if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys .  most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go!  i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

We cannot thank Rex enough for his help during our recent move! From painting, assemblies to a wide range of repairs/fixes -- he got us covered! We are very impressed by his professionalism and services. He is now our go-to for all house needs!!

Called about a plumbing issue and the owner made bizarre statements about tattoos and where they were on my biceps?  Weird. Seemed  incompetent.

We sold our house and was pressed for time to make repairs from the home inspection report, called Filan and Conner Monday and by Tuesday they came out and fixed everything in one day! We recently had a poor experience with another plumbing company and was nervous that this would the same but Tony was professional and knew exactly what to do! He had the part immediately and fixed everything in less than an hour, all for a reasonable price! Would definitely call them again for any plumbing work!

I've used a number of plumbing, heating and A/C contractors. Buzz Duzz has been the best. The staff is excellent. They follow through and do quality work. I highly recommend them!

Brian Anthony's is a ripoff. This company will grossly overcharge you. They said they would charge $89 for an estimate, but that would go into the cost of the repair. I should have eaten the $89, because the repair cost $600 to put in a new sink faucet selling for $50 at Home Depot, and that's retail. It was a big mistake to agree to the repair.

The service provider came and consulted on the problem I had. We set a time and date for the repair. On the day of the repair I called and messaged the provider, but there was no response. The provider did not show up nor return any calls/messages.

We The Plumbers is not licensed to work in Philadelphia. The owners name is Thomas Turner. They advertise themselves as plumbing and HVAC specialists yet they are neither.  They are not properly licensed to do either type of work in the city of Philadelphia. They incorrectly installed a mini-split HVAC system in my home that did not work from the beginning.  They had me purchase materials directly from the distributor because they did not have the money to pay for them. When I contacted them about the system not working they were nowhere to be found. They are being sued by other homeowners for faulty work and deceptive business practices and accepting payment for services not rendered. They flooded the basement of a homeowner. Please beware.  I strongly advise to not to do business with this company.

I'm 80 years old and have lived in my house for more than fifty years. I've hired many handyman, plumbers, electricians and home improvement services, none of them come close to the services Blake provides. Blake has been in business for 2 years, and I've been his customer for 1 1/2 years. He has installed light switches, 4 outlets, ceiling fan, ring doorbell, ring security light, porch light, 3 faucets, under sink water filter system, repaired 3 ceiling fans, drywall, 2 windows, toilet, ceiling in kitchen, power washed garage floor, clean several windows outside and inside, cleaned by oven, and came immediately for 2 water leaks, and many more things too numerous to mention. He is a very compassionate and caring young man, never overcharging for his work or taking advantage of people financially.

Juan helped me install an electronic toilet seat. At first we thought it was an easy task, but it turned out the water pipe and valve needed to be replaced. Juan went out and bought all the parts for me and got everything done quickly. He is very friendly and helpful and the price is fair. Highly recommended.

I live in NYC & paid for this coverage as part of DEP water supply. I opted for the service given the high cost to replace a broken water line ($3000-$4500). I've been paying for years for 2 homes but never called for service as I never needed it.

In late March water started to leak from an old DEP shutoff valve on the street for my rental. I called NYC DEP and of course they said it was my responsibility to fix. I was served a 7 day notice to repair. No worries as I have insurance!

I called AWR on Saturday evening but was on hold for more than 1 hour. I was annoyed and just gave up. I called again Sunday morning, ~ 7 AM EST and immediately got hold of a rep and filed a request for service.  The phone conversation  with the AWR was smooth and took about 10 minutes. You have to email them the DEP Notice before service can be booked. The request was sent to Liberty Water & Sewer in Brooklyn. Liberty Water & Sewer came out the same day and an appt was set to do the repairs 3 days later.

I found Liberty Water & Sewer to be professional, they cleaned up the street and sidewalk afterwards. Work took almost the entire day.

A few things to note:
1. You are responsible to ensure the plumber has space to cut the streets to access the tap. This is a TALL order in NYC...try holding 4 parking spots. The plumber usually have 2 trucks so this type of repair requires a good amount of space..

2. The plumber will have to dig a hole on your property to access the water line. This entails removing concrete however they do not refill with concrete. Instead they use asphalt paving which was not expected. you will have to replace this on your own (expect a few hundred dollars if you pay someone or ~$60 if you do it on your own).

Con:
1. Why do you have to call an 800 # of service? It would be so much better if you can submit a request online, provide all the necessary details (pictures, notice, etc) without having to spend time on the phone. This is 2021!

Overall this was a pleasant experience.

The entire process with James & his guys was super easy.  Called to get an estimate and they were out the next day.  I was able to schedule the service with them easily.  James came out for the estimate and he was helpful, friendly and efficient. He gave me a couple different options to choose from for price comparisons.
Service with Ronald the field manager was also a very easy process.  He called when he was on his way to my house and was on time. He was friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing, why and the service guarantee.  I think they may have left my house/kitchen cleaner than when he started.  
I would recommend both of these gentlemen and Toomer & Son's and I would definitely use them again.

They came to do a gas heater tune-up and found a problem that would cost me $1,700 to repair. I got a second estimate from another company and they charged me $75! Beware!!!!!!!
