if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys .  most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go!  i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

I'm really glad we found Rey! My husband and I own a rental house while also working full-time jobs so when DIY repairs don't go as planned, as was the recent situation for a broken dishwasher, we need help. Fortunately, my husband got the dishwasher working again, though he found getting it back together correctly wasn't so easy. I searched for someone to do the job and found RM Handyman Services. Rey was extremely responsive, punctual, and got the repair done super quick! Knowing that we can turn to Rey, we can bypass doing the repairs ourselves, and go directly to him.

Micheal and his team did a great job. They do plumbing and heating and they are great. They know what they are doing. Would even come back to explain how to adjust the pressure, etc.

Per a friend's recommendation and water in our basement we contacted Buzz Duzz for a sewer drainage clog on a Saturday.  They were great.  Slightly slower in getting to our house than I would have liked but clean, honest and quick!  Thank you.  We will be using them again.
Not sure about credit cards but we wrote them a check on the spot for payment.

Brian Hatcher owner of Brian Anthony's Refrigeration installed a new Central Heating and Air Units at my Home. After just 5 months the unit stopped working and was smoking in the new vents. When he came out to check it again he said the unit was not working do to water corosian and he said the company would not cover the warranty. Then he tried to sell me a new unit.
I called another HVAC Technician and he fixed the Heater with no problem. Brian's company had installed faulty vents near the unit.
I cannot advise anyone to use this man.

The service provider came and consulted on the problem I had. We set a time and date for the repair. On the day of the repair I called and messaged the provider, but there was no response. The provider did not show up nor return any calls/messages.

I had a leak coming from my upstairs toilet and Tom took the time to look around and evaluate the problem. He explained in detail what the issue was and the work required to fix it. Since it was a big job, we discussed a payment plan and he created an electronic invoice within minutes to schedule the work. I even called him the day before he was supposed to come about another plumbing issue I had, and he was quick to say what he would need to do and was ok with adding it to the job. All of the pricing was reasonable, his customer service was excellent, and his flexibility was appreciated. I would definitely hire him again (but hopefully I don't need to haha). Oh! There's also a cleaning service that comes in after the work is done at no additional cost!

This man does good work and he is very reasonable.   That is first and foremost and should be said.   HOWEVER, he is all over the place.   His ever changing policies, his ridiculous rants on Facebook about customers who aren't satified (which he usually ends up deleting ), his constant patting himself on the back, the confusing and ever changing communication is enough to make you NOT want to like him on social media any more or use his services.    His FB business page is like a users online diary, it is all over the place. Just stick to your job.    Stop posting dumb stuff constantly and let your work speak for itself.   You are destroying your reputation with this nonsense and your all over the place rules that seem to change daily.   Chill.out. my dude.  You are legit starting to look like something is extra sus.

This review is being given by someone who has had Blake do work in my home, recommended to others both personally and in the community,  and also had Blake screw me over not following up when contacted for an emergency after initially speaking to him.   So I have had it all.

I have had excellent service through Statewide for over 6 years associated with many diverse house projects.  Juan's plumbing and sewer service is newer and provides the same excellent service.  This company is honest and responsive.  Juan made repairs today to my tub and toilet. A part was needed and I offered the option of coming back another day with the part. Juan went and got the part and came right back to install it. Statewide is happy to do both large and small jobs and I have never found a nicer or a more competent company to work with.

American Water Resources are Liars and Fake Insurance. A couple years ago I received a letter in the mail from The City of Philadelphia. The city recommended insurance for your water and sewer line through American Water Resources. I signed up. A couple months back my drain in back of my house backed up. I called AWR. They sent 3DM Plumbing to my house. The tech ran the snake through the drain and at the end of the process, declared the clog cleared. A couple weeks later, in another rain storm, the back drain backed up again. So I called AWR and they sent 3DM plumbing again. The tech again ran the snake. Then he ran my hose in the drain for 15 minutes and the water started to back up. This was on 12/01/2020. The tech, Timothy, recommended on my receipt that a video inspection on the drainage pipe was necessary to determine what course of action would be next. Timothy said I would have to call AWR to make an appointment for the video inspection. I called AWR on 12/02/2020 to make the appointment. The rep put me on hold while she contacted 3DM Plumbing to make the appointment. The rep came back on the line and said to me, 3DM Plumbing will be out to your house to do the video on 12/02/2020. This day comes and goes, 3DM Plumbing is a no show no call. So I call AWR on Friday in the morning on 12/04/2020 asking why 3DM Plumbing was a no show the day before. She puts me on hold while she contacts 3DM Plumbing. She comes back on the line and says to me 3DM Plumbing will be out to your house between 12 noon and 4 PM today or in the morning on Monday 12/07/2020. Guess what happened? 3DM Plumbing was a no show no call on both days. I call AWR on 12/08/2020 in the morning asking why 3DM Plumbing continues to blow me off. Once again, the rep puts me on hold while he contacts 3Dm Plumbing. Comes back on the line and tells me 3DM Plumbing will out to my house today Tuesday (12/08/2020) between 12 PM and 4 PM. Guess what happened? 3DM Plumbing was once again, a no show no call. So I call AWR on Wednesday 12/09/2020 demanding to speak to a supervisor. The Philadelphia rep gives me a phone number for their office in Chicago. I speak to a person named Ralph. Explain to him the entire situation and that I'm really running out of patience. He puts me on hold so he can speak to his supervisor. He comes back on the line telling me that his supervisor has authorized an AWR employee from the Philadelphia office named Tyrone to come to my house on Thursday 12/10/2020 to evaluate the situation. Guess what happened? Tyrone was also a no show no call. American Water Resources are the biggest LIARS and SCAMMERS out there. They take your money, then when you have claim, they do the absolute minimum then LIE to you about the follow up appointments. I am also going to contact my Philadelphia City Councilman's Office with the details of this scam. I am going to strongly recommend to him that The City of Philadelphia stop sending out mailings urging people to sign up with American Water Resources because they are liars and scammers. What good is this insurance when AWR LIES to you about the follow up appointments thus not delivering on their insurance. I am also going to go on my neighborhood Philadelphia Facebook page with my experience and recommend to my neighbors to beware of this company and recommend they do NOT sign up with American Water Resources. After that, I'm going to post my experience with American Water Resources on my twitter account for which I have thousands of followers. American Water Resources are LIARS and SCAMMERS.

The entire process with James & his guys was super easy.  Called to get an estimate and they were out the next day.  I was able to schedule the service with them easily.  James came out for the estimate and he was helpful, friendly and efficient. He gave me a couple different options to choose from for price comparisons.
Service with Ronald the field manager was also a very easy process.  He called when he was on his way to my house and was on time. He was friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing, why and the service guarantee.  I think they may have left my house/kitchen cleaner than when he started.  
I would recommend both of these gentlemen and Toomer & Son's and I would definitely use them again.

Had an emergency call the other night, dispatch said they would be out to take care of plumbing. No show from plumber the next day, was given excuses and told we'll call back shortly. Half hour+ and no call back, so I called another emergency plumber and cancelled with Lowry. After using them and having multiple jobs done for almost $2K over the past few years, I feel I can no longer recommend them. Feel let down and disappointed!
