I called Adams Plumbing at 9:00am on a Friday, and they were at my house before 10:00am that morning! Overall experience was great and will definitely call them again. The repair was done in less than 30 minutes and was reasonably priced for the labor and part. Appreciated the timely work and friendliness. Would certainly recommend!

I needed my clogged kitchen sink drained right away for an AirBnb on a Sunday. After making several calls around the area to other plumbers, Tony Perkins was the only one that answered and was willing to come out that same evening.

He snaked it and did some other magic and within 30 minutes I had a  flowing drain again.

Love Plumbing Sent 2 people who stared at one another confused while at my house; i had to keep interrupting my work day to  keep them on track. I am no where near a plumber but after a few hours i had to suggest they look at the main water valve un the garage. Low and behold that was the issue. They also Billed me for their lunch break time which they were not supposed to do.

1 star, barely.

Walking out the door to go to work, heard a drip from the bathroom faucet & found that the toilet had overflowed. Company was highly recommended on Angie's List.  Dave was here in no time to snake my clogged drain -arrived at the promised time later that morning. He explained everything he was doing & was very helpful with preventative advice. Very nice & thorough guy!

Noticed a small leak in pipes under our house. After calling a neighbor I was given the name of Hi-Tech Plumbing. They had a plumber at our house within a short period of time. He replaced a section of the pipes that had the leaks. At the same time I asked about installing a new kitchen faucet for us and was told that someone would be back the next day. In the meantime I also discovered that we had no hot water. The next morning another member of the company was at our house bright and early to install the faucet and also to check on the hot water heater. The issue was not the tank only the thermostat which was replaced immediately and both of our issues were fixed in a very timely and efficient manner. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

We had a leak in our well.  I called Ryan he came right over check it out.  He had us up fixed in no time.  We had them out a couple of years ago to replace our pump.  They again were awesome.  The part that broke today was an old PVC fitting.  I can't recommend them enough.  Give them a call you will be satisfied and very, please.  Thank You

I called John as a referral from an electrician I hired. I had a leak in my kitchen sink. This turned out to be an insurance claim and a major renovation. He was a bit off putting but was professional and I chalked it up to his personality. He did provide several recommendations, one for the mitigation and one for the counter top. He also said the countertop person can recommend the rest of the contractors I will need to do the full renovation.

So I did that. I called the mitigation company and they came for the water damage. While my space was drying I got on the ball and called the countertop guy named Steve, whom was very helpful. He informed me he is not able to do turn key, but told me he would make calls around to turn key contractors he trusts. He then provided me with a contractor that has been really amazing.

This project is taking time. Mostly because of things on order and various issues like that. At week 10, I needed to shut my water off and realized the shut off valve was no longer working. So I reached out to John because he told me I could call him and I trusted him.

This is where it gets weird. He was very rude in speaking to me. What he said was since I am not using the mitigation company to rebuild my kitchen I shut the door on him for all future plumbing repairs. I have never even heard of this. Plus I did use his recommendations. But he is not over my home, nor knows what's best for my living situation. I felt it best to remodel the entire kitchen rather than a part of it. There are several reasons I didn't choose the mitigation company to put the kitchen back, but it's also non of his business. I also wasn't asking for plumbing work to the kitchen, I needed a repair for the shut off valve for the home.

John seems to have a really big ego, no feeling, and was very off putting and rude. It was actually abusive the way he spoke to me I had to hang up. Very traumatizing to be spoken to like that. He also nickel and dimes and doesn't show on time. It's just not worth the verbal and mental abuse.

We love our water! One of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with.  They were on time, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. The system is working great. We can finally drink our water and it doesn't smell like chlorine anymore. The pure soaps and cleaners are awesome. Thank you RainSoft and Carolina Energy Water and Air!

I called Rightway for a simple replacement of a broken hose sillcock on our home. After waiting for the tech during our scheduled appointment window they cancelled due to a lack of capacity.

The following day the tech was able to make it out. Our quote for a $30 part from the local hardware store was $382 including under an hour of labor!! Quite the mark up. When I asked him to explain the pricing (materials vs. labor), I was told to call the main office because they set pricing rather than customizing quotes to each customer's requirements. Corporate couldn't explain the charge either, and had to refer my request to the owner of the company. He called back to explain that pricing is set based on Rightway's average cost of similar customer jobs, not based on my own requirements - meaning the price of my simple repair is burdened by the complexity of other customer calls! ...and I quote, sometimes the customer wins, sometimes the customer loses.

Bottom line - although the work was satisfactory - the prices are not transparent, not based on actual work performed, and field techs are not given the autonomy to provide good customer service. I would not recommend them to a neighbor.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I called for help with a bathroom leak. I had a contractor out prior that didn't finish the job months ago and I never got around to fixing it due to time, money, and extreme family issues. This guy felt the need to be snarky about the fact that I let it go. Honestly it was none of his business why, I was asking for help to fix it and pay accordingly. If he didn't want to do it, he should have just said that, not resort to rudeness.

I had another local business out the next day. Fast. Professional. Reasonable. Take my advice and call anyone else but this guy!

Contacted for quote on couple of things we had in mind for work. After couple of weeks, no response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt either they just busy or very selective in taking projects they want to work on.

Heads up:..............NEVER hire Benjamin Franklin Or Dan King Plumbling, or deal with Mr. Sparky.........They are all under one umbrella and are not concerned with fixing a problem. Only adding more to your BILL !!!!! I was referred by
PORCH.............that thing that you use to find help at Lowe's. Don't use it !!!!    They HIDE under many different names !     Use Caution !
