another great experience! Tyler, Bryan. all employees I spoke to or came to my home are awesome. very professional and friendly. . my ac unit stopped working. came out same day Tyler stayed till 1030 to get my bedroom to stay cool enough to sleep there. they were even going to go out and get a window unit so I could stay in my home. they came out next day as promised, replaced my system, cleaned up after and Tyler followed up to see how things were working. the manager came out a day or 2 later to recheck everything to make sure everything was working properly spending money on a new air conditioner is expensive but having envirosafe doing the job helps. reassurance. answered all my questions ,explained everything in detail so I understood it. what a great company.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from these folks, from my initial phone call to request service through to the end of the job, which was clearing out my clogged kitchen sink. I'm giving the job 4 stars, rather than 5, because they just did the job, and I want to wait just a bit to see if anything goes wrong in the near future. Otherwise, I'm very happy, at least with the immediate result. Based on todays service, I will call them again.

Had Joseph's out once to fix a thermostat in a radiator in our kid's room. He and his nephew were nice guys and did a good job at a reasonable price. We talked about doing more steam work throughout the house. Here we are a couple of months later and I called about a small crack in a hose line at the rear of our house. Joe seemed annoyed to be getting the call but said he would send someone out the following morning. After calling me annoyed that his guy called the wrong house, his plumber showed up, took a look and said it would be easy enough. He needed to call Joe to get a price. Joe then told him that it would be $225. To repair a tiny section of pipe for a hose line that's totally accessible and should take no more than 15 minutes, at most. I respectfully declined to the gentleman.
2 minutes later Joe called me and aggressively said are you kidding me!? You can't pay $225 after I sent someone out there!? Don't ever think about calling us again!. Was literally yelling. He then hung up. Beware. Nothing affordable or friendly about him.
There are better options and I have someone coming out today for under $100.

These guys (Chris & Brent) are great! Twice I have needed Burnside Plumbing and twice they have come through. Last week, my basement toilet was non-functional with sewage backing up onto my bathroom floor. My main sewer line was clogged. 100+ feet, snaking for four hours cleared it out, success! Thank you!

Love these guys. I have not had a problem with them in 5 years. They have come out for numerous emergencies and fixed every one. Their prices are reasonable and have always been friendly and accommodating.

The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

Joe and his crew from Attilio Plumbing, Heating & Cooling were extremely friendly, accommodating, efficient and safe! The crew was truly like none other. They all had masks on, they told me everything that they were doing, and their work was precise, and perfect. You could tell that each and everyone of them are knowledgeable and truly care about their job! Thank you so much, Joe & Crew! You guys are awesome and we will recommend you to all of our friends & family!!

Great company, has come to our rescue three-four times past few years. Always top notch work, good prices, very honest and reliable. Will only use them for our plumbing needs!

We just had a gas leak (existing old lines) and of course called McLoughlin. They came out on a Sunday and confirmed the leak. The next day they sent two plumbers who located two small leaks (had to put compressed air through the lines in order to find them). Once found they replaced the leaking lines and our house is once again safe!

After our built-in gas oven died, it was really hard to find a plumber to come install it (a PA law). One plumber made me wake up at 6 AM for a consult but never showed. Another wouldn't return our calls. Another would only give an estimate on phone. Victor James was about the 5th on list.
We called before 9 am and within the hour, they had people here ready to work. It was a baker's dream come true.
Here's what I liked about them:
- they showed up the day we called
- they have a thing called straightforward pricing that you get to see in print so no made up pricing.
- they took $100 off my bill when the work took less time than they thought. how honest!
- done in one day
Here's what I didn't like:
- no free estimate. There is a $69 service fee. This got waived though
- the price. Okay, not their fault but replacing a built-in gas oven is pricey!
- our boiler/heater is so old they couldn't get the pilot light to relight. they had to send someone else out to fix it. just a time waster
These aren't big dislikes so they're 4 stars in my book

They were recommended by a neighbor. Replaced my 40 gallon gas Bradford White water heater. Work looks good, upgraded chimney from a 3 inch to 4 inch line; ended up costing $1250 for the job. Was a little surprised to find the empty cardboard carton from the new water heater in my recycling, but broke the box down and hauled it out. Nice job, nothing to rave about.

On 1/8/20 I made the unfortunate decision to contact Edwards Hughes & Son Inc as my heat wasn't working. I needed someone asap as it was too cold for my elderly grandmother & they were the only company that could come out asap.
I used them about 10 months ago to replace a leaking hot water heater. I also requested the heater be serviced. That night there was leaking from plumbing associated with the hot water heater. The boiler, which was supposed to be cleaned/serviced, was no longer turning on and remained covered in dust/dirt. When I called a person was sent out who agreed the boiler hadn't been serviced. He apologized & made arrangements for the heater person to come out the following day. He also made repairs to piping, what exactly I'm not sure. The heater was serviced the following day.
Back to 1/28/20. A service person came out for lack of heat. He reported there was a backup light switch that someone must have turned off which was why the heat wasn't on/working. I was charged the $125 service fee. Later that day the house got warmer, but the temp did not go above 69 degrees. I called back to inform them of this and was told they could send someone out the following day. On 1/29/20 a service person returned and informed my grandmother there was something wrong with the pipes/vents. I called the co. to request a call to explain the issue. 1/30/20 I received a call, was told there was a problem with air vents not opening which he was able to open and an issue with a device that controls how much air may get in the piping so he bled pipes. He quoted a 2000 to replace pipes, but said if that didn't work a new heater would be 4700. I received a bill in the mail for 145. Today my hot water heater is leaking through the floor into the closet. I called, received a return call and stated my hot water heater was now leaking and this could lead to a lawsuit. I believe it was the owner who talked over me, did not listen and hung up on me. I have already called another plumber to come out. AVOID!!
