When I called Jon the Plumber from 400 miles away because my elderly parents' water heater went, they were able to get us scheduled for a replacement water heater the very next day. They arrived when they said they would and we're professional and efficient. The pricing was fair and the work was of good quality. Professional, punctual, friendly, honest, and skillful. There are not enough great things I can say about my experience using them. We needed to fix both of our bathrooms. Jon email me an estimate when he said he would and when he couldn't keep our scheduled appointment, because of an emergency, he emails me the day before to reschedule. We reschedule for 4 days later. I cannot tell you the times I've had electricians or contractors not show up or show up late without any notice.

He and his team showed up on time and even texted me to let me know they'll be arriving in 30 minutes (at the scheduled time). After Jon gave me a quote, Brian came to do the work. He was great at communicating and explaining any unexpected issue he encountered or could encounter. He uninstalled a toilet and sink, installed a new toilet and sink and fixed the toilet in the second bathroom all in one visit. I could not be happier with his work.

Great work repairing old supply pipes for our bathroom. Fast for a quote and finished early with the work.

We smelled gas and called national fuel. They came and couldn't find a leak, so just turned off our gas and suggested we call a plumber. We called Jon the plumber, after using him years prior to install our garbage disposal. He was able to come quickly and found 3 or 4 leaks in our gas pipe leading up to our upper tenant unit's stove. We were so upset to hear the pipe would require us to open up walls in our unit. Jon tried some creative thinking to find a better solution, which ultimately ran a pipe around the perimeter of the kitchen. But, he found pipes that camouflaged into the baseboard. It was a great compromise that saved a lot of money.

I had a friend use him for a major plumbing issue that required a full yard tear up. As a single female, she never felt he was ripping her off. He was responsive and helpful.

Oh, and he is respectful of your house and brings booties to cover his shoes when he walks through your main house!

We had a slow flushing toilet. Matt found a quick and easy (and cheap) way to solve a problem that had been driving us crazy for years. Super friendly, competent, even brought his own boot covers so not to track in the winter weather. Thanks Matt!

Excellent plumbing service at an affordable price. Service tech Gideon was friendly and effective at finding the root of the issue to water backup in basement sink. Little over $200 to have peace of mind; I will be utilizing Jon the Plumber for future plumbing issues, and advise you to do the same.

We knew our kitchen plumbing had some serious issues, but push finally came to shove and we couldn't put it off any longer. I've learned to rely on my fellow Yelpers, and all the five star reviews led us to call Jon the Plumber.

Speaking with Danielle was a pleasure. We set up an appointment for an estimate, and learned the situation was just as dire as my husband suspected. All our kitchen plumbing needed to be replaced. EEK!!! We booked the soonest available appointment, which was still a week out. Inconvenient, but knowing once the work was done our issues would all be solved made it a little easier to tolerate. (I personally think it's a good sign when a contractor is that busy. If they're not good, they're not in high demand, right?)

Darrik was fantastic. Polite, professional, updating us on everything he was doing and why. Since we got no other estimates I have no idea if the price was high or a bargain, but that was never a factor in our decision. We based our choice on the reviews and are glad we did. Problems solved! After that week without a kitchen sink, I almost did a little dance when I ran the water and it went down the drain! I can confidently recommend Jon the Plumber.

You can't get any better than Jon the plumber and his men. They did a great job at a fair price and they were as nice as they could be. I had a sump pump replaced and they did a super quality job and left it cleaner than when they came. I highly recommend.

Indeed - As good as it gets! I called Jon for gas line installation in our recently purchased property. Jon was polite and professional and he assured that work would be done with the best quality. One thing which makes Jon apart from other is genuine feedback on what we need. He would not sell products or services which we don't need. As far as work is concerned, Tony came to our house and performed the job nicely, professionally and tmely. My quest for finding good plumbing company ends here. :) I would recommend Jon/Tony any time to any of my friends.

Cannot say enough good things! We had a leak in our living room ceiling and had a different company out twice and it was still not fixed. I called Jon the plumber based on the other positive reviews and they did not disappoint! Gideon showed up during the scheduled time and was able to fix our issue in under 2 hours and for a more than reasonable price. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs!

I can not say enough good things about our experience. The gentleman that came to give us a quote was so honest. He could have very easily charged us for something unnecessary. Instead, he told us what the problem was, a way he could take care of it, but also left us with the knowledge of what we could do ourselves. There was no charge for the estimate, it was fast and easy, and this company has earned my business for life.

Can you open an Electrician arm of the business too? Please?!

I had a clogged drain in where my kitchen sink was backing up into my laundry tub. I tried for a couple days to snake and clear the clog myself without success. I called Jon to schedule an appointment to snake the drain. He came out the following day, was professional and courteous to my wife and kids who were home while he worked (I was at work myself). He explained fully what the issue was and was quick and efficient in doing his job. The drain is flowing better than it has since I moved into the house four years ago. Only a homeowner could actually be excited about how well a drain actually drains.

Everything you want ....reliable, returns calls quickly, fair, spotless, post-job follow-up, exceeds expectations, came in under his quote!!! Jon and his team deserve 10 stars if that were an option!

This company gets my full respect. Not becsuse the gentlemen Matt was professional and friendly, but because they are honest. Honesty is hard to come by sometimes as we all hear stories of customers being told they need something done when it is not true. I had two issues for Matt to look at and one honestly fixed itself. Possibly fixed when my furnace was being replaced. As for the other, Matt gave me a quote but told me to try something before I go with the service as his suggestion may solve the problem.

I know companies are struggling for work but I think their honesty goes further and it's definitely appreciated. I think many would agree with me in that one of our biggest concerns is being told we need this done and so on but the peace of mind comes from the honest evaluations that are given.

I'll definitely be using this company moving forward as my wife and I are currently looking for a place. I also wanted to make time to share my experience so that other customers or people looking into doing business with them know that they ate in good hands.

Decided on a new water heater and replacing galvanized pipes in our home. Contacted Jon the plumber and got a quick response. Got a quote within a few days. Their price was much better than other plumbing outfits with them using better quality materials and a shorter time frame. Scheduled the work and it was done as stated,in the time frame quoted,for the agreed upon price. House was left neat and everything works great, Cannot say enough good things about them. The office help is prompt and nice, Derek was the lead of the team from the quote through the work and he is totally honest and trustworthy. Would recommend them to anyone!

These guys came out, got me an estimate and then completed the whole first story (over basement) repipe in a day and 3 hours, though part of the delay was just miscommunication, once the whole house filter situation was resolved they finished very professionally, no junk left behind, removed old gross pipes etc.
Had them come back to do an install on the dishwasher because the previous owner had done something really weird, they fixed that issue as well and we were back in business! Will be using again for any future plumbing issues.. Their pipe job really increased the value of my home.

Our house froze and we needed someone to evaluate the damage and repair. Matt from Jon the Plumber was awesome. Great communication before the job, detailed quote, and followed the communicated timeline. We had another item fail during the job, and Matt was fair about adjusting the quote since it affected another part of the job he was working on.

I called Jon the plumber yesterday to help me with a broken pipe in my basement. He assured me that someone will be in at my house at 9am. This morning Matthew arrived and assessed the situation and gave me a fair estimate prior to getting the work done. Matthew was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I recently had some issues with a toilet in my home having a hard time flushing. After a quick search in my area I came across Jon the Plumber and they had tons of great reviews so I gave them a call. They were quick to answer and despite they're busy schedule for the week they were so kind to squeeze me in. Matt was the service technician that came to my house that day. He was very pleasant and explained everything that he had planned to fix the situation and even the back-up plan in case the original did not work. Luckily it was a quick fix and everything is working great now. I just want to give credit where it's due and I plan to use this company for any future plumbing needs.

AAA+ operation!! Jon was a great point man for Gideon and Christian. These guys were early, professional and they knew their stuff. Had a few shut offs added and had an older 2 handle shower setup that was leaking. GREAT JOB on the shut offs and they didn't leave here until we were all SATISFIED that they took care of the leak. Pretty reasonably priced and AWESOME WORKMANSHIP. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Jon the Plumber to anyone looking for an HONEST, RELIABLE Plumber!!!!

I've used John the plumber a couple times and have had great service every time. The secretary that answers the phone is helpful and polite and the plumbers are nice and respectful. They get the job done quickly without any issues. Matt and Matt fixed an on going problem with my bathtub. He even helped with an issue he noticed with the toilet. They guys were quick and quiet and were very easy to book with. Their prices are fair and honest. I 10/10 recommend this plumbing company and will use them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

After dealing with a disreputable plumbing company that took advantage of an emergency situation and did work that was unnecessary, and, misdiagnosed the problem, called Jon at the recommendation of a friend. Jon came out and immediately knew what the issue was, showed us the issue on the camera and was extremely professional. His crew came a few days later and were very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Our issue was fixed with confidence in Jon and for less money. Highly recommend Jon the Plumber.

Responded instantly to our request for work. However their quote was not even in the ballpark. For that reason my review is for the quickness of their estimate. They did respond to my denial of qoute and tried to work with me. Another company tried harder.

I didn't use this plumbing company. The receptionist scheduled an appointment for an estimate and a plumber came out a few days later. I thought the plumber gave a fair estimate for the work. He was definitely knowledgeable and made a few suggestions. Not being sure of what I wanted to do in my shower/bathroom remodel, I did not book this plumber. I'd definitely keep them in mind for the future however.

We have used Jon the Plumber for several jobs in our home, but most specifically he and his team installed our tankless hot water heater. They were super accommodating to our needs, and worked with us to place the exhaust and intake in an inconspicuous location.

We had an urgent situation with our traditional hot water tank leaking. Jon worked with us to get our new tankless hot water tank installed as quickly as possible, with us only having to wait for the unit we wanted to be shipped to us.

Very professional, and very accommodating. We refer him to many of our friends and customers on a regular basis.

I had a small problem with a kitchen sink drain that kept separating from the link pipe that led to the main drain. I also had a slow running utility drain in the basement I wanted them to look at. The repairman was able to come early (Jon called to ask if this was OK) and he knew a simple method to solve the kitchen drain problem.

He then examined the basement sink and drains and gave me a quote. I have a surgery scheduled so I was reluctant to contract for any kind of major work but they are sending me a quote should I choose to do the bigger job. No pressure. No baloney. Honest evaluation.

The kicker is that they did not charge me for the kitchen sink fix which took only a few minutes. Jon the Plumber and his plumber Sean have earned my thanks and respect. This is true neighborhood service and they are #1 on my list of plumbers. Oh they also masked up to protect me from any possible infection that could influence my upcoming surgery. These people rock.

My wife and I had a pretty big sewage problem and my mom immediately recommended Jon the Plumber. Jon was able to come to the house within a couple hours of speaking with him and had a quote to us that night. The next day I had another plumber come out to give us a second quote and was told I would have it the next morning, that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from him.

As soon as I gave Jon the OK to start, he had the permits and his crew at our house ASAP and was happy to answer any questions I had and explain the work being done. Since the job was to replace the line outside, Jon said that he would stop by in a couple months to check the work again and to drop a camera down the line to make sure everything was still looking good.

Jon has been quick to respond, honest, and will take the time to walk you through what he is doing and the options you have. I will recommend Jon and his team to anyone I can.
