if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys .  most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go!  i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

RM is amazing. Highly recommend. He has done so much for us:

If I need something done, I ask him first. He can do just about anything. And is very honest if he cannot do it or has not done it before. Great attention to detail. If by chance you are not happy, he will fix it to whatever suits your liking. So excited we found him. You will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a house near Drexel University that needed some plumbing repairs. I hired Buzz Duzz after reaching out to several plumbers, most of whom didn't even reply. But after comparing Buzz's estimate and response time to the other estimate I received, I went with Buzz and I'm glad I did. They are very organized and responsive starting with the people you speak to at the office (Christine was great) and the man who came to do the initial look at the house (Chris) and the men who showed up to do the work. You never wonder what's going on - they communicate with you regularly. It turned out the jobs I initially hired them to do (including, replace the stack from the upstairs bathroom to the basement) were just the tip of the iceberg. They discovered a lot of problems in the basement around the non-working sump pump that needed to be repaired. My contractor was on site every day that the Buzz team was there (he was doing other work in the house) and he agreed with all of their assessments about the work they discovered that needed to be done, so they were not just creating problems to fix them! Instead, they did significant repairs that involved ripping up a small part of the basement floor and some outside concrete, digging down about four-feet and finding the broken pipe from the house that was supposed to drain into the outside drain. It was major labor. Of course, all of the additional plumbing repairs added up, cost-wise. But Buzz sent estimates before each additional job, so I knew what it would cost. And, I felt the prices were fair. My contractor looked at their estimates and agreed that overall they were priced right. So, I highly recommend working with this responsible and friendly plumbing company!

Absolutely avoid! The incompetence...just jaw dropping. I paid for an install of a ductless in March of 2022. When they installed it, they said 3 hours. Turned out to be 8 bc they clearly didn't know what they were doing. But finally it was done. It only worked a couple of days. Called them back, they fixed it. After about a week it died again. I called them but it turns out Brian was in Vegas bc of a wedding and honeymoon. Long and short: we had no ac for most of the summer bc, you called us at the worst time. And that's MY problem, how? Finally came back towards the end of the summer. Fixed it again. Now it's May, 2023, fired up the ac. Guess what? It doesn't work again. I'd rather cut my own arm off them ever have to deal with these idiots again. I paid the several thousand dollars for nothing. They f**ked me. Now I'm going to hire someone competent to fix it. Just awful.

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

We The Plumbers is not licensed to work in Philadelphia. The owners name is Thomas Turner. They advertise themselves as plumbing and HVAC specialists yet they are neither.  They are not properly licensed to do either type of work in the city of Philadelphia. They incorrectly installed a mini-split HVAC system in my home that did not work from the beginning.  They had me purchase materials directly from the distributor because they did not have the money to pay for them. When I contacted them about the system not working they were nowhere to be found. They are being sued by other homeowners for faulty work and deceptive business practices and accepting payment for services not rendered. They flooded the basement of a homeowner. Please beware.  I strongly advise to not to do business with this company.

This man does good work and he is very reasonable.   That is first and foremost and should be said.   HOWEVER, he is all over the place.   His ever changing policies, his ridiculous rants on Facebook about customers who aren't satified (which he usually ends up deleting ), his constant patting himself on the back, the confusing and ever changing communication is enough to make you NOT want to like him on social media any more or use his services.    His FB business page is like a users online diary, it is all over the place. Just stick to your job.    Stop posting dumb stuff constantly and let your work speak for itself.   You are destroying your reputation with this nonsense and your all over the place rules that seem to change daily.   Chill.out. my dude.  You are legit starting to look like something is extra sus.

This review is being given by someone who has had Blake do work in my home, recommended to others both personally and in the community,  and also had Blake screw me over not following up when contacted for an emergency after initially speaking to him.   So I have had it all.

No show twice. First time thought it was miscommunication. Second time, upon request, provided full details over SMS and got no response of confirmation and no one came.

For starters I gave them 1 star because I couldn't score it any lower. The very few positive reviews they have are most likely from their friends or family. This is truly the biggest scam taking place in urban neighborhoods. Somehow they have partnerships with the local water suppliers in inner cities. They charge a monthly fee to cover water line and sewer line issues. If for some reason you have a problem, there is always a reason why your issue can't be covered. I've had issues at two of my rental units and they found a way not to cover either, after waiting over a week to get a response on my initial claims. I sent correspondence to the company president, as well as the VP of operations to help facilitate a resolution. No response whatsoever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Home insurance companies carry better coverage for less money. There is always a new scam to steal money from inner city residents. Don't do it!.

Update. Don't believe the nonsense about them wanting your contact information so that they can help resolve the issue. I send a direct message to them with great hesitation. As I figured, they had another person call me to explain the exact same reason they couldn't pay the $1700 repair proposal. I have already called another plumbing company to make the repair for me. Again, check with your home insurance company so that you don't have to have continuous damage done while you wait for them to deny your claim.

The entire process with James & his guys was super easy.  Called to get an estimate and they were out the next day.  I was able to schedule the service with them easily.  James came out for the estimate and he was helpful, friendly and efficient. He gave me a couple different options to choose from for price comparisons.
Service with Ronald the field manager was also a very easy process.  He called when he was on his way to my house and was on time. He was friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing, why and the service guarantee.  I think they may have left my house/kitchen cleaner than when he started.  
I would recommend both of these gentlemen and Toomer & Son's and I would definitely use them again.

Lowry did a wonderful job reworking some outdated electrical work that needed to be repaired to sell my house. I called 5 electricians and none would work in Norristown. I got scammed by another for $300 to say my system was safe.The Lowry team gave a fair estimate, pulled appropriate permits (critical for selling a house), and provided excellent customer service. One other electrician came out and he could not do the work for less and was unwilling to work in my attic. Lowry saved the day, and I am very thankful my house went to closing.
