Jack from Drainmen came  late one evening to assess a leak from the kids bathroom onto the kitchen ceiling. Gave an estimate, and scheduled a time to come back within 48 hrs. Found a solution and fixed the leak. Great craftsmanship, reasonable pricing and honesty from Jack make these guys recommended highly from me.

Can't say enough good things about this company.  I submitted an inquiry through yelp for a plumber to repair/replace our spigot in the back yard.  The proprietor (Mike) replied to my request for a quote immediately and had his employee (Julian) out here the next morning.  Julian did amazing work, was quick and courteous as well.  Will certainly be going to Quality Pro Services for my future plumbing needs.

My parents have used Harker plumbing for years and now that I am a home owner in Philadelphia I use them as well. You cannot go wrong using them.

Larry was great to work with! I highly recommend. In an age when most contractors don't even respond to calls, Larry was always quick to respond.

Our kitchen and bath had antiquated plumbing that was in horrible condition. In a difficult situation, Larry and Michael came when they said they would, fixed what they said they would. They snaked our kitchen drain so it runs well. Larry called back to make sure everything was working and when there was a minor problem, they came right back to fix it and make it right.

In the end, we were very pleased.

The main water shutoff to my house needed to be replaced. The repair person showed up on time & performed the work quickly. The fee was reasonable so do not pay astronomical prices with the orange truck people. These guys are the best.

I had a pipe freeze on Xmas and was desperate to have someone come out asap, since we didn't have any water all day. Keith was responsive, came out right away, replaced the broken pipe and I'm back in business. I really appreciated communicating through the app, and as well via text. I hate calling places. I'm so impressed, I scheduled more work to be done with Keith, that I had been delaying for months. Thanks again!

It was a regular morning when a family member was in the shower. When I hear one of the worst sounds to a homeowner.... water crashing down into the living room. We Immediately turn the water off. I pulled the access panel and could not find a leak anywhere. We did not want things to get worse so I jumped on Angie's List didn't like what I saw. I turned to Yelp witch I normally use for finding good restaurants. I came across IFIXDIT. He showed when he said he would, was very professional and prepared to get the job done. He is a master plumber and found our leak in no time. His price was very reasonable. He even gave us a price to replace all of the old lead pipes in the entire bathroom. I would use him again.

We will be forever grateful to Miller Plumbing for recommending Keith Klein and Company Plumbing. We needed a gravity drain for our home. The home is situated on a slight slope and our sump pump ran almost 15 times a day. We had 2 floods in a year from a loss of power to the pump. Keith was very pleasant to deal with. He even took the time to answer our calls and texts and even spoke to me at 10:30 pm. He visited our home on a weekend and was very accommodating.

We had a little trouble getting him to come out and do the work, it took at least 3-4 months for him to come out and do the work, several calls and emails were not returned. I think part of it was that he is very busy but we would have appreciated a little feedback as to when he would fit us in.

Finally, in mid-August, we got in touch with him and he and his crew were out a couple days later. They were very friendly, and even took the time to answer our annoying questions.

The gravity drain has been a huge success, our sump never runs and the water just flows out the back of our property and I am a very happy customer and would recommend his work to anyone.

I used this service this past April and they were great! Showed up a few minutes late but they called before hand to let me know. Once they arrived, they were SO quick and pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend!

Positive experience. Good selection. Guy offered serveral brands of circulator pumps, ultimately went with Taco 007 which was already on my boiler

Nice people and good work, but too expensive. For the same price I could have called the other company that wear shoe slippers and only sends the labor needed.

Maybe it is because I have a Haddonfield address, but they sent two guys for a one person job. No literally, only one guy could fit in the space to do the work. At best the other guy could hand tools and be moral support. Of course I was charged the labor for both.

I had them in today, referred by a friend, for a few minor jobs. The plumber who came was on time, awake, friendly and efficient. Work done was minor but done quickly and without any problems. Communication about what was done and what was needed was great, and I intend to use them again for a couple of larger jobs (like installing a dishwasher...) in the near future.

I've had a series of bad experiences with plumbers so this was a relief and a pleasure.

What a rip-off! Do not use this plumber. They installed a new toilet about 1-1.5 yrs. ago. I called them because the base was wobbling - not  even a year old. I called again because the toilet runs for no apparent reason, but I can count on it to run every time I sit on it. They came by and refused to repair because the one year guarantee had expired. They do not stand behind their work and customer service is horrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Bought a fixer upper.  Needed everything. Wil and Mike installed a main water line from the curb, reworked both first and second floor bathrooms, installed a hot water heater, installed gas lines, fixed a bunch of water and gas leaks, installed toilets and sinks.  This wasn't no clogged drain, this stuff was big.  I had several other plumbers come out and took a look before work began. Only a couple made bids.  Wil wasn't the cheapest but he seemed like the most knowledgeable.  I am really glad to have hired All Better to take care of these projects.  They were always on time, respectful, helpful, and cleaned up after themselves.  These guys are top notch.

My yard drain was clogged. James Fay was recommended to me so I called. I got a return call within 30 minutes and Terry was at my home within 2 hours.  Initially he could not unclog the drain from the yard but after examining the pipes in the basement he was able to open the cap and snake through until the line was clear. I found everyone professional. Thank you for this quick turn around. I will definitely use the company again, should the need arise, and also highly recommend them.

Had a small leak in a pipe.  Called Ben's ProServ and they came in about an hour on a Saturday! Dan B was very professional and explained the options and cost for fixing the pipe. The cost was what I expected - no surprises.  Everything worked out well and I will definitely call ProServ in the future.
