If you have ANY plumbing issues, you HAVE to call this company.  This company, specifically Steve Merlo, has gone above and beyond to help us.  After sending out a sewer camera inspection to several companies to review for estimates, this company was the only one to take the time to explain the repairs/pipe replacement ON SITE.  Their estimates were also the most reasonable provided and I've been extremely happy with their services!  We had pipes replaced in both the basement and our yard, and both areas were patched up perfectly.  Steve has been extremely helpful even after the job was completed as we dealt with home buyers who were being difficult in regards to our sewer lateral.

I absolutely LOVE their service!!!!  Every time I have called them in a panic, they send someone over immediately.  Their servicemen are all wonderful to work with, are very professional, and most of all, friendly!  These are my go-to guys!!!!

Don't call this company after normal business hours- they don't return calls.  We had a hot water heater installed by them- were pleased with that initial  service- however ended up with a leak.  We didn't see the leak until 7pm on a Friday.  I called and left 3 messages for the tech on call.  No one returned my call all weekend  Ended up using another company to correct the mistake they made on the installation. Called Merlo on Monday morning and they would not acknowledge any issues with the on call service and dismissed my complaint/ issue. I am extremely disappointed -and won't recommend them to anyone.

Truly horrible service. Called them as a client wanted them used. We had 15 days to get a simple job completed and close the home sale. at the beginning they were told the timeline and were even provided copies of the inspection and photos of the job needed. They ignored e-mails, didn't follow up, or through. Casuing the home sale to be delayed. Finally after pushing closing back on they said they would do the work on day 15. Drove to the job site to check & no one was there. After calling repeatedly to get someone two see what was going on as it was time sensitive they made it know that I was inconviencing them. Then they lied about how long it takes to pull a permit, nope they can be filed online and pulled quickly, and said they would get to it next week, which would push the home sale back again.

Terrible from the attitude with the front answering desk to the service department. No care for the customer. One of the worst experiences with a pluming company.

I had a problem at my business with my sewer backing  up. I called Merlo Plumbing  and they came out with their camera and told me that I had a broken pipe under my floor in front of my paint booth. They charged me $800 to do this.  They gave me an estimate of $19,000 to do the repair. I couldn't afford that so I decided to get a second estimate which came in at $4500 I hired the company.  they jacked up my floor  and dug down and there was no pipe anywhere in the location they had marked on the floor. So then I had to hire the new company to put their camera in the pipe and locate the true problem which was approximately 4 feet over and going the opposite direction Merlot plumbing told me it was going. So my  $4500 estimate then went up to $8800.  The company completed my repairs and everything is fine.   I've been calling Merlo plumbing and asked him if there was any kind of credit back for a portion of the $800. They told me they would come by and look at my problem never showed up they told me they would call me back never called me back I received an email today that there will be no adjustment at all. This company is not only a rip off with extreme estimate they told me the completely wrong spot the pipe was broken . As a business owner I would never treat one of my customers the way I've been treated. Be aware.

Do not use this plumber! I called for service and gave them all my information and was told they'd have someone out in the next two business days. Two business days later I called and they didn't have any record I called. When I said it doesn't make me feel you are trustworthy so I feel I should call someone else the reply was ok. They obviously do not care about quality customer service. If they can't handle even getting to my house I wouldn't trust their service.

Back in May 2018 I called four Plumbing Co.'s for a quote to repair a water main break to our bldg. Apparently Merlo showed up, but did not let anyone know from this Co they were here.  We had a 10x6 sink hole in our parking lot where the break in the pipe was.  Merlo billed us for a camera to locate the leak. (funny).  The bill also states Gave all info to Greg Burton for a bid..  We never received a Bid for repair.   I have called Merlo 4 times and have spoken to Vickie which assured me someone will call me back.  I have sent 2 emails with no reply.  If I could rate this company a 0, I would.  Very poor customer service.

They can't keep an appointment! We scheduled them to come out for hot water heater issues and they scheduled us for 3 days out, giving us a window of time (1-4pm) to show up. We wait, wait, wait. I finally call and they had no record of our appointment. Good way to lose a customer!

My parents came home from being out of town to find a burst pipe. It was 5:30pm on a Friday. We called Merlo Plumbing and within a half hour we had a plumber there. Can't say enough good things about Dominic! He was courteous & did a great job! Thank you!!!

We are very pleased with Merlo. They were pleasant, fast, and did a great job! We have found our plumbers. Camden did our work and was great!
