Best Plumbing Services in Oregon
I have an older home with lots of plumbing problems that occur; like rust in the pipes & no hot water pressure, etc. I have had Northwest Plumbing do my plumbing & there is no better company in the NW. I was referred to them a yr. ago from a friend, as I had so much trouble with previous plumbers & now have hired them twice. Their the very best in the business & I would know, believe me! They always arrive on time to do the job, their very reasonably priced & know what their doing. I highly recommend them.

Kevin was polite, professional, helpful, fit me into his busy schedule, and shared his expertise in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would highly recommend him.

We needed help adjusting the gas pipe in our kitchen to get our new induction range to fit. New West Contractors was responsive to our request for a quote and had availability to send someone soon. The plumber arrived early, was friendly, asked what I wanted to be accomplished, listened, proposed an easier/quicker alternative, and got the job done. Very happy with the whole process.

I called Brad for a leak in my upstairs bathroom. He arrived promptly and went right to work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Great service.

Austin @ myplumberllc is simply a great choice for a plumbing service! We are leasing a large house and our upstairs shower has a leak that is traveling down and leaking out of the ceiling downstairs! Yikes! Austin was professional and knowledgeable in finding the leak. He knew what it probably was, but still thoroughly checked out every other possibility. Yes, what he though it was, after so many years of experience was definitely what he thought it was.;-) The owners of this house are going to go with the inexpensive and not 100% fix but oh well, their house. If the real 100% fix is needed, which is going up through the ceiling to replace the cracked drain, I hope that they choose Austin & his company because he will do it and do it right! If it was our decision, we would choose differently, but again, not our house. Do yourself a favor and go with Austin and My Plumber the 1st time. 5 Stars.;-)

Stopped-up drains or other plumbing problems are never fun, but our Henco tech certainly made it as painless as possible.
We had called out another plumber for our blocked kitchen drain, they came out but they were unable to clear the drain, they ran into an obstruction at some point in the system and were unable to continue with the resources that they had.
I called our management company, who recommended a drain specialist. I called a couple, and Henco was able to make an appointment on the second day after I called.
Mark from Henco arrived and, after listening to what had happened previously, very quickly came up with a logical game plan with a couple of options that made sense to me, then he used a camera to explore our condo's drainage system, and took the time to explain to me each decision he made as he went. He boiled it down to two options, one more budget conscious and another more directed toward a comprehensive solution.
During the whole process, he was very conscious of protecting the floors/stairs as he moved his equipment in and out, and was confident from the beginning that he could solve our dilemma.
He was equipped with any/all of the equipment he needed, and rather quickly had the drain cleared, and then, at his suggestion, he used high-pressure water to completely clear any residue in the drain and advised us on preventative maintenance practices and recommended an enzyme solution to avoid or reduce the problem going forward. He was able to supply that product at a competitive price.
A friendly, articulate, and consummate professional throughout our service call. He left no trace of having been here when he left. Spotlessly clean.
I suspect Henco may not be the cheapest plumber in town, but they certainly are well prepared for any possibilities that may arise and take the time to involve the customer in the decision-making process. I don't see how it could have been better.

I had a leaky pipe, put an ad on craigslist, and rec'd several replies. After meeting with several licensed plumbers, I decided to hire Eric from Rocky Mountain. He's personable, knows his stuff, and we talked through my plumbing problems to come up with a solution. His bid was reasonable, and he did not try to upsell me.
After approving his bid, we set up a day for him to come do the work. Due to snow, he called saying that he'd be a little late. While on site, he communicated about what he was doing, confined his mess, and cleaned up after himself.
The plumbing looks great, is a vast improvement over the old leaky garbage, and I'm sure he did extra work that he didn't charge me for.
I highly recommend Eric and Rocky Mountain Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done.
Thanks a lot!

I've hired Sewer Rats 3 times - for work at 2 of my North-East Portland homes. Once they provided the most painless and inexpensive way to replace a busted Water Heater - that was flooding a basement . They bought one at their Company rate for me - and brought it right over to install - and returned with a dolly and truck later to haul off my old one, which I really appreciated.
I've also used Sewer Rat Patrick a few times for Residential Sink Clean-outs, the first time, after unsuccessfully trying to un-clog the drain myself for hours. It was a stoopid mistake to even try.
Just call Patrick right away - just plan a few bucks in your annual maintenance budget, and save your self the frustration and mess.
He suggested once how I might save some money by doing a few procedures myself - but frankly I'd rather hire him than run HOT water for an hour and fight with the dang mucky Snake.
Patrick's work also has received positive comments from others, after I referred him to friends for various drain emergencies. You'll get a written receipt, and patient, polite treatment - with a charming Jersey Boy accent - for the fast work. Thanx, Pat!
Charlie Papp (who did most of the marketing and created the Branding for the Company) died 2 years ago in June - but Patrick Biscoff is still doing fast and reliable work at a great rate.
Related work:
To repair or replace your Sewer line to help sell your old house: call Ted Reynolds. They:
have big trucks and back-hoes,
all the impressive equipment needed for the job,
work even in the rain,
leave a clean work-site, and
can do a Video scope first to help you understand and SEE what's needed.
They saved me money after a higher bid came in that would have also required a sidewalk replacement,
and even prevented damage to plants that were in the way by moving, then replacing them afterward. Way - Kool! Nice work Crew too.
Sierra Excavating can also do this work, at a comparable rate, and the (gorgeous) Owner formerly worked with Reynolds. They speak highly of one another, and Sierra was recommended by an experienced Broker.
For a good Plumber, hire Dean Pottle, if you can get him.
Sewer Rats' Owner Patrick B recommends Dean, (As Seen on Cable TV Dean's Scene) as do others I've spoken with for referrals. Dean is also a like-able guy, and really into good Micro-brews, too - so offer one when the job is done.

Best service/experience I've had so far with a plumbing company out here.
Had a different company come out and couldn't figure out the clog issue i was having in my bathtub after 3 hrs. So I searched and found go with the flow plumbing. They were able to come out within a reasonable time frame for my clog issue, the price was very reasonable and my clog got unclogged within the hour. Great customer service and knowledge!
I will forever use them for any plumbing needs from here on out, I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Chris was fantastic!! He was quick, efficient, friendly, and got the job done. Hopefully we won't have another drain issue but if we do it is nice to know that we have someone we trust!

I woke up to make coffee and heard water running somewhere under my kitchen area. On recommendation from one of the checkers at Harvest Market, I called Cheshier Plumbing. The time of their arrival from the time I called and spoke to them was about 5 minutes. They were under the house, found the problem, fixed it correctly and were on their way in a little over an hour. So thankful to find such a great local plumber who is hard working and honest! I highly recommend them for fast efficient service!

Terrible service. My hot water heater was under warranty and Ken from Stan the Hot Water Man was called in as the service provider by the insurance provider. He determined my hot water heater needed to be replaced, but he basically refused to call and get approval from the insurance provider. I wasted 5 days begging him to get the approval and he had excuses every day as to why he couldn't do it. The office also wouldn't help. Stay away these guys are horrible!!! I then called Fast Water Heaters and they fixed it and dealt with the warranty people not problem. Go with Fast Water Heaters.

These guys (and gals) are awesome!!! My wife and I bought a new construction house in November and are starting to landscape the backyard. We got quotes from a few irrigation companies to do sprinklers. Based on time of year (start of summer) they were all so busy they didn't want to give us the time of day even for a $15+K job. When the few did come out they gave us outrageous quotes knowing we would either be desperate to get it done and just pay it or we would not and they didn't care because they had so much work lined up. They were all also saying they were 2 months out to get the job done. Decided to do it myself! I needed someone to tie in to my water main and install a back flow first though. Called a few plumbing outfits and got the same type of response I got from the irrigation people. When I called LOCAL they were so nice! Matt came out the next day and looked at the house and what I wanted to do. Came up with a WAY better solution to how to get water to the backyard, it was easier, more cost effective and would look better! I really appreciated him taking the time to come up with the best solution not just the most obvious one. He got me a quote quick and it was actually a reasonable quote! No its summer and you need sprinklers, lets jack the price up kind of quote! They got us on the schedule super fast, the guys showed up right on time and knocked the job out in no time. Super friendly, very reasonable pricing, and they were so on top of it. I would highly recommend LOCAL!!!

We were in need of emergency service when our well went kaput late one night. We honestly thought our well was fried and would need a new one. We live rather far out, so I looked for businesses that were somewhat close. I sent out 2 inquiries and only heard from 1. Tom, the foreman for Steve's, came out the next day and fixed our well in an hour for a very reasonable price. He was absolutely friendly and professional and knew his stuff. We will absolutely use them again and keep their number on our list. It is always good when you have a reliable business you can go to in an emergency.

Wow, I'll definitely call Nick again. He and his wife were both so pleasant to work with. They scheduled us in quickly. Anna stayed in contact with me by phone, letting me know when Nick would arrive. When he did, he was polite, efficient, and clear about the problem and price, which was also very reasonable. It was a piece of cake. Thanks guys!

My downstairs toilet flooded with sewage etc. that covered the bathroom and hallway floors in the middle of the night. After figuring out that it was in a constant state of overflow and I was ill-equipped to handle it, I did a quick search and called Apollo to get someone out to take a look. It was around 4:30 AM or so when I called, they answered quickly and Justice was dispatched to my home at around 5:30. Super professional and informative, he worked with my HOA on a plan to move forward with repairs/clean-up and he even stayed to do as much cleaning as he could on his own. Definitely happy with my experience and will keep their number on hand if anything comes up in the future!

Septic system needed to be decommissioned & hook up to city
They were quick to respond & scheduling was within a couple of weeks
They were great to address and respond to any concerns or questions throughout the process
They put boards down - walking & wheelbarrow- so that they would not disturb our landscaping & break our stone walkway.
My favorite thing to share is the neighbors overheard Jon & Robert talking while working and in observing the work she responded: - that must be a great company because the coworkers truly are enjoying the work that they do & they clean up end of day & they are very respectful to property - can I get their contact info
Thanks Jon & Robert for treating our home as you would yours
Highly recommend.

If you want unreliable service, call these people. The appointment to have a sink faucet replaced was made 90 days in advance with a time frame of between 9 and noon. By 11:30 on that scheduled date, I called to obtain a time frame of their arrival. They told me the person they had assigned was not available and they would send another plumber. That person arrived and said he could not do the job cause he did not have the right tools. Really a plumber without tools? He told me to call the office and left.
I called the office and they said there was nothing they could do for me and gave me two options. Either find another plumber or make another appointment with them in 3 weeks. Guess what i did?
Residential consumers beware -- It appears this company markets itself commercially therefore, when a bigger higher paying commercial job comes their way, the residential jobs get pushed off along with that good old devil may care customer service tone and attitude.
