Nelson showed up on time and ready to go. As usual the service was outstanding. He installed new back flow valve and went the extra step of insulating and wrapping the exposed PVC pipe that fills the pool.
We've used this company before and they are honest hence the reason we called them again. We had a tub that no longer drained and draino no longer worked so we knew the issue was something else that would need an auger.
The tech that came out was so nice and pleasant to deal with! He took care of the problem quickly and showed me a chalk like wall substance that was causing the blockage that he was able to break up and clear away.
Top notch plumbing company that I would use again and recommend to others, which we already have.
Called over a weekend to get a quote for replacement of a leaking water supply line and installation of a low flow toilet. The tech called Monday and was timely. When he arrived We showed him the leaking supply line and discussed toilet replacement options. He told us he could fix the supply line but since he could not replace the toilet at the same time it would cost us $165 instead of $135. Didn't make sense to me since he was already there. We also showed him a shower valve that leaked when we pulled it up to divert water to the shower head and he assured us it was an easy fix but neither quoted us a price or made an attempt to fix it. . While he was on the phone giving details for the toilet quote we asked if they offer military discount he said they do but it was too late because they had already run my card info. I'll be looking elsewhere for a plumber now.
Just got the price for the toilet install - $1065 - not going to happen.

We had a problem with the toilet in the small bath.
Nelson came and told us that it was a simple solution.
Repaired it and only charged us a service call.

I hired Jacks Plumbing for some re-piping job. I explained over the phone what I needed and they were really thorough in explaining what needed to be done and gave me options. They quoted me cheaper than the other companies I contacted. On the day of the visit, Nelson was very knowledgable and actually told me that the pipes did not need to be replaced. I was so surprised, as I have definitely been taken advantage of before. It is nice knowing that companies are actually wanting to do a good job and not just focus on the money piece. So happy I went with them and not other companies. Would highly recommend.
We had a problem with the water pressure in our sink and shower. Nelson came out the same day within the hour, and were friendly and straightforward. Got it all fixed up within 20 minutes, and threw in one of the small fixes they did for free.

My garbage disposal stopped working and Jack Dish Plumbing was very responsive to my issue. They were easy to coordinate with and very professional. They offered me options on the best way to correct my issue. I highly recommend and will use them again.
I am very appreciative of Jack for promptly taking care of the water main leak. I was notified by the city of Henderson for wasting too much water and threatening fines for the problem. I got an estimate which was very reasonable. They said what they need to do to fix it and did what they said. Promptly efficiently and professionally. This company was outstanding! The professionalism, the customer service, the quality of work was all top notch. I had a major water main leak at my house, not only did they come out the same day, after calling 8 different plumbers and having no success, they set up a temporary line so that my family could have water over the weekend till they returned on Monday with the team to complete the job. This was not a small job, it required a ton of digging, piping, cutting into the drywall, etc. but they managed to get it all completed in 1 full day & did an outstanding job. Not only that, one of the plumbers called me over the weekend to just wanted to make sure you're ok with no issues very nice of them to check on us. These are the plumbers I now use for all my work!
Kevin came out to fix a leak on our pipe, After he fixed it. It was still leaking and had to call hm back. Told him iwanted copper pipe but he insisted to use plastic pipe. Then i asked him how much it would cost to change spout and knobs in bathroom?? Quoted me 1000 dollars for each bathroom. I watched videos on utube on how to replace bath fixtures. And i ended up spending less than a 100 dollars to do myself... Never gonna call them back again for future work, if i need one..
Highly recommend this business! Jack is very skilled at what he does. Very friendly and professional too! The water heater in my home had a leak due to the high water pressure in the home. Jack made sure to replace the water pressure reducing valve to keep the pressure at normal psi. Then he installed a new water heater for me. We were out of hot water for two days and that's two days too many during these cold times. Thanks to Jack and his crew, we're back to normal. Really appreciate the attention to detail and the professionalism jack showed.

My experience with this company was good! They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed of what they were doing.
The only reason for not giving a 5 is because they were evasive about their advertised senior discount, and in the end gave only $10 off on a $950 bill. That is about 1%, and I find that offensive. I should have known something was up when both the girl on the phone, and the plumber, would not directly answer my question on this until the end. Don't advertise a senior discount if you really aren't giving one.
They were quick to respond and quick to get the job done. I had remodeled a bathroom and quickly realized my toilet drain (flange I now know) was too low. My toilet was done in no time and it's very sturdy. I'll be calling them for the next bathroom as well :)
We have used several other plumbers (our realtor referred) over the years. The last one serviced us twice before, however, when I called them for a quote to flush our tankless heater, their office person said the supervisor would call but he never did. I thought it was odd to not be able to get a verbal quote for a routine service (especially since we are a repeat customer) so started reading reviews about them and read about issues with their pricing...in hindsight, I am so glad because I then read reviews about Jack Dish.
Called Jack Dish, a friendly person answered, got a verbal quote, scheduled the appointment, Nelson came out, wrote the estimate (also asked him to look at 2 other issues), flushed the 2 heaters...he was great! we still have another issue (needs remediation) to tackle but we know it is going to go well with Nelson & Jennifer helping to coordinate the repair :)

Service tech showed up, didn't have all the parts on his truck so he walked off the job. What plumbing company doesn't carry standard valves on their truck. Tech was rude to a senior citizen and left me hanging with an active leak. When I called the company and the owner answered he didn't have a solution to repair the leak or address the poor customer service. DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY.

Today I called the number on my garbage disposal for serving. Within 1.45 hours of making my call my garbage disposal was replaced. The receptionist was friendly and responsive. The technician Nelson was professional and friendly. And the price was excellent. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE.
These guys did a great job for us at a reasonable price. We are very happy and will use them again as necessary. Nelson and Frankie installed a new toilet for us and took away the packaging and old toilet. They were fast, efficient, and competent. They are also nice guys who are easy to talk to and work with. In addition, they noted a minor leak in the valve coming out of the wall when the valve was closed and pointed it out to me.

Nelson came out and is very knowledgeable and experienced. He has done a lot of work in our neighborhood so that even added to all his knowledge. He was friendly and helped teach us some things so we can be proactive with plumbing issues. I think Nelson is the or one of the leak specialists and he was just what we needed, put our mind at ease and for us no leak. Thank you Nelson. The representative that answered the phone was very nice, she was quick and efficient and the plumber arrived when she said. Thank you also.

Nelson and Frankie were fantastic!! Super friendly and professional. The company itself had plumbers available right away (especially since I only have one bathroom, so it was a fairly dire need for a replacement), and finished the job so much quicker than I was expecting. They were personable, fun & easy to talk to, and did a stellar job with the installation. It looks perfect. They caulked the area and left no mess whatsoever, then hauled away the old unit. I work from home and they made zero disturbances while I was working. They also even went and picked up the toilet from Lowes for me before arriving for the install, which saved me from having to carry it or bring it upstairs, and we're very complimentary of my home and the area. They also didn't try to upsell on anything, they came and did the job that they were assigned to do (SO refreshing compared to many other companies who really just send out sales people disguised as technicians). HIGHLY recommend this company, and these plumbers specifically. I will most definitely be using Jack Dish Plumbing from now on, and my parents are also prepared to use them when the time may come. Plus I'll be telling any of my friends and coworkers who might need any plumbing work done as well.
Needed our water heater repaired under warranty. Jack dish responded the next day and had the new thermostat installed quickly. The water heater now works perfectly. Thanks for the rapid response and repair.

I called Jack Dish Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon regarding my water heater not giving any hot water plus it needed to be flushed. They said they would have a plumber come out next day between 2-4 pm.
Nelson, plumber called to say he was on his way and was here in a few minutes. He checked the water heater as well as the faucets in house and found out that the recirculating pump wasn't working and also flushed water heater.

We were having issues with our toilet. Saw other really good reviews on Yelp,etc and called. Was able to get next day appointment. Jack came and unclogged the toilet in no time. Also gave us some hints to hopefully prevent it from happening again. I would not hesitate to call again if needed.

Contacted Jack Dish Plumbing at 8am on Tuesday. I had a broken valve that needed to be replaced. Lady on the phone was polite told me she could have someone there the same day. I gave her my credit card and agreed to a $110 call out inspection.
Guy shows up at 4pm. Tells me that the job will be twice as much because it's almost 5pm and the work will need to be done in overtime.
3.5 hours at $750 later the issue was resolved.
I'm upset and annoyed that they did not disclose the almost $200 an hour price on the phone. If I new at Tuesday 8am I would have had the whole day to call and arrange another plumber with more reasonable rates.
Nelson/Jack Dish plumbing installed two new toilets for us and overall am very happy with them, the job was done at a very fair price by a very experienced Plumber.
Nelson also installed two new water lines and cut off valves to the toilets perfectly. The end product looks great and I would definitely not hesitate to call out Jack Dish for future plumbing jobs.
Had the water heater replaced do to a large leak. As usual I get my recommendation from Yelp. So far I was always lucky. Not this time.
Called Jack Dish.They send ONE tech. for the job. He worked fast and hard in the 110 degree heat. After he completed the job he gave me the bill. I agreed to the estimated charges. Their office made an appointment for the building inspector which failed.The exhaust should have been attached with screws not nailed in. So the owner came. He didn't even bring a ladder? Luckily I had one for him to use. He used the recommended screws and closed holes in the pipe with duct tape?? Long story short, I will never hire or recommend this company to anyone.
I called Jack Dish Plumbing to relocate the Gas Valve Connection because we bought a new range, I sent them the Mfg. Requirements and a drwing I did showing the existing location and the new location needed to have our new range installed. I was informed this service would cost me 300.00. The day the plumber arrived, I asked him if he looked at the Prints I submitted, His response was No I don't go by prints? I thought maybe he was joking. In order to move the valve he had to notch out the stud in the wall, I noticed he had a sawz-all, and I told him he could use my scroll saw to make a smaller and cleaner cut , by the time I came in from the garage with the saw, he was chopping away at the stud and ended up cutting half way through just for a half inch gas line? I was a little Peeved about this, so I was working on something else in the garage, he came out of the house and said OK all set, I paid him the 300 and he left. When I went back in to check the work, it did not look right compared to the drawing I submitted, so checking it with my tape, I realized he was off from left to right by 4 (inches) and 3/4 of an inch higher than what the drawing called for! I called J.Dish plumbing right away and informed them of what happened, I was told that any changes needed would be made when they came back to connect my new range when it arrived (An additional 125.00 to attach one end of a flex pipe! And they would not commit to correcting the gas valve issue at no cost to me. So this is what happened, I ended up having to repair the stud with mending straps, since it was weakened, and had ton hire a different plumber to place the gas valve where Dish's plumber should have put it in the 1st place! So I guess this clown was correct about not reading prints, and he does not know how to read atape measure either! So youy decide if you want Jack Dish Plumbing working on your house.
I have used Jack Dish Plumbing four times. New water softener, new garbage disposal, 3 toilet tank replacement mechanisms and a new RO water system. These services have been done over the last three years. And everything works great with no problems after installation. Best plumber ever!

We were replacing kitchen faucet. I emailed them based on amazing job that Dan did 3 years ago with drainage cleaning and powder room faucet replacement. They responded within 2 hours, provided estimate and made an appointment (all within the same 2 hours). David and Nelson were on time, gave valuable advice on part that had to be replaced additionally and everything was done in 30 min. Built-in sprayer was adjusted according to my wishes. It was seamless experience with job truly well done.
All the raving reviews are highly accurate, on my opinion. Plumbing is a very tricky business and happiness is not guaranteed, so the fact that after 3 visits within last 3 years, I am absolutely joyful as EVERYTHING still in perfect condition is unbelievable. Company has only nice people on a team.
Had a hot water leak called them and a little over an hour they were at our home . Gave us two different options and had it fixed within 30 minutes. We highly recommend this company. This isn't the first time we've used them.

After a plumber backed out at the last minute, and a second didn't respond, I called Jack Dish, spoke to the owner, and a few days later a very courteous young man showed up early (having called first to let us know). He and his colleague completed the work (replacing a gasket in a shower handle), and I was given a thorough explanation of the issue as well as advice on how to handle future issues. I was impressed with the young man (Kevin) and will call Jack Dish plumbing again.

Jack, owner Jack Dish plumbing gave us options for our garbage disposal replacement. He said 1/2 horse power was all we needed as Lowes sold us 3/4. Also, he caught that the Lowes one didn't have the ability to crank to dislodge anything stuck, which means we'd have to get a new unit. He also replaced our hose bib. We highly recommend his company's services and really appreciated his honesty!

We had Jack Dish reset our toilet that had started to show signs of leaking at the base. They were on time, very polite, and very professional. We did get a senior discount so the price was lower than expected. This is the third time we used Jack Dish and we're always pleased with the service.
Set up appointment to remove oversized reverse osmosis under sink filter in kitchen and replace with smaller RO unit. Also installed 2 rain shower heads in bathrooms. Daniel worked straight through and even hooked up the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser to the new water filter w/o my asking nice!.
Finished and charged a fair price. Will be calling him back for other jobs.
Kevin, one of their plumbers was very helpful! He did two separate repairs in our home, one to fix a toilet tank and another to replace 4 bathroom faucets. He called ahead of time to let us know his ETA and when it came to the faucet replacement, he actually advised us that it would be more costly to repair versus replacing the leaky faucets. His work is clean and very thorough. I would definitely recommend Jack Dish Plumbing and will use them again in the future for our home plumbing needs.

By far, the best household plumbing repair business I have ever used. I had a significant leak coming from a hose bib which was located on the stucco garage wall outside. Jennifer took my call, scheduled the appointment and was professional, knowledgeable and efficient and provided confirmation just before the appointment. I returned from a week-long vacation to find that my water heater had died. I called Jack Dish Plumbing at 10:00 AM, and Jack himself was at my house by 11:30 AM. It was clear that I needed a new water heater. I had a reasonable quote within minutes and the water heater was replaced immediately with the arrival and help of one of Jack's employees. They took care of the years of dirt and debris in the water heater closet without being asked. They even removed and disposed of an old broken water softener for me! They were kind, friendly, and informative. Where else can you get same day (even, same HOUR) service with a major appliance replacement?! I cannot recommend Jack Dish Plumbing enough - I hope everyone will trust my review when I say they are truly the best plumbing service company out there.

Jack Dish Plumbing is amazing! Woke up to no hot water. Called my home warranty company and they told me 3 days. They gave me a company name who had poor reviews. Screw the home warranty.
I looked on NextDoor for rated plumbers and saw Jack Dish Plumbing. When I spoke with Jennifer, I got no run-around, only a wonderful voice who told us they could start in less than 2 hours!
They were clean, safe and wonderfully mannered. Replaced my 50 gallon water heater and we had hot water by mid-afternoon. They took the old one away so I didn't have to bother lugging it out to the curb.
Definitely a card to keep on the wall for any plumbing needs.

We recently moved into a new condo in Lake Las Vegas. The filtered water spout in the kitchen sink was not just leaking, but because there's a special filtration system (new to us, likely not new to Nevada natives), the leak was also pressurized from a tank below the sink. So the leak was perpetual!
We had difficulty finding a recommended plumber who would provide service here. I was fortunate enough to catch a technician from Jack Dish who was providing a repair for a neighbor. So I called them!
Both Nate and John were both superb! Extremely knowledgeable about our entire system (reverse osmosis is completely foreign to me!). They replaced the water spout and also put in a new valve into the pressurized tank. The new filtered spout dispenses water much more quickly!
Needless to say, our future plumbing needs will go to one company and one company only -- Jack Dish Plumbing!

Jack Dish Plumming Does An Outstanding Professional Job And The Price Is Right. Highly Recommended.
Jack Dish is my go to plumber. They have been for years. My water heater went out las Sunday when I noticed it was leaking water in to the catch pan it was. sitting on. I had placed a water leak sensor in the pan so I caught the leak right away. I called Jack Dish and left a message. First thing Monday morning, Jennifer called to make an appointment for 1 - 3 PM that afternoon. First, Josh showed up with my new water heater at 12 noon. Then Nelson arrived at 12:30 PM to take out the old one and install the new one. I elected to have my hot water recirculating pump replaced as it was 21 years old and making noise. The pump saves wasting cold water waiting for the hot water to make it to the faucet. A couple of hours later Nelson was all done and we had hot water again. Thanks again to the Jack Dish Team!

I have never written a review before BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. My husband installed a hot/cold water valve in the middle bathroom.
Unfortuneately he installed it upside down. He called Dish to repair it (I use this term
lightly) it worked but in reverse. They sent out a plumber who fixed it. Remember it

I was able to get service within 4 hours, they came even sooner than I expected.
I had a water heater replaced, Jack and Josh did a marvelous job! It took less than 2 hours from start to finish. Quick, efficient, professional, and very personable. They cleaned up after themselves and I'm very happy with the job that was done. If I have a plumbing problem, Jack Dish will be called for sure.
I called Jacks after me water heater stopped working. They gave me a window for arrival time and communicated that he was on the way. Once the plumber arrived, he immediately explained the options and that they are closed on the weekends. I would definitely recommend Jacks for all your plumbing needs.

This place is trash, the woman who answers the phone is a bitch. I asked simple questions as I needed information and because I wasn't the one who actually called to have them come out even though they came to work on my condo due to a neighbor having a water leak. It was the neighbors responsibility to fix the damage so they came to my house, in my house, spoke with me, assessed the situation and gave me the info, then told the neighbor who was responsible a completely different story so I called them back to clear up the confusion. The woman who answers the phone was incredibly defensive right in the begging for no reason. I simply thought it was a miscommunication, I asked her why she was so rude and defensive and why she wouldn't give me any info on the job they were called to at my residence, she wouldn't help me and told me she would have to owner call me back. None of that ever happened. I would replace this woman immediately, she is bad for business. So since I couldn't get any help, I called another business, come to find that the water damage caused $6k in damage and I gave the job to them. Thats a big job you guys missed out on a lot of $$$$ and we were already working with you. Its unfortunate and if I were the owner, I would be pretty upset. I will never use this company again. They have great reviews so I thought it was a great company... THINK AGAIN!! there are plenty of other great companies out there.
The shutoff valve that controls the water supply to one of our toilets was leaking for a while before it was noticed. The lady who took my call was very friendly and professional and set an appointment for the next day between noon and 2pm. Nelson from Jack Dish arrived on time and within a half hour he had replaced the valve with a new one that requires only a 1/4 turn to turn off or on. He also looked for possible damage to the bathroom floor caused by the leak and noted that some of the floor tiles were sounding hollow. We had the floor tiles looked at by a tile setter and he found even moore damage. Would definitely call Jack Dish for any futurre plumbing needs. Total incl svc call: $140.
We have used Jack Dish Plumbing twice since we moved into the Henderson area and both times, they were reliable and professional. Scheduling was a breeze and they kept us informed if there were any changes to the schedule very promptly so we wouldn't have to wait around for the plumber to show up. Will definitely use again if the occasion arises again.

Kevin skillfully completed several plumbing jobs for me. These included: a water heater flushed, installing a water filtration system under my sink and replacing a garbage disposal. The entire experience with Jack Dish Plumbing was great. Setting up an appointment was simple and convenient. They were even able to accommodate a Saturday morning. Ryan called ahead, arrived on time, was professional, performed the work, and cleaned up.

I have now used Jack Dish many times and they have exceeded my expectations every time. All I can say that if you need any type of plumbing services and you don't call Jack Dish Plumbing you probably are making a mistake. I real mean it.
July 7,2020 @ 1:32pm I called Jack Dish Plumbing, I need a new (Rheem)50 Gal water heater, that my water heater was leaking water.at 2:55pm two trucks showed up one dropped off the water heater and the other had two plumber's. By 3:55pm they were done installing the water heater. They took away the old water heater. Now that's is Customer service!! (Nelson Andrade)
Oh I had Choice Home Warranty and told them I had a leaking water heater on June 28,2020 they looked at it on June 29,2020. all I received from Choice was lip service on July 7, Choice said it would be another 7 days to get a water heater. so I called Choice and canceled my contract with them.

Jack Dish Plumbing provided EXCELLENT service. Our water heater went out at the worst/most stressful time. My husband, who usually handles all the maintenance, was in the hospital with COVID. I discovered the issue at midnight. I called Jack Dish Plumbing at 7:30am in the morning and the woman who handled the call was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful! She put my mind at ease right away that they would be able to help me that same day. By 10:30am they had a plumber out working on the water heater and by 12:30pm the new water heater was completely installed! Their professionalism, friendliness and quick response was very much appreciated during a very stressful situation! I just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You and that you cannot go wrong calling them for any of your plumbing needs.

I checked the Next Door website for neighbor recommendations for a plumber and the majority suggested calling Jack Dish. My experience can only be rated as 100% satisfaction from the very first contact via their website, to the initial telephone call, to the repair Lee did in 30 minutes and for a very reasonable charge. I could not be more pleased! It was easy from start to finish.
They raise the price after they hold your water hostage I had Jack dish plumbing install an anti-siphon valve at my house. I wouldn't say the work was shoddy but the tape that they put over the insulating foam is already coming off and he only put it on eight hours ago.
No stars. This company family are liars,scammers.
Held me,up for over a,week to do a,simple job. Bait,and switch tactics. Dishonorable . The father passed it off to the son. Another Las,Vegas example of greed and manipulation.

My plumber of many years retired and I was looking for a replacement when I noted that Jack Dish has great ratings. When I called the office staff was really helpful and was able to make an appointment the following day. The young man who came was knowledgeble and very helpful to me. He did a great job for a reasonable price and that is all I ask! I will definitly use Jack Dish again!
We had an old garbage disposal that stopped working....called Jack Dish for installation information....stated I was picking up a new one the next day, they said they could come by an install the next day between 10am and 12 noon ... at 9:30 am received cal that plumber was on his way ... arrived promptly at 10am ... introduced himself, was wearing mask properly, and came into kitchen and explained everything he would be doing plus what the charges were expected to be....plumber was very courteous, thorough with installation, and with clean up .... I was very pleased with the excellent job done by Kevin...work was completed efficiently and he was done within an hour ... I would hire them again!

I used J Dish plumbing after I called others, one never showed up, and one really wasn't interested. Dish arrived as planned, did great work. Never tried to sell me anything. The plumber was friendly and professional. All the questions I asked, he had answers for that made sence. Very happy with the work and he cleaned up everything. When he left, everything was neat and complete. Good job, I'll be a return customer.
They are the best! In the middle of the afternoon our water heater began to leak. Having used Jack Dish plumbing for a previous emergency I knew that they would do everything they could to help us. Within minutes of calling Jack Dish Plumbing, they had one of their plumbers call me and walk me through the steps to shut down the system to avoid flooding our garage. We were out of immediate trouble and it was late afternoon, so they said that they would juggle their work schedules and replace the water heater the next day. The plumbers arrived first thing the next morning and replaced our hot water heater. The job was done professionally and the work site was clean when they finished. We highly recommend Jack Dish Plumbing and in the future we will use their services for all of our plumbing needs.

Had Jack Dish Plumbing replace our water heater. We are more than satisfied with their work. Very professional and their tech David is knowledgeable and polite and very professional. Their rates are more than fare and I would use them again if needed and would highly recommend using their service.
We had a faucet emergency, that ended up shutting our house water off. We were going to install a faucet ourselves, but the very old water supply valve below the sink broke. We were unable to get the first few plumbers we called, but we managed to get a visit from Jack Dish Plumbing, even though it was a weekend.
The service was fast and efficient, and the charge was reasonable ($205 which included the valve-- we supplied the faucet), and there was no extra charge for the weekend.
We discovered an underground leak when it surfaced like oil through the walkway. I called several plumbers and even had one out, who was so focused on the dog he brought with him and the stories of his fiancé who committed suicide, that he cut my cable line and internet line! Fast forward the David who came out professionally and summed up the scope of the work and gave a very reasonable estimate. He had pipe fixed within the hour and minimal sidewalk damage! He is our new go to company for all our future clean outs and other projects. Thank you so much I will tell everyone I know about you guys:)

The problem changed from a toilet that would not drain to a massive growth of roots in my pipes. Bottom line- they did the troubleshooting and repair, and installed an excellent toilet bowl replacement. Jack Dish (the son of the founder) came out to assist the plumber and both of them made sure things were perfect before they left. I am a renter and my landlord chose this company. I had some bathroom sinks leaking and a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced . This is the first time I had to work with Jack dish plumbing and I was very happy. Jack dish plumbing was very friendly and they gave a reasonable window of time to do the repairs. I really like how they called before they arrived. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. I'm not sure how much the repairs cost, since my landlord paid, but I would highly recommend the service.

Jack Dish Plumbing was amazing!!!!! We had a leak under our slab that left us devastated. We were without water over Memorial Day weekend for three days. We had another company come out that wanted to blindly cut holes to figure out the leak. We asked them to leave and off the recommendation of a friend called Jack Dish. They offered to come out right away but it was late. The next morning they had detected source of leak and had restored water to the home. Nelson was our plumber and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of the situation. We will use them for all future plumbing needs. HORRIBLE!! Showed up to install a PRV. He walked around my home 3 times, didn't trip over the main water line (couldn't find it), stated he didn't have the tools to do the job, and gave me bill for $50. I'm thinking, he's a plumber that can't find the water line to my home. When I told him $50 seemed a little much for nothing, he argued with me for 20 minutes saying the $50 is for the service call, and was doing me a favor by dropping the price from the usual $110. I'm still confused to what service he gave me. Paid him $50 to leave. What an unprofessional hack. If your job isn't easy money, don't call Jack, he'll charge you even if he can't do the plumbing work.
Called Pure Plumbing, they give FREE (not $50) estimates.
I was very pleased with the work, cost and prompt response provided by Jack Dish Plumbing. I would highly recommend them for plumbing services.

Just had our plumbing done today. Replaced kitchen faucet. Jack had an excellent attitude. Fair price. Work done very efficiently. Highly recommended.
My toilet kept flushing on it's own. As I had guest in my home, I needed repairs quickly in my master bathroom. After calling several plumbers who didn't bother to return calls, I was happy to find Jack Dish who came the next day after my call.
Jack came an hour early and fixed my problem asap. Very prompt service, professional and will definitely use them in the future.

Our garbage disposal started to leak from the bottom, and flooded the cabinet under the sink. I called on Tuesday, and the plumber was able to come this morning and replace the disposal unit. He arrived during the time window that was promised. He was professional and quick, completing the job in about a half hour (much more quickly than I could have done it myself!).
I recommend Jack Dish to anyone who needs a reasonably priced, professional plumber.

Our washing machine was backing up into our garage. We've had this situation happen a few times in the 5 years we've owned the house. Our warranty company came about once a year to do it. This year we were on our own. I saw the good reviews for Jack Dish and decided to give it a try. Only problem - we were on vacation and I needed my Mom to oversee the repair. I explained what was wrong on the phone to Jack Dish and how it was repaired in the past. The repairman shows up, fixes it and leaves. My Mom then calls and said he fixed it but the garage is still backing up. I immediately knew it wasn't fixed. I was then contacted by a lead repairman and he said he would take another look. To my surprise, he called me back and told me it wasn't fixed properly and that he was tearing up my payment check. I was shocked!!!!! I didn't expect this. I didn't ask for this. It was their decision. I was so impressed by their commitment and customer service. I'll definitely call Jack Dish if I need something else and to recommend them to friends. I really appreciate it!
Had a toilet seeping, so called the professionals at Jack Dish. They scheduled the appointment, did the work expertly and efficiently. Done right, the first time as they have done every time at my residence and for my rental units! When it comes to plumbing...call Jack Dish!!
When you call a plumber, you live in fear that you're gonna get taken for a ride, but that's not the case with Jack Dish Plumbing. I had an underground leak coming from the area of my sprinkler cut off valve. I called in some landscapers and they discovered it wasn't the pvc pipe, but the copper pipe and valve coming from the street. Landscapers don't work on pipes so I had to call a plumber. I contacted Jack Dish and told them that the water main was shut off and explained the situation. They asked me to text them some pictures and I was contacted later that day by Joey. He gave me an estimate based off the pictures and was willing to come by that night (which would have been god awful cold) but I had to head into work so he scheduled me for 8:30-10:30 the following morning. Once Joey got there he saw that there was some more work than he originally anticipated but the price fluctuation wasn't extreme in the least bit. He replaced the busted valves with better quality hardware than was originally used and was very good about explaining the issues and what steps he was taking to fix everything. Once everything was said and done, I felt happy with the work and would recommend Jack Dish to all my friends.
I called Jack Dish Plumbing because I had success with them years ago when they beat the pants off of another quote I received for a sink installation.
This time, I had a leak somewhere in my house as my water bill increased each month. The leak wasn't easy to find. They checked different lines, and finally figured out how the plumbing was routed in the walls and underground.
They isolated the leak to somewhere between my sidewalk meter and the house, but it wasn't my outside main line. Since they now knew how the pipes were routed, they thought of the best way to reroute the water and did so.
The work took place over the course of two days, and was very reasonably priced. Everyone who was here was very neat with their work. The only thing that was different when they left on day 2, was my water meter was no longer showing a leak!

We had been using another plumbing company that did a LOT of work for us, but decided to get another estimate to have the toilet re-set. Jack Dish was highly recommended on Nextdoor, so we tried them. Their estimate was one third less than the other company. They came out the same day and did an efficient, clean job! We had several plumbing problems, the most serious being replacing a 18 year old shower head. Dave did it in such a way that he didn't have to cut through the shower wall to replace a pipe. Kudos to David and the company. They have been here previously on another issue and resolved that quickly. Very reasonable prices and arrived within given timeframe.

Somebody renting a home from us stated she got an estimate from JDP. I attempted for weeks to get in touch with that particular plumber. This proved to be a waste of time as nobody would ever call and make an appointment for an estimate. I told them repeatedly I had additional plumbing work and just needed somebody to come by and take look. All I ever got was somebody will call you back and not a single follow up response. So they blew off two homes worth of work. Stay away from this one

Just moved to the area and had problems with toilets in house. Called Jack Dash Plumbing because of Positive reviews. They sent David out same day within a few hours of my calling and he fixed all the problems quickly! Very professional and polite! They will be my permanent Plumber! I am highly recommending them.
Amazed at the excellent service! Called on monday morning, got a call back in less than 15 mins and a time appt for that afternoon. Leak at the sidewalk that Henderson water dept said was my responsibility. Dan and Trey arrived on time and started investigating and had to dig on part of the yard. They were able to provide a detailed plan, since a tree root had broken a line. They started to work on it right away, had all the tools and quickly realized what needed to be done.
Experience was great. I had read the reviews and realized very quickly this was the right plumber to call for the job. Dan was extremely helpful in helping me understand the issue and what needed to be done to fix. He offered other solutions but since I was planning on moving this year, we agreed on just fixing at the area of the leak. They dug through dirt and this was a really dirty job, laying on the sidewalk trying to fix the pipe. Kudos to them for always being polite and courteous. Extremely happy with this company and will call them again for all plumbing needs!

Had my pressure regulating valve start leaking. Texted my handyman, but he was booked and suggested Jack Dish Plumbing.
Now, I do have a home warranty. But, I knew how that would go. I'd wait all day, guy would come out, then wouldn't have the part (ie: needs to get approval first from the warranty company) then I would have to schedule again.
So decided to pay a bit extra and have a plumber come out. Have to say, this was a positive experience from the start.
After the recommendation, checked here and on a list site. Everything looked great. Went to the website and filled out the form for an appointment.
Jennifer got back to me quickly and in a professional manner. I sent a picture of what needed to be replaced and then we set up an appointment the next morning.
Joey called before he came out to let me know he was on his way. Once he got to me place, he got to work. He and I had a nice conversation as he did the work and talking to him was like talking to someone you had known for awhile.
He finished the work in timely manner and as he was about to leave, we both found out that both of us are hockey fans!
Really happy I found Jack Dish Plumbing and that I had them come and do the work. The price was very reasonable AND they had the part on the truck.
From the moment of first contact with them, until Joey left a first rate company that I would recommend!
Did a great job to fix my leaky toilet. Quick and clean. Will use them again next time I need a plumber.

Thats all you can ask of a plumber really. They came right away, did the job, came back when they said they would which is amazing to me. The prices were a little more than most but the promptness was worth it. They were friendly and I think its a family business.

I called pushing 3 pm on a Friday with what seemed to be a leak in the main water line from the water meter. The leak was filling the meter box and into the street, so it was somewhere underground. I had called around but unless I wanted to pay emergency repair prices, the earliest appointments were Monday morning. With a full house that was not going to work, so I agreed to dig the 2' down and then 2' over to the box under the sidewalk for them to arrive to see if they could splice the line or they would have to get a fitting to reconnect back into the meter. I exposed the line as he drove up and we identified the leak immediately when we turned the water back on. Being a tract home in a subdivision it was a standard line so he had the hardware to splice it, the easiest of repairs by far. Less than a half hour of expertise, the hardware, and its installation ran me $200. I was very happy to have water once again and throughout the weekend and not to have paid emergency prices. It took another hour to fill it back in, so this was several hours of work that could have cost upward of $1,000, but working together on the issue we were able to do it before the end of the business day and week.
The technician called us & gave us heads up he was on his way. Snaked our clogged toilet in few minutes, reasonable price. Very Satisfied.
On a Sunday, we had a major failure on the main valve going into the home from our water heater. I got Jack's name from Angie's List, called the number and Jack answered. He was at our home within the hour. He is most professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly and efficiently remedied our situation.
This is a very helpful, and knowledgeable company! They fixed several plumbing issues in my house and were very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates great service!
It was a small job, but they were able to squeeze me in on short notice, and the guys were quick, clean, professional and courteous.

Jack Dish Plumbing did a great job. Making an appointment was easy, they were able to work within my schedule. The plumber was right on time and called first. Work was done quickly and professionally. They also provided a quote before the work began and the ending price was less than the quote. The only thoughts I could think of for improvement is that I initially requested service through their web site. I did not get a call back from that. I also thought the cost of the service was a little high but my experience with this is limited and it may have been right on. Just my feeling.
Super nice people who go out of their way to help you. They also don't try to sell you something that you don't need. The owner is the one who helped me and the price was reasonable and the service was fast. My toilet is now working great and I have no complaints!

We called and left a voicemail for Jack Dish Plumbing over 2 weeks ago to schedule the purchase and installation of a garbage disposal and never received a call back at all. So we just purchased a garbage disposal on Amazon because Jack Dish Plumbing was listed as a provider and like here on Yelp, has great reviews. Our purchase included the price for the installation, as we were able to enter our zip code and an installation cost was provided and added to the order. But we just received a call from Erin in their office saying they don't provide service to Boulder City, Nevada -- even though they are listed as a provider for that area on Amazon -- so we would need to go back to Amazon and cancel the order. Very frustrating to have both left a message they didn't both to respond to and then to have been able to purchase their services on Amazon, only to get a call that they don't honor their listed Amazon service areas.

I called Jack Dish Plumbing after reading all of the excellent reviews on Yelp. They were outstanding!
My guest bathroom has had an intermittent clogging problem since I bought this new house. I was having a Halloween party and needed to be sure that this toilet was in working order.
David from Jack Dish arrived promptly at 800 am as promised. The clogging problem turned out to be more troublesome than anticipated, causing him to have to remove and replace the toilet. David knew I was having a party the next night and he went above and beyond to have the job completed the same afternoon and at a very reasonable price.
Will use them again and will highly recommend.

Great experience! When I discovered water in the cabinet under the kitchen sink, I used the request form on the Jack Dish website, quickly got a call, and scheduled a visit for the following morning. Trey showed up exactly on time, efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem (using parts he had stocked on his truck), charged me a very reasonable price, and we've had no problems since. Will definitely call again the next time we have a plumbing problem.

I have used Jack Dish Plumbing twice before so when I had a leaking toilet I I called them. One of my toilets was leaking at both the wall valve and the fill valve in the tank and was wasting a lot of water. I called at 3:51pm on a Sunday afternoon. Jack Dish himself came to my house arriving at 4:16 with the parts and made the repairs. I couldn't have asked for better service. A great company and I highly recommend them.

Always a good experience. No one like calling a plumber unless they have too. Jack Dish plumbing always answers the phone promptly, sets an appointment and show up on time. Prices are reasonable and they are always polite and do the job right. I have used them on 3 separate occasions and i have always had a good experience.
Horrible. I have never met a ruder person in my life! He would not/did not fix any of the problems, in fact he was so rude that I had to ask him to leave. He left the hose on in the backyard and the whole patio was flooded! Irresponsible, belligerent and nasty. If you want a good plumber, call Pro serve (656-4500). They came by the next day and everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this company. They don't always answer the phone but they do always respond to my message w/in a day. Unfortunately, we had to call a plumber twice this year (leak under our sidewalk and no hot water out of our shower). Dan (LOVE the Elvis chops BTW) made fair estimates on both occasions, for time and cost. I appreciate that Dan twice gave me his expert opinion (which turned out to be spot on) but also didn't sugar coat nor over-promise. Dan was also timely, very polite and cleaned up after his work was complete. I hope I don't have to call them again but will for any future plumbing drama.
We called 4 or 5 plumbers early one Saturday morning because a pipe had burst.. or we think that's what it was, who knows. Jackdish was the ONLY ones that called us back and did so quickly! They were polite, prompt and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again.
Needed routine maintenance on a water heater. Scheduled the appointment weeks before on a convenient day off for me and was serviced as expected. The owner came out to service the account and pointed out a potential problem. Stated it did not need to be handled at this time but might need to be dealt with at the next service call. I got good information without a hard sell and appreciated that. I will call them next year to do the appropriate work. Work was done cleanly, efficiently and owner was polite.
Great service, reasonable price. We had low water pressure throughout our home. Jack Dish replaced our water pressure regulator valve and we were up and running again at full pressure within an hour. It's nice to be able to take a shower and not have to worry about someone turning on the sink anymore! Highly recommended

Jack Dish plumbing is the absolute best plumbing company in town, hands down. They are family owned and operated, which is a huge factor in how they do business. They know what they are doing in their business model, which works out very well for the consumer. Specifically, they come out on time and call in advance, they assess and advise what the problem is before starting work and quote you a price that is fair and reasonable based on the scope of the work. I have been using them for more than 15 years as our plumbers and they have become close family friends. No job too simple or complex for them and they are very friendly and easy to work with. I think their reviews speak for themselves, and Jack, Joey, David, Dan and all of their crew have always taken really good care of our plumbing needs so we will always have them do our work, big or small. They are a strong recommend coming from the Rodd's !

Excellent service. Jay took the time on the phone answer all my questions and educate me on water heaters as I've never had to get one replaced before. I called several times throughout the day for different reasons and only got a machine once. He was willing to get me scheduled same day if possible, but I wanted to wait a few days for the base to dry out first. Dan showed up on time, was fast, friendly and professional. He explained all the pipes to me and answered all my questions. I feel confident I got the best service possible for a purchase I knew little about. Price was in line with what I expected to pay.
Called these guys on the advice of a friend that works in property management. They showed up right away. Explained what went wrong and gave me a reasonable price to fix it. I would use them again.

First time contacting JackDish, initially by email then by phone. Christin, the schedule is very accommodating with the schedule. Dan came and fixed our fixable plumbing problems. Very nice guy.
They do bigger projects than just faucets, hot water heaters, etc. A couple months back I needed a gas line run from the gas meter to the back yard for a large BBQ island with side burners, as well as a gas fire pit. I dug the trench to save a few bucks, then they came in and ran a 1.25 corrugated stainless steel gas line inside of a 2 ABS sleeve with a shutoff back at the gas meter. I gave them a deposit to buy the supplies and get started, and the balance was due upon completion and passing of inspection by the city of Henderson. They always showed up on time. Clean. Professional. Knowledgeable. Based on their ability to do special projects like this along with MANY five-star ratings, these are my new go-to plumbers. No question about it.

Had a leak in an anti-siphon valve. He was able to give me an estimate after texting a picture of the leak. Came the next day, promptly at his scheduled time. Did the work beautifully and it now looks better than before the leak. His price was equal to the estimate and job was done in less than 30 minutes. He also suggested putting a blanket over the entire pipe assembly during freezes due to the exposure. I will definitely use him again.
Jack Dish is a great company - very professional, friendly employees and owners, and so easy to work with. My outside pipe was leaking, and they were able to handle everything over the phone so I did not have to leave work. They were courteous, responsive, and a pleasure to do business with! I've used their services for toilet repairs and a kitchen faucet replacement in the past, and I will definitely keep calling them for my plumbing needs. It's nice to see such a well-run family business in LV that provides high quality service!

I've had these guys do about 5 jobs on my house. They are always honest and reliable, that's why I keep calling them back whenever I need a job done. I had a big problem a year ago and had other companies come out to give me a quote and they were all over $3,000, I called Jack dish and they told me what the real problem was and got it done for under $1,000. I won't call anyone else.
