Absolutely the fastest most attentive team of technicians available in Las Vegas. Clean cut, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and straight to the point. Called this company to look at a drain that backed up. They had the technology to temporarily fix the problem but recommended replacing some drain pipes. They cleared the clog and left for minimal charges. Months later-  hired them when my rental was vacant to reassess the condition of the pipes and we opted to replace all plumbing. THEY WERE SPOT ON!!! The pipes underground were rotten. Thank goodness they suggested replacement. Full service !!! Jackhammer, backfill, concrete, drywall, paint and the works. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend them.

My kitchen was draining slow I called advanced drain jettering and Elvis came out and got the job done right away. Kitchen is draining with no issues now!

Believe the reviews. In the middle of the hottest week of the year our central air decided to die. We had several companies come out with quotes and residential services have the best quote, had the best reviews and gave me the best feeling that they would do it right. Their warranty was the best also. I had the stuff installed within a week and the guys who did it were so kind and considerate. My wall in my bathroom was damaged a bit but they had someone come fix it the next week and it is perfect. I already notice that my cooling bill was cut in half. They are truly great to work with. So believe the 5 star reviews. Trust me.

Jason and his team helped us to install our water filtration system and softener. The difference in our water quality was immediate. He is reliable, honest, efficient and fair. Simply the best!

Billy and his guys are just all around quality people that are a diamond in the rough here in LV/Henderson and rarely found!!! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. I let very few contractors in my home w/ out supervision and WEB is one of the limited few I trust to do this with. I have used WEB on many projects/repairs over the past 10 + years, and 5 stars isn't praise enough for the company and their integrity based way of doing business!

I'm a General Contractor in the Las Vegas area, and have known and used NOW Plumbing and Heating on numerous jobs as well as my own personal residence.  Mike Dixon is one of the most knowledgeable and professional plumbers I've had the pleasure of working with over a career that spans 30 plus years.  In addition, Mike is just a genuinely nice guy!  When I have an emergency, they always seem to fit us in.  Two years ago we moved into a home and the first night when my wife showered upstairs it rained in our Kitchen!  Needless to say I was on the phone to Mike right away, and the following morning he had someone out, and had the problem fixed.  Most recently they helped us with a walk-in tub installation, and went on to correct sewer issues, change a water heater, and add a recirculating pump.  They were on time to meet me, and the work was done to my complete satisfaction.  I have no hesitations in referring Mike to associates, friends, and family.  If you are looking for an honest, affordable, and knowledgeable plumbing company, NOW Plumbing and Heating is who you should be calling!

I've had Stanley out a couple more times to do various projects and he's always prompt, courteous and fair. He continues to do a great job on all my plumbing projects. No question he's the man to call!

I called and had them come out to give an estimate on a leak repair which ended up being a reroute of the pipe lines. I also wanted to have a rain shower added. The bid came through and I signed it.
While they were up in the attic it was discovered that I could not have the rain shower put in because of the angle of the roof line. Because they were unable to put that line in he took the amount off the invoice. I have dealt with other company's that would not change a bill just because it was less work.
They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company!

EXCEPTIONAL!  

Let me start by saying when we find a good service person, we stick with them.  We had a plumber that we'd used for many years and were disappointed when we called on Sunday only to find out they were no longer offering residential services.

I turned to Yelp to research a new plumber, and as you can see from earlier reviews, we found the right one!  

We had two leaking faucets in bathtubs, one of which had been leaking for quite some time, another we attempted to repair on our own.  It was time to admit defeat and call a professional.  Chance returned my call quickly on Sunday morning, and had availability the next morning.  He called to alert me when he was on his way, and was professional, personable and even forgiving of our overly friendly pets.

He assessed the problem, and made his recommendation and provided me a very fair estimate.  He was apologetic that he only had one cartridge on his truck at the time.  He went and got the second cartridge, returned and within 40 minutes had both faucets done.  

His work was done very well, he was neat and tidy and ensured that things were working as they should be before leaving.

My familly and I we just moved in to a condominium that was build on 2003.  the toilets and the kitchen sink were the originals.  we call Daniel Attridge to replace 2 toilets and our kitchen sink.  he replace the toilets and the water valves that are by the wall because the one i had they looked like they were going to brake soon.  he did an awesome job there.  then he started to replace the sink and we found a few problems.  the valves were so bad that when he tried to shut them off one of them broke, and it was getting moldy too.  but when he finished the job, we were amazed how clean it looks now.  not just over the counter but under the sink, the pipes and the water valves look so clean and very spacious.  I really recommend him, he really knows what he is doing.  And he likes to use real quality parts.  
I have other friends that know plumbing, but i rather pay Daniel to do it right.

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

The only reason I give Jump 2 It 4 stars is the price. I had John come out to fix a hose bib for me and a few other projects. He was prompt and very thorough with assessing what I needed.
Again, the price point was a little higher than I thought, but the professionalism was what sold me. He did the jobs well and even flushed my hot water tank at no charge!
The girls in the office were really friendly when I called to schedule and they called when John was on his way. I really appreciate knowing who is going coming out.
I will definitely use them again.
