Spirit Plumbing

Joel at Spirit plumbing did a great job servicing my tankless water heater and installing new pipes to fix some leaking.  Knowledgeable and reasonable rates. He was recommended to me by other plumbers (who do commercial plumbing only), and he's the first plumber I call for residential work.

We have rental property and have used many plumbers before. We had spirit replace a water heater in one of our units. While installing the water heater, the installer knocked loose a connection which resulted in a leak in the line. We called him and he promised to fix it. Meanwhile leak continues and now mold is growing. Called four times and he promised to show. Our renter took off work to be there each time. No show. Now he won't answer our calls and we have had it. We even offered to pay him to fix his own mistake. Again, no show. Will have to take him to court to fix this. So frustrating.
