Our installer Matt was very friendly and hard-working. While he was here I had a bad accident I need help watch my grand baby until the ambulance got there.Matt is a great kid thanks. Plus the toilet in the water heater installed, he did a beautiful job. I am a customer for life.  thank you

Maybe he was having a bad day, but I felt the man I spoke with from this company was condescending and rude. When I told him I was looking to upgrade to a 55 gallon electric hot water heater, his response was, they don't make a 55 gallon. Maybe he should have said, I don't carry a 55 gallon heater, but that's not what he said. When I told him I saw one on Lowes.com, he became rude, IMO. I'm not interested in spending my money with someone who starts off like this...

Bruce arrived on time, and got right to work.  The job was done quickly and efficiently and he was sure to test it thoroughly.    

He was friendly, informative and even gave a military discount that I was not expecting.  I'll definitely be using Drain Sergeant again in the future.

Recently, I was referred to Jay's Plumbing for a second opinion regarding an issue with my sewer pipes.  

I had made the mistake of calling another plumbing company to unclog my drain, and they told me that a sewer fitting underneath my foundation had separated and would cost in excess of $3000 to repair.

Curt, the owner of Jay's Plumbing was honest and forthcoming.  His technician, Jerry was very thorough and efficient.  Jerry conducted a video inspection of the sewer line and DID NOT find a separation or any other issues.  He took the time to explain everything that the camera revealed during the video inspection.

The personnel from Jay's Plumbing were ethical and charged a reasonable price for their service.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

Krassimer is amazing!  He is so thorough and professional and took care of my entire list of projects.  It's so nice to find a plumber that is so responsive and reliable.

Our water heater burst and Pirate Plumbing was quick to help install a tankless water heater for us the next day. Will did a great job with the installation and was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Pirate Plumbing.

Francisco just came to replace the the angle stop on our primary bathroom toilet. He was so nice and did everything very quickly and professionally. It started leaking last night so we called this morning. Within just a couple hours someone was here and it was fixed. I'm very happy with their service!

For a couple years I have been experiencing plumbing issues. I had more than a handful of plumbers out to diagnose the problem. Several suggested snaking and/or hydro-jetting the drains (which I had done) while others simply stated they couldn't diagnose anything until all the walls were opened up.  I contacted Guaranteed Plumbing who had immediately came out to provide a free estimate.

Right away, Kepa notified me that the plumbing needed to be re-piped. He gave me a more than fair quote.  In fact, it was such a great quote that I asked him for a quote to relocate my laundry room to an upstairs location. My husband and I decided to hire Kepa and his team to do both jobs.  They began work within 3 days.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were beyond professional, arrived each day on time, and were constantly cleaning up after themselves. In addition, they were extremely considerate when it came to having to shut off the water to my house (especially since I have three young children at home).

I can't express my gratitude for all the work they did to bring life back into my home. I once again have three functioning bathrooms and a new laundry room! Thank you Kepa and the rest of Guaranteed Plumbing!

Wow . So came home to find some water coming from the water heater I freaked out  ( only in this house 2 years now )  Saw a magnet with their info on the current  heater so I called they were super nice on the phone . Right away the guy told  me he could  have someone come out to do a free check after the guy was done with his current job .  Got the call 30 mins a head of time saying he was on his way . Frank cams and was super nice and really helpful and even saved us money due to what we had in here we didn't need that kind . I am super thankful to him for that since it was going to be a lot and we really didn't have that to spend so the savings really helped . Great company

Keith and Keegan responded quickly to my inquiry. They were able to find the problem in minutes. Ordered the parts right on the spot. If you need someone who's responsive and quick, call these guys! They know their stuff.

Had and emergency come up and needed help fast. Called Expert Plumber Las Vegas and left a message. Mike returned the call shortly after. I explained my issue to him, he said he would come right over. Mike looked and what I had and what needed to be done, he gave me what I believe to be a fair estimate as well as arranged his schedule so he could start work immediately. His work was done in a timely fashion, he was clean, safe and friendly. Before leaving he looked at a couple other issues I had and made some recommendations that will save me time and money. I am very impressed with Expert Plumber Las Vegas and will/would recommend them to anybody needing service.

I wish I could give more than five stars jeff just came out here within an hour of me calling them! he was fast he was professional he was courteous the price was perfect! He even explained some of the stuff to my husband and me! everything was wonderful, I can't complain and I am one for complaining!  so that is a bonus they will forever be my go-to people when it comes to Plumbing!!

I was referred to Got Plumbing when I had a pipe leak. Tony came and fixed the problem quickly and was very knowledgeable and professional. The rates are reasonable and will be a customer in the future. Highly Recommend !
