I would highly recommend Valleywide Leak Detection.  Our technician Robert was extremely knowledgable and explained everything clearly.  He spent a lot of time and checked our pool and spa for leaks, when we thought we had one.  He brought to our attention valve position concerns that were causing flow issues.  Very satisfied with the results and will definitely use them with any future issues.  Fair prices and wonderful service. Thank you again Robert

Great pool leak help. I called many places and was met by annoyance and attitude trying to explain my pool leak. Some places tried to charge me $700+. These guys were $350 through pinnacle pools and after my leak was repaired came back out and re pressure tested my pool lines to make sure there were no more leaks. Highly recommend in a area that is hard to find good people. Pinnacle pools also great job fixing the leak at a reasonable price.

Look no further, these are your guys. They are quick, reliable and thorough and they're pricing is competitive. We seemed to have found the issues (yes multiple) that have cost me thousands over the last six months. Can't be more pleased with the service from these guys. Thank you!!!

When I gave them a call I spoke with Ino who confirmed that the leak detection can be performed inside or outside my home, and he was able to get me a quick appointment. A technician named Robert came to my house to perform the leak detection using a sonar device, he came on time and didn't waste any time doing what he needed to do. His boss even came over the next day to double-check the area the leak was supposed to be. Having them come over was a huge help for us since we can fix the leak ourselves but were having trouble finding it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a leak detection conducted.

Like another customer. I have called four times. Left one message. Three times the mailbox was full. No response. I'm perplexed how they have good reviews from last week and last month. I can only conclude they get paid for a job and then go on a vacation/binge until they need money again.

We have water leak at our house. Prompt service but ineffective. Paid unnecessary service call free for false alarm for AC and water softener leak. No response or call back on trying to reach out to inform about false alarm. Paid leak detection free without any service benefit. Do not waste your money.

I would definitely recommend this company for finding leaks. I had a leak in my pool and I contacted the company and Ino the owner responded back to me. They came out with all their equipment checked all my pipes and everything and found the leak. He was able to find a replacement piece to fit over the broken return head.. This saved me between $2000 - $3000 because otherwise I would have had to have gotten a company to come out drill through the concrete and the spa to fix it. His prices for finding the leak, the replacement part and fixing it were very reasonable.

With all I've been through over the last few months with my pool, at this point I feel like I am practically an expert in leak detection and pool repair, and I really cannot recommend Ino and Valleywide Leak Detection highly enough! After purchasing a home last Summer, we found out pretty quickly that our pool was leaking. After American Leak Detection and Nevada Leak Detection were unable to find ANY leaks over multiple visits, I contacted Valleywide Leak Detection feeling totally defeated. Luckily Ino showed up and he found our leaks easily! Not only that, but he is completely professional and really wants to help you. He answers and responds to calls/texts, and he has actually been to my property four times now. He has even been patient with me while trying to get the initial leak detection paid through my insurance. If you have a leak and don't know where it is, call Valleywide Leak Detection and they will get to the bottom of it!

I had a great experience with Valleywide.  I discovered a leak which I thought was from my newly refinished swimming pool.  I personally looked for the leak, as did a plumber.  We could not find it, my anxiety levels rose as I imagined having to redo my pool a second time. I called Valleywide.  Despite being heavily booked he made time to come to my home.  He was extremely courteous and very thorough.  It took him no longer than 20 minutes to find the leak!!!  To my relief it was not the pool, but in an area that was accessible. I was able to get it repaired myself.  However he was willing and able to jackhammer the patio and fix the leak and repour concrete.  I am sure he would have done a great job if I had needed to use his services.  Also the cost was very reasonable.

Ino (the owner) is the best - responsive, professional, thorough, reasonable and honest.

We have a pool with all the bells and whistles - solar, in-floor cleaner system, pebble tec, water features, etc.  Ino had a 2 step approach; however, he first offered some tips on validating that my pool was experiencing more that evaporation (steps that might have resulted in his not being engaged).  Using Ino's approach and a little math, I was able to determine that I was losing about 70-80 gallons per day (above/beyond evaporation).

Ino scheduled my inspection and performed an exhaustive set of pressurized and dye tests on everything except the in-floor system (which would be a separate charge).  Ino isolated the source(s) of leaks and offered a 30 day warranty (i.e., follow-up if pool still leaking after fixes).

My repairs required a specialized contractor so, after that work was performed, I retested the pool and determined that I still had a leak (much smaller but still significant).  Ino provided another set of tests (for me to run) to help me determine whether the source was the in-floor system (a separate charge/set of tests), the pool shell or gunite (nothing short mega bucks to repair), and/or the primary areas already tested.  These tests (fortunately) determined that the smaller leak was coming from one of the areas already tested.

Ino returned (at no charge) and retested everything.  We learned that one of the contracted repairs (sealing up a light wiring feed tube) had a small gap / hole but clearly and visibly explained the continued albeit smaller water loss.  Fortunately, my pool repair guy (the sub-contractor) also conducts business with as much integrity as Ino.

Steve came out, tested the pool. Said where the leak was, in the skimmer where the water goes in. We paid $200. Steve said they would send an estimate, to fix it. Never did. Can't get them to call back. I believe this company is running a scam. They come out, make up a reason for the leak, charge you $200 and go on their way. I'm going to report them as such. I, completely, understand the review from the customer in July.

The water company sent me a notice that I had a continuous flow leak somewhere on my property. I went out and checked my meter. Sure enough the meter was moving very, very slowly. I was able to determine that the leak was not coming from toilets or anywhere else in my house. That meant it was probably somewhere outside, likely in the main. I called Valleywide and they came out right at the time they said they would be there. Ino, the owner, came with an assistant. I told them that I was confident that the leak was outside, but they went ahead and checked all the faucets and water lines in my house, just to make sure. Sure enough, they verified the leak was not in the house. They next went all around the house, checking irrigation lines, etc. The last step was to check the main water line from the meter to the house. They brought out the big guns with their highly sensitive listening equipment. They methodically went through the front yard listening. Soon, they came across a sound that signaled a leak. They keyed on it going back and forth to determine if they were right on it or just close to it. Eventually, they determined where the leak was - right at the edge of my lawn and the sidewalk. Ino said it was either right in the grass or just under the side walk. They marked the spot and I was charged $225 for finding the leak. They also gave me a price to repair it and said I could also search out other companies to repair the leak. I had a friend who is experienced in these types of repairs, so I had him do it. Now for the reason I am writing this review: My friend and I dug up the lawn next to the sidewalk. When we got about 24 inches down, we found the water line right next to the sewer drain. I was surprised that there was no mud or any real evidence of a leak. But when I turned on the water line ever so slightly, there it was.  A small pinhole leak. The water company was right - I had a leak. But more importantly, Ino was right. The leak was right where he said it was. If you think you have a leak, call Valleywide. They will find exactly where it is.

After two other leak detection companies could not find the leak at my house, Valleywide came out and used a special technology which found the leak immediately. They also were able to fix the leak although it was under the concrete.

Ino came out exactly on promised schedule, found the leak within 10 min, and was super prof & knowing about all things leak related.  He will have all my future biz, as well as I am recommending him to all my Real Estate friends - the companies that were suggested by them wanted $200 just to show up, and access to my CC for any charges they deemed necessary without authorization!  So be careful, there are many unsavory leak detec companies in Vegas - look no further, Ino is your guy!

Ino came out to a property I have listed and had great people skills and service skills. He was timely and professional.
He spent about 30 min doing his leak detection work and had pinpointed the trouble area. At one point while he was doing his work, a plumber came in and laughed and said he knew what the problem was and leak detection was a waste of time...so I'm a little out of my element here, but I'm a good read on people and I trusted Ino. I could tell he has integrity. It helped that he didn't smell of booze like the plumber did! Ha!
Anyway...not only did Ino locate the trouble spot, he repaired it. And he saved my client over a thousand dollars. I couldn't be more pleased with him or his work. Thank you so much!

Ino was very kind and got to the root of the problem (I hope). The only problem is the cost... it was $200 for the initial evaluation and $650 to dig up in the dirt one small pipe with a puncture wound and cut it out to replace. I'm no plumber but I could have done the repairs in an hour or two. They do good work and of course there is skill involved to know all about this pool equipment stuff, but the $850 for all of this was a little ridiculous, there was only about two hours of work done.

This company was terrific.  They were on time, professional & very competent. We had been dealing with a leak in our pool for over a month & within a half hour they detected where the leak was coming from & told us how to fix it. Their pricing was fair & they didn't use gimmick coupons to lower inflated prices. I don't normally write reviews but I feel strongly that this is an honest company that knows what they are doing. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Called on Sunday, set an appointment for today. Showed up in the early part of the appointment window. Found a leak in the pool fairly early on in the process. Fix the leak with epoxy and then continued to check for other leaks found two other small leaks that he was also able to use epoxy on. Very professional, very knowledgeable and got the problem solved. So much better than the another service previously used that only found one leak and that didn't solve problem, came back out  and said there wasn't another leak. Will totally use them again if another leak appears. (It's an older pool leaks happen)

Called Valleywide on July 8th and left a message about my pool leak. Ino called back in about 2 hours and I talked to him about my situation on my leak that after it goes below the skimmer basket inlet line the pool won't lose water. He said he could get Steve out there the next day (REMEMBER THIS...THE NEXT DAY) to do the service and find the leak. His tech Steve came out on time and performed all the pressure testing and dye testing on the pool. Steve said couldnt find anything in the pool except a small crack in the skimmer basket area and maybe to change out the autofill part. But he also said that these two issues couldn't be the factor on the pool losing so much water in a 5-day period. Steve wanted to do a bucket test on the spa to see if that could be the issue but was pretty sure it wasn't. So he left the bucket and asked me to send him pictures of the lines outside and inside the bucket and I did. Plus I paid him at that time $199 for them to find the leak. Which he said that they guaranteed to find it! So he replied from the pictures I sent him that the spa was fine. Said he needed to come out and do the same testing on the pool and also a bucket test to see if it had to do something with the pop-ups.
So this is where all the chasing and getting blown off starts with this company. Had to track down Steve to get him to come out again for the follow-up testing on the pool and bucket test. He kept saying that he had to check with Ino and also he was in the middle of moving from Arizona. OK...fine I can understand this first time. So he came out again and he still couldn't find the leak and asked to send him pics on the bucket test again. Steve also mentions that he talked to Ino and that he said that the pop-ups couldn't be the problem because the pool would most likely be draining a lot lower. So I sent the pictures to Steve and he said that the pool is fine? Ok...So where is the leak? Steve said he would have to talk to Ino and get back to me. So no calls from Steve of Ino for a week. I call the office on Monday, July 29th at 9 am and also at 1:40 pm and left a complete message with my full name and contact info and my home address to make sure they had no issues finding me in their system. NO CALLBACK MONDAY!!! I call the next day Tuesday, July 30th at 10:15 am AND STILL NO CALLBACK. Why am I being so detailed about the days and times? So Ino can go to his messages and check exactly when I called. So until I get my leak detected? I wil not change this review. And for all this inconvenience, I will not pay another dime!

I had a problem with my spa water level that my regular pool guy couldn't fix. He suggested it might be a leak. Thanks to Yelp I came across Valleywide. When I called, Ino spoke with me on the phone about all the possibilities it could be. He is very knowledgeable and did not rush me off the phone so I decided to have him come by and check it out. He was a few minutes early for the appointment () and was able to determine that it wasn't a leak but something with my pool equipment that my pool guy overlooked. He is also very patient as he answered every one of my questions. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Ino for your determination and professionalism.

The BEST! I don't know what I would do without Ino. Hired them to do leak detection on my in ground swimming pool before I backfill and in order to pass inspection.

They're easy to schedule with and warranty their work. Ino has come out 2-3 times since I hired him because I keep having plumbing issues. I feel bad for asking him back but he always puts me at ease and never gives me a hard time about it. Other companies charge more AND charge service calls if you don't pass the first time. Not Valley Wide! I wish every company was seriously as great as these guys.

Check their site, they always run specials. Don't go anywhere else, I'm really happy I didn't go with the company my plumber recommended because I'd be out hundreds of dollars now.

I am ecstatic with the service and results I received from Ino and Valleywide Leak Detection. My pool has been leaking for the past few months. I hired another local leak detection service to solve the problem. They failed after multiple attempts, and I have nothing good to say about them.  Ino's name was given to me as the absolute best. That is an understatement. Today Ino arrived about a half hour earlier than his appointment time. Within an hour he found the leak, and then proceeded to repair it. All of this was done at a very fair cost. Ino is knowledgable, courteous, professional, and a real gentleman. Most of all, he is incredibly excellent at what he does. If you have a water leak, look no further than Ino and Valleywide Leak Detection. My only regret is that I didn't find him/them before wasting money on the other company. Ino is incredible!

Definitely five stars!! I had a bad leak underneath my pool deck probably for the past two years.  I was losing water at a noticeably high rate but didn't see any flooding above ground so I just chalked it up as increased evaporation.  You Tube turned me on to the bucket test and that did show a significant leak (the bucket test comes highly recommended!)  I did not want to believe I had a leak underneath my deck because of the expense to fix it.  Well, Valley Wide Leak Detection came out and found the leak with their detection equipment and repaired the leak within a highly reasonable timeframe and at a reasonable price.  They were very professional and able to stop by on an emergency basis.  I should make my money back on water savings within the next six months.  I already see a savings on my water bill.  Highly recommended!

Ino said he would be here as close to 7:00 AM as possible.  He and his co-worker showed up at 7:14.  They were clean, courteous, fast, efficient, respectful and very competent.  They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly.  Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution.  Ino did not try to up-sell me and made sure I understood what was wrong and how to fix it.  The cost was very reasonable ($199).  He made sure I had no questions and volunteered to talk with my pool maintenance service if they had any questions.  I would HIGHLY recommend Ino and Valley Wide Leak Detection for any suspected leak problem.  They were great.

I had issue with my water bill which was 150$ when usually it's 60-70$ a month. Did couple of tests myself and figured out my pool is leaking water. Called about 5-6 companies for estimate. Valley wide was the cheapest(225$). Ino that was the technician who gave me the advise to do bucket test first before he comes out. I did The test and yes my pool loosing about inch a day of water( which is not normal). Ino came and found the place where it was leaking. Gave me very good price on repairs ( trust me cause after he left I called about another 5 plumbers to get the price and Inos price was the cheapest). Very nice costumer service and cool technician. Very pleased with his job.

The service call at the time of this review was just under $80. A true inspection would have meant draining the pool, and cost more, but the $80 on the service call can be applied towards that inspection if necessary. For us, it wasn't necessary. I forget the guy's name who came to the house, but he was great. We went over many different leak possibilities, until we found the culprit. (Our spa was leaking over the edge and into the ground). I am renting and did not know a lot about the pool, but the service guy was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I followed what he was saying and learned a lot about our pool. $80 might be much for a service call if it's something simple, but for us, it was just what we needed.

Truly impressed. We had a leak in our pool that started with minimal water loss at first, maybe an inch a week at the most. When it became 2-3 inches in a 24 hour period, it was time to call Valleywide. Ino came out on time as promised and he tested and listened to everything. After a good hour and half of work he located the leak and marked it off. Ino gave me the quote and the estimated time it would take to fix. To my surprise the quote was much less than what I was expecting considering the amount of water we were losing, of course in my head I'm thinking the cost will change once an issue was found after the digging started. We scheduled the repair appointment for the following week and again Ino was right on time. The leak was where he said it was, and surprise! an issue...for some reason there was extra concrete around the pipes. Even with the extra work it took to carefully chisel the concrete away from the pipes it encased without causing more damage, not only did Ino still finish in the time he estimated, he didn't charge more than his original quote. I would highly recommend doing business with Valleywide Leak Detection. It has been wonderful looking out and a consistent water level for the past two days!

Valley Wide was recommended by a local NPS store.  Ino, the technician was very friendly and helpful.  He didn't charge us the caulking he used to seal the minor crack on our skimmer and he ended up locate the major leak which  we can use a plug to stop the leaking.  He even went extra mile to a nearby Home Depot to find the right plug for us, total cost $4 for the plug, and no more leaking ever since.  All this without extra cost.  Teach us a few things about maintaining the pool.  Highly recommended.
