Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

Needed plumbing work done and Mark (the owner and Master Plumber) was very responsive, efficient, and was on-site for all the work doing most of it himself with his son (also a plumber) assisting. Definitely a great company and person to deal with!

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

I worked with Matt on a unique plumbing issue and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. You can trust in A&P!

I hired Greg to install some 220V lines in my basement as well as some additional 115V outlets. When I first called, he asked me to send photos of my electrical panel. After reviewing them, he called back walked me through each step of what needed to be done. At the end of this call, he suggested I call around to some other electricians because his schedule was booked until the end of November. I didn't actually follow up with any other people. Luckily for me, an opening came available due to a canceled job. Greg came by and spent probably 8 hours at my house well into the evening running lines. He got everything working and then left the cables to be tacked up during his next visit. He came by a few weeks later to finish. The job is now complete, much sooner than his original estimated start date (~Nov 20th).  It addition to providing great service & being very professional, Greg's price was competitive. I highly recommend him and will be hiring him again in the future if needed.

Lauterborn Electric was great to work with!  They worked with my hectic schedule and were able to get my job done within a week of contacting them. They were on time, completed the job as planned, cleaned up afterwards, and even charged me less than their quoted price! On top of all that, Larry and his son were very personable which made the project fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

These are the guys to go with. I lucked out finding them. They communicated well throughout the entire process which is a rarity in the business and showed up on time. They completed prompt and professional work and we're very informative and knowledgable.  Mike/mark I forgot the name sorry did a great job installing new ceiling bracket and ceiling fan. Very reasonable price and was able to fit me in their busy schedule with little notice.  My wife will be so pleased to see finish product. Will definitely be dealing with them again.

This company charges a $49 fee for coming out and giving an estimate, which is creditable against the job if you hire them.  The fee they quoted for the job I wanted done wasn't just high; it was utterly absurd.  I got another licensed electrician to do the job for less than one quarter of their quoted price.  Their electrician also began trying to up-sell me on other services the minute he walked in, before even looking at the job he was called to quote on.  In my experience this is a racket to collect $49 estimating fees without doing any work.  Stick with contractors who provide free estimates.

Quick to respond and easy to work with. Great job on my quick project and great communication. Will definitely use again in the future.

Dennis (and his son) were assigned to fix my heater as a part of my home warranty on the 21st, contacted me on the 22nd, and had me back in business on the 23rd. They were on time (calling when 30 min away), wiped their feet, and were quiet (while I was working from home). After checking things out, my unit was fixed in under an hour. Grateful for their punctuality and work.

Gen3 just installed 6 recessed lights in my home in under 3 hours. Brian Smith is a pro. He covered everything in plastic sheeting. Smooth install. Showed me how to work the remote and the phone app. Really appreciated the Saturday appointment.
I've got a few more electrical projects down the road. Gen3 will be my go to installers.

Fast response and great service. My Yelp message was responded to within a day and my call was returned immediately. Good communication, on time, and great work. We're very pleased with the two pendant lights  we had installed. The price was significantly less than other companies. This is a nice young professional worthy of your business.

Hot water stopped working so I had a feeling it was either the thermostats or the heating elements. Tech came and replaced both thermostats when only one was faulty and said the elements were fine. $500 dollars later, the same issue arises. I look into myself and find an electric wire that was never reattached and  also find out the top heating element is shorting which was the culprit the entire time. $500 dollars wasted for $30 dollars of parts and no solution.

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
