Frontier Plumbing & Drain

In the midst of a torrential winter storm of snow, freezing rain, and sub-freezing temperatures, the folks at Frontier Plumbing stepped up! I had a  PVC pipe shatter on me and called Jeff@Frontier for help. Jeff made immediate time for me, was highly organized, and had all the materials at the ready. I was impressed to say the least, especially under such dreadful conditions. In addition, seeing his quality work and attention to detail, Jeff helped me decide on the best avenue to replace an old toilet. Despite being stacked with existing work, Jeff was able to provide and install a new toilet that very next morning. I highly recommend Frontier Plumbing. We here in the metro area are lucky to have him.

Our Master Bath sink was draining slowly. Being a DIY'er, I removed the P-Trap, cleaned the drain and ran hot water through the plumbing. I still had slow draining water. Used my handy twelve foot snake and still had a clog. Plunger was no help. Called Jeff at Frontier Plumbing and Drain for help. He answered my call while enroute to another job. He said he could be over within a couple of hours and was true to his word. Within 15 minutes he had cleared the blockage and we were back in business. I was very frustrated that I couldn't clear it myself, but was glad Jeff was able to get here quickly and resolve the issue. I'll definitely call him again when I need help.

I am extremely satisfied and I recommend Frontier Plumbing.  Frontier Plumbing fixed a major leak out our house. Jeff is fantastic and loves what he does.  We had a leak in our waste and water pipes and it was a very large project that a few vendors turned down due to size and scope of the project.  Jeff took it on and it was during the winter months which means it was cold, wet, and muddy under our house.  Jeff didn't complain once.  He was able to dig up the pipes, replace the damaged waste pipes and change out our rusted, leaky water pipes.  I highly recommend Jeff.  I also had a ton of questions about the process and Jeff took the time to answer each question clearly.  When the project was complete, the inspector came to make sure everything was up to code and had nothing but praise for Jeff's work.

After calling many plumbers to get a same day or next day appointment for a leaking toilet, Jeff at Frontier Plumbing was the only one who could do next day.  Jeff is friendly and very professional.  He's also very quick which I am very appreciative.  After finding out that I had a failed O-ring in my tank hardware, I had him change out the hardware on my other two toilets as well.  I have no concerns about calling Jeff again for any of my plumbing needs!

Water main broke inside the foundation wall due to stress. Googled and called over 10 plumbers, before I got to Jeff who came the next day. He is powerful, professional and quick; finished the tough job in several hours. He is my go-to-plumber from now on.

We needed our 20 year old water heater replaced recently and was glad we found Jeff at Frontier Plumbing & Drain!  He was prompt and professional!  Took care of us and got a brand new water heater installed the next day at a reasonable price!

I hadn't realized until 4:30 in the afternoon that we had a substantial leak in our front yard after a garbage truck ran over our backflow box, causing it to sink further into the ground and breaking a fitting at the pressure reducing valve (I found this out later after the repair work was done). I called around for a plumber and of course they were closing for the day and most didn't have availability for 2-4 weeks! I got in touch with Jeff at Frontier Plumbing and he was so helpful, offering advice on the issue and even alternate plumbers since he was wasn't able to come out that evening and the earliest he could come out was the next afternoon. In the meantime, we had to have our main water line shut off by the city, so we were grateful Jeff was able to come out when he did. To make matters worse, the damage happened at the worst possible time with freezing temperatures and snow forecasted for overnight. Jeff braved the brutal cold and had to dig deep into the ground to get to the source of the leak and repair it. In this day and age it, it can be a challenge to find help from honest, reliable and trustworthy people, yet Jeff was all of those things. He is transparent about his rates and is quick with repairs. He will be our go-to plumber from here on out!

Jeff was very professional and worked with us through a plumbing job that four other local plumbers turned down because of the difficulty. I would recommend Frontier Plumbing for anyone in the area.

Unfortunately, this review sat in my drafts waiting for me to come back and I just realized it was never posted. Initial review was for work done on Monday, 11/28/2016. Post Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Woke up yesterday morning with a leaky kitchen ceiling. Sunday of a holiday weekend!? Are you kidding me?! Sent out a mass exodus of requests for a quote for same-day plumbing work to be done. Nothing. Wake up Monday morning to more leaks. Checked for responses to requests and didn't hear much from anyone. On a whim I looked up other companies and came across Frontier. Not only did the phone get answered, but I was told he could be out within the hour. Excellent service! Jeff showed up, identified the source of the leak. Made the repair needed and submit charge and emergency fee. As we are in an older home we will be needed a whole house repipe at some point and will definitely use these guys for the job.

I was very impressed with Frontier Plumbing! They showed up just when they said they would and resolved my plumbing problem immediately! I'm pretty sure they left the kitchen even cleaner than when they found it.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.
