I had to change the layout of the deep sink and washer / dryer in my shop, which is about 75% complete. Doug promptly returned my email, set up an appointment and completed the work very quickly. He explained in a friendly manner why my original idea would be prohibitively expensive (most of the drains were in the cement floor) and we came up with a great solution that was inexpensive to implement. He did a perfect clean-up as well.

Highly recommended.

Called West Hills Plumbing Tuesday afternoon and Doug answered right away.  I said that I live in McMinnville and have a copper pipe in my crawlspace that is leaking, is this something he could look at / fix. He simply said No.
End of conversation.

Fast call back and after I send the picture of the problem leaking hose , Doug explained to me how I can save money by possibly doing it myself , which I did  after some solutions that he offered. Yes , it was a 5 minutes job after I got the part but he could easily just come and do it and charge me. This is great service and of course he will be my first choice for more difficult jobs and I will refer their service to others.

Brian was very helpful and provided a great referral as he was unable to help me at the time. What really impressed me was that although he was unable to provide the immediate service I needed, he had me text photos and then contacted another plumber with the photos and an explanation of my issue. This type of customer service is so appreciated.

He also offered info on the plumbing in the home we just purchased.  He was also able to add on a service replacing the drain in the kitchen sink while he was here.  We will definitely contact Doug for any future plumbing issues...highly recommended.

use any other plumber, he is snotty with a bad attitude and does not come prepared and the charges for work that he did not perform
