This company is top notch. Five star service at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers. They have replaced my garbage disposal,  added an outdoor spicket and fixed a broken sewage back up pipe.

The day started horrible.  I tried to fix something under the kitchen sink and all of a sudden there was water everywhere.  I tried to undo what I had done.  I tried to  turn of the water.  It wouldn't turn off.  I tried the whole house and couldn't turn the pipe.  Someone said call the Fire  Department and they came and got it turned off.  I had already called my plumber and he was not returning my call.  I looked on line and found Conrad Plumbing.  He was here in less than a half hour.   He got it fixed with plenty of laughing. I promised him no more plumbing.  He turned a horrible day into a great one.  I'm so glad I found him he will be my new plumber.

Very reliable and responsive. Work quality is great. He goes over and beyond to take care of his customers' needs. Definitely recommended.

Diyan and his partner did an amazing job servicing our home after a pipe burst and on another 2 separate occasions for toilet leaks.

From the first visit, his experience and expertise was immediately obvious as he noticed right away that previous contractors had installed the incorrect pressure fittings under our sinks. He detected and fixed the leaks within a couple hours and also outfitted the hot water tank pipes with several temperature barriers after he noticed they could become a safety hazard. He also walked me through the work he completed and explained why he did so.

On another occasion, he replaced our 12 rough in toilets with more appropriate 10 rough ins after they began causing leaks. Diyan and his partner were courteous, explained the problems clearly, were right on schedule, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

For those of you that are less than comfortable having technicians come to your house while you are alone, rest assured that the CPM team will give you a call before heading over and send a text with the full name and photo of the technician coming to your location.

I can't recommend Charlotte Plumbing Masters enough.

I called because of a non-functioning electrical connection for my pool pump. The office person (unbeknownst to me) misunderstood the problem and sent two technicians who did nothing more than replace the breaker. They did not consult me. If they had, I could have told them that was not the problem. They did not even check to see if their solution solved the problem, which it did not. They scurried away, refusing to even discuss why they performed a useless service. I called the office twice (in a polite manner) and the owner refused to return my calls.

Never again!

I had a great experience with Ease Plumbing. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, their prices were very fair compared to other estimates I received and they were upfront in explaining the problems I was having as well. Would highly recommend!

They were prompt with getting my service appt scheduled. but I felt like I was overcharged for half hour of labor time and minimal parts.

This company is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with over the past 30 years.   Excellent workmanship, response time, etc...  I have had to use the company for three major events over the past five years; main water pipe to the house broke (they had to dig down six+ feet), clogging of a main water drain that caused flooding and finally repair of frozen pipes that occurred during the arctic freeze this week (January 8, 2014).

The response time was amazing on the emergency calls.   You will not go wrong with this company, they are well established with a large team of professionals.   The don't really advertise, I found them through a referral.

I used Charlotte Mechanical to fixed my AC which was not cooling the unit, and ended up paying $1,000 to get it fixed. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, not only did they ripped me off with their pricing, they did not fix the problem. 1 month later, my AC is broken again and not cooling down. I've called them to complain and get someone to take a look at the AC Unit, but guess what?... I would have to pay again for them to just go take a look at it! I'm obviously not giving them any more money. I have consulted with other companies on the issue I had, and they all have said that Charlotte Mechanical stole my money when I supposedly got it fix a month ago. I also tried going to their offices and when I got there no one opened the door, even though, there were many people inside. If I could give this company a ZERO, I would give them that. They only care about taking your money, and not taking care of their customers... UNBELIEVABLE! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, if I do not get contacted by them after I called yesteryear.

have never in my life dealt with someone as rude as one of the technicians who was sent out to the property I rent to put in a new sewer line. There was a group of technicians who did the work and when I got home they were all sitting down on buckets eating plates of food at 4:30 in the afternoon. I asked when we would have access to the sanitary services again since we planned to have company for dinner (they came out a day early). They started to work after that. After speaking with them, I noticed that they had taken tree roots and thick pieces of tree trunk that they had cut out and put in our trash can and put at the curb. I let them know that the City will not pick that type of thing up with the trash and they needed to remove it themselves. A young technician started to argue with me and tell me they did not put those roots there, that I, in fact, had done it. Funny thing is, the reason they replaced the sewer line was because roots were growing into the old line. Another technician ended up removing them for me. When they were done with the job, I noticed a large PVC pipe sticking up out of the yard about 7 inches. It was capped. They indicated the City needed to come out and clear their side of the line, as there was a clog on the City side. He assured me he would call his supervisor and take care of that. He stated after the City took care of their issue, he would cap the line off. They never called the City. I did. Once the City finished their part of the job, I called their office and asked them to come cap the line off and finish the job to which the lady asked if I had called the rental company about it. I let them know that I should not need to call the rental company, as this was part of the job they hired them to do. She then called the technician and he said what they left was the clean out and it should be like that. He ended up coming back out and argued with myself and my husband saying it was normal. He was rude and arrogant continuing to ask, How is this? Is this what you want? What do you want? My husband had to point out to him that if he looked around, he would see that there were NO other homes that had a gigantic PVC pipe sticking out of their yard.
I would NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company if it was my money paying for them. I rent so I had no choice. Rude is putting it mildly.
