Where do I begin. Well first of all if you'd like a PROMPT response and complete service satisfaction this is you go to GUY. I experienced a plumbing issue that I thought was going to be a complete nightmare but through dealing with this company through their total professionalism this experience was actually very inviting. Thank you so very much for your speedy response and your complete professionalism throughout the whole plumbing process. I definitely locked your phone number into my phone for future reference and to pass along to any of my family, friends and or neighbors that may seek GREAT plumbing experience!

Reasonable prices and the workers were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and the price was as quoted, no additional charges or tricks. Would recommend.

Had a water leak slowly destroying my mobile.  Called 7 plumbers and got 2 days or last minute cancels.

In June I was discharged after 5 days in the hospital. Arrived home to find no hot water and a flooded basement. Recently widowed, weak and worried from hospitalization, I was truly at the end of my rope. I found Ray Ross on Yelp and called after 8pm so they would get my message first thing the next morning. By 8:30 that evening, Ray himself was at my door!  He brought calm, compassion and kindness in addition to hot water that night.

I called for a laundry faucet to be moved down 4- 5 inches in a laundry closet. Plumbers from Eddie B's gave a estimate of over $950.00. Truly outrageous. I called another major plumbing company The price was half that price.  The job took an hour and half including a trip to Home Depot for a $10 part so even half price was excessive but $900 was an unspeakable rip off. Price was beyond unfair .

We have been using Mr. Boyd for over 2 years now on our home and our rental property (that always seems to have issues!)  He always answers the phone, is always punctual and after assessing the problem and providing estimates, he usually can get to work right away.   I used to call around and get quotes but Mr. Boyd always had the most reasonable prices.  

Mr. Boyd has done the following for us so far: replaced water heaters; unclogged drains; fixed broken sink disposals, rebuilt toilets, snaked deep drains; reseated toilets; and this is just the start.  We even call him when it's not a plumbing issue so we can get a referral for another service provider he may recommend.  We totally trust him in our home, our tennants home and our friends homes.  

Best of all, he is an absolute pleasure!  We've given his name to all of our neighbors and friends around town and they have all love him too.   Just call him.  You'll love him.

I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

Recommended by my realtor .  First time he was at my house within a few hours to check out the problem and diagnose.. fixed next day on time and reasonable.. friendly and good what else could you ask for he is now my plumber for house and both of my properties..  highly recommend Vince !!!

Julio was professional, prompt and skillful in fixing the leak that had turned the basement into a small swimming pool. Highly recommend Philadelphia Plumbing Service for all plumbing repairs and installs!

mixed bag. called them for a kitchen sink leak -- they came out quickly but the guy they sent seemed new and the owner had to come out to assist with the fix. owner was very nice but not sure they should be sending out techs who can't do the basics. I also think they are pretty expensive compared to others.

Came out quickly and was able to fix my issue within an hour. Always polite, knowledgeable and reasonable on cost.

Tech was abrupt and inpatient...he acted like it was a bother....complained to contracted company and they're sending a different company....I strongly do not recommend this company

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

SHould have read the reviews.  Precision Plus Plumbing is awful, unprofessional and a compete rip off.  Before even looking into the problem, the technician told me I needed a new water heater and that it would cost  $3000 (3x what it should cost!).  He then charged me $200 to light the pilot and acted like he was doing me a favor.  Sure enough, hours after he left, the water turned cold again and I cant get a full refund.  AWFUL PLACE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!!!!!   There are a few precision (plus) plumbing companies listed here. Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
