Best Plumbing Services in North Carolina
This company is top notch. Five star service at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers. They have replaced my garbage disposal, added an outdoor spicket and fixed a broken sewage back up pipe.

The day started horrible. I tried to fix something under the kitchen sink and all of a sudden there was water everywhere. I tried to undo what I had done. I tried to turn of the water. It wouldn't turn off. I tried the whole house and couldn't turn the pipe. Someone said call the Fire Department and they came and got it turned off. I had already called my plumber and he was not returning my call. I looked on line and found Conrad Plumbing. He was here in less than a half hour. He got it fixed with plenty of laughing. I promised him no more plumbing. He turned a horrible day into a great one. I'm so glad I found him he will be my new plumber.

Wayne Anderson and Shannon came out and resolved the problem quickly. Pricing was fair and very nice people to deal with.

This plumbing company was dispatched to my home by Home Warranty for service on two plumbing issues. Both issues where described in my initial service request thinking there would not be any problems. When service man arrived, the only concern he had was to collect the deductible before even talking to me or giving me diagnosis. Very rude and his only goal was to pressure me in adding more repairs with more expenditures. Did not have the proper info on codes and what is grandfathered etc... I would NEVER RECOMMEND them nor use this company for any reason. Terrible!

Meh. I called Roby Services because we needed an electrician and didn't already have a name to call. Tried them a couple times and kept getting their answering service, finally left a message with them and had to deal with getting a call back while I need to be constantly on the phone for work. Electrician guy was capable, clean and personable when he came out. Tried to fix the problem but didn't verify it before he left, and it wasn't fixed.
More dealing with the answering service to get a person back out. Guess Roby Services didn't get the message so I had to keep trying (ugh). Got a person on the line who put me on hold for a long time. I had to listen to a very loud marketing message from their president again and again while on hold, as if I wasn't already frustrated before.
When I tried to get the person on the line for the reschedule to understand what I needed, she kept making excuses and assumptions instead of just letting me get the words out. Clearly she was reading from a script I am very sorry. I know you are frustrated and your time is valuable. Oh geez. Just listen for a minute? No I don't need emergency service, no I would absolutely not pay for it even if I did because your guy didn't fix my problem and you guys didn't call me back for a week, no I don't care if it's the same guy, no I don't need you to fake-commiserate with me.
Whew. Just skip it and find a good neighborhood electrician in business for himself!

I had a great experience with Ease Plumbing. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, their prices were very fair compared to other estimates I received and they were upfront in explaining the problems I was having as well. Would highly recommend!

Jason came to my house and solved my problems with expertise, professionalism, logic, and understanding! I have never in my life met a more polite service person. Massey Plumbing---and especially Jason---is great! Thanks too to Pete and April for scheduling the visit! Very impressed!

If you call Service Plumbing, prepare to be hosed. Their billing practices are unfair, bordering on corrupt. I recently had a clog in a sewer line that I couldn't get at with snake and called them up. One guy appeared, with sewer augur. He pulled the toilet, reamed the line, and reinstalled the toilet; it was all over in less than an hour. The work was good, no complaints. However, I received a bill for $500. When I complained I was told that was the standard fee for this sort of work regardless of how long it took. I was told that in auto shops, if a 10-hour job takes 9.5 hours, that's just how it goes. I'm prepared to pay a plumber $125 plus travel, and maybe a surcharge for a piece of equipment. $250 would have been reasonable. Not $500. Do not patronize.

Poor quality of work on installatio of whole HVAC system, furnace and air. Condescending attitude from manager /sales, Jake. Ceiling cracked and large ceiling gap, about 6 inches that they tried to just put spray foam in, and a messy job at that for such a huge gap.

have never in my life dealt with someone as rude as one of the technicians who was sent out to the property I rent to put in a new sewer line. There was a group of technicians who did the work and when I got home they were all sitting down on buckets eating plates of food at 4:30 in the afternoon. I asked when we would have access to the sanitary services again since we planned to have company for dinner (they came out a day early). They started to work after that. After speaking with them, I noticed that they had taken tree roots and thick pieces of tree trunk that they had cut out and put in our trash can and put at the curb. I let them know that the City will not pick that type of thing up with the trash and they needed to remove it themselves. A young technician started to argue with me and tell me they did not put those roots there, that I, in fact, had done it. Funny thing is, the reason they replaced the sewer line was because roots were growing into the old line. Another technician ended up removing them for me. When they were done with the job, I noticed a large PVC pipe sticking up out of the yard about 7 inches. It was capped. They indicated the City needed to come out and clear their side of the line, as there was a clog on the City side. He assured me he would call his supervisor and take care of that. He stated after the City took care of their issue, he would cap the line off. They never called the City. I did. Once the City finished their part of the job, I called their office and asked them to come cap the line off and finish the job to which the lady asked if I had called the rental company about it. I let them know that I should not need to call the rental company, as this was part of the job they hired them to do. She then called the technician and he said what they left was the clean out and it should be like that. He ended up coming back out and argued with myself and my husband saying it was normal. He was rude and arrogant continuing to ask, How is this? Is this what you want? What do you want? My husband had to point out to him that if he looked around, he would see that there were NO other homes that had a gigantic PVC pipe sticking out of their yard.
I would NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company if it was my money paying for them. I rent so I had no choice. Rude is putting it mildly.
