In the process of doing a home inspection it was found that a toilet in our spare bathroom was leaking when being flushed. I knew on the spot that this was a wax ring issue. Buyers asked for the repair to be made by a licensed plumber, so I again trusted McCann plumbing to do the job right. Appointment was made and time window was agreed to. The office called me ahead of time and said that the tech was on his way. Mike arrived on time and spent no time getting right to the problem. The wax ring was indeed the issue and it was repaired swiftly. Mike took the time to check the area after the install to make sure that it wasn't still leaking and then and cleaned up the area. I was again pleased at the service, skill of the staff, and the overall reasonable cost!

I'm sooo impressed with this company and I will always recommend them now!!! My son has autism and he stuck a toy down the toilet. I had already had a plumber come out 3 times and as a last resort I had Bob Hamilton plumber come also the last time. Bob Hamilton charged us 240 dollars they were only here 10 to 15 mins and didn't even fix the problem. Between all of the other plumbers we had spend around 500 dollars total trying to get the toy out and unclogged. When my mother in law decided to call Williams plumbing I was so hesitant. But they came out right away the same day we called them. I had no waiting like I had to do with the other two plumbers (who charged me but did not fix the problem). They came in and were so kind and with in 10 mins or so they got the toy out and showed me the toy. They are literally BEYOND reasonably priced!!! In fact my husband told me I should have given them money and I agree. I feel bad I didn't give them more! This whole ordeal has been such a headache. I really was having a hard time and I was losing hope in finding someone who would fix the problem without charging me outrageous rates. And then I had Williams plumbing and they saved the day! I wish I had called them first it would have saved me so much time and money! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them! I believe his name was Grant who my mother in law spoke to. I had two men come in and they both were so nice. They were safe in the midst of this pandemic and so clean! I can not say enough good! Highly recommended!! If you need a plumber call this company!!

Great father and son business; they were able to help us the same day we called.  Alex called 30 minutes before coming to the house allowing me to plan my day.  He was very polite and professional.

Absolutely the best HVAC Repair and Plumbers I have ever used. I had more than a few issues with a new house I recently purchased. They were very honest and took care of all my issues.

I work out of my garage and it was starting to get pretty cold. They helped me get new duct work setup from my existing system so that I know have heat and AC in garage. It works amazing.

PJ's Construction/ Jim Sorensen An Affordable Sewer Line Replacement Company are the absolute best!

We had major emergency sewer trouble the week before Christmas and Jim was over $5000 less than the pink truck guys. This was a complete system failure with a collapsed line, basement backed up-yes, it was as bad as you are imagining!

He was here in just a couple of hours, took a look and told me exactly what it would take to fix it, none of that well if I get in there and find such and such or it takes longer or need more equipment etc nope he looked he figured he quoted me a fair price and marked the yard. They did my sewer repair the next day.

Jim was so nice so kind so helpful such a very nice man did a great job didn't make a mess in the yard cleaned everything up and made sure it all works great.

You would never know what a mess this was if you came out here today I am very very pleased and recommend him highly for any type of sewer problem that you may have in your home. Independence, MO

Nothing against pink truck guys, they are affordable, fast and great for easy line clean out and that sewer camera but when I said complete system failure his eyes lit up with dollar signs. I am SO glad I was told about PJ's/Affordable Sewer, same repair way less money.

I can't say enough good things about Rod-O-Matic plumbing! I had a nasty plumbing issue, and they came right out to get it taken care of. The technician was great, knowledgeable, and got the job done much faster than I would have expected. The pricing was great as well, I would have expected the job to be significantly more expensive than it was.
A+ business, highly recommended.

We had low pressure in our master closet sink, Scott came out took a look, told us what we needed, and fixed it very quickly! Scott was friendly, professional and we will use them again! We would recommend The Plumbing Pros!

I had to write this review. Plumbing Plus just left our house and I had such a good experience with them they deserve this review. I was very frustrated trying to find someone to repair our outside water hydrant because it required cutting through drywall in our basement to get to the water line. Another plumber had told us it was located in a different spot in the basement and recommended we just make it nonfunctional outside, which we did. For his visit (and inaccurate diagnosis with a camera--I do think this other plumber was well-intentioned he just didn't know what he was talking about) he charged us $100 and told us if we decided to fix it by cutting through drywall it would cost $698. I didn't go with him because he said he couldn't be responsible for any structural damage if it occurred (He thought he had to go through a joist.) Based on this information, I told Plumbing Plus the situation and over the phone they bid $280 to fix it. This morning they came out and found that the faucet access was in a different spot. They found exactly where it was and cut through the drywall in that spot., fixed it in less time (probably 30 minutes or so) and only charged me $135. Prior to this, they also sent me proof of licensure and insurance. They said they'd be here at 8 am and they were actually here exactly at 8 am. I've never had that happen. I'm so thrilled because I find it so hard to find honest contractors who know what they are doing. These guys do. The plumber's name was Mark Chadwick. Thank you, thank you!!! By the way, you'll need to find someone else to fix the drywall. Plumbers don't do this, but at least now you know who to call for your plumbing.

Cannot fix a kitchen sink that 'sunk' from the granite countertop , at least they're prompt.  
And it did take 2 days for a plumber to tell me he can't fix it earlier this week.

Our ceiling started leaking in several places out of the blue. We called this company because they were the ones the builder used when building the house. Kevin was our technician. He was on time, had a positive attitude, and did everything he could to help us try to find where the leak was coming from. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service call was scheduled a week out from the time we called. I understand the company is busy, but it was a bit stressful not knowing what was going on with the house and having to make some temporary adjustments with not running the water on the upstairs floor until someone was able to come out.

Simply put, they got the job done. Their communication was great from beginning to end. We needed residential plumbing work done to replace a leaking pipe. After the work was done, they tidied up well! There's a 5% service fee for using cards. Consider using another form of payment if it's a big job.

Jim has come out to service our AC twice now and trust him to tell me the truth without upselling like the other guys. He took the time to educate us on the climate here and the unique needs of our system. Highly recommend MI

Pat's called back right away, and sent someone our within 2 hours.  They emailed a profile of the tech that was coming to our house (very nice!).
The tech was great, helpful & knowledgeable.  
We were lucky today & only needed pilot light reset.  But signed up for a service plan as they also take care of hearing & air conditioning.

Floyd's Drain is employee-owned, and wonderful. They solved a show-stopper clogged drain problem at the Lawrence Creates Makerspace and left the place looking great. These are hard working, honest folks,  and deserve our business.  Shop local and hire your neighbors!

We have a kitchen faucet we needed replaced, and there were two guys that showed up. The owner, and some other guy. The owner wasn't friendly until I showed up, and was just out and out lying about stuff. He made changes to our water softener we didn't authorize, arguing with us about how hard the water setpoint should be, all kinds of irrelevant stuff. The installer did a great job and was very nice. The owner, not so much. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

If u see him coming run like jason or Michael Meyers is after you. He over priced for the parts for the plumbing by $ 50.00 and charged me $70 on top of that the first day.  He did repair my pipes and my shut off valve under the kitchen sink. Other the that i could have done the rest myself. The 2nd day he wanted $275.00 and i said are you serious? He said yes! I told him i had $165 in my wallet and he took that. I should chang my rating to a zero, but he did do something, plus breaking down my basement step because he was heavier then Biggie Smalls and the fat boys rolled in one. Lol WILL NEVER USE THIS BIG MF AGAIN!!!!!!!
