High rise condo!!! ** I'm always skeptical of companies when I need something serviced but Jenni Plumber went above and beyond! From the receptionist, Sammy, our interactions were nothing short of spectacular. She was very professional and went above and beyond to get us in days before our scheduled appointment. Our plumber Sam was amazing!! He was so personable and made our experience pain free. He explained everything in great detail and was able to complete all the drains in our unit much quicker than I ever imagined. Our kitchen sink drains like never before. I'll recommend Jenni Plumbing to all my friends and family from now on. I'll definitely be making them my go-to from now on.

Today I had a Jenni Plumber to my home for the 3rd time in about 2 years.  The first time they were sent because I was so frustrated with the incompetant plumber the HOA had been sending that I refused to allow them back.  I told the HOA bring me a smart plumber or don't bring me any.  That is when Jenni Plumber came into my life.  There plumber solved the problem and followed up.  I then put them on a 6 month maintenance list.  That is why they come back.  Today Phil continued to prove just how good this company is at hiring and training their staff.  Thank you for your great service and solutions.

I was charged 7 labor hours for 3 fittings. I have no idea how that would have taken so long.

I have used Jenni plumber several times over the last 10 years and each time i have been very satisfied. Their prices are fair, scheduling is easy, and they have always arrived well within the timeframe given me.  I highly recommend Jenni!

I was told by another plumbing company in Las Vegas that I would need to re-plumb my entire home due to my old pipes. I was completely overwhelmed. My HOA company recommended Jenni Plumber because they were our community's plumber and did great work! I called and spoke to Sammie who was kind, understood my plumbing issue and the stress I was feeling. She was able to schedule a wonderful tech by the name of Pat the same day of my call! Pat was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, personable, kind and fixed the leak in a jiffy for a very fair price! Pat also stayed and took the time to listen regarding another plumbing issue I was having, assured me it was fixable and gave me a perspective price! I've used them before and had no problem, but this time it's been a horrible experience! Will NEVER use them again!! Very dishonest company - they do not honor what they quote!! People beware!!!

I had a job that needed to be done quickly. It was in a condo so I had to give notice to the other residents 48 hours in advance that the water would be shut off. I thought they would come prepared the first day to fix it as I had described the problem and told them it was urgent.

I had to reschedule and once again give 48 hours notice before any work was done. I got a call the morning of the appointment that the plumber was sick and I had to reschedule again. They were not helpful on the phone at all to try and get someone else out since they knew I had time constraints. I would not recommend them unless time is not an issue and you don't mind being rescheduled.

I cannot review the actual work they do because I did not reschedule for a third time with them. I called another plumber who communicated much better and got the job done with last minute notice.

This review is over due! I have worked with Jenni Plumber twice. They are responsive, professional and perform with great detail. Most recently they responded with the same expectation I had from my previous experience. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Phil, who exceeded my expectations. Not only did he do exceptional work but, followed up with me for two days to ensure all was working well. Jenni Plumber will be my go to on all future plumbing needs!!

Phil from Jenni Plumber came promptly for his appointment. The appointment was easy to get and made the day before his visit. I'm selling my home so had a number of little things that needed to be fixed. Phil set right to work, fixed 9 little issues in about an hour and a half. He was pleasant and kind and efficient. He has to come back next week to put 2 new faucet sets in the master bath which I ordered from Amazon. I will welcome him and the company with perfect confidence. I just sorry it took me 30 years in Vegas to find the best plumbing company in town. Thanks so much, Phil at Jenni Plumber!

Seems from some of the reviews that this place has a habit of rescheduling. This was my experience as well and I took a half day from work to be home. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere because there's no guarantee that this company will get the job done at/on the agreed upon time/date.

Well I have to say I'm extremely upset. The guy they sent to fix my toilet, stole my wife's diamond earrings. I know it was him. We haven't had people over to our house in 6 years. I guess I should of sat in the bathroom with him while he was repairing it. He did a great job on the toilet, but my wife's aunt gave those earrings to her, and she has sense passed. God will get you for that.
PS: I have tried reaching out to Jenni the owner but she apparently does not seem to care, as I can not get her to return my phone calls, while she has other employees answer the phone and dodge talking to be about the situation.

Avoid this business unless you want your stuff to go missing. This is a real problem and I'm starting to think maybe the owner got a cut. Why else would she avoid talking to me about the incident?
This entire review could of been avoided with a simple conversation.

We called Jenni Plumber after having an overpriced and bad experience with another plumbing company.  They responded within 1 day, showed up as promised, and did a great job for $230 cheaper than the other company.

This is place is a joke! My neighbor calls you out here to do something with their plumbing twice and TWICE now when you leave I am left with ZERO hot water or water pressure! Tech is out by the valves I walk inside check my water it's hot... tech leaves not even 5 min later I have no hot water. I call minutes after they left to get some help so my family can bathe and I am met with a rude girl on the phone that actually wanted to charge me to send someone out to come fix what they messed up! Also she refused to let me talk with anyone else! I didn't even call for your services in the first place!!!!! My water was working perfectly before you touched it! Please oh please explain how one min I have hot water and then magically after I do not??? How in the hell can a company actually leave children with no hot water for showers and baths! Horrible business and plan on contacting BBB!

Also the response is bogus it was not just photographing. We had to walk out and turn our valves again and got hot water back once my boyfriend got home. It's the fact that you lie and say someone else did it messing around with the valves, but only your tech was down there. It worked when I came home and he was crouched down around the valves, which are right next to my front door so I saw clear as day. Then minutes after he leaves it's not working. Stop trying to pass off the blame. It's called customer service correct response would've been oh I'm so sorry my tech says he didn't touch anything but you know maybe something was turned on accident since he was there just 5 min ago instead of trying to charge someone for your mistake.

Jenni Plumber is hands down the best plumbing company in the valley.
Our toilet started leaking into our garage. We called Jenni Plumber made an appointment and they were on time! Richard, the service representative quickly assessed the problem. He took his time to explain the problem and explained the repairs to us. Richard arrived in a clean company vehicle and he was also clean, well groomed and professionally dressed. He conducted himself professionally and respectfully during the service call. He completed his job and left the bathroom clean as he found it. Jenni Plumber has earned our gratitude and  loyalty.

Great service Great prices!! The tech was on time as promised. He explained everything he was doing. I called them to replace my leaking water heater and they were able to get me an appointment quickly. The owner spoke to me directly about my issues and was able to get me a quote quickly. He was able to get me in on a same day appointment. The tech was very neat and he left the area cleaner than he found it. This is the best plumbing company in Las Vegas. I like the fact that you are able to speak with the owner. The owner called me after the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work. If you ever need a plumber do yourself a favor and call Jenni Plumber.

Very happy with the service I received from Jenni Plumber. The person who initially took my call was very polite and thorough ( she had me send pictures of the toilet ahead of time to make sure the technician would have the correct parts on the truck for the brand of toilet I had) The technician, Sam, was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly, fixed the problem! We have a basement and as such, have a sump pump. What we initially thought was a toilet problem ( innards of toilet/wax seal did need to be replaced) turned out to be related to the sump pump. Sam was able to fix everything, most plumbers out here have never worked on a sump pump before because there are not many basements here in our area. Sam knew what he was doing and explained everything. All at a very reasonable price. Jenni Plumber will definitely get my repeat business!

Used them once before. Fixed a leak, but they didn't have an air gap for my sink (but the plumber showed me how to fix myself). Thought that's why HE was coming out.

Even so, I called again early this morning for help on another issue...the very unconcerned young lady on the phone told me all the plumbers were out...when I called back at the end of the day (since I had no return call to schedule an appointment) - I asked if they had more business than they could handle and the same young lady arrogantly responded Yeah, we sure do! - so I am going somewhere where my business and referrals will be appreciated.

HelloDucky18 I'm the person you just ran off I15/95 at about 7:34pm. If this business operates the way they drive please avoid at all cost. Inconsiderate and reckless. Loved the advertisement, easy license plates, and logos......it was super easy to remember, did not have any issues finding you online. I will make sure to inform all of my family, patients, and friends and anyone I meet of my horrible encounter with your business. Word of mouth travels so much faster than any other source. PLEASE don't waste your time with this company and go elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Called Jenni for bathtub leaky faucet. Their Tech Arrived On TIME AND Was THOROUGH AND professional. David had to return a second time to complete the work. After using another plumbing service for the last couple of years, I now realize that Jenni offers true customer service and reasonable pricing. I am cancelling my service contract with the Yes men and will rely on Jenni for all of my future plumbing needs.

Just want to say they are way overpriced got charged 309 for a three way tee and about 3 feet of pipe and about an hr of work plus the Plummer put a whole in the ceiling called to see if they were going to repair it and instead they said that I was going to have to replace it so pretty much who gives a shit not there problem plus the plumber said he didn't step on it when I was right there in the room when it happened wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone I know mistakes happen but to just not give a f is bad service

Save yourself the trouble and hire a licensed plumber! I am fairly confident with most DIY projects, but I about flooded my house when I attempted to replace a faucet without realizing the hot water valve was broke. The water shot out of the faucet and probably emptied 20 gallons of water on to my floor before I could direct the water toward the bathtub. I called Jennie plumber and they were out to the house in about 15 minutes, had the water shut off outside and helped me remedy the problem. The crazy thing was I had them out earlier in the day, but thought I could handle this project myself.

DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND.  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  

I moved into a new condo this fall and the toilet in the guest bathroom was clogged.  I called the plumber from my home warranty and he said the toilet would have to be removed from the floor to clear up the clog, however, his company did not meet my buildings strict insurance requirements so he was unable to perform the work.  I called Jenni plumber to unclog the toilet.  They sent a plumber who snaked it quickly and said the clog was relieved.  I told him that the other plumber said the toilet would have to be taken off the floor to relieve the clog and he said it looked good to him and CHARGED ME THE 2 HOUR MINIMUM FOR 10 MINUTES OF WORK.  Of course I asked him if the toilet continued to clog up, would he come back out and fix it without charging me again and he said yes.  

Fast forward two months (I never use the guest bathroom so didn't realize the issue until I had guests visiting) but the toilet continued to back up.  I decided to just go ahead and replace both toilets in my unit, figuring this was the only way to get a plumber to take the old toilet off the floor.  I called Jenni plumber again and told them the issue with the clog, and that they came out already to clear out the clog but it was still backing up.  Jenni plumber sent a plumber out to replace the toilets - it took him 2 HOURS to clear up the clog and 2 HOURS to replace both toilets.  My boyfriend was home during that time and claimed that the plumber insisted he pay him for all 4 HOURS of work (even though Jenni plumber had always sent me an invoice and requested payment after the work was done) so my boyfriend paid him.  I CALLED JENNI PLUMBER A FEW DAYS LATER TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT I WANTED 2 HOURS REFUNDED BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID THEM FOR 2 HOURS OF WORK TO UNCLOG MY TOILET WHEN IN FACT THE FIRST PLUMBER NEVER UNCLOGGED MY TOILET.  

THEY WERE IMPOSSIBLE.  THEY KEPT TELLING ME THE SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME BACK.  HE DID ONCE AND I MISSED HIS CALL.  HAD TO CALL THEM ABOUT 6 MORE TIMES BEFORE I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF HIM.  Then he tells me that his notes said that the master bathroom was the one that took 2 hours to unclog, but my boyfriend was home the entire time and said the plumber spent 2 hours unclogging the one that was clogged in the guest bathroom.  SO HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND.  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.  TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

These guys were great. I appreciate how quickly they responded to our request, that the tech was on time (Sam), he called before he arrived, as requested, and that he got the items fixed as quickly and as painlessly as possible. Would highly recommend them and Sam!

Excellent service for our home.     We suspected a problem with our sewer drainage but Sean found it was just a clogged bathtub.   They cleared it out and cleaned up afterward so the area looked better than when they arrived.  They explained in detail what they'd done and answered some other questions we had.    Excellent work and very nice workers.   Would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company has also done some street leak repairs in our gated community in recent months.    Even tho they notified us that the water could be shut off anytime between 8 am and 5 pm, the actual shutoff time was minimal, so very little inconvenience for the residents.   And they did an amazing job of cleaning up the work area.  Their bid also included paving over the hole they had had to dig out.    That was done quickly after the plumbing work was completed and they did a very professional job on that too.

Customer service is rude. Didnt finish the job and wouldn't come back out unless there was another fee to pay.

After reading the comment from the owner of Jenni Plumbing, I can only say:  LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE!!  We NEVER SIGNED OFF ON A BID of any sort, NEVER RECEIVED A COPY OF A BID of any sort, so again, they are saying things to make themselves look better!  DON'T BELIEVE IT!  The BBB never sent me anything to respond to after I posted my complaint, OR I WOULD HAVE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY!  I don't like being taken advantage of, and from the other current reviews on this dubious company, I'm not alone.  DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY LIE!

We had Jenny plumber out to do a little work at my moms. Because
we were not in town. I was so afraid my mom would would be taken  advantage of. A service man came out and did only what needed to be done. With out over charging an old woman. He was clean fair and very professional. Thank you Jenny plumber. And please thank your service man Paul for us. We will let all those we know Paul and Jenny plumber are  defiantly who you should call when you need a plumber.

We've used them three times now.

The first two times weren't emergencies, so we scheduled visits the next day, and each time the technician would call and give us a 30 minutes heads up on arrival, and always within the allotted time frame we were told to expect them.

When we did have an issue that needed to be fixed asap, while another company told us to wait until next week (what?! right?) Jenni Plumber said they were sure they could send someone later that day, and they did, of course with a call letting us know someone was coming.  

This, and the wonderful receptionist service on the phone, make dealing with them so much more pleasant.

As for the plumbers themselves, they were always very nice and courteous and were very knowledgeable about what the problems were, possible solutions, as well as just information on how things work (always curious, so was bombarding them with questions.)

I could not recommend Jenni Plumber more to another person.

Sam replaced our water heater..the tech was very polite and nice.
I believe the cost of the replacement was high but ,being without hot water so long was a pain and we let him proceed..
The bad rating is for their absolutely dishonesty about the City permit required .
They charge a straight  $200 fee without advising you that the real cost of the permit is only $41..I believe without mentioning the cost of the water heater alone almost $600..not really a name brand..all the parts..2.60 hrs with an extra of $9 for the first hr..labor costs $254.80+9. ..for a total of $1,079.96 was already including a good profit for the company..they didn't need to make it 1,279.96 for that permit costing only $41.
If we were told before the installation that $ 200 was not going to be entirely for City fees we would have gladly looked for another plumber.
We called the office during the installation they still only mentioned the entire $200 as a permit fees ..on the invoice appears entirely as permit fees..only when we were able to talk to the Building and Fire office we learned the truth.
We called back again the Jenni plumber office they finally admit what they intentionally omit to say.
We mention to them this is a fraud..the head manager hang up the phone on us ..
No transparency..no office customers service..greedy company..I hope nobody else  have to spend this much money for that Permit...

Honest. What mo can you ask for? Our HOA uses Jenni for all of our plumbing needs. Never a crazy bill. Even called them out once for a leak and were told it was a stuck landscape valve and to have the gardener fix it

First I want to preface with Sam the plumber was very professional and seemed to care about his work. It is very unfortunate that he was thrown into a job he did not start. We have had jenni plumbing fix two diff things in our house and both have resulted in leaks shortly after. Turns out the guy who started both of these jobs was actually fired. Very coincidental right? Well this last job, was a pretty big deal considering we were supposed to close on our house in 4 days and then after the job was fixed there was a leak that went through our ceiling down stairs. The leak was not cause directly by the repair but there was some questionable piping that was not diagnosed nor were we informed about. This in my book is negligence. Now if they would have just apologized and offered to pay for repairs I would have completely understood since I know we are all human and miss things but not taking responsibility is what upset me. When I called the manager which by the way waited all day for call back that I never got, Ron didn't seem to want to listen or really care about what had happened. He mentioned he did not have time and asked what exactly I wanted. This to me is not great customer service. Truly I would have liked not only a refund on the service but how about repairing my walls. Anyway, I would not recommend this plumber because in the end mistakes happen but it is how you handle fixing these mistakes and making it right for the customer that matters. I'm not one who usually leaves reviews but I felt this experience warranted it. Thank you to Sam the plumber who was so gracious in handling this mess the best he could. Kudos to you! Unfortunately you don't have the backing of your company and that is truly a shame.

Noel just finished fixing a spigot in our backyard. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and was willing to answer all my questions as I watched him work. I did not know that I could request specific plumbers to complete work at my house. Now that I know that, I'm going to make sure to request Noel every time. He provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Terrible company.  Had a faucet installed and in less then a year, it was loose and flopping all around.  First install was done improperly, and of course the guy who installed it isn't with them anymore.  Had to pay a second time to have it fixed properly.  Won't ever use them again and suggest you find a reputable plumber, not this one!

Fast. Trustworthy. Quality. Can't say enough good things about this company. Had our water heater switched out last year and this weekend had a gas emergency in a different house. They arrived 40 min after we called and worked diligently to ensure the problem was resolved properly. The tech was polite and very professional. I will recommend Jenni Plumber to everyone!

Our water heater sprung a leak so I called Jenni Plumber. We have used them in the past for some large and small jobs...very professional no matter the project. We had called in the morning and the sheduler was super helpful is getting our job on the board and done the same day. Noel arrived on time and with the new water heater thus saving time. He proceeded to disassemble the old unit and explaining the process as he went. Noel was very mehodical and efficient incorporating the latest code changes as our old heater had been installed a number of years. When the job as complete he explained the inspection process, the warranty and the operation of the unit. The work space was cleaned up and the old unit loaded into his truck for disposal. All in all we are happy with the new water heater and the professional attitude of Noel. Be sure to ask for him for your plumbing needs.

I was very impressed with this company. I have a Manabloc water valve system and I had it replaced by them. They are the best in Las Vegas to fix this system. Dustin was professional and did a great job. All my calls to the office were positive. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I called them for an estimate to get shower heads cleaned out at a rental house. Without ever calling me with the estimate, they fixed the shower heads and THEN spent another 5 hours doing unnecessary, unrequested, unapproved work at the request of the TENANT(supposedly, the tenant claims the plumber told him the hot water tank needed to be flushed),  and refused to leave until it was paid in full. Then, after billing me over $500 for work that was NOT approved, requested, or needed, they put the charge through on the debit card TWICE (They did refund one of the charges a day later).
DO NOT use this company unless you know exactly what's wrong beforehand, and you can personally be there. There's too many companies in town to use an untrustworthy one like this one.

Was told by one plumber gas water heater needed  to be replaced price around 3 grand. The boys from JInny plumbers came out replaced check valve  charged me 275.00. These are the Plumber's I will be using

I called for a leaky faucet and they were able to get Sam out the same day.  He was right on time, very polite and took the time to answer all of my questions.  He took the time to research my faucet and give me some good information on it for the future.  I would highly recommend Jenni Plumber.  Sam was extremely helpful.

We called Jenni Plumber to install a new faucet. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and Sam called us beforehand to let us know when he went be at our house. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions. We know he was very busy that day, but he didn't rush through the process. He left our sink and countertop area very clean, and for future plumbing needs, we will call Jenni Plumber and will request Sam again. Their prices are also very reasonable, and they quoted us a price range over the phone, so we had no surprises.

If you need a MANABLOC MANIFOLD THIS IS THE PLACE to have replace it. Our house was built in 1995. Apparently they used something called a MANIFOLD when building the plumbing. (all the plumbing hoses go to one location, the MANIFOLD). ours leaked horribly and we needed a replacement. All the plumbing companies I called suggested JENNI PLUMBER. They were able to order us a manifold thru photos we sent. Chris did the repair. He did a great job. Everyone on staff at the Cheyenne location was very nice.  I RECOMMEND Jenni Plumber!

Had a Manablock issue. All I can say was...the tech was on time, knowledgable and repaired what was wrong quickly, efficiently and with plenty of detail. I consider that perfect service. I would call again. Thanks

I was referred to Jenni Plumber by a friend, so I was comfortable that I would be treated fairly. They came on-time and did a fine job installing my new water heater. My low 2-star rating is due to the fact that I was  completely gouged on the price. I was charged  $1,148.20 for a new 40 gal. unit, installation and a permit. Not only was the cost of the water heater totally overpriced, but the invoice (which I was never given and had to call twice to have emailed to me) was padded with a $200 Clark County Permit fee. I did some research after the fact, and found out that Clark County charges only  $77 for the permit. The Jenni Plumber rep I spoke to on the phone said the extra  $123 was for their time. Wow. To add insult to injury they never even arranged for a county inspection, nor did they have the courtesy to inform me to do so. Not ethical business practices going on at Jenni Plumber.

When you fail a customer (e.g. showing up 40 minutes and not even taking the the time to call) the first thing you should say is I'm sorry not go on a rant about how bad the customer is. Thank you for proving my point.

My Manabloc was corroding and showed signs of leakage. I got two estimates and went with the lower one, from Jenni Plumber. Doug replaced the Manabloc and did a great job. The Manabloc was in a difficult place to get at, so there was some discussion about cutting out drywall. Turned out Doug was able to do the job by cutting a small piece of wood from underneath, a great relief--no drywall work needed! And because it took him less time than estimated, the cost came in BELOW estimate, which was welcomed!  I would definitely recommend Jenni Plumber--they seem to have very experienced and trustworthy people. Also, Sammy, the young lady who deals with customers by phone, is a delight to deal with.

Just moved to vegas and needed a plumber to connect my new range.  It required that I move my gas line.  Called Jenni Plumber and had a Tech at my home in under an hour.  The plumber DOC (was his name) arrived on time, was polite, professional, and hands down the best plumber I've ever hired.  he was able to do all the work same day (on a friday night at 6pm and for a reasonable price.  If you're looking for a good plumber give Jenni Plumber a call....
