Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

We were having issues with our shower handle dropping when we pulled it to take a shower. I called BC Plumbing and I was Glad that I did! Upon looking at the problem they realized that the handle was soldered or welded on to the cartridge!
My technician Byron was gracious and very knowledgeable and prepared. He quickly got a hacksaw and was able to free the handle from the cartridge and then successfully install the new cartridge and a new handle.
When they say We Can Do That! they're not kidding, and they're reasonably priced.

He does get the job done and on time. He is courteous and friendly. I must say, though, that on two separate occasions he took some items of mine with him. The first time I hired him was to install some kitchen appliances, one of the appliances being a gas stove. I purchased a gas range connector kit not knowing that the stove already came with one. So, I ended up with two gas range connector kits. I kept both kits with the stove. He finished installing the kitchen appliances (a dishwasher, a gas stove, and an over the range microwave) in a timely manner. After he left I could not find the extra gas connector kit that I had left with the stove. I thought maybe he placed it somewhere on the counter or in the adjacent room where the appliances had been sitting. The extra kit was never found. We hired him again several months later to replace our old garbage disposal with a new one. Again, he showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. The new garbage disposal came with its own gasket, flange, and rings. He replaced the old one with the new one in a timely manner and then moved on to some other things in house that needed fixing. Upon him leaving, I looked at his bucket of tools he was carrying with him. In the bucket I saw a gasket, flange, and rings. After he left, I was checking out the new garbage disposal and realized that he reused the old flange (and most likely reused the old gasket and rings as well). The new garbage disposal came with a nice, shiny flange. It was obvious to me that he did not use the nice, shiny flange. The gasket, flange, and rings I saw in his bucket of tools were the ones that came with the new garbage disposal. It is one thing to reuse the old gasket, flange, and rings because they seem like they are in good condition. That I can understand. But, he took it to a whole different level of shadiness by basically stealing. Yes, I probably would have just placed that extra gas connector kit, gasket, rings, and the nice, shiny flange in a drawer, never to be used. But he could have at least asked to take them. I probably wouldn't have cared if he asked but he didn't. So that is why I would not hire him again.

Hip is awesome and it's small, family businesses like this that I love to support.  He's my plumber for life now.  The heating element went out of my hot water heater so call Hip on the Sunday of 4th of July weekend.  He answered and scheduled me for the next day.  I looked at my hot water heater closer and concluded that it would make more sense just replace it.  It was damp and pretty rusting.  So, I already knew he'd probably suggest the same thing by the time he came out.  What shocked me though is the extremely reasonable price.  Two of my neighbors had replaced theirs in the last year and they didn't get the excellent price or work that I did.  Hip was very fast, did outstanding work, and has very reasonable prices.  I've tried 4-5 plumbers since moving here in 2005 and glad I finally found Hip.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tom has done work at both my restaurants for couple years. He is honest and reliable. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

This is my second experience with Keegan from Bosch plumbing.  Both times he was professional,  showed up on time, and promptly communicated. 5 stars!

My wife and I had to call our home warranty company for a leak occurring under our stand alone whirlpool tub. We were sent Jason who is as professional and knowledgable as they come. He was prompt and professional right out of the gate and took time to explain what was causing the issue we were experiencing with the pump (the source of the leak). He had to return to replace the jet pump and was in and out within an hour and made sure everything was secure and working before he left. If you ever can request Jason with OSP, you wont be disappointed with his work.

I had a pretty bad leak and some drainage issues and had to find someone to help we with it quickly. Isaac was so helpful and professional, he came out quickly and preformed work with ease. Extremely friendly and straightforward I felt like I was given the information I needed to make rational decisions and with fair pricing. I will definitely use this service again, I just appreciated the feel of honesty and someone I could trust to not try to sell me on something I don't need. I find myself pretty handy around the home but isaac had all the tools necessary to make a job that may of took me days or more to complete done with in an afternoon. Can not thank them enough plumbing issues can be costly and inconvenient if not dealt with properly and right away so I am glad I went with Isaac for this issue.

John was great. Responsive, fair and professional. He fixed an outdoor spigot for us and took the time to explain the work being done. Highly recommend!!

Everyone from Focus Plumbing from the receptionist to the plumbers deserve 2 thumbs up . Not only do they show up within the window time frame they set up but they show up prepared to do a great job . Before digging the trench to lay a new water pipe they payed plastic sheeting on the lawn as not to destroy our yard . They worked almost no stop and did everything from digging a new trench to rerouting the new water pipe into our garage , replaced a corroded shut off valve , removed all large rocks from the dirt before filling in all holes , left our lawn almost as good as before they even showed up , swept our sidewalk and tested everything before leaving . I highly recommend FOCUS PLUMBING if you want your repairs done efficiently . They are not cheap but, you get what you pay for and we got a plumbing company that we trust . The tech showed up on time as promised (just one hour after I called).  He was very competent, was very neat and left the area sparkling clean.  My wife and I were very happy with the service, the price and the professionalism of the tech and the office.  I highly recommend them.

Scott Rocks!!! His response to my kitchen flood from a broken refrigerator water filter was faster than I could have hoped for.
I was unable to turn off the water feed to the fridge from the wall. Scott replaced it, plus I'm having him replace my water shut-off valve in the garage before it fails.
The price was beyond reasonable, but the peace of mind is priceless.

I had a water heater that has met its day and needed to be replaced.  Although I did not use One Drop Plumbing, I would definitely give them a call to see what they can do for you.   Their prices were very reasonable and they had a good response time.   Give them a call.

The service from Thor is excellent!  I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and they came out the same day, fixed the leak and took care of a few other issues. Their prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other plumbing problems they will certainly get my business.

When I called, he said he would come to give me a free estimate. Guy was supposed to come at 4pm. Arrives nearly 1.5 hours late. Then charges me $50 for service fee. His excuse was that it normally cost $65 for him to come out. Went from free to $50. Would not recommend ever. Ripoff!!!

Armen, don't lie! Your office could call me and let me know that you changed your diagnosis in my favor. Nobody contacted me, explain or apologize.

So when my air conditioner went out a couple weeks ago I really had no idea who to call.  The first recommended place charged $150 just to come out and look at it.  I then saw Susan's review.

I called them Thursday morning and they were willing to come out that day between 3-5.  Well, I couldn't schedule that but they gave me a time frame of 8-10 the next morning.  They arrived closer to 8.  They even covered their feet with those little booties.

They gave me two options.  One high, one low.  They advised going with the low.  So far it's working -- crossing fingers here.  

When I did make the initial phone appointment they did offer some water flushing service but because I had read the previous review I just said no.  It was also explained to me that they bought ASAP so that is why the name change.

I recently had my air conditioner running on its last leg. After endless battles with my home warranty and shady visits by companies they sent inviting my unit was fine, I decided to give Goettle a call. The receptionist answered the phone and was extremely warm and helpful in my increasingly frustrating situation. To my surprise, she said she would have someone to my house in just a few hours. For it being the middle of summer in Vegas, I was absolutely astounded they had a same day opening when competitors were at least a few weeks out.

Their text messaging service alerted me that the technician was on the way and gave an actual picture with the name of the individual, which I thought was pretty cool. Upon his arrival he took the time to listen to my frustrations and got to work immediately diagnosing the problem in less than 20 minutes. The technician event went as far as to show me his work, what had failed and what needed replacement all to ensure that it was accurate and necessary.

The financing process was quite easy and painless which was completed in less than 15 minutes. After my approval, he recommended three different products to me and we ended up going with the middle line unit. After confirming stock he said he would contact his installation team for service. He asked what time that day that I wanted the unit installed. Still surprised, it was scheduled for only four hours later.

The installation team arrived and they were all wonderful, diligent workers. In about five hours, they had the entire unit installed and functional. They cleaned up every little thing and removed all the rubbish from the installation.

I can't recommend Goettl enough as they helped me in a situation when I needed It most with a solution delivered in the fastest time possible. Forget the competitors and give Goettl a call as I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
