As a home owner I need a reliable plumber who gets the job done. MC Plumbing is easy to get a hold of and schedule work with. They arrive when they say and get the job done professionally. I've used them about 4 times now including fixing under-the-sink leaks, replacing old valves in my laundry room and replacing a water heater. In their most recent job I was charged $375 parts and labor to replace old and leaky water bibs in that go to my clothes washer. This involved cutting away a small section of drywall to access the pipes and my only complaint is that I wish they either had a drywall guy who could repair the wall or could recommend someone who could do that work since they don't. I mean they must have to cut drywall frequently, how hard would it be to partner up with a company that can repair this?
Anyway, I am pleased with the work they have done and again, I cannot stress enough how nice it is to have a company that arrives when they say they will. If only every service company was like that.

They are always quick and friendly but wow plumbing labor is so expensive.

*April 7th update*
Everything is finally finished and my tankless water heater is installed and working.
Read my previous review to get all the details from before, but to finish up the review, MC plumbing took care of everything that was damaged and/or not up to par.
They had an electrician come out and fix the wires that were damaged during wall removal. After that, a drywall guy came out and fixed the drywall that was unnecessarily removed. They got rid of the tank water heater and moved some of the piping to a new location. It was quite a long process but very glad everything was taken care of.
Spoke with the owner, along with Sally and Dave multiple times. Everyone was very pleasant to work with overall and I'm very glad MC Plumbing fixed everything. Updated from 1 star, to 4 stars. I would still recommend them to other people, even though there were some bumps along the way.

This company is the biggest joke I've encountered in a while. Called them up for a main line leak diagnosis and repair. They end up sending a newbie to the house who doesn't understand a thing and doesn't have any tools to detect the location of the leak. The guy calls me and starts talking about bushed near the shutoff valve... I tell him the leak is in the main line and the bushes are roughly 20 yards away from the location... He goes on to tell me that he doesn't have capability to detect the leak. Few hours later he calls me back saying that after speaking with his boss, they can't properly diagnose the leak because of the proximity to Summerlin Pkwy (which btw is around half a mile away and I've had many plumber properly detect leaks before). He also proposes that I pay them to blindly dig up an area which has paving stitches, using the rationale that the leak might be there since someone had made a repair there before, without any guarantees for a success...
This company's unprofessionalism is mind boggling. The things they told me were literally the dumbest things I've heard in a while. I have no idea how people as clueless as this can stay in the business!
MC plumbing had high marks so I called them about a water leak. The utility company contacted my tenants about a possible continuous water leak. I , the owner, meet the plumber from MC plumbing at the property. The plumber correctly surmised the the under ground water leak was occurring somewhere between the main curbside water valve and the main house water valve located in the garage (about 30 ft apart). He did no exploratory digging to find the source of the leak. But quoted me and expensive price. His recommendation was to trench a line from the curbside valve through my living room and then cut a hole in the adjoining wall to the garage to access the main valve in the garage. And run a new bypass water pipe. Needless to say this would have been very expensive as it would have required me not only to pay for the cost of the plumbing repair, but all the construction cost to repair the concrete, living room flooring and patch the dry wall! All to run a new pipe underground.
Quote I was given: $2,800
-Dig trench
-Break concrete and tile
-cut open wall -Replace shut off valve
-Install new 25 feet pex pipe
-Backfill
Fortunately I got a second opinion and this plumbing company made the same assessment of a under ground water leak existing somewhere between the main curbside water valve to the house water valve located in the garage. However, the plumber did some exploratory digging and quickly found the underground leak located at the sprinkler system backflow preventer valve joint. This repair was done completely in the front yard without having to dig through any concrete or damage the inside of my house! In fact, the plumber never had to step inside the house. Always get a second quote and don't trust MC plumbing (or at least the plumber they sent to my house).
I used these guys again when I had issues with a shower and a toilet in my home. They responded the same day and diagnosed that I needed a new toilet as well as a replacement for a tub spigot. I ordered a new toilet and accessories from Home Depot online and the plumber, Homero, went to pick it up. All work was accomplished professionally and for a fair price. I recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.
Do not hire this company if you live in a Mobil home, they will not enter to do the work required to unplug your drains, they only work from the outside only if you have a clean out hole , they only have 85 feet of snake which in my case was to short , wasted 200.00,
With nothing to show,
I call the real plumbing company ROTO ROTER, yes it cost a lot more, but a 12 month warranty and they use high pressure water jet to clean out the drains, all the way to the sewer line in the street.

I was recommended by a friend to MC after having a rough experience with another plumbing company and I'm glad I did. They are professional, honest and up front with costs. My hot water heater was replaced and I was given direction where and how to check for proper function. Chris was the technician and he was very professional. Called MC plumbing because we could not get hot water out of the shower. Only warm. They reversed something in the valve so that the cold water dial produced hot water and the hot water dial produced cold. I guess we at least had hot water but the dials should not be switched. We called them back to fix it and they put it back the way it was where we only got warm water - back to where we started from when we called them.
Unfortunately we paid them and they won't come out to fix it or refund our money. I now consider them thieves. At least admit that you don't know how to fix something so we can call someone who does.
Had a leak with the pressure valve on the outside, decided to give these guys a call. What a great decision. Was here the very next day, wasted no time, gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate, and went straight to work.
Honestly, I have no idea how I didn't hear of this company before. Was totally worth it. The plumber that came by was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. 5 stars from me. Would use again.

One of our toilets was leaking and needed to be reset on the flange. This was on Memorial Day weekend. They came out (no extra charge!) and reset the toilet and caulked it within minutes at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
Scott was great. We ended up having more of an issue than we originally thought and he handled it like a professional, even though we originally thought it was going to be a quick fix and it's going to turn into something more and he'll have to come back again.
My son was especially interested in him. He woke up from his nap while Scott was explaining the issue to me and immediately climbed over me and into his arms. They say babies are good judges of character and mine seemed to think that Scott was a pretty okay guy who gave good snuggles lol

My partner and I recently bought a home in Las Vegas and wanted to fix some minor things like faucets and a small leak in our bathtub. They were very professional and came to do an estimate of the work, We had Miguel come over and do the labor for us a few days later, he was very honest, helpful. He completed the job within a few hours and headed out, once he left a had an emergency leak from the damaged pipes due to the hard water. We called him and he came back within an hour and fixed everything . Its a disappointment to have these issues before moving in but he took care of and recommended me to a restoration company to help with the water damage. I will be using this company again for our plumbing needs.
We called MC Plumbing to fix a leak. Our dishwasher which was working before they came is now not hooked up to a water source. We contacted them about it and they refuse to accept any responsibility.
For this reason, we now have to have another plumber come and fix the work that MC Plumbing did.
I would never recommend them at this point.
After several emails with this company where they blamed us for their attitude, ultimately, we had to pay for a plumber twice. Very disappointing. They refused to apologize or accept responsibility.

MC Plumbing did an awesome job on my rental property. My handyman is good at a lot of stuff but he totally couldn't get my drains plumbed correctly so I called Scott at MC Plumbing. He sent one of his guys who did a quick, professional job that was fairly priced.
I'd recommend MC Plumbing to any homeowner or landlord.

Quick and to the point. They technician came the same afternoon I called to replace a pressure valve. A couple of weeks and working with no issues.
My garbage disposal went out on a Saturday afternoon call these guys I think I talk to a Scott friendly guy He had Miguel come out I don't even think it took 30 minutes for them to get to my house with a new garbage disposal guy was clean he wore a mask didn't take him very long and he did a nice little job putting everything together very professional I would definitely use them again

I haven't used Scott's plumbing services but I called him and he gave me a bunch of useful advice on an issue I was having. He even looked at some text pictures I sent him! He was extremely patient with me and it was very clear that he genuinely wanted to help me fix my problem, and not charge money for something I didn't need. I am very grateful for that!
I will definitely use his company in the future if I need to and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.
I can't say enough good things about this company! I worked with both Gabriel and Scotty and both were helpful, informative, professional, and extremely patient with my questions and helping to resolve my issues. I had a variety of work done from replacing a water heater, to installing a water softener, to coming immediately following a flood and every time the quality was exceptional. Highly recommend.
A little ticked off writing this post in all honestly, scheduled an appointment for Saturday my only day off and the only day I can get my situation taken care of. Appointment was 8-10, called 930 to see what's going on. Owner said I'll have the tech call you. 10 o'clock rolls around called the owner agin told him still no call and his advice was we can cancel the appointment. Finally at 1010 I get a phone call from Jose Aries said ill be there in 25min there was accident on the free way, so I said oh really let me look at that. So I checked 3 traffic and accident sites (apps) nothing, free and clear and wanna just lie about it then asked where are you coming from then said do you still want me to come? I said yes and he hangs up the phone avoiding my other question on where side of town he was coming from. I scheduled this days in advance. Will update after José shows up if he does. As of now
*1 star for wasting my only day off to get my situation taken care off and for lying also there solutions we can cancel the appointment (owner)

I had an underground leak that was spitting up hundreds of dollars of water. After talking with the Water District, I found out that they cannot recommend any companies to repair leaks.
But I can. I recommend MC Plumbing to you. Specifically, Homero, an employee of the business. He is extremely professional, understanding, friendly, and explains every detail in a way that even I, a simple human, could understand.
He fixed the leak like an absolute pro. He even gave me great advice and helped me learn more about plumbing systems. Homero is the real deal.
If you have a plumbing issue, call MC Plumbing and request Homero. You will be able to sleep easily after having Homero work on your house.
I may name a future child after him. He is a saint. Saint Homero saved my life.
I Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for an honest, ethical professional Plumbing business. Kerwin from MC Plumbing did an outstanding and professional job replacing our Ice Maker water shutoff valve.
When replacing our refrigerator we discovered that the Ice Maker water shutoff valve in the wall had broken when we went to replace the line to the new refrigerator and we couldn't shutoff the water to replace it. I called a few plumbers but they were not available for another week or they wanted to charge us for an estimate. That's when I discovered MC Plumbing on Yelp. They said they could arrive and give us a free estimate the next morning between 10am and noon. Kerwin from MC Plumbing arrived about 10:15 took a look and gave us a very fair and reasonable estimate. While in the process of replacing the valve Kerwin discovered the the pipe section behind the wall that the valve connects to had corroded and the old valve could not be removed without cutting out the corroded section and soldering in a new section of pipe to connect the new valve to. This is normally an extra charge because of the extra time and soldering required to add in a new section of pipe. But Kerwin said he wasn't going to charge us for the extra time and soldering as he had already quoted us a price to replace the valve. I'm sure that most other plumbing services would have charged us for the extra work.
So if you need any plumbing services done I highly recommend you call MC Plumbing as it's hard to find honest and very ethical businesses these days.

I had an issue with the water line that goes to my toilet. The spout broke. Called this company today and the repair man came at noon even though my service window time was 12p-2p. Repair tech Miguel was professional and efficient. Repairs done. Not sure if the price was reasonable but we paid it anyway. I will for sure use them again.

Called at 3:30 to see if we could get our clogged sink fixed and Charles was there by 5. Friendly and professional, sink was fixed in time for dinner. We live downtown & parking/building access is annoying but he didn't seem bothered at all which I really appreciate
My tenant called us last evening that toilet is clogged. We call MC Plumbing. Scott answered our call immediately and he scheduled to come to our condo in just one hour! Once he arrived in our condo, he called us to tell us the issue and the cost to fix it.
The job was done exactly as he told us in 20 minutes and the price is very reasonable.
We are very pleased with MC Plumbing's great work! They are very professional, good communication and reasonable price. We will call them again for our next job.
Whenever I need work done Scott and his team always respond immediately. They make sure that I have all the information needed for my job to be completed. I recently had Aaron come by to do work for me and he was extremely helpful. I won't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.
Being new to Las Vegas, I had to find a plumber and used Yelp reviews to do so. I contacted MC Plumbing, who answered promptly and was able to get my service done the same day. It's a technology literate company, who uses electronic signatures, text status for the appointment, and email to deliver invoices. It's nice to see a plumber using 21st century tools!
With respect to Miguel, the plumber who came over, he was courteous, honest, and his work was clean and effective. He went above and beyond in my view, and I will make this company my plumber of choice going forward. Very happy with the overall experience and satisfied with the work they performed.

We had another company come out and tell us we needed a whole bunch of stuff done...they charged us a their service fee and then never fixed our problem. Scott with MC Plumbing came out, gave us a quick diagnostic and solved our problem in a matter of minutes. Turned out we didn't need any of the work done that the previous company told us we did. Super friendly and definitely knows what they are doing. They are the best! Thank you MC plumbing! Will definitely recommend and use again!
Always great service. Scott a supervisor, came by today because of a backed up toilet. He was professional and provided great advice to avoid future issues. I've been using them for 10 years and will not hesitate to refer and use them again in the future.
I was doing a remodel of my bathroom when I found I had a leaking p-trap in my shower drain. My house is old and has cast iron pipes. I called MC because after consulting some pros at the big box store they had me concerned about doing work on the pipes since they are prone to cracking.
MC answered my phone call right away, and in less than an hour a plumber was at my house. Less than an hour after that I had a new p-trap and all ABS connections for my shower drain.
The plumbers that helped me were Miguel and John. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this service again for my plumbing needs.
Homero and crew replaced the main water line to the house. The job went perfectly and we are very satisfied with the results. Their communication was top-notch! They even sent text messages with a picture of the employee arriving to provide services. Very cool...

I had problem with my bathroom valve and I called many companies around and no one seemed to know what was wrong with it and they wanted to charge me over $1000 for the repair. Luckily I came across MC plumbing and I spoke with a gentleman name Scott who was very knowledgeable and caring. He explained the process to me and worked with me offering to fix my problem for only $200. I saved $800 just calling him. Scott sent Jose to fix my plumbing issue. M.C. Plumbing replied quickly to my inquiry and came out to give me a free estimate. They diagnosed the problem and their quote was reasonable compared to the other estimates that I received. I was very comfortable hiring them b/c of their excellent yelp reviews and Saul's professionalism.
Saul came back the very next day to do the job. He was friendly and extremely capable. I was very pleased with the end results. I'll hire them again if I need a plumber.

Prologue: In order for the washing machine to be replaced the manufacturer had to send out a rep to verify the condition of the washing machine. The hoses were installed backwards. As soon as he switched them everything was fine. I'm still really appreciative I wasn't charged for the plumber.

I made an appt with M.C. Plumbing and my appt was for 1/4/2018 from 8-10am. No call from the tech, I have to call the owner to find out where his tech was, he was not able to get in touch with with, it's was pass 10 am, still waiting, n I call the owner again. He tells me he is on his was and that was at 10:45am. It's 11:53 am and still no one has showed up. I am not waiting anymore and thus is bad business. I don't recommend them at all. A -100 On stars.

I'm pretty handy around the house, so when my toilet started leaking around the base I pulled the toilet to replace the wax ring and discovered a large root in my drain. I found MC Plumbing on yelp and called them. They came out the next day and they were right on time for the appointment. Homer looked down the drain and saw right away that the root had come from between the sewer drain pipe and the foundation and grew down into the drain. He removed the root easily put a camera down the line to the street, cleared a paper clog, replaced the mounting flange that was rusted out, and rest the toilet. He then meticulously cleaned the work area and gave me the electronic invoice...it was very reasonable! Many plumbers try their best to over charge. MC Plumbing is my new plumber for all my home and rentals! This review was unsolicited.

1000% recommended! Needed a kitchen faucet replacement installed.
I had a 9am appointment with another guy from here and when he showed up and decided he didn't have the time needed in is schedule today to do this install, I went looking and found MC Plumbing.
Not only did they get me in the same day, but from arrival to completed installation was barely over an hour.
I would totally recommend MC Plumbing and will contact them again in the future if I am in need of a true professional company.

I called MC plumbing as a second opinion when our toilet started having flushing issues. Aaron came out and we were so happy with his service and the price point. However, we noticed the toilet was still having issues and he told us it's just the toilet we bought and that it was normal. We decided to use him to install our water softener and he and an assistant came out to do the job. The assistant drilled up our sidewalk and left a gaping hole at our doorway. Aaron accepted responsibility for his assistant and promised to have someone come out to fix the hole. Three weeks later and he stopped answering our calls/texts. I reached out to the owner and after some back and forth, the sidewalk was patched. I called again for someone to come check on the toilet that Aaron had initially fixed and two guys came out and said there was blockage and quoted me an additional $400 to remove the new toilet and snake the line. I'm still scratching my head as to why I have to pay additional fees to fix something they were supposed to have fixed months ago. I wanted to love this company because the price was great and communication was initially excellent. Now I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
We had broken water heater. It was covered under warranty (it had lasted only a year) but MC charged over $500 to install the replacement. The plumber emptied the rusty water onto our driveway, staining it slightly. That night we smelled gas in the garage. The same guy came the next day and fixed the gas leak. A couple of weeks later we had another repair and a different guy from MC said Who installed your water heater? It's not up to code. When I told him the name of his colleague who did it, he said he usually does better work than this. He said he would tell his boss and he would probably be in touch with us to make an adjustment. Didn't happen. The second guy forgot to turn back on a valve he had turned off... that seems like that is Plumbing 101. We are not going to use them again, obviously.
I called and ask if someone could look at my toilet they had someone here within 2 hours looked at everything gave me two options, price was very reasonable for the work, they did excellent work I was very pleased.
I called yesterday for an estimate on repairing a leaky hose bib that fills the pool. Homer came next day! I asked for Homer bc I was very satisfied with the work his crew performed on work I had done in 2017. We tabled the bib until I talk with pool folks, great idea Homer.
I had some issues with turn off valves under the kitchen sink. After discussing the problem with me, we agreed on much easier locations for valves and added 1/4 turn shut offs for simple shut off. I needed help repairing a bathroom fill valve and flapper bc I was having issues with that lavatory. Not to mention the builder installed a ledge 5 inches above the lid, but Homer was able to work in that space and fix that too!!!
It's refreshing to discuss your situation with a professional and have them listen to you and fix the problems easily. I asked about a few other projects which he gave me estimates for and I have every confidence that the job will be done correctly and without incident, as these jobs have been done. I don't normally post reviews but this company and Homer are on a short list of folks I trust to do a great job. Thank you so much.
Can I give Scott 10 stars....100?!? OMG I can't tell you how great he was in my service call. Super nice, knowledgeable and professional!!!! He came out and gave me an estimate, I was cool with it and he was back in 45 minutes with what he needed. He removed my old reverse osmosis system out (and took it it with him--BONUS) and fixed my water line to my new frig!!! AND.... he cleaned up after all that!!! Whaaaaa? He's is now my go-to guy and MC Plumbing is my go-to company!!!!!

Other said they will be there tomorrow I have a water heater leak my family can't wait till tomorrow for hot water ! I needed a faucet for my drinking water system replaced. I received a timely quote on Yelp. I later contacted the company by phone. I set up an appointment for the next day. The work was done properly for the price quoted, and the plumber was on time, friendly and efficient. I believe it was a reasonable price, too. I highly recommend M.C. Plumbing LLC.

A fair plumbing company does a pretty good job and cleans up after themselves a little on the high side but then who is in these days
My wife had called them after a bad experience with another plumbing company. Scott was awesome, and the quality and service were outstanding. Would use them again in a heartbeat, and will use them when we need to replace our water heater, and switch over to a tankless one.

First I would like to say thank you to Miguel. Miguel thank you so much for the professional services and understanding that when it comes to plumbing its expensive and the prices can be scary. I felt so reassured after Miguel explained the reason for the cost. Now the work he did was awesome as well and we are thrilled bc we are able to enjoy our new washing machine. I called today and was answered right away with a technician who was prompt and completed the job successfully.
In the future if I am in need of a plumber I will use them and recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

MC plumbing contacted me and fixed my tub faucet the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and honest on his work. I felt that the price was reasonable considering that other companies quoted a few hundred dollars more. I was quoted $215, but I end up paying $350 due to extra worker needed to be done. Overall I'd go back to this company if I had another plumbing issue.

I did not have the best experience with M.C. Plumbing but the owner did reach out to me after my original review which I since deleted and provided a full refund. My issue was not with the quality of work but with the way the estimate was handled. I don't doubt they provide good quality work but my suggestion for anyone using this company is to make sure you get an estimate in writing prior to any service. I believe now that my issue was an honest mistake and judging from all the other positive reviews it shouldn't happen again.

Great experience with MC plumbing and Miguel. I called in the morning and had poop coming up in my shower! Miguel showed up and didn't quit until our plumbing was working. I highly recommend this company. So grateful to have an honest plumbing company to refer out to all my clients and friends.

I contacted MC Plumbing around 4 AM on a Sunday morning. They responded to me around 8 AM and a plumber was at the house at 9:30. The troubleshoot was free. Miguel was the plumber who found the problem. He was courteous, knowledge and professional. He explained the repair that needed to be done, which involved digging and replacing old, broken pipes. The price he gave me was very fair. I was impressed with this company every step of the way. Excellent customer service; excellent work; courteous, prompt and fair. Jose, MC Plumbing's employee, did an excellent job replacing our water heater. He is one of the most competent and courteous people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was prompt and answered all the questions I had about water heaters while doing the replacement and the price I was charged for the work was very reasonable. When I need a plumber again I will be contacting MC Plumbing.
My husband and I are very pleased with the work and the service. They explained everything that needed to be done, and how long it would take. They had to dig up the front yard. You can't even tell there was a trench there. We will for sure use them again.
Apparently using Zillow to find out how much I paid for my home was important in factoring how much I get to pay for their services. Also, their after market support was terrible. I asked a question and basically he said it wasn't their problem anymore. I would never contact then again.
I had a water heater issue. Called Saturday afternoon, they came out the next morning. Received text messages with contact info and the name of the repair person. Hanz called when he was on his way in the 2 hour appointment window. He was able to diagnose the problem and I would need a new water heater. Rescheduled for the next day for removal and new install.
Hanz called first and arrived in the allotted time. Water heater got removed. I had a unique situation, without going all into it, I just want to thank Hanz and manager Saul for all their help. Hanz especially went above and beyond, he was very professional and very good at what he does.

Responded quickly. Sent Fernando out quickly to our plumbing emergency. Boy did we feel dumb when he simply put the hose in some tube. This is why we call plumbers. We don't know anything about this stuff. Will definitely call again if needed.
This company gave me excellent service. Miguel is a highly experienced plumber. He did a great job on installing new valves and a reasonable price!
While none of my plumbing needs were emergencies, they got back o me right away on getting an estimate to have 4 sink faucets and stoppers replaced, and to rebuild the flushing mechanisms in 3 toilets.
Eric was very helpful in showing me what fixtures to purchase, and he had the supplies needed to repair the toilets. He arrived promptly and work was done quickly with no mess! He even noticed a dripping pipe from the hot water heater and replaced a TNP valve that solved that.
Prices were reasonable - probably not the cheapest, but i didn't think that shopping around would have saved more than 5-10%, and it was a great value to get a free estimate and some advice. It was worth it to have a professional guarantee the work and have it done in a timely manner, with no fuss or mess.
in short, i'd certainly recommend MC Plumbing and should I need plumbing work, I'd use them again.

We take care of a 92 year old woman. She has somebody get her ready in the mornings and sends her off to adult day care. I woke up to a note that her toilet was clogged and she may have dropped something in it. Needless to say, I was not very happy.
My husband had to get to an appointment so I called MC Plumbing around 11:30 today to see if they could send help. Edward showed up, took care of business and was done by 1 pm. He informed me that if he cleared it, it would be $100 w/ our coupon. I gave him the green light.

I must be honest, we had a great start. Scott answered my request for an estimate promptly. Assigned a technician, Fernando, for the time that I requested. Rough middle, the technician didn't call and I was waiting past the promised time. But Scott apologized profusely, the technician called me almost immediately to apologize and rescheduled, The reschedule blew, then the great work began. I was promised reduced(free) labor costs for my trouble. The repair turned out to be more...way more than expected but Scott stood by his word of the reduced labor. I live in LA and own a condo in Henderson NV. On a Sat morning, I received a call from hoa manager that there was water leak and it flooded my neighbor's garage. They thought the leak was from my unit (the garage is directly under my unit's bathroom). After panic, I found MC plumbing on yelp and based on good reviews I decided to give them a call for a free estimate. Within 2 hours, a technician arrived and investigated the issue with my tenant and neighbors. He called in about an hour to report that the leak was, very possible, from the neighbor on the other side, not my unit. Did not charge. Very honest! As of now, 24 hours passed, No more complain from my neighbors or hoa. I think they figured it out. Thanks MC plumbing! Definitely save your numbers and will recommend to people I know in Henderson and Vegas area.

I had my water heater go out on a Saturday around noon. Every other business I called wanted around $1250 to replace and couldn't come for a couple days. MC plumbing came in at $934 and they were at my house within a few hours. The tech was great and spent less than a hour getting everything removed and set up. Highly recommend this business!
We had a slab leak and needed to have the house re-plumbed, Miguel came out the next day and gave a few different options to fix it. I compared some estimates and not only was MC Plumbing the best price, but they were the only ones who also were able to include fixing the drywall for all the holes they had to make in the ceiling and walls (51 total!). A friend of mine had used them before so i felt good about the company and Miguel was very thorough and informative, so we went with them. Miguel was very attentive the whole time and explained everything that needed to be done and how they did it, it took 5 days total, to re-plumb and then fix the drywall but the house looked perfect when they were done. They also took care of the permits and when the inspector showed up to look at it, he commented that it looked like they did a great job. I will be calling MC Plumbing for any of my future needs! Called to try to get someone to come out to my house and fix a leaking valve... I decided to give them all call because their average raiting....the guy who answered the phone was super rude. Will take my business else where. Would not recommend them to anyone. If that's how they treat you on the phone I would not want to know how they treat you in person.
I had a leak and they were able to get someone out same day to to evaluate and fix the issue. The guy was super helpful, very professional. Highly recommend!!
These guys are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced! They've come to my house twice now and I cannot recommend them enough. They came last month after the irrigation pipe in my front yard exploded due to the cold weather. They made it to my house within a couple of hours and had a new one installed in no time. Contractors generally get a bad reputation in this town, and many of them deservedly so. But, these are some of the good guys. Call them!

This company did an emergency repair for me a few months ago, so I went to them again to repair a leak, and to give me an estimate on re-routing some lines. The plumber, Dan, did a good job fixing the leak (which involved replacing a standpipe), and then confirmed an issue with the water heater that we had suspected, an underground leak. In the process of doing this, he (hopefully inadvertently) turned off the water heater without telling me. As a result, we had no hot water, and were panicked that the leak had gotten much worse. I would probably have used MC for that repair (having not yet figured out that Dan had turned off the water heater), but they were unavailable and I chose another company.
I also asked Dan to install a shower head while he was here, for which he quoted $49. Since he was already doing $200 in other work, and since installing a shower head takes about 3 minutes and no materials, I thought this excessive and told him so. He responded that this is our standard charge, no matter what else you're having done. When I reminded him that this was a 3 minute job, he shrugged. I installed the shower head, which did in fact take 3 minutes.
I'm giving MC the benefit of the doubt and choosing to believe that Dan didn't intentionally turn off the water heater to hasten our decision; otherwise this review would be 1 star.
We messaged the owner of MC Plumbing on a Saturday morning to camera & jet our line and we had a plumber to our house by noon! Eric was Super professional, courteous, and thorough. We will highly recommend this company to anyone.
Was doing a repair on a pool heater and whoever had initially installed the pool equipment and heater had completely installed the natural gas lines incorrectly. This posed a problem for me because I could not fully get the heater elements out without the gas line being disconnected. Called MC plumbing to ask if they could tackle this small, but for me big issue. They told me it wasn't a problem and literally would have had someone out the same day(called at 3:30PM), but I had other jobs to attend too. Needless to say one of their technicians was there first thing in the morning, got everything re-plumbed the correct way allowing me to do my job and fix the heater, in return all parties were happy and my customer was very pleased. Will definitely be calling them for all plumbing needs and issues from now on!
So this company was recommended to me by my sister. She has used them before and was satisfied. As for me, not so much. Called them about a water leak in my ceiling. A plumber (Eric G.) made it out to me pretty fast, but i think i was supposed to pay out for that convenience. A hole had to be made in order to find the exact problem. They were gonna charge me $285 just to open up the wall. Well I could have done that myself! That price wasn't even to fix the problem, that was just the starting rate just to investigate. He mentioned it may be my fire sprinkler system (which this company is not licensed to touch). With being a woman and asking for repairs in which i cannot do myself, i always have my guard up in regards to those who try to pull a fast one and try to hustle me. Well, i felt hustled. I ran outside to tell the guy that i would rather go with someone else. Someone who is licensed to repair fire sprinklers, if that is the problem. He replies with yeah, if i were you, i would probably call them. Those guys won't charge you to open up your ceiling Really guy?!?! Why didn't you say that in the first place?! You are nice and all, but now i think you are dishonest and just trying to get every dime out of me you can. Especially after trying to ask me what i do for a living? Like it matters. Then i say well how much is it going to cost me having you come out here? He says it won't cost me anything, since he didn't do any work, but that i can TIP HIM for moving my fridge. UNBELIEVABLE. I went with a different company that charged me $300 total for labor, repairs and materials. I can't even imagine what my final bill would have been with these guys. Never again.

The plumber was a half hour late and didn't call to let us know ( not a big deal ). He was nice and very informative. He accessed the issue and said he would return the next day with the parts and complete the repair. The estimate was 475.00. I thought he was replacing all three faucets ( my wife was there during both visits, I wasn't ) The next day he returned and did the repair. it took him all of 15 minutes to do this. When I got there he was gone and they showed me the bill. After it all sunk in I couldn't believe how much the total was for 15 minutes of work. Granted they made two trips and had to get parts. I researched the parts at a total cost of approx. $45.00 We paid for most of the cost as my mother in law is on a fixed income.
So I emailed them and asked why the cost was so high to replace three faucet stems. I was told how professional they were and their prices were high because and I quote directly
what you don't see is the 2 hours for him to track down parts and drive time to do so.
I was also told and once again I quote
I don't claim to be the cheapest plumber we claim to be the best and stand by our work.
When they did the work the faucet in the third bathroom squeaks really really loudly and the one in the second bathroom still leaks.
Personally I wouldn't use them again. I feel the price was way too high and the quality ....seeing the leaking , loud squeaky faucet handles....wasn't what they claimed.
I'm sure many might disagree and I see good reviews from many and for that I am glad.

This company is a rip off and a scam. Beware. They replaced a water heater for me March 2018 under warranty (this water heater was approx. 4 to 5 years old) and charged me $400 in labor to replace the water heater with a new one. The new water heater they installed went out today, 22 months after install. I called them and they said they would send someone out later in the afternoon. When the tech arrived he advised me it would be $525 in labor to replace it under warranty. This price was not quoted to me when I initially called. My bad for not asking earlier. Mind you that I had already drained the leaking water heater myself knowing from past experience that could take awhile. Also the pan and hurricane straps were already there. The tech was literally there for under 30 minutes. What company gets $1000 an hour in labor. I complained and they knocked $50 off since I drained it myself. So, in a nut shell, replacing a water heater not even 2 years old in under 30 minutes, that was under full warranty, with one guy costs $475. Do not use this company under any circumstance. They got me the 1st time and definitely got me again. Lesson learned.

very nice people. had answers to all my questions which was a plus. i felt as if i should question their integrity. they wanted to fix parts that had no business to be fixed just to triple the bill not to happy about that. your pricing is very high for the little amount of work you planned to do.

Notice a water heater leakage this morning. Called MC Plumbing for quote. Price is very reasonable and was able to have someone come out within 30-40 mins. Jose came over and had concerns for the wall, which shows signs of water damage. Not only did he replaced the water heater and also made arrangements for a free estimate on the wall within mins. Paid exactly what I was quoted for over the phone. During long weekend of 4th of July, I am just thankful to have all the problems taken care of within hours. With company coming tomorrow, our puppy chewed through the hose connecting the water supply to the toilet in our guest bathroom. We rushed to Lowe's to buy a new connector and found we could not get the old connector to unscrew. So next option, duct tape! Not a success! I jumped on Angie's list and found MC Plumbing. I called and explained the problem. The gentleman said someone would give me a call to coordinate soon. Jose called in less than an hour and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes. Jose was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I learned the valve and hose we had installed were a one piece design. Jose got right to work and replaced the entire valve and tubing assembly in less than 30 minutes. We might have been able to find someone to do the job cheaper but the quick response and job well done were well worth it to me.

I was given a $350 estimate to install a sink and they ended up charging me $1000 because of unique problems they encountered meant they had to install all new pipes. I did not believe them. Plus, when he was done, I found the water drains extremely slowly which is very unsatisfactory. When I asked why to both issues, I was given a lot of long-winded excuses, but refusal to make good on the problems. Also, very inappropriately, the plumber hugged me suddenly and unexpectedly. I am female, alone in my home and felt threatened. Next, he solicited future business saying he would do future repairs and bill my home insurance because he knew how to make the insurance company pay. This is fraud and I was appalled. Avoid this company at all costs.
I have used MC Plumbing twice so far. Once to install new arrestors for my washing maching hot & cold valves, and the second time to install higher quality full metal valves, metal hoses, and metal couplings for my 3 toilets. Both of these jobs were preventative to avoid possible future problems. Both job were attended to by Saul. These are professional people, they are cordial, they are honest and they know their jobs well. Highly recommended.

I called MC Plumbing yesterday morning to replace the garbage disposal at my house. They were able to accommodate same day service and only had a 2 hour service window. Saul called and arrived promptly within the service window. He took a look at the garbage disposal and heard the lack of noise it was making and got right to work. Fifteen minutes later I had a working garbage disposal. My whole experience was positive with MC Plumbing. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
There was a problem with my back and front yards and they were flooding. I called Scott in a bit of a panic and he sent out an awesome guy right away, I think his name was Jose, he explained the system I had to me. Turned off the water so that it wouldn't continue to flood and was extremely nice. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs. Thanks y'all!!

I am a long standing customer of Old Republic Home Warranty program for my home. Over the past few years I've been experiencing problems with a loose mater bath toilet. Old Republic has sent over repair people and a couple of plumbing companies & after 6 months the toilet would again become movable. The tile around the base of the toilet was cracked by these other vendors attempting to tighten down the bolts.
Today for the 1st time in years MC Plumbing sent over Scott who finally took care of the problem!! Hooray!! Scott was friendly, well mannered not like A&R Complete Service, Ideal Plumbing, et al. and he knew what he was doing!! He pulled the toilet (which should have originally been done) and replaced the broken and rusted out metal flange, rusted bolts, & installed a wax seal. He showed us his work & asked if this was satisfactory before
reinstalling the toilet which no other company has ever done & he was neat.
I cannot thank MC Plumbing enough for the great job and would recommend them especially Scott for any plumbing work that is needed in your home.

This company is fabulous. I've had Jose out to the house twice. He's honest with no B.S. or hard sell tactics, and the prices they quote over the phone are just what they should be. I called the owner Scott to tell him how much I enjoyed my experience with MC Plumbing and found him to be a guy with a simple business approach: Do good work for the right price, and success will follow. Water heater started leaking profusely. Called MC. Jose showed up on time and offered clear information and replaced the water heater for their advertised price. He tried to up sell us on mold inspection but was not too hard of a sell. I will call them for all future pluming needs! Thank you, Jose!!!!
MC Plumbing did an absolutely amazing job with our whole house repipe. They completed the repipe in a single day so that we wouldn't be left without water, which was impressive considering the complexities of our custom home. Great communication and great price, which even included drywall/stucco repair and painting. The crew that did the drywall and stucco repair were also outstanding -- I can't even tell where the holes used to be!! Both Fernando, the lead plumber, and Mundo, lead for the drywall/stucco repair, really care about the quality of their work. They are masters at what they do and such nice guys too! I've had experience with several plumbing companies in the area, and MC Plumbing is the first that I trust to give me an honest estimate and to do good work. I never expected to be able to write a 5 star review for a plumbing company, but I'm so happy that I can for MC Plumbing -- it's very well deserved.
Called MJ Plumbing to take care of two toilets that were leaking water. Jose came the next day and fixed both for a reasonable price. He was on time, called before arriving, and was very professional in both his mannerisms and the work he did. I would recommend this company and Jose anytime plumbing issues come up.
I've had a problem with noisy, rattling water lines in the ceiling that have become louder, more noticeable and extremely annoying over the past year in our 12 year old home. Finally decided to contact a plumber to come out and diagnose the cause then give me an estimate for correcting the problem. I called 3 firms on Angie's List. One wanted $115 to provide an estimate, another wanted $59 but MC Plumbing offered a Free Estimate. I called them on Thursday around 2 pm and they scheduled a Technician to come by the next morning between 8-10 am. The Technician Saul called just after 8 am to advise me he was on his way and would be at the house in 20-30 minutes. When he arrived he patiently and intently listened to what I had to say and let me demonstrate the noisy water lines I was experiencing when I shut the water off rapidly in the bathroom sink or flushed the toilet and when the Washing Machine was operating. Then he got to work. First he replaced the Water Pressure Regulator in the garage. That didn't really work so he offered to remove it and install the original one; I opted to keep the new one anyway. Next he installed Water Hammer Arrestors on the Washing Machine Hot and Cold Bibs which noticeably cured the noisy lines when operating the Washer but not completely. Finally, he had his colleague climb into the attic and help him detect the specific hot and cold lines that were still making noise. Those were wrapped when necessary and all were strapped down. Voila, the annoying water line noise was gone - finally! Saul was friendly, patient, and determined to resolve the problem I was experiencing. I was pleased and satisfied and would recommend MC Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem. Kudos to the company and especially to Saul who took the time to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it!

My condo has multiple plumbing issues, mostly due to neighbor's plumbing, but I did have a problem of my own last summer. I have had five different visits, four different technicans, for different issues over the last five months. Every single visit has resulted with a fast and accurate diagnosis, as well as, a prompt remedy to the issue. The techs have been willing to patiently run interference with the neighbor causing the problem, resulting in the neighbor understanding the problem and starting to take responsibility. Fees are extremely fair, and all the techs I have encountered are very honest. I feel that they care. The owner promptly responds to calls evenings and weekends; and service has always been within an hour or so of contact. Saul, the field supervisor, is a competent and caring person who brings calmness to the scene of panic (from me). I cannot thank or rate them highly enough.

By FAR the best plumbing company we've come across in the last 20 years! Our hot water heater went out just before the 4th of July holiday (isn't that always the way!!) Saul Jimenez, from MC Plumbing, came out to access the situation on Thursday. He said he'd have to call our property manager for approve a replacement, see if the heater was under warranty, etc...etc. :-/ I was convinced it would be another 5+ day process. He called our property manager while he was in our driveway! To get a jump start, he drained the heater before leaving so IF approval went through quickly, we could save 30-45 mins before installing the new heater. M.C. squeezed us into a short, 1 hour time slot they had available. He worked his #ss off and completed it before we had to leave for work AND saved us from being without water for the holiday. He ROCKS! ~ PS: We've recently purchased a home and will be taking their business card with us for ALL future plumbing services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I would have given them all 5 stars, but the first guy who came out did not have as much knowledge, nor did he leave me an invoice/estimate. He said he needed to determine the charge once he came back to install the sink, faucet, two faucet cartridges and a sink stopper (I had all the materials except for the faucet) He did advise me to order my own sink (cheaper that way)...very nice advice. So after the sink came I arranged another visit. The second guy (Dan I think) was very knowledgeable but had none of the information that Ricardo had taken down. Nor was he available that day. So we had to start from square one...not Dan's fault. That is where they lose the 5th star. But he was professional, neat and knew his business. The price seemed fair but I have nothing to compare it to. In any case I needed the work done and they came right on time. Even called ahead (as I requested) so I could put my dog out of the way. i would highly recommend them and will use them again

M.C. Plumbing LLC has always been my go to company for plumbing,water heaters, and anything else they do as they know what they are talking about and always do great work.Had M.C. Plumbing come out to take a look at the water heater that wasn't working to find out it needed a new gas valve which was covered under warranty.ED showed me on his phone when my warranty expires for the water heater and explained to me many other things I did not know about water heaters and brands. Let me say this guy ED is probably the most passionate guy I have ever met in the plumbing field that loves what he does and it shows because you can tell he takes the time to know every little thing about each company and water heaters as possible.Rather than replacing the gas valve I had him replace the whole water heater with a Rheem 50 Gallon as I didn't want to monkey around with this other water heater as the gas valve for the bradford white was poorly designed and I am not a fan of bradford white water heaters anyways.If your looking for a plumbing company that will look you in the face and give a straight answer and not overcharge you and also educate you in the process I highly recommend choosing M.C. plumbing. The main water line from the meter to the house was leaking. Called MC Plumbing on a friend's recommendation. Jose was here in less than an hour and gave an honest evaluation of the situation. While some may consider it up selling, I found Jose to be honest and frank about the repair options. Having been a mechanic, I know the value of doing a job one time and doing it correctly and well. Jose and his crew arrived the next morning as promised and did the job correctly, well, and with good humor in the 105 degree heat. They also corrected existing issues that existed from when the house was built and when the water softener was installed 20 years ago; no additional charge. If all their plumbers are as professional as Jose and his crew, I would recommend them to anyone and every one. Thanks for a job done well and as promised.
