Trevor has helped me with plumbing issuesthree times now, and i will not use any other plumber. He communicates well, and is very respectful and always cleans the area up after finishing. Trevor is the first plumber i have found that i trust. His work is impeccable he treats every situation with a eye to on how he can fix the problem efficiently and with as little interuption as possible. Prior to this he replaced my hot water heater for me he repaired a gas leak and my disposal. Each time he assessed the situationthen provided me options. My most recent call to Trevor was for second floor bathroom had a leak going from my floor to ceiling downstairs. Trevor began by getting information about problem that was happening. He then assessed by removing my toilet that was wobbling. After checking plumbing he offered me 2 options to fix something at that point and be done or cut into floor to look at floor flange. He explained everything so i opted to have him replace the floor which was the smartest thing because the lead bend was cracked. Trevor is very honest reliable and i recommend him to anyone.

Useless. We called with an emergency--literally, the house is flooding as we speak--and a wan, unenergized troll tells me he has no one in.
This is not Code Red. It's Code Blue. Don't bother.
Oh, and by the way: They don't respond when you call with an actual, live emergency...but within literally MINUTES, they can write a comment to your review on Yelp, complaining that you insulted them, and how can they help you?
Unbelievable! ROFLMBO.

Called to install a softener, very good and gentle response, and the day after plumber was at my home at the exact time we agreed. Before start the job he did a quick analysis and after a couple of minutes he told me the exact price. I just confirmed and after a couple of hours the softener was perfectly installed. A fast and clean job. Finally a group of real professionals plumbers. They deserve five full stars!

I am a renter so my landlord scheduled the service from California! Rebel made this a painless process! The tech was ON TIME! even early He was very respectful and introduced himself, explained what he would be doing and put on booties immediately (nice touch). He was quick & thorough. I even got a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Rebel for any air conditioning/heating needs!!!

called this company to get an idea of what cost are for blower motor or capacitor. Was told they don't work of labor cost and material cost. they work only on flat rates. so they make up a cost and that's it, not based on labor or materials so a job can take an hour and parts cost $100 dollars and they will still charge $1000 as it's a flat rate. Read other reviews this company is very dishonest and unethical. Stay away!!!

Jimmy did a very good job on installing my light fixture. He is patient and detailed. He made sure everything is perfect. At the same time, he is a very good communicator. And his price is very decent. I highly recommend him.

I needed to replace 3 faucet fixtures ASAP and Dignity Plumbing came out right away. Fernando was very professional and thorough with explaining the leaks I was having and the best way to fix it. He took his time and made sure everything was installed correctly. I am very pleased with this company and will be calling them again to get our water conditioner installed. Thank you!

I wasn't satisfied with their work initially, but the owner gave me a call after my initial bad review on Yelp and we were able to resolve the issues. These guys come in and leave very quickly, so you may want to make a list of things you want them to do and check them off as they do it.

Our upstairs a/c unit went out two months ago. We filed a work request with our warranty company and this is the company they contracted. Long story short this company came out three times and didn't resolve the problem. The last time they come out they forced the louvers open for the upstairs unit and said they needed to replace the motor. This is how the unit stands now. They were scheduled to fix the problem and never showed up(no call no show), so I called them and they said the technician was already there and repaired the unit. I told them I just got off the phone with my wife and she has not seen the tech yet. These guys are liars and grade F techs. DON'T US THIS COMPANY! The right guys should be called THE WRONG GUYS.
They also replaced a programmable thermostat with a basic bone programmable one and the tech acted irritated when I told him I wanted a comparable thermostat.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE WRONG GUYS!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and Andy arrived quickly. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His repair was done with care and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. I have found my plumber!

Dan is great. Installed the replacement parts in my toilet. Really nice guy. Charges a fair price (others quoted way too much for the same job), communicates well and gets back to you quickly, answers all your questions, is on time, gets things done fast and is eager to make you happy. He stands behind his work and we'll be calling him again next time. Recommended!

Stan the Man was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Im the curious type that likes to watch and ask many, many questions. He answered them all. He did not come in aiming to replace the water heater, but instead first asked if the breakers were checked, then proceeded to check source voltage. Step by step the correct way. He then said the water heater was ok but (I dont remember) some electrical parts were corroded on it, and gave me some options.
Very happy, got the hot water back same day, fixed fully the next.
Thanks Stan,
Tim

Absolutely horrible service! Unfortunately, AHS assigned this company to me. They have given me great companies in the past. Very disappointed with this one.
Plumber calls me 3hrs before my appointment to say he can go to my place. I requested a late appointment so that I don't have to miss work. He doesn't call back and just decides to show up exactly at the appointment window start time. I was told they would call 20mins prior to coming, that didn't happen!
He initially tells me that the warranty will only replace the bathtub faucet with acrylic. I told him that they replaced my kitchen faucet with a comparable model. He stated that he's never seen that before. Why even challenge what the customer says?! They did that 6months ago! I can prove it if necessary. He then states that it's not covered due to someone tried to repair it. I told him that someone was me. I didn't try to repair it, I stopped it from leaking! The only way for me to do it was lodge a screw in the handle. I asked what I should've done instead of putting a screw in. He said most warranty places don't want you touching a broken item. Does that mean I just let it leak until someone comes out to fix it?!? He obviously didn't have an answer to that. I asked if that was the only reason why it's not covered. He changed his story to now being excessive force. The service order he left, states that a screw was lodged to repair the issue. Where's the excessive force?
It was apparent from the first call (3hrs prior to the appointment) that the guy was in a hurry to end his day. It's sad that they are in business just for the $75 service fee.
I highly recommend to cancel the warranty appointment if you get this company to service your warranty call. They will do whatever it takes to just get the $75. I wonder if the guy that came out was actually trained plumber?!? Hmmmm... they probably just have non qualified employees collecting $75. Employees trained to come up with an excuse not to fix your problem.
