The frame to our pool gate fell apart leaving the entry completely unsecured and unsafe. It was a priority to get repaired.

I sent Ramon a few pictures and he immediately put the plan together. He had a last minute opening in his schedule and came out to take a look.

Ramon showed me exactly what caused the issue and what the plan was to repair.

Ramon's many years of experience and wide range of knowledge came through in his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He didn't just re-drill  the holes in the concrete, he made sure he restored the integrity of the fit from the very start to prevent this issue from happening again. He even added a compound sealant to protect the new work from the elements and increase the lifespan against wear and tear.

During our communication he was all in then days before he changed the price. I should have known something was up when he begged for the work. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!!!

Ramon said he really needed the work so I tried to include him since my son in law was going to do the work. He said ok to it but when I followed up to reconfirm date and provide time, he had a new price list. Ridiculous! He then messaged me inappropriately.

My experience with Ramon was 5 star.  He responded to a quote request install of a new Kitchen Faucet within 10 minutes and by the end of the day on a Saturday it was completed.

Wow. Started off well, ended bad. I hired Ramon to work thru an inspection list of repairs I wanted fixed on a house I just bought. I trusted him right away, enough to give him a garage door opener to get in my house since nothing was moved in yet and he needed a few days to complete the work.

It got bad when there was a HUGE miscommunication about his price to install one outlet. $350. I had the same thing done from another company at my previous house for $95. (I didn't use them bc Ramon was already there and I needed it fast). This miscommunication didn't come about until AFTER he completed the work. I was pissed. He left and was complete with my projects. I went to the house immediately to check on the work. My oh my, if you don't care about attention to detail, hire Ramon!

My sink faucets were installed backwards (I shouldn't see any of the stamp while washing my hands, the logo should be on the front), HE PUT A HOLE IN MY WALL on the opposite side of the outlet he installed with a nail sticking out (I don't even know how that's possible?) and left the drywall dust all over, did a terrible putty job around the outlet, left pencil marks on the wall, the outlet looks terrible and wish I just left it alone - and this is what cost $350, LOL, trash from the materials were left in my backyard, he did not clean up my garage where he was working or roll my trash can back out that he brought in, I asked for the outlet to be on the right of the switch and he put it on the left, I texted him pics of the hole he made and no response.. I now need to hire someone else to fix the mess he made. I will NEVER use him again. Zero attention to detail.

Response: I paid $914 of the $1,114 tab. After I saw the work, I am not going to be taken advantage of and pay the remaining $200. I will use that to pay for someone to fix his work. The faucets are clearly installed backwards in the photos. You can all see in the photos of the outlet how jenky of a job was done. This is not a created story sir. There is a hole in my wall directly behind the outlet that was installed. And when I texted to ask about it...no reaponse

I moved to a new house in Las Vegas 2018 but The builder installed a regular garbage disposal and Delta kitchen faucet with sensor. They are working well but I don't like the style. I like modern & simple kitchen faucet. I found 3 company and RC Handyman (Ramon) answered my questions and gave me great estimate. So I scheduled with him right away. He came on time this morning with a great smile!

First, I was kinda nervous because he doesn't have any review but after I met him in person, he is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He has been in the business for 15 years from Los Angeles. That's make me feel very good knowing everything is going to be PERFECT!

He installed my brand new Delta Kitchen Faucet and Garbage Disposal without any problems and I gave him all the older Delta kitchen faucet & garbage disposal. They are still working well but I gave them to him so he could use it for him.

I'm definitely going to use him with any home projects in the future and refer him to all my friends, family & neighbor's. If you want an excellent Handyman for kitchen, plumbing, cleaning, etc., please give him a call, You won't regret it!

The garbage disposal unit in my condo finally died, and I needed help. I found a unit and purchased it online at Home Depot. Ramon picked it up and installed it. He was on time, fast, but thorough. Very reasonable pricing, too.

When I need help, I call RC Handy Man. You should, too.

My garbage disposal broke last night. R C responded to my request for a quote within seconds! He stopped by the hardware store on his way to my house to pick up the new unit and parts. He showed up and did the work promptly and accurately. Pricing is solid and highly competitive. I highly recommend R C Handy Man and will use him again!

I was quoted one price for the repair of my closets but was charged $140 above what I was quoted. I was also required to buy all of the materials needed for the repair. When trying to call about . materials needed, his wife hangs up in my face!! HE DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF AT ALL. This person will never get any more of my business, since his pricing was VERY misleading. HE THEN TRIES TO TELL ME HE WAS A CHRISTIAN AT THE END OF THE SERVICE, with this behavior that seems questionable.

Ramon was very professional and did a great job explaining our issue and how he could fix it.

I needed to have someone put a door and frame  looked for a handyman and RC got back to me he came to my house seemed like he knew what he was doing so we trusted him to put up a doorframe and trim went to Home Depot and he showed us what to get got all supplies paid 200.00 and He charged us 200.00 for labor so upset when I seen the results he did a terrible job! I wish I can give him no stars he is sloppy worker, don't waste your money on him it's not worth it. my Trim  don't match on corners he cut them to short he put lots of cocking to fill the gaps plus he took are cocking when he left that we bought. and there is a whole on the side of trim that he cut I don't know why.

Ramon responded very quickly and communicated great! He helped me with a great tip to fix my solar screens so I ended up not needing his services. But he is a very professional and smart man.

Helped fix dryer in a rental. Great communication. Reply to messages timely and clearly. Done the fixing quickly and have good advice about maintenance. Tenant said Contreras is exceptional - I think so too. Will come back if need other fixes.

We are happy with the service and was reliable and professional, did the job within the time frame and was very friendly .
