We called MC Plumbing to fix a leak.  Our dishwasher which was working before they came is now not hooked up to a water source.  We contacted them about it and they refuse to accept any responsibility.  

For this reason, we now have to have another plumber come and fix the work that MC Plumbing did.  

I would never recommend them at this point.

After several emails with this company where they blamed us for their attitude, ultimately, we had to pay for a plumber twice.  Very disappointing.  They refused to apologize or accept responsibility.

Juan was really nice did a great job. He wore his mask the entire time and was very professional. Will definitely call again if I need any plumbing work done.

Have used this company twice now, in the span of a week, to make some needed repairs and installations around the house. The company and employees were insanely responsive, helpful, and answered all questions we had. It genuinely feels like the company wants to help its clients first, and are not just seeking payment; they want to make sure we understand the decisions being made, and why. I felt extremely informed on even the most minor decisions, and the cost we paid was very reasonable. We had a sink installed one day, and two days later, we reached out to the same company to install a new toilet, which they were able to do the same day, which is customer service at its best. I truly recommend this company, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them, and each of their employees.

There's  a reason for the all-5-star reviews. Pete and his team were honest, prompt, professional and expert in their work. I got quotes from multiple plumbers and Repipe Plus was the fairest--a turnkey repair of the pipes AND the drywall and painting (which otherwise would have been another headache to contract out and more $$). I don't write many glowing reviews because I'm a picky bugger, but they made this nerve-wracking and complex/costly repair about as painless as it can be, completing the work in a matter of days (including over the weekend which was really great to minimize disruption during the work week). Can't say enough about them.

This is my first time to leave a bad review. I have always been taught that if I have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. But I feel it's my responsibility to let the public know to avoid this company.
On 10/23/21, our tenant reported that one of toilet was making noises, wouldn't flush and wouldn't stop leaking water inside the tank. Called our home warranty company and they scheduled Ideal Services come out on 10/26 out to fix the toilet between 11am-3pm. The tenant was annoyed by the sound and non stop leaking, so we replaced the leaking pump inside with a regular pump to temporary stop the water from leaking. My office is close by the property, so I asked them to give a call 30 min before they arrive. So we can put the faulty pump back before the technician arrive. I waited and waited. There was no call. I called the tenant, she said he came and left within a min. He told the tenant that the pump (temporary one to stop water leaking) was not the correct one for the toilet. Of course not! The original one was right on the ground in front of that toilet. AS a decent person, you will at least communicate with me and ask what is wrong with it before you leave. Long story short,  First American HW decline our service and void the toilet's coverage because we replaced the pump.

On 1/7/22, the same tenant reported that one of the shower faucet was lose. She was afraid it'll break and water will leak into the wall cause more damage. I called First American HW request for service. They scheduled Ideal Services to come out on 1/10, between 11am- 3pm. I asked them to contact me when they are on the way. I actually did had a second thought maybe should request another vendor. But wanted to give them another chance. This time, again, no communication before or after the technician  went there. Tenant said he took a video and left, saying he will contact me. I called Ideal Services the next day. The lady in the office told me that FAHW declined the service. I called FAHW asking why. They told me that the technician's diagnose report says missing holder. They do not cover repair items that have missing parts. WTF! I went back to the property inspect it myself. Besides loose, the faucet has no sign of been inspected or opened to check what's inside the wall. How can you tell there's something missing! Back and forth with the FAHM, they asked me to get a second opinion at my own cost to prove to them that there's no missing part. I was so angry and frustrated at this point. Forget it, I'll get my own vendor to fix it and call it a day. It's not worth my time. But I was too angry to let it go and determined to prove them wrong. I hired another licensed vendor Access Services Group from a home connection magazine. They went there 4 hours ago before I'm writing this review. The professional technician removed the caulking around the faucet and opened the cover plate and inspect what cause the faucet loose.  Their finding: There is a shark bite fitting that need to be a soldered copper coupling. Description of work: Estimate to cut drywall behind the valve 1'x1' to access shark bite fitting and solder copper coupling. Reinstall valve cover and spout and caulk around plate and spout. Will need to have drywall patched after work is complete.  I submitted the work order from Access, and FAHW approved to send us another vendor to fix the problem. I would have let Access do the job. But sometimes we just need to have justices.
I wasted a whole day on this, plus many many hours last time. This is too exhausting disputing with people. I'm here write this review not trying to bring down a business. I believe there are many good professional contractors as well as good employees in this company. I hope Ideal Services will look into their contractors and don't let this happen again. Rant is over, I'm out.

I feel like it can be hard to find a good plumber, they may try to overcharge you or sell you services you don't really need. I never got that feeling with Nationwide Plumbing. These guys are straight shooters and I highly recommend them.

I called multiple times and requested help and through Yelp and she called me once, but never called me again so I had to go with someone else. To me it was a red flag. She still hasn't called me actually when she said she would call me back and the project is done.

Wow. Started off well, ended bad. I hired Ramon to work thru an inspection list of repairs I wanted fixed on a house I just bought. I trusted him right away, enough to give him a garage door opener to get in my house since nothing was moved in yet and he needed a few days to complete the work.

It got bad when there was a HUGE miscommunication about his price to install one outlet. $350. I had the same thing done from another company at my previous house for $95. (I didn't use them bc Ramon was already there and I needed it fast). This miscommunication didn't come about until AFTER he completed the work. I was pissed. He left and was complete with my projects. I went to the house immediately to check on the work. My oh my, if you don't care about attention to detail, hire Ramon!

My sink faucets were installed backwards (I shouldn't see any of the stamp while washing my hands, the logo should be on the front), HE PUT A HOLE IN MY WALL on the opposite side of the outlet he installed with a nail sticking out (I don't even know how that's possible?) and left the drywall dust all over, did a terrible putty job around the outlet, left pencil marks on the wall, the outlet looks terrible and wish I just left it alone - and this is what cost $350, LOL, trash from the materials were left in my backyard, he did not clean up my garage where he was working or roll my trash can back out that he brought in, I asked for the outlet to be on the right of the switch and he put it on the left, I texted him pics of the hole he made and no response.. I now need to hire someone else to fix the mess he made. I will NEVER use him again. Zero attention to detail.

Response: I paid $914 of the $1,114 tab. After I saw the work, I am not going to be taken advantage of and pay the remaining $200. I will use that to pay for someone to fix his work. The faucets are clearly installed backwards in the photos. You can all see in the photos of the outlet how jenky of a job was done. This is not a created story sir. There is a hole in my wall directly behind the outlet that was installed. And when I texted to ask about it...no reaponse

Great service, great prices, and great plumbing. I have never found a more trustworthy plumber. Plus, it is a father-son business.

Scott came to my home and looked at what I wanted to get done. Unfortunately he related that his company was unable to complete the job properly and declined after looking everything over. The amazing part followed, even though they were not going to do the job or receive any payment, he still explained in detail what needed to be done and why he was unable to complete the job. He also took the time to write down everything regarding what to ask other companies who might say they could do it. Workmen and companies like this need to be applauded. He could have easily said no and left or made up a story. Scott took the time to explain and made sure I understood everything. Thank you again and if I ever need any work done in this field I will definitely use this company.

Update, 8-2-19.
I called Vegas Strong again and joined the club that allows 2 HVAC cleanings a year for my system. Again I cannot say enough about this company. They were on time and went above and beyond my expectations of service. I also had a follow up duct cleaning as well and they were great. I will never use another company again as long as Vegas Strong is around. They are a company you can trust and always willing to help whatever issues you may have and do it with honesty. I recommend this company to everyone out there who needs service. Great company, great workers, and great service.

I called Jacks after me water heater stopped working.  They gave me a window for arrival time and communicated that he was on the way. Once the plumber arrived,  he immediately explained the options and that they are closed on the weekends.  I would definitely recommend Jacks for all your plumbing needs.

Called Valleywide on July 8th and left a message about my pool leak. Ino called back in about 2 hours and I talked to him about my situation on my leak that after it goes below the skimmer basket inlet line the pool won't lose water. He said he could get Steve out there the next day (REMEMBER THIS...THE NEXT DAY) to do the service and find the leak. His tech Steve came out on time and performed all the pressure testing and dye testing on the pool. Steve said couldnt find anything in the pool except a small crack in the skimmer basket area and maybe to change out the autofill part. But he also said that these two issues couldn't be the factor on the pool losing so much water in a 5-day period. Steve wanted to do a bucket test on the spa to see if that could be the issue but was pretty sure it wasn't. So he left the bucket and asked me to send him pictures of the lines outside and inside the bucket and I did. Plus I paid him at that time $199 for them to find the leak. Which he said that they guaranteed to find it! So he replied from the pictures I sent him that the spa was fine. Said he needed to come out and do the same testing on the pool and also a bucket test to see if it had to do something with the pop-ups.
 So this is where all the chasing and getting blown off starts with this company. Had to track down Steve to get him to come out again for the follow-up testing on the pool and bucket test. He kept saying that he had to check with Ino and also he was in the middle of moving from Arizona. OK...fine I can understand this first time. So he came out again and he still couldn't find the leak and asked to send him pics on the bucket test again. Steve also mentions that he talked to Ino and that he said that the pop-ups couldn't be the problem because the pool would most likely be draining a lot lower. So I sent the pictures to Steve and he said that the pool is fine? Ok...So where is the leak? Steve said he would have to talk to Ino and get back to me. So no calls from Steve of Ino for a week. I call the office on Monday, July 29th at 9 am and also at 1:40 pm and left a complete message with my full name and contact info and my home address to make sure they had no issues finding me in their system. NO CALLBACK MONDAY!!! I call the next day Tuesday, July 30th at 10:15 am AND STILL NO CALLBACK. Why am I being so detailed about the days and times? So Ino can go to his messages and check exactly when I called. So until I get my leak detected? I wil not change this review. And for all this inconvenience, I will not pay another dime!

I have had the pleasure of having Jose from Innovative Plumbing sent to my rental home to do repairs on two separate occasions.  
    He is one of the most considerate and conscientious plumbers I have ever had do work for me since I moved to Henderson 4 years ago.
   Jose correctly determined both of the plumbing problems​ the first time and made the repairs efficiently and under the original estimate.  He cleaned up the work area and left it as if nothing had been done.
    I would and will recommend him and Innovative Plumbing to anyone who needs​ any type of plumbing service.

Just moved to vegas and needed a plumber to connect my new range.  It required that I move my gas line.  Called Jenni Plumber and had a Tech at my home in under an hour.  The plumber DOC (was his name) arrived on time, was polite, professional, and hands down the best plumber I've ever hired.  he was able to do all the work same day (on a friday night at 6pm and for a reasonable price.  If you're looking for a good plumber give Jenni Plumber a call....

Always reliable and trustworthy! Not much more you can ask for.

Never made it to the house. he was given simple directions that he couldn't follow. my home is on Google maps and is easy to find. He became irate on the phone and was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend letting someone with such a anger problem into your home. stay away
