Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

Today was the fourth time I have had work done by these guys. We've had them replace our entire sewer line house to street, we had them replace our water heater, and they did some repairs and replacement of piping under the sink in my parents house. I called yesterday about installing a gas shut off valve and they were here in 20 minutes. The prices they charge couldn't be more reasonable. The work they do is quality. And the guys are some of the nicest people you could meet. If you are looking for someone to do any plumbing or heating work in your home I highly recommend Hopkins. These guys are honest, decent, affordable and extremely knowledgeable.

Needed plumbing work done and Mark (the owner and Master Plumber) was very responsive, efficient, and was on-site for all the work doing most of it himself with his son (also a plumber) assisting. Definitely a great company and person to deal with!

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

I worked with Matt on a unique plumbing issue and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. You can trust in A&P!

Greg is the BEST.  When I first bought my house, Greg helped me with a few jobs when I first moved in, such as installing the dryer vent safely. He also helped me troubleshoot an electrical issue (a few of the circuits in my house were shorting out). Greg not only helped me fix the issues in my house but he helped me understand what was going on so that I could troubleshoot problems on my own in the future. He takes the time to fully explain things and imparts a great deal of knowledge which is super empowering as a first-time home owner. To find a contractor who takes the time to teach clients how to be more self-sufficient is amazing!

This review is slightly late but does not change my impression of Larry and his team.

Lauterborn completed a 200 amp upgrade as well as a variety of additional services for me. Larry and his sons were communicative, on-time, and professional. He was priced slightly higher (under 5%) than two other competitors, but I would hands down go with the experience these guys bring to the table. They are my go-to electricians moving forward.

We have used Jim & Sons a few times now, particularly because they were always among the most responsive electricians. Nothing worse than never having your calls picked up or emails answered. They were also great in an emergency situation where we needed someone out basically next day, and they squeezed us in. Prices seemed fair in general. We will continue to use them and would recommend

Out of the blue we had some work that needed done on our home. We reached out to JDV and that same day, we had someone at our house to complete the work. Piro was extremely professional from the beginning, took  the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed done and WHY, all while completing the job in a quick manner. My wife and I both work from home and their was no disruption or distraction to our day while they were at our home.

Will for sure use JDV in the future and will recommend them out to family, friends, and clients of mine.

These guys were great - super professional, on time, polite, and best of all - good at what they do! They installed a 240V line from our basement across the entire house to our garage without drilling any extra holes. They even worked with us to move the location once we realized the cord wasn't long enough to reach our car and spackled the original hole we told them to make.
We went right back to them when we needed another line to run to the kitchen and again managed it with no extra holes in the walls or ceilings to help guide the wire.
If you're looking for a quick, easy, reliable job - these are your guys.

Have used Don's service for years and he really knows what he's doing.

Generation 3 does jobs from small to daunting and they have the resources to squeeze in emergency calls.  I have recommended them to a couple of clients and gotten rave reviews on the work performed.

They said they'd have a technician call me a week ago about a doorbell transformer placement. That never happened.

I urge you to get second opinions before settling with their prices. My heater went out and for them just to diagnose the problem it was 200 dollars! My heater broke recently and they were prepared to charge me 1800 dollars. These men are great salesmen, they told me buy a new heater (4,000 dollars!). I thought something was funny so went ahead and got a second opinion. The second company laughed when they saw my issue and said it was a simple fix. They charged me 450 dollars and told me I'll get a few more years and not to stress. The company told me that Henderson totally blew my issue out of proportion. Please do not use this company! I've heard many stories like mine. Now none of my neighbors or family use this company and have worked successfully with other heating/cooling companies. I hope this saves you and your wallet from making a disastrous decision with going with this crooked company!! They don't care about you, they only want money.

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
