I can not recommend Harding enough. Our a/c went out at our house on a Saturday. Jess came out less than an hour after I called. Our circumstances were dire, as we were closing on this house and moving the next Wednesday. Jess was able to fit us in prior to closing while other companies were a week or two out. He even called our home warranty company himself to try and remediate some issues behind the scenes for us. All in all, Jess and his company are quick, honest, reliable, and well priced. I will be using him for the foreseeable future and recommending him to my family and friends.

Had some
Kitchen sink issues with blockage and broken pipe. Gene's worked me into his schedule for the day. Larry came out and quickly fixed my issue. Enjoyed visiting with him as well. Very reasonable price for drain clean out and pipe replacement. Highly recommend and will call them again if we have plumbing issues.

Way undercut al other estimates and delivered excellent service!! All repairs have lasted almost a year and I continue to have no problems!!
I was referred to Witter Plumbing and Electric from a family. I required a number of upgrades to a home I was purchasing. The seller had several estimates for repairs and gave me funds in closing for repairs. Witter took the estimates and inspection report and said his parts and labor charges would be much lower. He was right. He saved me over $1000 in which I was able to add to my down payment!
Repairs included:
-A repair of the electrical box which had portion that was melted. *This had to be fixed before I could move in.
-An upgrade in toilet and plumbing from a small and ancient midtown toilet to an adult sized one.
-Fixed a leaking and damaged pipe.
-Safeguarded an exposed live wiring on a newly installed water heater. ( missed in inspection)
-Installed wiring to a fan to remove hot air from the attic installed by roofers.
-Upgraded old and faulty shower fixtures.

A keeper. I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace. The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it. After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it. So I called A&H. The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.
A&H, on their own contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and pointed out that based on their records the furnace should still be under warranty!! I ended up only paying for labor which I was glad to pay since the tech was a 1st-rate professional. Not only that but A&H helped transfer the warranty from the original owner to my name.
Blown away!

Anthony charged my elderly mother $700 to repair the toilet. After they repaired it, she noticed it was still running the next day. Turns out they installed a cracked valve and then came out and charged her to repair that. There are other, more reasonably priced options. Please be careful in choosing a plumbing service. This type of service is sad and takes advantage of people.

Within 6 months of the warranty, 2 techs were over to work on my slow draining pipe 4 times!. It is only 4 ft. from the main drain pipe. I told both of them that hand cranking snake doesn't do the job! To summarize the whole thing, I will never use this company again.

We have rental property and have used many plumbers before. We had spirit replace a water heater in one of our units. While installing the water heater, the installer knocked loose a connection which resulted in a leak in the line. We called him and he promised to fix it. Meanwhile leak continues and now mold is growing. Called four times and he promised to show. Our renter took off work to be there each time. No show. Now he won't answer our calls and we have had it. We even offered to pay him to fix his own mistake. Again, no show. Will have to take him to court to fix this. So frustrating.

Rick Ramsey and Jeff Meeks of affordable plumbing are outstanding. Jeff replaced the main stack in our basement which was probably the original put in the house built in the 1930s. Rick examined our main sewer line that connects with the city sewer line. Highly recommend Rick and Jeff and affordable plumbing. Reasonable price, the guys are prompt, and I do a super job.

Approximately 1 year and 6 months ago, True Blue Plumbing put a valve in our wall. This valve began leaking and causing damage in our basement. I had another plumbing company come out on an emergency call, replace the valve and they said the valve True Blue used (brand: Blue Fin) has been known to be faulty. True Blue said they won't pay anything as it's been longer than 1 year. The cost of repairs is $720 and True Blue's owner via email said Unfortunately it doesn't fall under us.. I don't appreciate companies using cheap parts in my home and not standing by them. Buyer beware.

Rising Son provided very professional service. I called and received same day service for an outdoor leaking faucet that I had tried to self repair without success. He provided a reasonable bid up front and had the job completed in a little over an hour. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if I need a plumber.

My wife called them to have our tub drain unclogged and was quoted at 130.00 for 100' snake service on drains. And extra fees for beyond that 100'. Which sounded reasonable and we were assured that most homes never really needed any extra snaking last the 100'. The guy gets here. He was a nice guy. Told me he couldn't put a snake down the drain because of the type of drain spout that was installed. (No other plumber has had a problem snaking it). So I show him the basement where everything is. He told me I should put a drain clean out so when/if he comes back, he can get to it easier and have it done in 20 min. He also told me he only had 30' of snake.......(Why tell people they get 100' of snaking but only carry 30'). So he fought eight the pipes to get them open. He gets the drain cleaned... but a ton of water all over the floor. Our basement is unfinished and we are not unfamiliar with a little standing water in the coroner after a rain but to have standing water because of pipe unclogging.
After all that. He fills out the ticket and charges an extra $100 dollars for extra effort of having to go through the pipes in the basement. Left the garage side door wide open when he left and the gate to our yard as well. Irritating because I had the dogs in the bedroom and they were barking through the door at him as he walked by. He apparently had no regard for other people's home in terms of letting all the bugs, mice and who knows what else in our house. Let alone heating and cooling.
Would not recommend this company.
Update: some of our stuff in the basement has been ruined and is being thrown away. A folding chair and Christmas ornaments primarily. Simple things to most people but when they contain memories it's still significant.

First, I want to thank A-1 for restoring my faith that there is still such a thing called Customer Service! My needs were not only listened to, they were met by having a tech out at my house within the hour. Justin, the tech who showed up before expected (I'll add), had a smile on his face ready to get to work. Justin was very informative, personable, and had the job done in less than an hour. Finding myself at home recovering from a medical event in Feb, I decided to get things done around the house. One on the list was an HVAC service, since I knew we had missed the annual servicing in '12. I could not find the file for our regular HVAC people. After checking on the internet, I decided upon Climate Control Heating and Cooling, in Liberty, Mo. I set the service appointment and the technician came out and did a regular tune-up on the system. Upon leaving, Travis advised me that because he had cleaned the blower and that it had been very dirty, it would be making an extra loud sound because the blower would be pulling harder now that it no longer had dirt. However, he said, after a few days it will settle down. I'm not knowledgeable about motors and such so I thought nothing of it. Boy WAS it LOUD. It sounded like a jet engine. After a week of this and other problems, I called Gene at Climate Control and told him that the sound of the blower was still very loud, the thermostat had been behaving quite erratically since the tune-up and that the whole system was cycling very awkwardly. I was concerned because none of these issues, nor any others, had been in the system prior to the tune-up. Gene assured me that he would send someone right out. The second technician, Justin, came out and said that he and the first technician, Travis, had spoken about the blower and that Travis could take care of it. He spent some time with our HVAC system and then came upstairs to tell me that the blower was just about shot and that we need to replace it either now or sometime really soon as it was just about shot. Travis gave me quotes of about $800 to replace the blower.
The system continued to work erratically and with problems, which I thought highly suspicious considering there had been no problems prior to the tune-up. After further searching, I finally found the name of the trusted HVAC people that we had used before and decided that I really needed a second opinion about the NEW problems having arisen in our system. To negate any comments that Climate Control of Liberty might counter with ( i.e.that's just a competitor bad-mouthing us), I also called a friend of mine who is an HVAC construction engineer to FIRST give his opinion. He came and looked at the system and determined that the blower was just fine. The fine folks at Arctic Air had arrived while my friend was still here. My HVAC engineer friend and Arctic Air tech discussed that the blower was operating very well. Arctic Air tech took the front panel off and immediately saw what the problem was: in the basic hook-ups, our system had been re-hooked into something other than the Heat Speed Relay causing the blower to not cycle as it should.
So, two technicians from Climate Control of Liberty, came out and our system was reset in a very basic way, so that the blower would appear as if it were malfunctioning and needed replacing.

The business is posted twice with slightly different names, but it's still the same crooked business.
Jay no longer works the field, he only handles the business side, leaving his less than reputable wife, and her mentally challenged son to destroy anything left of the reputation that Jays pluming had.
I hired them to replace my main water line, they were running average of all the bids. They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service and were very professional.... That's a lie!!!
One of the crew propped open the truck door and urinated in my driveway! I have a 15 year old girl that lives across the street and several girls behind us! Let alone, it was in my driveway!!!
Their best employee was bidding out work on my house, for off the clock extra work. Their manager, Jays step son, threw his trash out in my yard, and when I said something his response was it'll get buried when we fill the hole! Not the point!
They filled the gap where the new line comes into the house with window caulking instead of seam sealer or plumbers putty, they didn't reconnect my ground rod to my electrical panel and left me with deplorable excavating! My meter well is 6-8 inches below grade and I had a super high hump in my yard because they didn't finish!
Then Jays wife came to my house and demanded to be paid! Hey finish the job first! Let alone they broke the law and didn't seed the raw dirt that law required!
Stay away from them!
This is a terrible company
They go through employees like drill bits because they pay them or they short them. An employee can put a lien on your house to collect payment.
