Have been using them for years. Have always been fair priced and on time. During a July heatwave my AC went out, Rick came out same day, when every one else told me it would be 2 days before they could check out the system. At noon was told I needed a new system. Made arrangements to pay and by the time I got home, they were finishing the install. GREAT SERVICE.

Rick at Nationwide plumbing has helped me over the years with multiple jobs including water softener installation, master bath tub installation, faucet repairs, drainage issues, and an emergency service when my main water line outside was leaking.  Rick has always been very quick to respond, honest about the repairs needed, and very fair with price.

After finding out our water heater went out AGAIN after only 5 years I called Nationwide to come check it and it was still under warranty. When they placed this water heater it was because the previous company was wanting short of $500 to install a warranty replacement.  NOW they wanted to do the same thing to the tune of $600+ and well over $700 with a permit.  The plumber I had do the work GAVE me a copy of the invoice for warranty water heater replacement and it was $55.  So $600 for labor was what they wanted?  I have changed my mind about this company.

I wouldn't use this company if it was the last plumbing company in Las Vegas. Chris, the owner, doesn't care about customers and isn't holding up his end of the guarantee. Don't use them, you WILL regret it! And they say 24/7, that's a big fat lie.

After fighting with my landlord and taking cold showers for days I finally gave up and decided to call a plumbing company myself. The owner Rick came out with another employee named Chris & let me tell you.. I will never call or use another plumbing company again. Not only were they quick with service but they were also respectful. Will be recommending them to all friends and family & for any other plumbing services I need in the future!

I couldn't say anything about the service, Chris informed me when I called to schedule my home warranty call that if I couldn't do 8am to noon that I would have to call the warranty company and get someone else, because his guys absolutely needed a 4 hour window, and could never do anything in the afternoon.  Happy to oblige and give the business to a professional service company instead.

There are rude asf and the cockiest plumbers you ever met ewe had horrible experience with a rude technician would not recommend them at all!!!! I wish I too can post zero stars lol he turned it off and didn't  even try fix the water heater I called someone else than turned on the water heater got me through the night they are such assholes don't go to them yuck !!!! They lie and they will tell you the whole thing needs replacement zero effort they don't care at all they just want your Money

My home warranty group contacted them for a repair.  Chris called and set up the appointment.  I found him to be impatient and short on the phone.  Had he taken the time to listen to me... he might have realized there was no need for the service call as the home warranty group would not have covered the repairs.  

He gave me a 10 minutes heads up that he was coming to my place, which I appreciated.  

Chris was unhappy that he walk so far in my complex and that he couldn't find my home with easy.  I could hear him puffing in disgust as he approached my door.

I let him in and explained that the seal was broken around the basket area of my sink.  He said that it wasn't covered and seemed ready to leave.  I said well it can't be that hard to fix a seal.  He then said, he would charge me $199 to repair it.  There was no explanation for the why of it.  It felt like a shakedown for more money.  I told him that I wouldn't pay that fee and he left.  He was in my home under 2 minutes and never once looked under my sink to make sure there wasn't more to my problem.

I called the home warrant company and they got a report from the owner of this business stating that if the basket wasn't replaced that it would just keep leaking.  Perhaps had been explained to me, I might have considered using them.  I would suggest seeking a different company if you are looking for diagnosis and friendly service.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY.   THEY Will RIP YOU OFF!!!   Paid them to install new water heater, it lasted 1 day.  Called them to check out why it stopped working.  They said they would try and get some out.  Never heard from them.  Called them the next day, they said they would try and get out there.  When pressed for a better time frame, Chris,who said he was the owner said he wasn't coming out to repair it.  Great customer service.  The only reason I gave them 1 star was to warn other customers.  DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
As a follow up.  I paid this company several hundred dollars to bring my repair up to code.  When it was inspected, it failed.  I will have to pay another company to come in and bring their work up to code.  It wasn't just a simple fix.  They will have to replace the plastic drain pan, replace the plastic plumbing that will melt, and put in insulation to keep the water heater from burning you.   So sad that they are allowed to maintain their license so others can be ripped off.

Woo hoo! We have our second bathroom back. We changed our appointment time. No problem. The gentlemen arrived in a timely manner after calling to advise they were one their way well within the service window that was provided. They came to the front door and put booties over their work boots. They were extremely courteous and completed their work quickly.

We will use them the next time I need plumbing work.

As for the company 3 stars they couldn't get out for a few days and when they came they couldn't fix it that day (our water softener)
The rudeness even more so the cocky attitude from Jeremy was the highlight of this service call.  Being a female I must not be intelligent or know anything. When he was done changing out our new softener he rang the door, my 14 yr old son answered and he said I need to be paid, ya know I need money (not seeing me walking up I over hear this and meet them in the garage) he says we're done and said btw there ain't no salt when I asked don't you think that's something someone should of told me prehand to have here OR SEEING THEY JUST BOUGHT IT UP THE STREET FROM ME THEY BUY IT AND CHARGE ME (minimum offer too?!) Jeremy rudely states how that ain't his fault it's dispatch issue. Then kept going on when I finally let him know he doesn't have to be a dick and maybe take the suggestion of telling a customer prehand about picking up salt! I know some places (lowes / rcWilly ) give you a bag or 2 when you buy one. Kinda defeats having one w no salt in it. How do they know it's working properly or etc?! Yes it's screwed in  doesn't mean it's done or ready to go!
Star rating would of been a lot different same as I told him the proper wording to a customer is oh yes mama' I'll let the office know about that. Again I'm sorry no one told you to have salt on hand but I'll let the office know to throw hands up and rant about how it ain't my issue it's dispatch. Very rude! I don't care if it was gods fault humor me and say I'm sorry no one told you. As for the rest our time ended abruptly w out explaining or showing me anything on the new equipment- also forgetting all their tools and things in the garage while walking out after snagging a check....
Please have this one retrained w customer service skill and people skills! The whole thing would of went much better w out his smart a$$ rude mouth. To the point I asked him not to keep being A DCK!
I wouldn't use them again due to Jeremy but all the others have been ok.

I feel like it can be hard to find a good plumber, they may try to overcharge you or sell you services you don't really need. I never got that feeling with Nationwide Plumbing. These guys are straight shooters and I highly recommend them.

I had to shut down my water heater during some gas line work elsewhere in my new (to me) condo. After multiple tries I couldn't get the darn pilot re-lit. My home warranty company called Nationwide Plumbing. They called first thing the next morning, and Chris and his helper were here within a couple of hours. Chris quickly discovered that the knob on the WH had a hairline crack, so turning it actually did nothing - who'd have thunk it? Well Chris, apparently. Quick fix, prorated co-pay, and they flushed the sediment from my 17 y/o WH. I'm happy! I also learned they often work for my neighbor, who has rentals. I will call them next time I have a plumbing issue!

I dropped my diamond necklace down the sink. I called at 7pm to get a plumber to help me out. The gentleman who answered said he couldn't get anyone out, but instead he pretty much guided me through the process of retrieving my necklace. I'm so grateful for the service. Any other issues I may have, this company will definitely have my business.

I needed a new water heater on a Saturday and the home protection plan contracts with Nationwide. They were very quick to respond and to come out  and estimate the job.  They were professional, competent, and helpful.  Because they were so busy they were unable to schedule the work until during the week requiring me to take off from work (and take cold showers!).  Otherwise I would have used them.

The experience I had was great. They didn't pressure me to make a decision and allowed me the time to shop around. The other companies that came to my home were a bit pushy and wanted to charge double what nationwide estimated. Their estimate was on point and they fixed my water leak in a timely manner.

Nationwide came out and put a new water heater in our home in June. Yes it's 6 months later but they had put all new pipe and everything and now the water heater is leaking gas. We called them to have them come fix their work and they said it had been too long. I'm sorry but if I installed a water heater and it was leaking gas to a families home I'd want to right that immediately.  The guy on the phone Chris  was rude and basically said it was our problem not his and it had been too long. With all the new pipes and everything they put in obviously something has come loose or broke. But honoring their work obviously isn't something they do. We will never use them again and we will make sure no one else we know does either. You'd think with something major like this they would honor their work and want a good name out here with so much competition. But doing half ass work and letting a family with pets and kids breathe in gas obviously doesn't matter to this company. Plus he said they probably couldn't come out right away. Really?? The service I received over the phone from this guy and the fact he wouldn't honor their work makes them a zero star. What happened to customer service and making sure people are happy? My advice go with a company that actually cares about the quality of their work and the customer.

Update another company came out today and fixed our gas leak had to change all the gas lines these guys put in. He said they were bad. So they charged us extra to replace everything up to code and didn't do it. Our gas leak is now fixed right. Never use these guys if you want honest quality work.

These guys just came by to install a new water conditioner in my home. He took one look at my beautiful Goettl furnace and water heater and said he was sorry. LOL! Said they way overcharge people and recommend unnecessary equipment. (Which I totally believe because I spent a hella lot of money with them!)

Anyway, he and his parter were done in about 45 minutes. I was charged less because the pipes were already in place.

Goettl quoted me a charge of $1200 to replace my washer valve, stating the wall would have to be ripped out and replaced. This guy took a look, said it looked like the screw-in kind and would cost less than $400.

Very nice. Very efficient. I will be calling them again with any plumbing or a/c issues. (Yes, they do a/c work too!)

My water heater went out just as we were getting ready to head out for a nice day with family who was visiting. I immediately called our warranty company who gave me the phone and work order number to nationwide plumbing. I called them and they hadn't even received the work Order yet. They weren't sure if they were going to be able to get to it that day, being it was Friday a little after 11am. I told them I had family visiting and they were staying with us and asked if there was anything they could do. Dave asked me to take pics of the water heater and the label and send them to him so he could get the ball rolling to expedite the issue. Talk about initiative!! I got a call back in less than an hour saying that they would be out within the hour. I asked if they were coming out to just look at it aha he said no, they were coming out to take care of everything!! Wow!! Sure enough, Dave and Chris were outside my door and ready to knock this out. I drained it before they got there so it took them about 30 minutes, and that's including the time we spent talking and joking around in between. These guys took good care of me. They know exactly what they are doing and are genuine good guys. I was able to meet up with my family to enjoy the rest of the day. Plumbing issues are inevitable but because of this recent occurrence, I know who I can depend on In the future. Thanks guys!

Called this company and they came out same day- on Monday at noon. Thought to myself this is great- my water heater will get fixed or replaced today and i wont have to worry. Well little did I know that the men who showed up were nice but didn't have a work vehicle. They took pictures and notated everything that needed to be replaced and said it was done wrong and not to code. They said they would go buy parts and replace the next day. Again thought fine that's reasonable just do it.

Well after 2 hours of back and forth with Chris- WHO IS A MORON- he said they could come back the following TUESDAY. 8 days without a water heater and i was going to pay these guys.
When I told him no that was not acceptable he began to scream and yell and curse me out saying if they didn't come back out that they wouldn't get paid for their time spent today.... it was 5 mins hunny I'll give you $10 for gas!
I said I would get someone new and I did. They came out same day and installed a new water heater in 1 hour. Everything works great.

My home warranty sent them out to check my hot water heater. I've lived in my home since August 09 and before we moved in, my husband installed our current hot water heater. We noticed it was taking way too long for the water to heat up, 5-10 minutes at least. Nationwide shows up and says everything is fine, it's not working properly because the unit is outside?!?!? Well, it's been working just fine for the past 10 years while it's been outside!! Called insurance back so they can send a competent plumbing company to properly fix this issue. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. I'll update later once the other company comes out.

Chris is so friendly, punctual and clean. Chris and Rick at the office always answer and do fast scheduling. They were referred by my warranty company and they also completed some repairs that weren't covered. Since I'm a Realtor, we always need vendors and having an affordable plumber who does good work is hard to find. I would always recommend Nationwide for anyone's plumbing needs!

Rick from Nationwide plumbing saved me a ton of money!A rival company with a pretty well known name sent a tech out to inspect our furnace.The tech stated my heat exchanger was cracked and that it must be replaced.Not knowing much about how a furnace really operates I took his word for it and requested information about a replacement.Well long story short the tech tried to convince me I needed both a new furnace AND an air conditioner!Offering me a specialof $ 10,000.I then contacted Nationwide plumbing looking for a second opinion and Rick came out did a thorough inspection and lo and behold the tech from the first company never even looked at it he just attempted to con me out of my money!My heat exchanger and the furnace is just fine.I want to thank Rick and Nationwide for their honesty and I look forward  to doing business with you in the future!

Very professional! Called this afternoon and Rick and Chris were at my house less then 2 hours later. They were quick and efficient and friendly. Don't bother calling any other company these guys are the best. Had another company come in the morning that wanted to charge me almost twice as much as Nationwide Plumbing.

Chris an Rick were great, understanding, courteous and efficient.  After a week of dealing with other organizations I finally found nationwide and after a week of cold showers, Chris and Rick took over, worked me into a busy holiday schedule and worked late into the night so I could have a hot shower again.  I highly recommend this organization.

Talk about awesome service!!! My A/C went out yesterday, and these guys came out last night and fixed it in a jiffy! They even fixed a setting on my water pipe/valve that kept making a banging noise for no extra cost! These guys were very professional and fairly priced. I'll surely be calling them for all of my home ownership woes.

Rick and his co-worker came out this morning to install a Wayde King water purification system. It took them less than an hour to install, plus remove an old water purifier and under sink RO system. Top notch work.
I give Nationwide this 5 star review from this experience with them.
I highly recommend this company and hope you will choose them for your plumbing needs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is terrible. When they arrived we advised them that the water heater had to be in the attic as it was not located in the garage like most homes. We shared that the home was a new home for us and the tankless water heater for our casita was in the attic. They told us there is no way its in the attic and they dont get paid enough to go up there and work on it or check it. They were sent to us by our home warranty company.

One of the worst experiences I've had by far in the Vegas Valley or in my dealings with my rentals and flipping in the last 20 years. Initial contact was great - Rick and Chris are professional and courteous. Difficulty with setting appointment - needed a window from 8 - 4 on a Monday, called before they came over which helped.

The tech they sent in was very personable, no business card or company ID - I tend to check those for safety, always have. He spent 10 minutes in the house while another man sat in the truck out front with the engine running. Needed repair - said it wasn't covered under insurance and that was that.

I called the office - said I needed the noise issue fixed, send out another tech - lets see if it can be remedied, the guy didn't get in there to pinpoint. Rick was awesome - arranged another appt. the next morning between 7:45 and 8:30. At 8:30, Dave called saying he would be there in 30ish. I had an appt. - no bueno. Without details he became instantly confrontational, raising his voice, brought up issues with insurance fraud, went on and on out of left field. Something is not right with him - decided it was best if he didn't come over at all. Apparently he was the guy in the truck the day before. When I did ask him why he didn't come in then he stated he was busy on the phone with insurance. :/

At any rate, not a good experience by any means.

This company is a joke.... They tell me a time frame of the part arriving and I sit in the HOT house waiting and three days past the time frame I call to see what is going on and Chris has NO answer for me , only to say the part is in the mail!!!!!! Really..... There has to be a way of tracking it, his answer is so generic I know it is just to appease me! So not professional... I would never hire this company!!! If it was not for me being a renter and the landlord going through the insurance I would have for sure have gone to another company and probably had my A/C working a week ago!

Professional, courteous, punctual and very clean. HSA contractor - Nationwide Plumbing, returned our call for service request within 30 minutes; appointment scheduled for the very next day. Rick and his assistant made short work of the plumbing tasks at hand, then scheduled a follow-up service call when additional ordered parts arrived. Taken care of like a VIP!

If I could give zero stars, I would.  I was referred to Nationwide by my home warranty company and I was told that because they were busy and due to the holidays, they would not be able to come out to even look at my water heater until the following week (7 days).  Try to pretend like you care, even if you don't.  I would have felt a little better if you just said, If there's a cancellation, we'll try to fit you in.  NOTHING.  They were rude and obnoxious.  The only saving grace was that my home warranty agreed to let me choose another vendor.  Run, far far away as quickly as you can.

You know you're in for trouble when the guy keeps calling you buddy. I know when I'm doing business, I often find it's totally acceptable to refer to someone as buddy, who says you need to be polite?! (Sarcasm jic).
Total jerks from word 1. Do yourself a favor and look for a company with more than a handful of obviously fake positive reviews.

My home warranty company assigned Nationwide to replace my water heater after the first contractor did nothing for 9 days and tried to charge me over $500 for uncovered modifications.
Nationwide came out, did inspection and contacted home warranty co. The next day they were here and installed a new heater at zero cost to me.
The techs were fast, efficient and very friendly.
Nationwide will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater went out and I called Nationwide Plumbing at 10:00 pm. Rick, the owner, was incredible. He put my mind at ease and told me what to do until the morning. He arrived promptly at the time he promised. Rick found the problem, went and got the part, and the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently within the hour. Incredible service! I would recommend this company to all my friends!!!

they came out for my ac via old republic warranty,,,took them 4 days to fix ,,always arriving after 6pm,,,tried to blame problem on a picture that has hung in bathroom for a long while,,,lol,,,i told them it was the thermostat but they did not listen and the fuse kept blowing until it went out completely..

chris call yesterday to tell me the wires were hung outside my house because he could not feed them thru wall but for ans extra $250.00 he could come back and staple to outside wall,,,,not acceptable,,,,,called the warranty company and told them i did not think this was up to code and they called chris and he told them it would and that this was just personal preference on where the wires were placed,,,,sorry but this should have been put back the way he found it,,,,lazy lazy scam,,,he saw 2 senior citizens and saw $$$,,,in negotiations with warranty company not,,, if not in my favor i will have to pay for this to be fixed,,,but small claims court is where i will take this,,,,  terrible terrible finish,,,,do not use them,,,,

Just purchased my first home that had a couple minor plumbing problems within the first 2 weeks.  Although my home warranty refused to cover any of these issues (even though they were not issues when the home and policy were purchased), they referred me to Nationwide Plumbing.  Rick and David came out quickly (we had both bathtubs/showers leaking into the garage) and checked all 4 plumbing issues for me.  They attempted to have the warranty cover the issues, but then gave me estimates to fix the problems. Rick returned within a day or two to figure out what was going on.  He fixed 2 of the issues and the other told me what was wrong and instead of spending money,  said my husband could do it.  My husband loved that, of course, and Rick offered to walk him through it, which he did!  We were able to salvage a couple hundred bucks and my hubby got to complete a project he'd never done before.  They always called ahead, answered all of our many questions and were just really super nice, down to earth guys.  We will use them again if necessary, they were so professional and also thoughtful-telling me what was wrong, but offering the easier fixes for us to do ourselves.  That's something we really appreciate.  Call them!

DO NOT TRUST...Chris was very rude and discourteous.  They must think they are the only plumbers in town.  Tried to have a tub stoppage cleared and a couple of other things fixed that malfunctioned after we moved in and they reported to the homeowner warranty company that everything was pre-existing, which made the warranty company DENY everything.  A very strange business model, indeed.  Evidently they don't like working on older homes.  Nothing like making a potential customer for years, run in the other direction.  Just like everyone else says, very cocky and unprofessional.

I own a salon in summerlin and as you can imagine with all the hair we have had a few clogs from time to time.  Nationwide is the company I always call.   They are there with in minutes and fix the clogs.   They are so fast and efficient.  So friendly and honest.   I recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Ricky for always taking care of us.
