another great experience!  Tyler, Bryan. all employees I spoke to or came to my home are awesome. very professional and friendly. .  my ac unit stopped working. came out same day Tyler stayed till 1030 to get my bedroom to stay cool enough to sleep there. they were even going to go out and get a window unit so I could stay in my home. they came out next day as promised, replaced my system, cleaned up after and Tyler followed up to see how things were working. the manager came out a day or 2 later to recheck everything to make sure everything was working properly   spending money on a new air conditioner is expensive but having envirosafe doing the job helps. reassurance. answered all my questions ,explained everything in detail so I understood it. what a great company.

Its 11:15pm and Roland and Tauhid just left.I had a kitchen drain thats been clogged for weeks and Roland and Tauhid came in and had my kitchen drain back to normal in no time..he even did a little extra work with no charge..Please call these guys and dont do like I did initially and had some jack leg come and tell me a bunch of bull and only fix the problem for a day

Came out the same day of call to installl new water heater. Also, removed old heater.   Were done in less then a couple of hours, and  was given a great price compared to other plumbers.  Will definitely use again.

Ward D. Burnside & Co. has been incredibly responsive and reasonable.  They have spent the last year working at my rental property bringing it up to snuff, particularly in the last few months as I had made the choice to sell it.  Their prices have been reasonable and they have provided me with alternatives to save money while still achieving the items required for sale.  Everyone with whom I've worked has been very responsive.  Eric has been the primary plumber with whom I've worked and he even came out on emergency one night, resolving the problem at minimal cost. I highly recommend them.

Love these guys. I have not had a problem with them in 5 years. They have come out for numerous emergencies and fixed every one. Their prices are reasonable and have always been friendly and accommodating.

Bill installed a new water heater for me over a holiday weekend years ago.  He didn't know me, it was my first contact with him and his staff.  He was respectful, prompt, reasonably priced and efficient.  Bill and his crew have been back to my house for a backed-up sink and the installation of a new home heater.  Each interaction was the same, respectful, prompt, timely and with high quality work.  I highly recommend Bill and his company.

Had an A/C issue rear it's ugly head on the 4th of July and was happy to get a callback the same day and scheduled service the following. The inspection was thorough, looking at all the aspects of the unit the was not working properly as well as the secondary unit for general issues that may come up in the near future. Was able to get to the root of the problem quickly and get things up and running in less than an hour of service. Both service techs were very knowledgeable and let me know everything that they were doing and how to maintain the system to extend it's life.

Attilio's service was top notch and the only criticism I had was that the repairs needed were minor (around $100 in parts) but not the bill. As a first time home owner, I default to the professionals until I have a better understanding of how things work. Now that I have a better understanding of where minor problems can occur in an HVAC system, I will perform these checks myself and reserve calls to the professionals when these minor repairs do not solve the problem.

Came to my house to see about putting in a whole house water filter. Turns out it wouldn't fit in the space I have but he and his assistant were very helpful and educational, telling me all sorts of things I needed to know being a new Philadelphia resident. I would definitely call him again.

My kitchen sink was clogged so I called McLoughlin.  Their technician came out and tried to address the problem.  He spent about an hour snaking the drain which improved the clog, but did not fix it.  This cost me $300!!!  Before he left he ran the water for about 5 minutes and the sink drained.  I am not a plumber, so I figured it was good to go.  About an hour after he left, the sink, for whatever reason, was in the same condition it was before he came out (and we did not put anything down it after he apparently fixed it.  After all we had just spent $300.  Why would we dare put something down the drain besides water after spending that amount of money?).  I called Mcloughlin and explained to them that it was still not draining properly, and they told me that in order for them to come back out, and do the same thing, it would cost me an additional $300.  Thanks for nothing Mr. McLoughlin, you lost a customer and I will be spreading the word that your company sucks.  We ended up calling another plumber through a friend's referral, and he had the problem fixed in no time.

I wish it were possible to give 10 stars!! These are great people to work with! We called a few places before deciding on these folks.  Denise at the office was very kind from the moment she picked up the phone it didn't have the feel of a business call. First impressions matter to us and Denise really wanted to help! She was patient with us, informative and knowledgeable about the work that would need to be done. Matt, the plumber, was prompt and professional. He explained all the work that would need to be done prior to starting. He was in and out in a timely manner. Matt is truly a master of his craft. If there's anyone in the area I could recommend more than others it's Victor James Plumbing. One of our neighbors actually used them the same day we did.

P.s. I saw one review in here that gave them 3 stars for being a Trump Supporter?! Are you KIDDING ME?! Just to be clear we voted the other way but that doesn't sway who we do business with. It shouldn't influence who we you business with either. Yelp should take that down.

I called Edward Hughes and Sons on April 3rd to fix my heater that was not working. I had used this company over the years and thought I could trust them. A old man came that day and told my husband that the problem was the Computer Board. He supposingly repaired it and he told my husband that he took some unnessary commands off of my thermostat. He charged me $125 for a service charge because it was on a Sunday and $100 for the repair which totallled $225. On April 13, the heater stopped working again. In previous years the problem with my heater was a bad switch which was replaced and the heater would work. The last time it was fixed was two years ago so I was thinking it was the same thing this time but was told it was the Computer Board. I called the company to have them come back out to check my heater again since I paid for them to fix it and it is not working again and was told someone would call me to let me know what time they would be out that day. I called them several times after not getting a call and it was after 5 PM and was told I was on the schedule and somebody would be here. At 7:30 I got a call telling me they were backed up and couldn't come that day but would be here the next day. The next day it was the same thing, they promised me I would get a call and someone would be out here to fix it and they didn't fall or come. Today I called at 9:30 AM and was told someone would call me and its 10:42 and nobody has called.  They are not going to call today I am sure because it they couldn't get to me for the last two days, they would have been her first thing this morning. I don't recommend this company to anybody. I don't know what has happened to them but after getting the run around, I started looking them up and found out that they do this kind of thing a lot, telling people they will call but don't. I have a child in my house and my house is cold.
