My girlfriend has a steam boiler that had started making banging noises in the pipes. Gateway sent a plumber over that was not only knowledgeable but clean and courteous. Stratos got the work done quickly and efficiently.

I dont need a plumber every day... but when I do, Guarini is the only one I would use or recommend.  These guys are great.  Today I had banging noises in my furnace, I called them, they were there before their estimate, took care of the situation, and were out in a little over an hour.  Chris was great, he explained what he was planning to do and what he thought the problem was, and sure enough, fixed it right away.  
I have only great words and recommendations for this Plumbing and heating company.... I have used them on an off for over 18 years.  They are the best you can get in Jersey City!

Robek was fantastic when we had a problem. They showed up when they said they would and took care of our clogged sink quickly and completely. They cleaned up so as not to leave a trace of anyone ever being there. Price was fair and service top notch. Highly recommended.

Paul worked on certifying the plumbing for my house in NYC when I was trying to get my 2nd fl bathroom legalized. He is a straight forward guy and honest. He explained what my different options were and what it would cost. If there was something he wasn't sure about he was honest about it.
Even though it took a long time to get the bathroom signed off on by the Dept of Blds(because of bureaucratic nonsense), Paul was always prompt with taking care of things at his end. His work is good and he was responsive to emails and phone calls which is something you don't always get. I would recommend him any day.

I had a very bad waste pipe and house drain pipe break in the basement. It was REALLY BAD! I called Fenix Pipe Repair and Mike answered the call. He came and analyzed the problem and the very next day fixed everything. He went above and beyond my expectations and gave me a very good price for the work. He used quality materials and did the job quickly! Mike is very professional, courteous, knowlegeable and considerate. He came on time. He was able to spot other smaller problems and fix them too! I can't say enough good things about him and thank you doesn't suffice for all that he has done for me and my family. He is now our official plumber! Thank you again!

My contractor landlord called Richie to fix our shower drain and he was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly and haven't had problems since.

Jimmy and his team provided excellent service. Needed to replace my very complicated hot water heater system that also serve as hvac for heat and a/c, due to water leak. Its useful life was just up. I decided to go with Allstate Mechanical after seeing recommendations on a local mom's group Facebook post for plumber recommendations instead of going with my building's recommended plumber and I am so glad I did. Jimmy was quick in responding to my online quote request. He was upfront and honest. Gave a quote and stuck to it. He was at the job with his team from beginning to end. No additional costs along the way. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team for anyone's plumbing needs!

I had Alive Plumbing come out to fix my plumbing and they were fabulous. They are so friendly and nice and when they work they keep their area clean, which I love. They do such fantastic work that I will always call them to come and fix any plumbing problems that I have.

Unless your issue is urgent it may be a wait to get a visit from Jimmy.  He always pulls through when in need and never has to come back to take another look. One visit and your problem is fixed. Thank you!!

There was a problem somewhere inside our toilet which caused a leak in the apartment below us. Ah, the joys of home ownership.

I looked around Yelp and Angie's list and decided to call William J. Guarini plumbing to help us identify and fix the issue. I spoke with Linda and after asking me a list of specific questions she told me they could have someone out to look at it the very next day. She clearly outlined the cost per hour ($165) and that it would be plus tax plus materials.

The two gentlemen, Roig and Manny, arrived exactly on time and with tools they may need. They looked in our unit and the unit below and quickly identified that we needed a new wax seal.

The issue was identified, repaired neatly and fully operational within one hour. Roig and Manny were incredibly friendly, efficient, and neat.

Plumbing issues come up sometimes and it is great to know there are prompt, reliable plumbers out there to quickly resolve the issue. I definitely plan to use William J. Guarini plumbing again in the future.

I just had Mike from MD plumbing install two new spigots in my house. Great job, nice clean install, everything works great. Fair prices, and he's a nice guy from the area. If I need plumbing work in the future he's the guy I'll be calling.

Don't hire this company. I call them for an estimate and the first thing this person said: I wont spent 20 minutes here explaining what to do if you don't pay me $ 100.00. I reply : I will pay you but I need to know first whether you are capable to fix these problems or not. He answered: I don't know and he walked away saying; wait for my call. All he wanted was the quick money. Really unprofessional, arrogant , racist? may be. I understand that like any profession some people is more specialized than others like in medicine; not all physicians can make brain surgery or robotic surgery etc. There are plumbers for toilets, sinks only and others for big projects. Be careful when you pick up your next plumber; READ THE REVIEWS, check how many reviews the person has, read the personality ,  body language, sense the integrity otherwise you will be caught. this company is a NO, NO. NO NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a new water heater after sandy and Bill came over to install it. Professional, neat work and I've never had a problem with it since, he did the job right. Some plumbers in the past have done poor work that starts to leak months later, but I've never had s problem with bill and will continue to recommend him to friends and family

He has done a bunch of work in my house and is reasonable priced and responsive! Happy with ASAP plumbing.

This company seemed like they were good and very pleasent on the phone but then after coming a day later than expected the plumber lied about the time he spent at my house and totally ripped me off. I should have made them write it down when arriving and leaving but instead I stupidly trusted them. I also don't believe that they didn't go for lunch for an hour while getting the part. I will never use them again!
