repaired the other problem in the barn. We then called Joe again. He promised to come out many times, but each time he has missed the appointment and didn'teven have the courtesy to call. We have now been hauling water for two horses by hand for three weeks, and it's getting old! We now must find another plumber to fix the problem in the next two weeks before we go on vacation so the horsesitter doesn't have to haul heavy water buckets. Bottom line... work is good but expensive and communication is virtually nil.

My sump pump motor broke and Bukowski came right out and replaced it. They were not that ones who installed it origionally, but they came and put a new one in and it works great. Then I called them back (Robert), and had them run a new line for me (pvc) to redirect the water from the sump pit into another location. They work fast, and its quality. Very happy I met them and will call them back in the future!

Great service from this company - even on a Saturday. They fixed my ancient AC and the repairman even ran over to the hardware store to get the correct filter.

Can I give this place less than one star ?
1.) they sent the WRONG people

so my hot water heater was literally dripping water - I needed to get this addressed today
plumber guy made it seem like a deal at 2000 DOLLARS ( which after researching it comes to about DOUBLE what it should
I triedreaching oun
and they aren't communicating back to me this place is a ripoff - AVOID THIS PLACE - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place

If this is affordable plumbing with mike, then they are the best. i have rehabbed tons of houses and worked with dozens of plumbers, and they are the best. their prices are good. they are professional. and they communicate in a clear manner.
mike is a busy owner, what do you expect with their service and prices . . . . but he always communicated with me in a timely manner and always performed what he said he was going to do.
all his workers are very good. will continue to use them in the future.

Update: 5/5/2020
For several weeks due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our governor & mayor have mandated that people working in essential business wear masks and practice social distancing. In fact, someone is supposed to check people entering businesses to ensure they are wearing masks. There is a possibility that this business and/or office staff may be violating these mandates. Yesterday (5/4/2020) about 745AM I observed 3 young Caucasian women crossing Rising Sun Avenue @ Comly Street where the business is located. Not only were the women standing next to each other but NONE of them were wearing face coverings whatever?! Am wondering during the few minutes time I spent waiting for the Route 18 bus southbound whether anyone inside was checking for face coverings but since none of them left the building during that time am concluding that either they had masks in their purses or no one inside bothered to check them as required.
