Can't help but really LIKE these guys. Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak. He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed. Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage. Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob! (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

I called them this morning because my brand new water heater was leaking all over my garage floor. The AO Smith warranty recommended 3 plumbers. I called Sean, he listened, said he'd have a guy out in an hour and a half. Kevin shows up, gave me time to take a shower before shutting my water off. Super knowledgable and polite. Took my water heater and exchanged it for a new one and had it installed by noon. He cleaned up around him even though the mess clearly wasn't his. He added a tank for overflow. it probably should have been there in the first place. My hot water feels fabulous and I still can't believe Its fixed in a matter of hours. I have more jobs and I'll be calling them! Thank you!!! It could have been a totally different weekend.

We have a rental property in Henderson. Our long-time tenants had a slow-drain issue that they were unable to resolve. We called one of those $79 to unclog a drain services. The plumber came out and immediately put a camera down the drain. He told us we had sludge build-up that was compromising the drainage of our cast-iron pipes, and THE ONLY OPTION was to hydro-jet. This would cost us $1,300. When we asked what they would've done before hydro-jetting was available, he gave us a straight-faced non answer.
I called Elliott's, and the dispatcher told me that (a) hydro-jetting would cost me $390/hour (WAY less), and (b) they didn't recommend hydro-jetting residential cast iron pipes, because the chances of either breaking the pipes or, more likely, flooding the house, were significant. She put me on the phone with their main plumber (he happened to be in the office). He waited while I got my husband on the line, and explained that his recommendation would be to put a two-and-a-half-inch cutting blade on the snake and run it slowly through our three-inch line. This would clear any sludge without compromising the integrity of the cast iron pipe.
The dispatcher had someone out within the hour, on a Saturday, for less than $88. The plumber snaked the line all the way from the toilet to the street, and he cleared a hair clog in the tub for just a few dollars more. If I wanted a camera, it would be $260 to throw one of those down the line. I didn't need a camera. The lines were perfectly clear.
Don't waste your time and hard-earned money on a company that is going to put a camera down the line first. These guys fix the problem in a time-proven method and charge a fair rate to do it. They'll always be my first call from now on.
**update** After clearing the line, my tenants still had an issue with the toilet backing up. It's an old, 3GPF toilet. I called Elliott's for advice, and they agreed with me that a new toilet was probably the best bet. Free advice here. Highly recommend this company.

I called these guys, because i talked to one outside a store. He seemed really knowledgeable about watersoftener plumbing.he came over the next day and explained what he would do. The price he gave me was really affordable compared to other companies. They did a nice job. I would definitely call them again.

Chris at Combat Water Solutions helped me out with some botched DIY. I had a fight with a seized up shower cartridge, while I did win the fight... I took the shower valve with it.
He responded quickly, gave me a quote over the phone and came by for the repair the next day. He was very professional. It's awesome to support local veteran owned business.
He charged a fair price to replace the shower valve. I did prep the job site for him a bit by freeing up some drywall and I already had a new shower valve and cartridge in hand.
All in all, great work by these guys and he even told me some tips and tricks to save some money after he finished the job! Thanks again!

Chris Prince showed up to redirect a gas line and install an outlet box for it so I could push my gas range against the wall. Even though I was the final customer on a busy Friday, Chris jumped in at 100% and knocked the job out. No gimmicks, no nonsense...just a dude who knows his trade and does good work.
I did all of my communication with them on Yelp and Saul was always quick to respond to my questions. Service was reasonably priced too. I'll call them again next time I need some work done.

my tub faucet would not turn off all the way so I called DMS to come out to look at it (this was on a wednesday). The plumber they sent out (Jose) was really nice, but he said he couldn't fix it that day so he had to come out the following day, but that the front office would call me in the morning to schedule. The front office never called that morning (thursday) so I had to follow up with them & schedule a time for Jose to come back. He came later that day & said that my faucets were discontinued so they have to order a new part, but that in order to fix it, he would need to cut a big section of my wall out to get to the area he needs, but he couldnt do it that day, the front office would call me the following day to follow up (lol). Friday morning now and the office never calls me. I called them once again and the girl said she would email me info, price, etc. I gave her my email 3 times & she never emails me. I call her again & give her my husband's email address & ask her what the estimated cost of the repairs are so that we can make an informed decision & get the tub fixed. She said it was $1000+ to get the tub fixed, they would need to cut into my wall & we would be responsible to fix the wall ourselves. I told her to email us the quote with a breakdown of where the costs are coming from. In the meantime, my husband calls another plumber who comes over & fixes the faucet in 30 minutes with NO need to cut into my wall & it cost me $240. PS- I never got the email from DMS plumbing. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS if you choose to use DMS. In fact, I'd probably just not use them at all, just my experience.

Getting a letter from the Water District is always fun! Jared came out and diagnosed a few things. Developed a plan of action. Just call Loyalty if you're having any plumbing issues. It will solve whatever headache you may have.

Just had Cory in our home to repair the supply line for our toilet. Great attitude and a professional. This is our second experience with Done Right Plumbing and both have been great.

I called them Saturday morning because the water heater went out and started leaking. They replaced it the same day, arrived early, put a lot of work in because of the calcium build-up, were quoted and paid a great price. I could not be happier.
Plus, Jeremy, the plumber, was cool and professional. He arrived 15 minutes early. I highly recommend them.

Extremely rude. I contacted him about leak detection for a pool. He said he would arrive in an hour so my wife rushed home to meet him.
I also contacted another company to look into the issue also.
Several hours went by and I did not hear from him so I called him and he said he was running late. Meanwhile the other company called me and said they were on their way. He then called me and said he was going to be arriving soon. I told him I had another company coming to look into the issue also. He then got pissy. He then ghosted me and when I called him he told me I could just go with another company. He acts like consumers should not do their due diligence and get multiple quotes etc. I don't recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

Great Service. Recommended by Lowes for a new toilet install. Joey and his teammate were on time and very professional (also masked-up for Covid protocols- nice!). Did an excellent job removing the old fixture and installing the new one. I would definitely recommend Pain in the Pipe!. Thanks, guys!

If you are using your Home Warranty (HW) in Las Vegas, and Anytime Home Services is assigned for the repair, do not schedule an appointment. Instead, call the HW and request a new contractor be assigned immediately.
Just checkout the reviews for the business they have conducted in Phoenix under the same name on Yelp, Google and the BBB.
I was assigned Anytime Home Services by First American Home Warranty to replace a failed water heater. I was told by the contractor that they must use all new connection materials due to liability even though that is not required by the IRC or covered by the Home Warranty. This resulted in a quote for $860 of modifications that I would have to pay out of pocket. In fact, in a text with the contractor, he mentioned that it is a loophole in HW contracts that allows them to add these modifications. This tactic is how contractors that work for a HW increase their profits. It is predatory and unethical. It also unfortunately is condoned by most HWs. As the customer you have no way to dispute the reason or cost for the modifications with the HW or the contractor. Your only options are to pay the out of pocket costs or receive a cash out by the HW, which is normally 50 cents on the dollar due to negotiated prices.
Pictured is the list of modifications required by the contractor. Most of these items would normally be re-used by a reputable plumber or would cost half of what was quoted by Anytime Home Services.
I will also be canceling my HW with First American since they protect the contractor over you their customer.
