My experience with Pro Install Services has been very positive. Pro Install Services replaced 3 toilets and installed a vanity top in my home.

First off, in our current Covid situation Ryan always respected my health by constantly wearing a mask while in my home.  Also he did an excellent job in explaining to me the scope of the work being done; he kept me in the loop on any issues (which there were a couple) that occurred and made the necessary adjustments in an expedient professional manner. He made aware of all pricing for each job prior to any work being done.  

Lastly the work was done in a neat, quick, and  professional manner. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pro Install Services for home installation and remediation work!

Adam Mechanical sent someone out on a cold and snowy Saturday to look at why my heat pump was constantly on aux heat. The house was warm enough but that was killing my electric bill. The only people happy were the folks at PECO.
Ricardo came out and found that the unit needed some minor maintenance and, before long, it was functioning as normal. I purchased a maintenance agreement with them on the spot. I do not want anyone other than a tech from Adam Mechanical to ever turn a wrench or screwdriver on my heating system again.

We had a backup in our sewer line, and another plumbing company was pushing us to replace our whole line, which would have cost lots of money and torn up our whole yard. We got referred to PS, and Don came over. He had his guys video the line, and they found that while the line needed to be cleaned out, it was intact and didn't need to be replaced. He recommended that we install a cleanout and do a thorough cleaning of the line. We went ahead, and we also decided to ask him to change out some old leaky plumbing. They did all of the work, at the price advertised, didn't try to upsell or nickel and dime us on minor things. Don, as well as the crew that came over with him, were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I strongly recommend this company for any work you need done.

My wife and I decided to replace our mini-split prior to the brutal heatwave that encompassed this summer. Chris came out and gave us what I would consider a reasonable estimate, however compared to the other HVAC services in the area, it fell within range, they showed up when they said they would and did not try to oversell me. Our house is 200 yrs old and presented some unforeseen challenges however Chris was professional and worked efficiently. Next time I require service to either the mini split or other system in my home they will be the first number I call.

I've been using Russell Bros for almost 15 years and thoroughly recommend them! They are punctual, honest, reliable and do a great job! Carol in the office is very helpful with scheduling and will call you to remind you of your appointment, you can also get reminders for annual services etc. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, helpful and tidy workmen. You couldn't ask for more! Very happy, long term customer!

Very friendly employees, was able to make an appointment quickly and get my leak fixed. Mr Archer was honest and professional. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Did a rapid and solid job on installing our residential HVAC replacement, and was responsive to questions after the installation was complete. They were not the cheapest, but I selected them because I was willing to pay more for a Trane system installed by a certified operator.
Replacement of our existing system took one day. when the new system glitched they came out in a few hours to put it right.

Excellent work....highly skilled..on time..explained all work procedures..would call again if needed..We highly recommended this service.

Very professional and honest, I had gotten a quote from another plumber regarding my issue and it was very expensive. Without telling mike about the quote he fixed my problem at a third of the cost. I highly recommend county line plumbing.

I called early in AM for broken hot water heater.  He came to check out old heater then called back with estimate and had job totally completed by 1PM!!! Price was fair and workmanship fabulous.  All staff was pleasant and made sure not to leave a mess.
I have always used them and continually happy with all jobs.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I've had a bad experience with Bennett's Plumbing. I hired Richie Bennett to do a digging job in order to run a drain line from the street onto a lot which I own. I gave him a $1400 check which he cashed the same day. The work is not done.  It was never started.

  The job had a deadline.  The contract  states a completion date of May 25th 2011. It was imperitive that the job be completed before the city poured the new sidewalk. It is now a few weeks past the deadline. The sidewalks have been poured, therefore it is too late to do the work with out destroying the new cement.  

 I believe the plumber began with good intention but for whatever reason, the job was never done and Bennett has communicated nothing to me. I briefly spoke to his wife who said he intended to return my money.  He does not return my phone calls and he still has not returned my money although he did know where to pick it up.

P.S. I found this business at 2207 E. Boston St., not at the address displayed on the yelp listing.

We have used ALLIED since we purchase our home over 3 years ago because their information was on our HVAC system. On our first call we wanted them to take a look at the system and make sure everything was up to par and to let us know if anything needed attention. Allied sent us John Martin and he took the time not only to give us a detailed explanation about what kind of HVAC system we have but also to show me how it all worked. From the thermostat settings to the blower speed, to the heat_pump triggers, everything!. He checked all the connections and settings, told us what they were and asked if we wanted to change anything.   John was very patient listening and answering all my new-homeowner questions.

We have been using them since, and always try to request John Martin to service our HVAC. He is knowledgeable and doesn't mind been asked a ton of questions.
