Had a toilet making a loud horn noise. Michael came over to investigate after only about 1 hour or less from sending the request on Yelp. He determined it was the fill value. He left to buy new parts then came back 20 minutes later. He replaced the fill value and also the flapper. He tested several times to ensure it was working properly. The toilet flushing sounded normal again. Michael was great and quick with diagnosing and fixing our issue! In addition, also a pleasure to talk to! Will be reaching out to Michael and Vegas Drain Masters for any future plumbing issues!

This company is amazing. I called about an issue with my manual pool water fill assembly not working. I called at 8 am and by 9 am, Nelson Andrade, their field supervisor, was at the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and searched for a replacement part on his truck. He was finished in an hour and did a wonderful job at the most reasonable price ever. I will use this company for all my plumbing leaks going forward. I highly recommend them.

This was the second time using Drain Bears. The first time was last year for main water line, this time was to repipe the entire house. They are quick to respond & get the job done right. Early weekend appointments available so as to not take your entire Saturday or Sunday away. No 4-6 hour window of making you wait for their arrival. We've been very satisfied with A Nevada Plumbing servicing both our home and rental property. Prompt, friendly and affordable service. I also love that the work area is cleaned up before leaving.

One of our repair needs was supposedly fixed by another plumber we called 5 months ago. It took a couple of hours of watching him walk back and forth from bathroom to his truck outside for a fairly simple job and was very overpriced especially for a fix that only lasted a few weeks. Needless to say, we did not call that plumber back. A NV Plumbing repaired and secured the wobbly commode and repaired an additional plumbing issue in another bathroom all in 45 minutes!

This company is great! They have the best customer service, flexibility and willingness to help you out when you really need it!  Jose worked diligently to get the job done that was needed so that we could move into our new home.  He kept me updated on the progress and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it. We will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!

It is a failure of a business to receive 1 star from a customer. It is a business decision to care more about keeping every dollar rather than caring about the human being.

I hired Dig Dawg for the plumbing of my custom home. Mike dug the basic main plumbing wrong and he came out of our house 5 feet below grade. It was too low to hook up to septic. So he offered to fix the problem for 12000.00!!! His mistake costs use over 6000.00 to make of sewer system work. We had no hot water to many facets; my spa tub did not work and still does not. I have a facet in my master tub that never worked and still does not work. We have a sewer smell throughout our yard because he installed a too short vent. And his fix for the septic wasn't installed at the finished elevation so we have to build something to hide it and keep it working properly (This is in my front yard by my house). Throughout Mike denied any wrong and gave me a lot of grief to get issues fixed.  My custom home looks like a patch job because of this company. I wish I never hire him. BEWARE

These guys area awesome! Did a same day estimate, worked with me to make sure my insurance covered everything, did all the work next day super efficient, on time, good communication and price!! Side note, they replaced the main water line between my house and the street completely in like 5 hours. Other side note - get American National only insurance company that covers the no mans land between your house and the street ;)) Definitely recommend will call again if need a plumber!

We have used Whitneys water systems many times on a site and they have always been prompt and provided the best pricing and replacement options.

Justin has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable in both diagnosing and explaining the problems as well as providing solutions and handling paper work.

Called to have someone come check a small leak I have under my sink.  Said no one was willing to come today or tomorrow.  Didnt seem eager for my local business.  Sorry for being an inconvenience trying to get a plumber.  I'll call someone else from now on.

I woke up on Thanksgiving morning to find that my bathroom had completely flooded and water was backing up in the tub and toilet by the minute.  I called 7 or 8 plumbing companies (even ones with emergency numbers) before I found someone that could come out on a holiday.  I called Larkin Plumbing and the nice lady who answered the phone said someone could be there within an hour.  (What??  You never get that kind of quick response even on a normal weekday, let alone a holiday!)  True to their word, Cody called me shortly thereafter and said he would be there in 15 minutes.  He was super nice and professional, he diagnosed the problem immediately -- the main line was clogged -- and he cleared the line and made sure everything drained and he was done within a half hour.  They charged me less than $200 for the service call and labor--ON A MAJOR HOLIDAY!  I'm baffled by all the negative reviews, I had the best experience you could have asked for.

Our pipes started knocking after the first morning flush of our upstairs toilets, and when we turned on the faucets in the bathrooms, water spit out forcefully. We called our home warranty company and they sent out a plumber that couldn't detect what was wrong. Didn't really do anything, so we called the warranty company back and asked for a 2nd opinion. They sent Boss Plumbing. Jacob and Adrian came out and completed the proper inspections and knew exactly what was wrong. The prv valve. My replacement part was discontinued. Jacob and Adrian went to every plumbing store in town to find the part, and scoured the internet. It is no where. They did find a replacement part and modified it to fit my home. They are honest, and knowledgeable. The office staff, very professional and kind. I will always be a return customer because of the great customer service and the knowledge I encountered. Thank you Boss Plumbing. Now I feel at peace.
