A. Smith Plumbing gave very professional and quality services when I used them on multiple occasions. The prices are very competitive and and I was very pleased with the outcome. I had some issues with my dishwasher and they were able to easily diagnose the problem, and fix it with no hassle. They also explained to me what the issue was and how I could mitigate it in the future.  They also installed my washer and dryer. Everytime I need ANY type of plumbing services, I go to A.Smith plumbing.

Tony LaMartina Plumbing is simply the best at what they do.  I have called upon this company several times over the years and they are always prompt, responsive, professional, and highly competent.  This is one company that truly understands their customers, not a common trait these days. Today, Brad came out and installed a gas range and shortened the gas pipe when the original store paid installers could not. I will always call Tony Martina Plumbing for all my plumbing needs as I have full confidence in the company and their staff.  I highly recommend Tony Martina Plumbing.

Larry came out to inspect the water pressure in our home. He was very nice and helpful. He told us exactly what he believed the problem was and didn't pressure us into using them to fix it.

A&J Drain Service Review

We had used A&J once previously, about 4-5 years ago and were well satisfied.  When another drain problem occurred (we live in an older home with lots and lots of trees around...) we immediately thought of A&J again.  We called and set an appointment for the following day when we were available-at 9:00 am.  The service from the office was great-I lost them on my mobile phone and they called back to make sure all the arrangements were set.  Jeremy arrived right on time, quickly assessed the situation, and decided the best course of action (i.e., whether is was better to go through the floor drain in the basement or through the exterior clean out).  He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient and was respectful of the property (the clean out is right next to a flower bed...).  He checked to make sure the drain was clean in both directions and that the service had been effective.  We were charged a very fair price for the service and the receipt was in our email inbox in 5 minutes.  Based on our experience, A&J is a great local business and we would have to give them an A+ on service and value.

Get your sewer line fixed without tearing up your yard, and by super friendly people. I'd gladly use their services again, although I hope I don't have to!

So happy with the multitude of fixtures that Jason installed for us. We hit him with a laundry list of fixtures to install, and we are so impressed with his work! Kemper was able to get us on the schedule quickly and Jason was friendly, prompt, and took it with grace when my two big dogs wanted to be friends with him.

In the span of one night our hot water heater died and a plumbing line got blocked so sewage water invaded our basement. Reeds Plumbing was a lifesaver. Not only was he responsive immediately and to our house within just a couple hours, but Chris was friendly and did quality, affordable work. We'll gladly have him back out to replace the stack in the spring. While no one wants to have to deal with this crap, it's nice to have a reputable plumber to call 24/7 when shit happens. A+

These guys showed up to my home in Tower Grove South in an emergency situation. That's better than any other plumber around town.

Our realtor recommended Neal's Plumbing to do some repair work.  Neal was able to perform the repairs as needed. Arrived on time and didn't leave a mess behind. He reviewed a couple of other issues we had and didn't charge us just to inspect. Prices were reasonable.  We appreciated his honesty and would use him again.

I have used Josh and he crew on several jobs over the year and they have never disappointed! Always on time! Cory and Tim are the best!

Buyer Beware; Trio Plumbing is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. Don't let this happen to you. There are too many respectable companies that will assure customer satisfaction without resulting to insulting you, disrespect you, and degrading you.
Trio plumbing may have some good reviews, and all I can say is good for the lucky few, but I can only warn you that if there is a problem regarding their workmanship, you may find that Trio's upfront pleasantness when selling their services will quickly change upon a complaint about their workmanship or damage to your property to an aggressive, unprofessional, very rude, adversary, and as in my case, the representative insulted me, personally attacked my credibility, said I didn't know what I was doing, and that I didn't know what I was talking about, and was unwilling to make good on their faulty workmanship and damages done to my garbage disposal. See below; judge for yourself.
A few months back I purchased a dishwasher from Sears and they sent Trio Plumbing out to install it. The 1st thing I observed was that the dishwasher was crammed into the opening, and the installer buckled the sound insulation rather than tuck it along the cabinet walls, which made it louder than advertised. Secondly, the front seal was tucked halfway behind the cabinet on one side with the other half sticking out, in which I had to patiently align myself.
In addition to that, they took two of my heavy duty hoses that I recently purchased with them without prior authorization and without asking me, and refused to return them. Was returning my property to much to ask. Yes, Trio adamantly refused, so I had to go to Sears to get my money funded for my hoses, which I feel means that Sears acknowledges that Trio shouldn't have taken them, or at least returned them.
Additionally, I had recently purchased a brand new garbage disposal that worked great and ran very quiet, but when the installer knocked out the dishwasher knockout plug, it sounded as if there were rocks inside my disposal. When, I contacted Sears, about their warranty on installation, they connected me to Trio instead. When I explained the problem, the representative first words were it's not our problem, go buy a new one and fix it yourself. Does that sound like a business man to you? He went on to say that because I didn't knock out the dishwasher knockout plug, I didn't know what I was doing and that it was installed wrong, however that is totally false, as any layman can tell you, if you don't get a dishwasher you are not supposed to knock out the drain plug, so does that mean all those installations were installed wrong? Also, according to Badgers installation guide, if you do not need to attach the dishwasher, go to step 17, which also clearly implies that not knocking out the drain plug does not constitute a faulty installation. And Badger also gives directions on how to remove drain plug in an already installed garbage disposal and you would expect a so called professional plumber to know how to do such a simple task, but as the directions also say; If you did it right, there will be no debris in the disposal basket to rattle around. If you did it wrong, reach into the basket of the garbage disposal with the long-nosed pliers and fish the knockout out, which Trio Plumbing failed to do.
As of now, I have in fact paid for two brand new garbage disposals out of pocket, and the second one works as well as the first one I installed before Trio Plumbing broke it, and I eventually had Sears remove the dishwasher due to poor workmanship, failure to warranty their work, and mostly over the rude and arrogant behavior I received from trio plumbing. I am now looking for a new dishwasher, and the first question I ask is; who is installing it?

These guys are great! Have used several times for a variety of small plumbing tasks including unclogging drains to install faucets. Small, local shop, used to be Dad and son and some other workers but I have always dealt with the son. Straight up honest guy just trying to make an honest living. Never felt scammed or overcharged.

Thomas did a great job on my project.  Their communication and dependability were excellent.  I highly recommend them.

As part of AHS warranty - PK Plumbing assigned an associate who visited our home to repair our garbage disposal.  The gentleman was very quick to replace the motor and left.  Today we found that the disposal is leaking under the sink.  He did nothing other than replace the motor - no diagnosis or check to make sure all was installed and addressed.  Of course, today is Sunday so no one is available to answer phones.  Not happy!!!

Liked from one brand matched up perfectly with shower fixtures that were less expensive, but would all match.  We're in the process of placing the order now, so I can't speak to any of the problems people seem to have with returns etc.  but my contractor uses Crescent all the time and is pleased with them as well.  I would definitely given them a look if you're in the market for fixtures.
