Royale Sewer And Drains

We had a partially stopped up drain and our basement flooded. Lakisha was here within an hour of my call. She is super nice and knows her stuff! Everything is all clear now! I highly recommend her for fair pricing and effectiveness!

The initial response was prompt. I really was impressed and excited about doing business with the company. The owner seemed to be very professional and caring. Nonetheless afterwards I've called and texted and there's been no response. I hope that all is well with the young lady. The no call back no show forces me to move on. She really seemed to be on point on our first encounter. Communication means everything in business and she totally missed out. I wished she would've told me I'm over booked or just simply gotten back to me with some type of input on starting and completing the job. Lesson learned...I strongly advise only doing business with those that write contracts. A word means nothing and they're often forgotten...putting it on paper serves as an obligation on both sides...I shamefully took her word and it sounded good but inevitably it meant nothing.
